I would like to inform you that our team has send one document from our chennai office to below said bhiwandi address and today afternoon when i was checked in you tracking site there status is showing shipment out for delivery but till evening i am not received then again i am checked your tracking site this is showing wrong address this is not acceptable because since last 20 years i had received all our document and parcel on same address and today your team is asked wrong address how this possible. Can you delivered this asap possible because in this envelope my some important document...

I have booked consignment on 18 Aug 2018 through Fast Flight Couriers vide SL. No. J991M7412840. However, the same not been delivered to addressee till date. Sender-Sharmishtha Dhar. Please send the consignment to the addressee or return the same to sender's address. Also refund the booking amount.

My courier tracking no is b991b9965738. Courier sent on 27th Aug... Showing delivered on 30th Aug but still not received by the opposite party... Courier was sent from Mumbai to nasik... They are telling that the courier is already delivered... None of the first flight agent called on receiving parties contact no... And no updates on out for delivery as well

Hamirpur delivery person just call me for my rakhi on 29/aug/2018 which is late delivery. and just ask me you want your delivery i just said yes. After that i wait for my delivery but they did not call and their call is connected
(unreachable).But now today when call is connected i just said about rakhi the first tell their is no consignment of that name and after that they said they we just send your back to origin .when i told how you do that .the say it happen . what is this first the delivery is late and then they are not talking properly delivery man no is [protected] .my consignment no W991B3961178.

One parcel has been dispatched form rewa on 24th of august but same not delivered to me in pune yet.
I have tried customer care no. and mailed them regarding this but not get any revert.

first flight should atleast update the status online but status is also not updated.

I fed up with service I have tried all customer care no. but no one is contactable.

Pan card dispatched by income tax department through first flight courier consignment no. M991q3883800. As per first flight records, such consignment has been delivered to rinu on 12th august, 2018, however, no such courier has been received yet. It has already been a month delay and being a legal document, somebody else can misuse it.

Similar with consignment no. M991q3883801

It's been more than 3 weeks that my consignment (Pan card by nsdl) was not delivered on time and when i contacted the ffcl office in my town they were not answering my call and when i visit the office they said they will deliver my consignment but till now they haven't delivered it. The customer care no. Is also not reachable, no one answers the call when contacted. And one day sudden they messaged me that pan card was delivered but i didn't got the pan card.
Resolve this issue as fast as you could.

I have send a letter through first flight vide docket no. D991z7457765 dt. 22.08.2018 from gole market delhi to chandigarh punjab. But till date my docket not delivered and tracking shown arrived at destination on 24.08.2018.
First flight service are very bad and we have facing second time after one week our docket not delivered

On 7th july 2018, i had sent an important letter to bhubaneswar, odisha through first flight couriers ltd. The details are given below:

I regret to inform you that the above letter is not delivered as yet even after 7 weeks.

I have been regularly complaining the same to the office where it was booked (Near fire brigade, malad west, mobile - [protected], [protected] and [protected]). But they are not giving any information.

This is the worst ever service i have experienced.

I want the letter to be delivered immediately and confirm the same. If you can't deliver, then return it to me.

We had to receive parcel PAN card from NSDL they sent it via First flight. I had got a message from them that they didn't find our address. Where as we receive courier parcel at the same address. These useless pathetic employees of first flight Pande lay out Khamla Nagpur asked us to collect the PAN card at their office otherwise we will return and asked to come before 5 pm.
My question is if we receive courier regularly at the same address why didn't they got our address ?
Que 2 does your office working time end at 5 pm ? Why ?

I have sent the courier from NOIDA on 18th August 2018 to Bhilai (CG) which is still not delivered 29th August 2018.

The destination delivery team has confirmed that packet has been received on 23rd August 2018 at Bhilai HUB but still it is not delivered (6 days locally).

The purpose of packet has totally gone on vain.

Moreover nobody responding to the phone.

Its really very frustrating that i dialed all the numbers of all the states i:e delhi, mumbai, ahemndbad, cochin etc how ever none of them are working and no body is answering my call.

I have not received till yet the courier as the dispatched date is[protected] to my address.

If it is not delivered with in 2 days then my lawyer will get in touch with you people and file the case against you.

I was sent a courier i;e rakhi. Which was supposed to be delivered before rakshabandhan. A courier was sent on 20 of aug 2018 from ghaziabad to dehradun (Doiwala). Till 29 of aug it is showing pending. There is no customer support no call centre nothing. Whenver i try to call on any number it says unavailable. What kind of a service is this. Today i spoke to a person in dehradun center on dis no. ([protected]) and he told me madam doiwala is too far from our center and once in a week delivery boy go their for d delivery. This is not my headache dat u guy not having a particular delivery boy for a particular location. Atleast u guys should call to the concern person dat we are unable to deliver ur courier on time. Who will pay for dis?? Is my rakhi would be delivered by the next rakshabandhan 2019??? This is my worst experience with a courier company. I suggest all not to use first flight for any services as we ill be left clueless.

The service of delivery of the courier company first flight couriers ltd has become worse. Each and every time if we book any courier, regardless the destination places, they don't deliver the consignment until and unless you chase them. If you opt not to chase they simple put remark like party refused to take delivery or door locked or untraceable etc etc. Vide consignment number u[protected] a consignmentwas sent on 21st of august 2018 and till 27th august it was not delivered. And on 28th a remark was put in their website "party refused to receive". Whereas 24x7 people are there and still waiting for the consignment containing rakhi.

It is showing that the service of the above courier service is not faithful.

Earlier also at several times tried to send consignments to mumbai, bangalore, hyderabad and delhi, every time we have chase the courier company and had to literally beg to them to get the consignment delivered which finally get delivered in 10-15 days time.

Very poor service by first flight. Had send rakhi's to my brother in ballia, u. P from pune on 17 aug 2018 and the sales person had promised that the consignment will reach by 21 august but still hasn't after the updates on 28 august. The company has played with my emotions and has totally ruined my auspicious festival. This is complete customer harassment. Full of lies and deceit. The sales person at the store in dhanori, pune has been so very uncooperative and rude that i doubt the reputation you have achieved. Your so poor and unethical service is something you need to take action upon. I have really a suffered a big mental trauma and need refund as per my order is concerned. I need a quick action taken on this or i will be ready to reach out the consumer court and bring out company's true face into the limelight and destroy your public reputation. I need a complete refund and i am attaching the bill of the consignment for you to follow up. The consignment has goods worth upto 1500 rupees. The name of the sales women in store located in dhanori, pune is shalu and her contact details are - [protected]. Immediate action to need to be taken against her.

We have booked a courier on 24/08/18 at HYd pod no A991B3988257 to Warangal and they charged 90/-for quick service but till the day (28/08/18) not received the cover .in respect of Rakhi my sister send me Rakhi inside the cover it's irresponsible of your courier service I would like legal action on your courier service

Nsdl issued my pan card and the same has been dispatched on 16-aug-2018 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier via airway bill no. B903z4178499 and reference no[protected] at the address for communication indicated in the application. The pan card was expected to be delivered by 26-aug-2018 but till it is not been delivered and upon tracking online it is showing status: "dispatched from major acc. Hub - mumbai" since 18-aug-2018. I have exchanged few emails for tracking but haven't got any positive response and neither the staff is picking up the call in customer care of mumbai, delhi or gurgaon hub. I request you to kindly look into this matter and deliver my pan card to communication address as soon as possible as it is very urgent.
My humble request to nsdl and income tax department not to choose first flight courier to send pan-cards.

My sister has send me rakhi from lucknow to delhi at 22 august 2018 form fist flight courier but they booked at 23 august and taken 200/- for delivery on time, but not delivered at time that are still showing at mahipalpur hub from 24th augst to today at 27 august,
Your company has spoiled my rakshabandan festival. I am going to take legal action against you

I gave them 4 rakhi packages for courier on 21st aug in pune, his agent told me that all the packages will be delivered by 23 rd aug. After lot of follow - up they delivered 3 packages on 25th but one package m991b7619351 for gwalior is not yet delivered. Calling them everyday 10 times m sending mails but no result and now rakhi is over.
Don't spoil your festival by giving them any courier for delivery

Herewith i have enclosed scan copy of courier challan for your reference.
The consignment booked on 17th and reached chandigarh on 20th.
But the document not delivered till now and report says house locked.
Through chennai office collected phone no of chandigarh branch and called.
One no switched off[protected] another no person said he is out of office and disconnected the line.[protected]

Please talk to them and deliver the document tomorrow without delay.
