My name is fahimul quadri. I have sent a courier through first flight having thought that best courier comapny. It was an urgent courier beacause it contained medicene for my brother. I had booked on 13/08/2018 from muzaffarpur bihar 8482001, bearing consignment number
U991b053128 to be delivered to my brother's address sbi katni main branch kuthchery, katni, mp 483501. Today is 18/08/2018 but still courier has not been delivered.
Please deliver the courier soon as much as ppssible and oblige.

Pan card no. Cegpg7429r was issued by income tax deptt. And it was intimated that the same has been despatched on 02-aug-2018 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903z6061076, at the address for communication indicated in the application. The pan card was expected to be delivered by 12-aug-2018.
After checking the status on first flight website it was seen that the courier had reached their mayur vihar, delhi branch on 8th aug 2018 morning (Attached please find the screenshot in this regard). However since they did not deliver at our address till 13th aug 18 morning, we contacted their mumbai and delhi offices. The officials expressed their helplessness in delivering in next couple of days due to ‘shortage of staff’. Eventually they forced us to collect the pan card from their mayur vihar sorting office.
On visit to their mayur vihar branch the staff behaved arrogantly and repeated the ‘staff shortage’ excuse and after persistent requests handed over the pan card envelope. To our utter shock and surprise, it was noticed that dozens of pan card envelopes are lying in their shelves which are not delivered to the applicants. Attached please find the photo in this regard.
It may kindly be appreciated that we never faced such shocking experience when it deptt. Used to deliver through speed post.
In view of the above it is requested to initiate suitable action against first flight courier pvt. Ltd. And review the contract with them. Continuation of their miserable services will cause severe hardship to indian citizens who yearn to be honest taxpayers.

I have received a courier from Jaipur to Jodhpur with R[protected] as a tracking ID. I am sorry to inform that the courier was in a really bad shape, likewise it was already opened before arriving to me. The packing was damaged and the tape was broken.
The amount of trust that we have on first flight is completely shattered and I am not sure weather the services have gone so bad that there is no concern about the customer satisfaction. I have contacted the customer service couple of times and they simply rejected the call because, it is not there responsibility.
Please make sue that the courier is delivered with the proper packing as same as in the condition of dispatched.

A courier was booked from pune to hyd roughly 550km on 6th august 2018.
it still has not been delivered to me . The tracker shows it has been dispatched and receiver a gachibowli branch but the courier service company seems to be unaware that goods once received in their branch are supposed to be delivered to the end customer.Its frustrating as no one answers the call in the branch office, please resolve this issue so that i can get my goods.

As I would like to inform you that I as presently a customer of first flight courier company in which I send my important docs to TVS CREDIT SERVICES LTD HR where I have booked my courier on 13/08/2018 and now 4days had been passed out but still my aforesaid courier did not received my my aforesaid company hr to get processed my docs for further in which continuously I am getting a call form hr side they are demanding for the docs continuously to get it process but toady when I reached to aforesaid courier site to get track my courier is is mentioned that it’s still in transit.

Dear Sir/Ma'm,

I would like to lodge my complaint here that I have not yet received my parcel through First Flight whilst on First Flight Tracking site it is showing delivered.

I have been following local First Flight courier (Gun Cyber City) over phone and mail as well (Ref: mail attached) for last 4 days but no positive response I am receiving.

Please do the needful.

My name is rishabh gour and i opt for the service of first flight in order to send my video classes pendrive from lucknow to varanasi (Tracking number j991m7262517) on 4th may, 2018. Due to the irresponsible behavior of the management of the first flight courier i lost my video classes pendrive in transit only.in order to retrieve my belonging i repeatedly went to head office of first flight in hazratganj.

It is to further inform you that being a layman i simply gave my video classes pendrive to them for the courier and they also didn’t ask for any specification as the pendrive contains the online video classes worth of rs 8500/- which i filed for compensation on 14.05.2018. The officials of first flight are not reimbursing my claim as they are just trying to defraud me by dodging me from one official to another.

It’s been four months since i have filed my complaint and asked for the disbursement but there is no result of it as they are saying that i must mention the worth of video classes pendrive before sending it for courier, but no information was asked at the time of booking by the booking agent.

Here i have ask the question whether i m giving a service or they are? Since i m not aware about the policies and terms and conditions of the company so they should reimburse my claim, which it seems that they are not trying to do it.

Since i lost my trust from the first flight courier limited as they always try to defraud and give mental trauma to those who give them a business for the same.

So at the end i am knocking the door to the consumer forum for the justice

I am from ehwa diamond india pvt ltd. Our consignment has received (08.08.2018) at your rudrapur office. But still now (12.08.2018) we have not get any material from your side. It's not first time, we have faced many times. Please explain us why happen to delays on every consignments. If any problems, after that we have not send any materials for your courier.

My daughter's PAN Card despatched from Mumbai NSDL on 25.07.2018 and the same was reached at Tuticorin on 02.08.2018. The consignment number is B903Z6044894. Hi there, thank you for giving me bad days... I was received a call on 05/08/2018, the courier guy constantly call me & i was ending the call because i was crossing the road, because of him i was going to met with accident. When i pick up the call i ask who is speaking and tone was different, he was not listing continue saying my name and reply me he will not delivered my good to me and return them back, i close the call by giving bad words... I am sorry for bad words. At 9:30 pm i received a call from him and he give bad words and i disconnect the call. The other guy had delivered the good and he replied to my mom's your son should not give bad words, it's correct i should not use it but is your courier guys should constantly call me, if call is disconnected. Is that the behaviour i face from your courier guy.

My self vijay kumar and really frustrated in your courier service because my 1 consignment reached in hyderabad madhapur branch 4 august but he is delivered till in today and do not track my courier in your online portal properly, yesterday i am self visit in your madhapur branch but your executive asked me your order already move to delivery point before going your branch i talk your executive where are you my courier in current time he asked me please carry your courier in branch office because currently our delivery boy not available for this hi tech city area and after this all situation i talk your branch manager murali krishna and he asked me do not my responsibility provided your courier and after yesterday your executive do not pick my phone so i request you please immediately action for regarding this issue and i notice in future we are not used your courier service is very bad.

Status not yet updated online and we don't know if the article is delivered or not. so, kindly provide /update the current status of the consignment. as we had booked it on[protected] as it contains important documents and our customer is waiting for docs. so its a request to take necessary action.

I have booked a courier containing loan mortgauge documents on 03.08.2018 for pune from raipur c. G. Docket no. Is p991b1193675. It will take hardly 2to 3 days to reach destination. Till date it is not delivered. Even the tracking system is not showing correct information. A loss of rs. 3000.00 per day is occurring on me. I request you to fulfill my loss of rs. 9000.

Dear i am not happy with the service of first flight. My document is is recieved on 4 of august at destination but today is 8th august and i still not recieved the document it is a very important doc’s for me. But i think that company didn’t think about the importance of customer urgency the document is in the city but they even didn’t try to call. My name is akhil, my courier reached first flight branch-arrived at gun n h 8 branch on 4-aug-2018 but it was not delivered yet. It was important courier, which had warranty and need to replace it, and if such delay will be occurred by first flight delivery end then warranty will get over, which is not good to me and first flight as well for their such a delay business.

With reference to consignment no. I[protected], my courier was supposed to be recieved at the address 105, khatri united, behram baug, jogeshwari west, mumbai-400102. But the courier has not been recieved yet. When i checked the courier status, it said 'pending-house locked', whereas i was never informed on call that the courier boy was there to deliver it. Kindly check my courier status and re-deliver it. Please make sure that i recieve a call when the courier boy is at the delivery place. Thank you tahir khokar
