Hi,

I have couriered documents from medavakkam to cts, chennai 600089 on 26 sep 2018 in first flight couriers.

Till now the courier didn't reach the destination. On tracking the courier it is showing out for delivery since 27 sep 2018. Till now it is not delivered.

Kindly make sure the courier reaches destination as soon as possible.
It has original documents.

Cn : b903z8528713 is due on delivery from 26th september but it is not delivered yet.
After contacting the concerned person for delivery (Contact no -[protected], as per message received from first flight courier). There is no response or delivery. Currently the no one picking the call.
The document is pan card which is required for my banking application purpose and its urgent.

Please take action for earliest delivery.

I priyanka gupta had sent one consignment no. U991b0399754 from kadma jamshedpur to jamalpur mr. Navin kumar on 5 january 2018. But my consignment was not reached to the given address. After so many follow ups i came to know that my consignment was lost in transit. Now i have claimed to the karna office for the amount of my consignment. They harassed me alot all the i was told to come after o e week and this way many weeks passed but ultimately one day the kadma office incharge mr. Shekhar said that i will not going to receive any claim amount or my consignment back. He behave so rudely and said no need to contact him for the same.

Kindly resolve this matter.

Consignment no. M[protected] was booked by star health insurance company on 14/09/2018. It was assured to be delivered next day because delivery address was within pune city only. Sadly till today i. E. 02/10/2018 it has not been delivered. No satisfactory answer by customer care about it. I am now going to visit the regional office and if not satisfied then i am thinking of going to consumer court to teach you lesson who are charging good money but totally irresponsible in service. This is second incidence, last time the letter was delivered after 8 days in city area.
Totally unprofessional attitude. This time i am not going to keep quiet.

I have ordered book of company law from institute of company secretaries of india. Last saturday i checked the order status and it is showing that order is delivered and received by someone else.
I am enclosing the status detail for further clarification.
So i request you to kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I am really very disappointed, i did courier on 10th of Sept, it has clothes and medicines worth of 3000Rs. Its still not delivered, status still shows in transit. when i inquired Mr Raj( Chatrapati chowk office), he spoke to me very harshly and said its delivered and we do have stamped also from UCO bank, when i told him okay show me that, he is unable to, this is the way your staff who represent First flight courier service spoke to people, the delivery address is o[censored]CO Bank, they have evn CC TV camera, if you are saying its delivered, we can check in CC TV camera also and u must have signature of the recipient. we checked the dates they told that they delivered, but there is no record in CCTV nor you have receipt or stamp of a person who has received .
Its very disappointing, i will tweet also, i[censored]r staff who represent first flight company are like that, what we suppose to do.
Please track my courier, we have all the proof that its not delivered and you dont have a single proof that its delivered.
I really hope now you will take a action and track my misplaced courier

My brother had sent me a consignment from hyderabad at 25th sept 2018.
Which has been received at mahilapur delhi same day in night of 25th,
Delivery address is narela delhi which comes in north west delhi only.
Today is 28th and still i'm waiting for my consignment.
It has taken less than 12 hrs for hyderabad to delhi but in delhi to delhi it has taken more than 3 days and still i'm waiting.

Please look into this and help asap.

It's quite urgent that's by i'm trying to get it asap.

I am shubhnagi chikhale from latur. I have applied for pan card on 17/09/2018 acknowledment no is [protected]. I have tried to track my appliction status. But i shows pan in transation. I have not recived pan card within 7-10 days through ffcl courier services.. I need urgently.. My awb no is b903z8555588. I need to reister this compilent.. Please proved me pan as soon as possible

I booked one consignment through first flight courier from faizabad (Up) to be delivered to me at my east delhi address. Despatch date from faizabad is 8th sep and we did not receive parcel after 7 days we have checked with our person, he further checked with faizabad first flight courier, they said it has been delivered to laxmi nagar, office which is 4 km from our place, no phone number was given so we tried to locate the place in laxmi but surprisingly there is no address. So we again checked with faizabad office (Person name, deepak) now they said it is delievered to yammuna nagar which is in rajasthan. I am shocked and suprised whether it is really through first flight courier.
Parcel contain materials rs 8500 and which was to be replaced in some specific time, who is going to bear this loss.
Request you to look into matter.

We are waiting for a package to be delivered in Delhi from Mumbai since more than 10 days. It was sent on Sept 12th and still not delivered in Delhi. Also, the status on FirstFlight website shows status only as of Sept 12 although it is Sept 27th today. There is no way to contact the Customer Care as no one picks up the phone.

Can someone please help?

My father sent a post by first flight services for an important mail as on 15th of September 2018 which had my very important document with AWB U991B0499834, and was assured that the delivery of the mail will be done within 7 days and given the benefit of doubt for the festivities the date has already crossed. Post that my father tried reaching the service centre to track the order and he was told that the same will reach by 26th of the month as deadline and the same has also exceeded. In between the period the courier was also tried to track from our end on the official website and its showing transit from the last 4 days. We tried reaching over the phone too but the numbers mentioned on the official site was incorrect. After trying out his level best my father went to dealer who had booked the consignment and he informed that it has reached kochi however, the delivery is not yet done. Any of our emails are not yet answered thus my father put it on Twitter through his account but the result lies the same.
Also, I would like to enlighten that my father is a patient of high blood pressure and hence not keeping well and this entire chaos has impacted a lot on his health and aggravated his situation and since the document is important to me and I have to submit the same at the I have not gone for my job and which has hugely impacted on my salary and have suffered a loss of INR 5000/- .
I have the below mentioned issues :-
1- why the price was charged for 7 days delivery ?
2- if there was a delay in the delivery then why was the same not conveyed?
3- Why is the official site not displaying the serviceable number?
4- why the false information is being given to my father?
Attached are the documents for your reference also, would like to claim a monetary compensation of INR 15000/- for the emotional, physical and monetary loss occurred due to the incident.

I had sent one parcel vide consignment note no. M991m095385 on 24.09.2018 (Monday) and was totally disappointed and depressed to note that the same was not delivered even today.in fact, our representative had to collect the parcel from dombivli office. The situation was absolutely pathetic. There was no response to the e-mail and even the regional office representatives were no picking up the calls. The address and contact details mentioned on the portal were obsolete and no person was picking up the call. Even the attitude of delivery boys at the branch was callous. If they are not able to deliver the consignments, they should not accept the booking in the first place. It should be called "last flight couriers"

I received a message from nsdl stating that my pan card is despatched on 10 september 2018, vide awb no b903z7533605, and it's expected date of delivery is 18 september 2018.
Today is 26 th and i have still not received my pan card. When i call ur regional office, the nos are always either busy, or no one responds the calls.. You call centre doesn't get connected.
There is no medium to reach you. If my complain is not addressed, i will submit this copy to the media and social media to highlight ur bad service.

There was courier picked from nsdl pune and its pick up and delivery details neither sent by email nor by any sms. I have to go on nsdl website to check the detail after i got call from courier boy.
Courier - airway bill number-b903z7518716. Courier boy told that they don't deliver courier to the mentioned address and we need to collect it from first flight courier facilities at some address. We have tried calling number provided on the internet but wrong number provided on the site.
If first flight courier doesn't have delivery capability then why it has been picked up and committed to deliver. None of the number and email addresses provided on the website are working and not able establish and communication via phone, email etc.

Courier packet having tracking id: d992b1148599. Having sent on 18th sept, 2018 and reached patna on 20th sep, 2018. But yet it's not delivered.

Tried to contact through the no. Provided on website. But either the contact no. Switched off or not received. Already mail also with the gentle reminder but no response.

For your information this packet contains my important documents.

How you guys irresponsible in this way.

First flight couriers service is worst must say. I called there help life but no one received the call. I am sending the mail 4 time for complaining but no response from there site. My couriers no is bill no. B903z7076965.
Please do needful in this matter as i not received the couriers in my address till now. I am attached herewith a status of application for your ready reference and records.

I have sent some document from jamshedpur to bangalore on 14th sept 2018 and i expect it will reach before 24th sept 2018 in any condition. But i was wrong they have not deliver till date. I have email to [protected]@firstflight.net on 21st sept 2018 but i will not get any response from the mail. Then today i call to jamshedpur office no. Which is printed on consignor copy but all no. Are out of coverage area. Then i call to corporate office no.[protected] exactly at 10:14 am but no one left the phone. After that no.[protected] was busy for 20 minutes. My call to connect with this number twice time around 10:25 am but again no one left the phone and after that phone was again in busy mode. I think no one is responsible to handle the customer query in this organization.

I have also sent sms on 55352 to get the exact location of my courier but again not getting any information regarding my courier details.

My tracking no. U[protected]. It is showing in transit from last 7 days but still it is not delivered.

Kindly deliver my courier on urgent basis.
