On nov 1st, i received a message that my consignment has reached thiruvanmiyur, chennai first flight office and is due for next day delivery. Its nov 13th today and not yet delivered. I have been trying to call them since nov 7th and finally was able to talk to someone on nov 9th. They took my consignment number and said it will be delivered next day. No sign of courier yet. They are ignoring or hanging up on my calls since then. No sense of responsibility to even provide a status. Online tracking says "pending" till now.

Updated by Chitralega Natarajan I just checked the status and it is updated as " sent back" as "party not available" on Nov 9th.

How can they send back on Nov 9th if my call history shows i have been trying to reach them since Nov 6th and spoke with them on Nov 9th. I have attached my call history and tracking status. Is this some kind of money making scam, I really dont understand why would they do it.

    It's showing status 3 nov 2018 reach to bae whitefield but still not delivered.
    They gave a contact number for bangalore office and mumbai in site.

      I booked a courier on 5th nov from ghaziabad to get delivered to pune using first flight services and i am continuously tracking it still it is not yet delivered to destination despite it shows that parcel has been reached some pune office.
      Courier not yet delivered even after 7days, consignment no: w991b3922143
      Worst service by first flight, no valid customer care who can assist.
      Pls raise complaint to get it deliver as soon as possible.

      One idiot from first flight courier was taking round around my apartment but did not bother to call me and confirm the location . he just called and said I am coming in sometime. and its been two days he has not yet reached. customer care don't bother to take call.

        Package was booked from bangalore office on the morning of 6 november to be delivered to airoli navi mumbai. The reference number is f991b4450037. Even after lapse of 6 days the package is yet to be delivered. The package contained sweets for diwali. You have to refund the cost of sweets and we expect you to take appropriate action against the concerned.

          I got an msg from the nsdl pan office mumbai to deliver my pan card by firstflight courier at 18 oct 2018 and reached bhopal at 25 oct 2018.. And the consignment no. B903z8103529.. After 25th oct i regularly checked and track the status it's status shows pending.. But now the date is 11 nov 2018 and the status is showing now pending and for reason it said not available at the place.. But no one came to my place to deliver it yet.. Plss check it out and resolve the issue send it fast i need this urgently it around a month completes but cant get the consignment.. Plsss i request u to solve the issue or otherwise explain me what should i do..

              U[protected] courier has not reached destination even though it was supposed to reach within 3 days.
              Please escalate the request as i have some very urgent requirement of the courier.
              I have tried to reach all the helpline numbers of first flight but none of them is reachable.
              I had posted the courier from muzaffarpur, bihar on 3.11.2018 but it has not reached its destination as of now i. E. 11.11.2018.

                My consignment was dispatched from allahabad to new delhi on 5th nov 2018. It was sent on an urgent/priority basis. However, it has not yet reached! Even after constant i follow ups i did not get any helpful response. What is the point of sending a parcel on an urgent/priority basis?

                I am not sure about the current status of my consignment and when it will be delivered.

                I need it for urgent visa application.

                Please look into the matter and get my consignment delivered at the earliest.

                        Such a pathetic service. None of the phone numbers are working, even tried phone number on the website. Also representatives phone says incorrect number ([protected] - shameem first flight)

                        M991q5372386 tracking says address incorrect. I don't think they have tried reaching us and how can they say address incorrect which is as per aadhar card while all other couriers including their competitors were able to reach out to us on the address specified.

                        Simply because you don't know have time to deliver, he/she just updates as incorrect address not even trying once.

                            I don't know if you have humans as delivery agents or animals, i got a call from this number [protected] (The guy abuses me that i did not receive his call on the first attempt. When i told him i was in a meeting also that was not a good reason for him. He disconnected and he would not receive my call again..

                            I want my parcel asap, or this case is going to get registered with the consumer court by tomorrow...

                              This is to inform you that my pan card supposed to deliver at 21/10/2018 and it is less than half k. M far from my house but nobody deliver it till 15 days after 15 days when i visited at courier office and asked why it not delivered then operator told me they are not having staff to deliver.
                              Why you guys are open when you don't have staff
                              You should close your courier service

                                My pan card has been dispatched from pune on 22.10.2018 vide dispatch no - m991q5347923.
                                On tracking it is seen that it has been received at mayur vihar phase-i branch on 29.10.2018.
                                But till date it has not been received at my destination.
                                On trying to contact by land line phone of the branch ([protected]) it is not getting connected.
                                The other mobile no given [protected] is a wrong no.
                                Delhi branch coplaint no - [protected] is also not getting connected.
                                It is not known as what action is being taken to deliver the courier at my address.

                                    I was booked a document for lovely professional university phagwara punjab on 13/10/2018 from jamshedpur which is not delivered till today 04/11/2018

                                    Please look into the matter and arrange for early delivery. At the tracking system it is showing that the item is received at phagwara office on 25/10/2018 but its not despatch to destination no reply of mails no help from firstflight local office

                                      B903z8306370 showing out for delivery status since 2 days but not yet delivered. Also there is no way that we can track with the local sites. I ve sent sms, sent mail via the first flight portal but still there is no response and not even a mail that states that they had received a complaint. All the numbers that are available in their website do not work or no one picks up. This is highly frustrating too.
