I have courier important document from giridih to Lakhisarai but returned to giridih and there is no service in lakhikhisarai and also not returned my money so you have to check whether u have service or not. So I got huge losses for this. So I want justificationconsigment numb U[protected] so resolve the issue otherwise I will go counsumer court

I am jignesh ladhava from bhavnagar at gujarat. I have one courier from axis bank and it's very important (Pin number), but your delivery boy was misbehaved with me and say you write wrong address. Let me know that i got credit card through bluedart courier service with single call they find my address even bank verification team verified my address. And your delivery boy said you mentioned wrong address and he didn't deliver my courier at my address.

I think you give permission him to not delivered courier and misbehaved with anyone right sir

So i think you will take action if you need or if you want otherwise you like it that not delivered or misbehaved are good thing.

My baby was born in us and as she is unable to drink milk from india my hubby sent milk powders from us to india.. But when i recieved it the package was good but inside the boxes were broken and damaged.. Its a total waste of mny fr us... They charged 80$ fr us in united states for courier and the milk powders worth 120$... As it is a total waste of time and mny we r expecting refund

I sent a package to goa by first flight on June 14. Paid Rs. 720 for the same. After much ado on the delivery timelines I was told that the package will be delivered today. But has not been and the lazy goa delivery person is not even responding to the calls. The receiving party is leaving from the delivery address in goa tomorrow at 930 am. Even after requesting goa outlet says the delivery cannot be done before 12 pm. It's PATHETIC. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY HAS GONE DIWN AND UNDER.

Dear sir my parcel no: j991m7358167 has been delivered to wrong address and person.
The courier boy was very irresponsible...
He did not tried to deliver at right person and did not call.
Instead he delivered to unknown person and address... While address mentioned on parcel was correct.
Pls take action on such irresponsible courier boy.
So that in future this accident should not occur.

I booked a parcel on 11.06.2018 and the estimated date to reach my courier to destination was on thursday 14.06.2018. Further on that date my parcel is showing delivered but not to that person somewhere else, current status is delivered but there is no name and number of that receipent. When i told this to courier person he was not giving my correct information and not attending my phone after that. I want my parcel delivered to correct person as soon as possible.

One envelope containing some documents were sent by me on 6th june 2018 from new delhi to gurgaon.
After tracking the status online, i got to know the status as "shipment returned to origin due to house locked". It seems your executive does not bother to went their as house was not at all locked. We spoke to gurgaon hub office where they promised they will deliver it today.

Again i tracked it online today (15th june) now the status changed to : receiver refuse to accept" returned to origin.

Why the hell you people did not contact the receiver when the number is mentioned at the address line.

I[censored] r unable to deliver, u must have returned it back. Its 10 days passed today still i did not get my documents back not did the reciever got it.

Deliver the parcel today positively otherwise we have many other options to deal with you people.

I sent below courier thruogh your service but till date it is not yet deliver. After calling the nagpur agency he told he has no courier guy for delivering the parcel at my given address. This is not acceptable at all. If your agency is not able to deliver the parcel at our door step then why you started this business. This is a ridiculous service by first flight. Please look into it as my i have to carry this parcel with me to ireland. My flight is at today night.

I need to get a courier through first flight it is showing as delivered on 26 may 2018. It s a bike insurence from icici its been worst the anger what i had is almost uncontrolled... Can't u maintain a tracking page perfectly
But i didn't got the delivery... May i know what happend to it if it is lost pls inform about it atleast i would have given a rating of[protected]/10 if i had a chance for u r service

The pan card of my sister in law mrs. Chandana mohapatra has reached at your jajpur road branch & regarding this i got a confirmation from your jajpur road branch on dated 07th june 2018 at 15 hours. The concern person from your jajpur road branch office who was given me this intimation is having mob no: [protected]. I sent my father's younger brother mr. Satish kumar jena (Mob: [protected]) with all the required id proof to hand over this pan card to him. The serial no of the pan card is : 6077

Today just now mr. Satish jena when reached at jajpur road office & gave him all the required details, instead of handing over this pan card, the concern person of your jajpur road office is asking him to give some money.

Now this is for what purpose. Since first flight courier doesn't have any service at jajpur town therefore i have sent mr. Satish jena to collect this pan card. But openly they your branch people are asking for money. Also they are threatening that if you will not give money then we will return back your card. Last time when my updated pan card has reached at your jajpur road office, these people have also asked mr. Satish jena to give some money. At that time i have told that, i am going to complain against you at your head office. After that they have given my pan card. Now again they are playing the same tune.

Requesting you to take this matter very strongly with your concern jajpur road branch on top priority as it maligned the image of first flight courier & also take some serious action so that this type of mischief would not be repeated in near future with anyone.

Sir, it's very painfull that v not received my corier which booking date is 5june18 from Delhi to gwaliar . Corirer arrived in gwaliar on 09 June.office no was off for two days. Today they sent the delivery boy but he has no balance in his mobile. Due to that he could not call me.but is not picking my call too. Very poor service by your gwaliar branch. Please take some action against it. It's very pathetic.

Pan card courier originated from mumbai & destination is aligarh. Courier arrived in aligarh on[protected]. Tracking number is b903z6658966. Wasn't contacted for delivery and pan card not delivered. No contact number is available to contact courier service. I am unwell, so can't collect from their office. Kindly arrange a delivery asap.

First flight failed to deliver a parcel even after 12 days. As per tracking status it reached destination 7 days before but haven't delivered courier.

None of the customer care service numbers are working.
No intimation or status update
Not sure whether my parcel is still exists or lost
Worst service i have ever experienced
Seen worst ratings and lot of negative feedback from so many customers

Government should cancel business licence for this kind of couriers on immediate basis

Hi my courier was left undelivered past date of receiving at the local hub. No intimation regarding the courier was shared, moreover upon contacting the company, the had no resolution or answer to my queries. Very disappointing and poor management, not a professional company at all when it comes to attention to the details. The courier company refused to answer any calls, took the money in advance and there was no follow up.

I rate this as the worst experience and we have very old association wrt business and personal relations with various cargo shipment companies. This shouldn't even be a persons last choice for getting something couriered.

It's better to not courier any product via them, than to face utter disappointment with the whole dealing process of first flight courier.

The above consignment has not been delivered to me. When i call they are telling rudely that it's been delivered to the security (Very rude). Courier boy has signed himself as arjun instead of taking security's signature and telling it's been delivered to arjun whereas no security by name arjun exists in our apartment. And courier people telling do whatever you want, complaint to whomever you want. Such a big organisation but not responding properly. No basic courtesy as to how to behave with customers.

Well, i got a text from courier service.

Later then, i didn't receive any call or text from them. And now they're saying it has been returned to origin.
What next should i do to receive my pan back...???

Many pan cards we have not received which are sent through first flight curie and it is the most lazy curier service i have ever seen. Never receive a parcel on time. Please change the people working under your curier service. They does not inform us that they received the good and without inform they returns the pan cards. We are facing many problems from this curier service. Please improve your service and help people. The tracking numbers we have not received yet are

My pan card has been dispatched from mumbai on 11-apr-2018 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903z5640221, for delivery at my residence, hyderabad, india. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 18-apr-2018. But my pan card is not delivered till date.
I contacted you number of times but your office replied back that you have already delivered.

I haven't received the courier till date, i need the proof that you have delivered to me, else i have no other option except reaching out to consumer forum/court of law for justice.

I had posted a courier in 31st may from tinsukia assam first flight courier service center.. And it was to be posted to be keshtopur, kolkata. It's been more than a week but the courier have not been delivered to the destination yet. The location cannot be tracked as the consignment number i have given is invalid. The courier service team of tinsukia are not reaponding on my enquiry... Therefor i request to find me my parcel back as soon as possible.

I have sent one doc from gurgaon to doomdooma 785151 on 14 may but it is not delivered till today.

It contains some docs and on delay delivery will leads huge loss (If doc expired and not accepted for renewal).

The doc is going to be expired (Expiree on apr/may 2018).

I wanted to take a coercive legal action against first flight couriers.

Herewith, filing the case and please take a appropriate legal action this negligence and breach of service agreements with filing claim of loss.
