At one side of lifafa is cutting when my sister is not send this type

Pls take strict action on that curior service it is ground by first flight curior please sir

A packet was booked from gorakhpur to chandigarh through first flight courier vide it's, ref. Noj991m7629218 dtd. 22.8.2018 still not delivered till 25.08.2018. I have tried to contract to customer case over phone, and also written several mails, but no body is there to answer. This is the worst courier service i have ever seen in my life. First flight is not caring to it's customer at all. It is the slowest courier service of even compare to ordinary port. If you don't have facility to deliver please don't do this business better change your option you r simply irritating and waste the time and money of customer

Tried contacting helplines but no response. The last talk on courier company helpline told courier is returned to jabalpur hub but its not there.
Online tracking shows its delivered on 22nd august 2018.
I need that courier back as soon as possible because it had some very important documents.

My complaint against first flight courier service bad delivery and response to costumer properly.

Please note i have send rakhi (Against traditional festival in india) to jodhpur by 22nd of august by first flight courier. According to first flight courier policy packet deliver to next day from dispatch. But still my packet not reached at destination and i am continuously coordinate with first flight team but any person cant give me any positive response and also i have discussed with courier boy dinesh he says me he will be deliver courier as him wish. So request you please take action against first flight team. Below is the name and contact detail of coordinated persons.

Sir mera ek first flight se courier aana tha jiska tracking no. Hai

Iski expected delivaery 23.08.2018 di thi, but muje ye aaj abhi tak receive nahi hua hai.
Customer care se call lagane pae call to jata hai but koi bhi person call receive nahhi karta hai. Mera ye urgent courier tha jo ki nahi mila hai, aur email id per bhi mene complained ki to uska ka bhi koi reply nahi aaya.

We have been informed from other courier agency at bulandsher up with telephone no [protected], that this courier is to be hand collected by the addresse from gulawothi (Pin code 203408) and the same is mentioned on the envelope.
But at the time of booking neither it was mentioned to me nor mentioned on my booking slip.

Pl look into and arrange for the delivery of the same.
Also pl furnish my complaint number against this e mail.

Document courier not reached destination event after 5 days and no one answers customer call.

I am trying to know my couriered document status from yesterday. I reached goregoan (E) office 3 times, called customer service, and other officials more then 30 times and no tells the status of courier.

Answer i am getting we do no have any tracking details after 21/08/2018.

Really need help to solve the issue and to punish negligence showed towards customer service and company expectation delivery within 3 days.

My awb no p991b1293140 was suppose to be delivered on 23 august 2018 but it is not delivered. I have tried call local office, regional office, head office from last 2 days no one picking call and some time putting call on hold and not taking.

I was cheated by courier and it is very frustrating to reach their customer support. No contact working.

My courier has reached your hyderabad gachibowli office on 20-aug-2018. It has not been delivered yet in my hyberabad kondapur address. I tried calling your gachibowli office 20 times (On mobile nos [protected], [protected]). It was either busy or when it rings no one picked the call. I have sent 5 choclates n 5 rakhi. But when it reached to destination, 4 choclates n one rakhi was missing.
I want compensation for that. I never thought of this kind of worst service from first flight. May be in future I will not able to trust firt flight for any courirer service and seggest my friends also not to use it.

Pan card no. Cmmpr8246r (Ak no:[protected]) was issued by income tax deptt. And it was intimated that the same has been despatched on 16-aug-2018 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903z7139555, and reference no[protected] at the address for communication indicated in the application. The pan card was expected to be delivered by 26-aug-2018 but till it is no delivared and upon tracking online it is showing that your consignment is reached at the mahipalpur hub on 21 st but it is not reached till now to the consent adress and neither the staff are picking up the call in customer care of delhi hub and mahipalpur hub so i request you to kindly look into this matter and deliver my pan card to communication adress as soon as possible as it is urgent. I also request the person sitting in the customer care unit to kindly pick up the call and resolve the problem rather than avoiding to attain the call very poor service i request nsdl and income tax department not to choose first flight courier to send pancards.

My sister sent rakhi by O991B4889432 courier. Still it is pending. No customer care support. only giving another number. Third class service. Cheater company. Only taking money but delivery is zero. Delivered my packet ASAP.

Never see such type of cheap service. Tracking system is too bad. Not showing current where packet it is.

My currier ref no is M[protected]... At the time of sending parcel. They said. It will take 4 days maximum to arrive. But still. My currier tansfor status is pending at all. It is not reliable currier service. I wanted urgent service. Bt i m unsatisfied. Please... Dont break our trust...

A courier (Pan card) was dispatched by nsdl mumbai to delhi vide bill no b903z60511727 dated 28.07.2018. The same was received at your mahipal pur hub on 04.08.2018 (As per your track records). No information further.

It is not delivered to the customer till date whose details are given below.

My package was sent on 13th aug and it has been 7 days my package is still not received they are very irresponsible. Haven't call me once to receive the package. Transferring my package from one branch to another. No authority is also taking action and behaving responsibly. Not listening to customer. I have called them and emailed them multiple times but still they are just making fake promises that it will be deliever soon but it is happening for atleast 2 days.
