Dear Team,
Today I got my courier after 5 days but no issues but when I received from courier boy he misbehaved and argument with me. I told him its clearly mentioned in address that's it's top floor and I always received my all courier from the same infect i also told him I have some problem so please but he argu with me and his behaviour was really bad it's really bad for a good company image because it can hurt customers trust from the next time I will not take any kind service from first flight

I had booked a parcel containing cloths on 21st April 2018, from Jammu to Gurgaon by the above named courier. It is now nearly three months but there is no news about the packet. I have written 3 e-mails to their e-mail address but there is no response. The Jammu office also does not give any reply. Their on line tracker is also not accepting my complaint. I had couriered two cosmetic items through first flight (Balaji courier & cargo Vasant Kunj ) On 4 July. The courier was sent within New Delhi. But when that courier reached to the client the packet was teared and one item was missing. I talked to the courier boy and they didn’t provide information. Please help me actually that courier service is not responding on this issue.

My brother sent an important document from Canada using FirstFlight couriers.
Below are the details:

AirwayBillNo: CAN007051
CN: D[protected]

On 16th July 2018 I got SMS stating "CN:D[protected] is delivered to Avinash on 16/07/2018 12:20". I have no clue to whom it is delivered but I have not received it. And now its status online is showing delivered.

I tried calling almost all customer service numbers but none of them is going through[protected]/39546666/39576666/62686666/[protected].

I have sent them a mail on [protected]@firstflight.net 3 times but have not received any reply.

Please help. It is a very important legal document.

My CN:F[protected] is pending for delivery. Every morning the message comes it is out for delivery and on the evening, the message is could not deliver as house is locked. This is completely false as three house is always open. Please ensure delivery.
Your assistance Call:[protected] is also not connecting. Can you check if the number is correct.

I couriered one important document thru First Flight courier from Moti Nagar, Delho to reach Lodhi Rod, Delhi on 4th July but still it is not yet delivered to the recipient.
Further there is no customer care helpline number as all numbers are only ringing and no one is picking any phone.
I am ashamed of sending them so many emails but none of them is replied.

I had booked one important courier having one payment cheque of my party against his outstanding which should be delivered till 5th or 6th July 18 after that he will raise penality against me so j booked courier on 4th July 18 at 3 pm approx from Lucknow to Ambala but till date it's not delivered at destinations so I get in touch at lko office Mr.Ritesh and one seniour person Mrs Mudita g but none of them given me proper response they said it will deliver in next 1-2 days but still not delivered so I wants my courier delivery till tomorrow or return back my courier with punishment to him minimum 10 times penality of refund of my booked amount .
So kindly look into matter as it's company duty to deliver all courier timely after all taking market highest courier charges.
I hope company will ensure timely delivery.

I'm writing this complaint for my package wide tracking number W991M1569995. It was shipped from Agra on 9 July 18 to Jamshedpur, which was suppose to be delivered in maximum 4 days . Today being 14 July it is still in transit, it is still in transit . May I know what is happening with my parcel & when will it reach to the destination. So worse service from First flight wasn't expected . I shall never use it & recommend it to anyone .

Please refer doc ref no: J991M7380765 booked from bank road- gorakhpur on 7th July for VIT-Bhopal.
During this 5 days documents are still in transit and in non delivered status at destination, given mail to customer care Lucknow for tracking but not yet received any reply from any one, Lucknow phone[protected] is not responding any things. This is very unfortunate for a courier company doing worldwide business in such a unprofessional manners, this is the worst service example of first flight.
Please try to track this documents and deliver it as soon as possible.

10/7/2018 The customer book the courier vide POD no. F991B4148691 your courier for fast services but today the courier is not received from consign party.And most of the your officers is not responding to my calls in Bangalore office. When I was called your office the document is still there in office. They are sent the courier. I need consign person plz talk to me. I had booked via first flight courier on 25 th june from BHR C Shekarpur, Bhubaneshwar. But due to unavailability of the person on Bangalore it cant be delivered to her. She is not available in Bangalore now. I called Bangalore Bomseandra branch. he told me that he will return the parcel on Bhubneswar. it is showing status as delivered. why? 2 weeks passed I have not received the parcel to Bhubneswar. Today i called to Pune gultekadi branch for tracking my courier . During this call one of girl provided me wrong number of other branch . So after my next call i have asked for wrong information. So she arrogantly told me like "Ok So what, dont ask me for that information ".
Its really bad experience i got from firstflight service. I am not happy with firstflight people.

Bill No. B003Z1747085 has yet not recieved at my address yet it shows that it has been delivered at provided address on October 27, 2017. I kindly request you to look into this subject matter as it has been months now. I’ll also provide you with the Acknowledgment No. [protected]. My LIC docket/ parcel vide # M991B7360092 dated 03/07/2018 not delivered from Pune to Parbhani Maharashtra to reciever till date 09/07/2018.
I frequently follow with reciever FF courier company but no positively reply. Without addressed, tracking result shown as " Pending- addressee not available"
What expect such name of this courier company while sender follow to delivery.
Very poor response from FF .

I have delivered my valuable documents by first flight courier service on 4th July2018 from Hyderabad to greater Noida and now it is 9th july still my documents has not been delivered. I reach out to service desk of first flight courier, it is very strange that all the numbers which are showing service desk number to their web sites are wrong. Even i emailed them also but no response. I am not able to track my documents at all.Consignment number of my courier is
A991B4089541. They have changed me also for their services. They are cheater and does complete harassment to the people. I request to close this type of courier center so that people don't suffer any more.. Attached is the photo copy of receipt from courier service..
