In case of strike time, why your daltonganj counter received customers/ my Parcel?

Other Kolkata parcels are returning but why not my parcel?

Can you / your organization will bear my loss due to hold and huge loss due to late?

I have a consignment no. c991Z4811002, which was booked from chennai on 2nd july 2018, but now it is 8th july 2018, and the tracking status is still showing as booked on 2nd july, and nothing else. When trying to call their numbers, no one is picking up the phone. It is disgusting, and such courier companies should be closed, as they are just frauds.

Please noted below mentioned Tracking Details of my Bank Documents related courier. On 26.06.18 booked from Gachibowli, Hyderabad & delivery location is Nallagandla, Hyderabad ( Local Courier/ dist max 10km) But since 26.06.18, courier is laying at Hyderabad Hub branch.

Please deliver my important parcel at urgent basis.

4 times i have written complaint to Corporate office as well as hyderabad branch for last 7 days but to no reply yet to come.

No customer care no available only regional office nos available but no body is bother to pickup phone.

This is in reference to my Consignment Number D991Z7223754.

The consignment was booked on 23rd June at Delhi and was to delivered at Faridabad, Haryana. It is yet to be received by me. When, it was tracked on web, on 28th June, I learnt that it has reached Faridabad hub on 25th June and remain pending as house was locked (tried once on 27th June).

Neither I was informed on mobile nor any message was left.

I contacted Faridabad hub on 29th June evening, I was asked to contact in the morning on 30th June and no. "[protected]" was given. When I tried to contact on above no., it was either not reachable or in switched off mode.

After contacting again on landline no., I was given the no. of Mr. Manish ([protected]). I requested him for the delivery of above consignment, but till date it is yet to be delivered.

To my surprise, Mr. Manish told that it is not their duty to inform the customer about the consignment, if the premises is locked. He is also not bothered about the importance of the consignment.

Requested for immediate delivery of consignment

was initiated from bareilly( bay station road) on 30.04.2018 at local time : 16.38 for mysore. Which was suppose to reach in 4 working days. But it didnt
on inquiry it was told that consignment has lost in transit.
And complaint was registered for refund.
Till date the consignment is not delivered (i.E 07.07.2018), n for refund.Either the refund has been initiated,
company claims it will take another 2 months for refund

I have copied history of a package above. When i contacted at local kanpur hub number [protected], he informed me that my address is not in their service area. I want to know that why the parcels are being booked at first place when same will not be delivered due to service area problems. Your organisation is eating money of its customers then you are providing these kind of outstanding services to them.

I have called the number given to get details of my shipment. I am not at all satisfied with the lady who had picked the call. She had so much attitude nd not even ready to give the details or clarify the doubts m. While I was speaking she even cut my call

This is reliance life insurance co ltd barpeta road branch (Assam, 781315)
Since 8 years you have serve us for consignment pickup from our reliance barpeta road branch
But yesterday one consignment not picked up vide pod no-n[protected].
This consignment contains a kisco router which dispatch from assam to mumbai (Ho). As per your pickup boy without invoice this consignment can't pick up.
This is the branch to branch transfer material which transfer from our branch to our ho. As material is too old we can't provide the invoice but can also provide inter memo office transfer consent letter instead of invoice.
But nobody hear us to pick the material.
Kindly help for pick the same.

What reason of delay

This is to inform you that i have sent my son school report card on urgent basis through first flight courier lko, they commit me that the courier will reach within 2 or three days. After 6 days the same will not reach on destination. I have called at [protected] but they not give any satisfy answer.

Kindly note that i have not received courier from first flight which was earlier despatched from navi mumbai on 22nd june 2018 having consignment number - b991b9694832. I have called main branch of delhi for detail of courier which they response by saying it was in madhu vihar, hasanpur village branch. When there i have tried to contact number [protected] many times between 12pm to 1 pm... No one is picking phone.

Kindly help to resolve it asap.

I had sent a important document by first flight booked from Tonk Road office to Gurgaon south City-1 under con. No: R991M0488540 on 22nd June 2018 which has not been delivered till date. I contacted the booking office personally but no success.It is really strange to note how can a courier company sustain with such serious lapses. Please get the matter sorted out or else I would resort to other means.

I had sent two parcels from first flight on 22nd and 21st june.. Which were assured to be delivered in the next two days.. The parcel was from delhi to bhunter in himachal..
On tracking the consignment the only thing it shows is - in transit.. How do i know about its whereabouts
As i am really worried that the one who booked the parcel did not even know where himachal is located.. And said it was a part o[censored]ttar pradesh..in spite of telling that its a different state, he started teaching me that no initially it was a part o[censored]p. I really wonder when the staff has no idea of the geography of india.. Than there is no sureity that the parcel would have reached the right place.. It was a really important document.. To be delivered to its destination till monday.. But still it hasn't been.. How far is delhi from bhunter, it doesn't even take a day.. This is what i get in return for trusting ur brand.. I am really disappointed

I booked an item thru a first flight collection centre in t. Nagar chennai to noida on 18-6-18. The docket no is c991b2405858. Though it was booked on 18th, their web site shows it was booked on 19th. Tracking the website do not show any info. The booking agent is also not helpful. He complains that the ho is not co operating and people in the north do not work. Please track the parcel and deliver at pasca, noids ph no[protected]

I have delivered my valuable documents by first flight courier service on 16th June 2018 from Bangalore to kolkata and now it is 24th june still my documents has not been delivered. I reach out to service desk of first flight courier, it is very strange that all the numbers which are showing service desk number to their web sites are wrong. Even i emailed them also but no response. I am not able to track my documents at all.Consignment number of my courier is
