First Flight Couriers Complaints & Reviews

I have recieved a courier from Pathankot to Hyderabad with I991B1496572 as a tracking ID. I am regretfull to inform that the courier was in a really bad shape with couple of rat bites which makes the entire package damaged.
The amount of trust that we have on first flight is completely shattered and am not sure weather the services have gone so bad that there is no concern about the customer satisfaction. I have contacted the customer service couple of times and they simply rejected the call because, it is not thier responsibility.

I manoj kuma rudra, getting a call regarding undeliverability of courier b903z4020906 containing pan card in makhanpur, indrapuram, ghaziabad, 201014.
Your executive is saying that they have been restricted to deliver in makhanpur as this is blacklisted area.
This is disgusting, how you people eliminate any location.
I request you to please deliver this pan card on the assigned address.

My product is in the destination city from 4 august but still my product is not delivered. They are not attempting the delivery. Its very urgent. Their contact nos are not reachable and not replying the mails. Package contains valuable products and need to be delivered today. Please look into the matter. This is mentally disturbing me a lot. Please take immediate actions. Please help me. I shall be highly obliged to you.

Today i confirm from rohtak branch they told me address not found... Alt no. Also mentioned they can't make a call to confirm d address.. On same address we r sending all documents

My father sent some goods from Indore MP to Mysore Karnataka on 1 St August. Which contains eatables. On booking it was assured to us that goods will be delivered in couple of days. But now even after 3 days tracking shows it is still there in Indore city not moved out. Courier company has taken a hafty some of amount and now not delivering the goods on time.moreever no one is picking the phones

i'm very disappointed because my very important document missing no one give me proper information.
My cheque posted from lucknow to ghaziabad but no one responsible for my cheque . i need return my cheque any how . its very humble request.

My consignment No is J991Z1280478.
Consignment was booked on 19 July 18.It reached kanpur on 23 July.
Delivery Address was NSS. No phone calls was made to reciever's phone and not returned to booking station till now . from last 9 days, it is dumpped in kanpur only. My questions are...

1. Delivery boy should call to recievers no. and that was not made.
2. If address is NSS then it should be returned to booking station at earliest.

what a irresponsibility of first flight.
In 14 days, any letter have to reach to Andman nicobar by normal mail.

Now your delivery boy is calling and saying i have lot of work, and can’t come to deliver, so please come and collect from office.

Is this for what people use first flight!!!

My father sent me a package from lucknow on 6th july and i still haven't got it yet (As of 28th july) in bhubaneswar. Consignment number is j991m7439055. On tracking it shows that it has reached bhubaneswar on 20th july.

Even after trying to call the local office number repeatedly, nobody answers the phone. No communication from the courier company at all till now.

Such a long delay. At this time, i have lost hope of getting the package. So i expect full refund along with charges for non-delivery of the package.

The courier representative never reached my house, i live in uniworld garden - 2, b3 - 701, sector 47, gurgaon - 122018.
And the courier person called me on saturday - 28th july 2018, that day also i have explained him the address, but he never reached my house.
Today, i have received sms that my house is closed, whereas i have my parents at house, and also the courier guy can drop the packet with the security person sitting at building b3.

I have courier one very important document from gorakhpur, uttar pradesh on 25july 18 to baragad, bhopal but it still not reached. They have charged 380rs. I have to submit my document on 30july before 12:00 o'clock any how. Its very very urgent. While calling customer care number it's not getting pickup.

A corier packet containg medals of no great finacial value but great emotional value were booked from lucknow to be delivered to patna on 21.07.18.The consignment number on the receipt was J991P0334448 which on tracking was shown as invalid.On contacting the shop a new number was given.The packet has not reached till date.

When i track the courier, it says address insufficient.
I have to maintain that.
1. I am born and brought up at the same addresse.
2. My whole family, including mother father and sister reside at the same addresse.
3. We are the oldest in the block, so every body knew us
4. My father is a chartered accountant who registered the first flight company, when it was incorporated, he was a ca, article assitant than, we beleive in first flight.
5 i must be given an answer so as to why, the mark - address insufficient is mentioned,

I had done courier one imp. Packet from chhatarpur new delhi on 19th july18 to handia (221503) allahabad but its more than 7 days and it is not received yet.
While calling his customer care nos.-[protected], [protected], [protected] its not getting pickup...

My consignment has not reached the destination yet as i’ve couriered it on tuesday 17/07/2018 and i was informed that it will reach on friday 20/07/2018.

Not able to know the status of my consignment no U[protected]. While tracking in through First Flight tracking system I found that status was not updated even the name and address also not showing . We are sending important documents and also paying premium charges with a trust to deliver the consignment faster. But sorry to say non of your contact no is approachable. Please update the status on real time basis

Trying to get machilipatnam first flight contact number and office address in google but it's not available. I tried to contact first flight courier reg office number of mumbai, hyderabad and also ahemadabad contact number which i got from flirst flight site but no number is working.. All are showing please check the number you have dailed. They have changed 3000/-

My employer send me courier via POD no M991Z4887254. Not delivered to me and returned again. they not informed to me about courier. when i call to office on [protected] number Mr. suresh pick call and talking very rudely and say we cant do nothing you can complaint where you want. kindly take against him. and improve your service.
