I had applied pan card and department had send this through first flights courier with airway bill no:-B903Z6467392 on 1/05/2018 but till now i didn't received the delivery .its very urgent
so kindly resolve this problem sir please I am facing problem when I go to courier office they tell they didn't had this type of consignment . this type of courier office should not be their in state

Though they even haven't contacted me but I am constantly trying to contact them but in vain as always the number is busy.
I have some urgent documents out there and need to be delivered asap.
Kindly look into this matter and deliver the document asap.

The people of your company are very rude at addressing the customers and addressing issues. The lady when i called to a number[protected] was very rude and the complaint has to be addressed and if this is not done i would go with the other procedures what i wanted to.

जब मेरा पैन कार्ड नहीं आया तथा एक महीना करीब हो गया था तो मैंने उसको ऑनलाइन ट्रैक किया जिससे मुझे यह पता चला की मेरा पैन कार्ड तो 1 महीने पहले ही शुरू हो चुका है तथा वह फर्स्ट फ्लाइट के कुरियर द्वारा मेरे घर पर भेजा जा चुका है पर इसके बीच में फर्स्ट फ्लाइट पर जब वह कोरियर आया जिस के हिसाब से उसने अपनी ट्रैकिंग में लिख रखा है तो उन्हें नाही मेरा घर सर्च किया ना ही मेरे को फोन किया और तथा एंड में लिखकर यह भेज दिया कि पता मेरा गलत है मैं इसकी जानकारी जाना चाहता हूं कि ऐसा क्यों हुआ तथा इसके लिए दोषी कौन है ना ही मेरे को इन ने फोन किया ना ही मेरे एड्रेस पर आए सब अपना वहां बैठे-बैठे सोच लिया और जो हुआ वह कर दिया परेशानी मुझे हो रही है समय अब मैं क्या कर सकता हूं मेरे को न्याय प्राप्त करवाइए यह कोरियर सिकंदरा ब्रांच आवास विकास आगरा फर्स्ट फ्लाइट के अंतर्गत आया था तथा मैं आपको अंत में इस कुरियर का ट्रैकिंग नंबर तथा पैन कार्ड की एक नॉलेज मेंट नंबर दोनों दूंगा जिससे कि आप पता कर सकें और कृपया करके जल्द से जल्द मेरी सहायता करें...
जब मैंने पैन कार्ड ट्रैक किया तो उसमें कुछ इस प्रकार लिखा हुआ था आप भी पढ़ सकते हैं

My pan card was dispatched via ffcl awb number b903z3928844. On ffcl website tracking it is marked delivered to some unknown person. Also, there is no indication of the recepients contact number or id check. Pan card is an important govt document and it should not be delivered to incorrect address. Please help me get my pan card, to avoid misuse.

This is very irresponsible behavior by first flight courier and i would also like to highlight this problem with nsdl to check about the any mischieves by ffcl limited.

I was supposed to receive a parcel from them in the next 3-5 bd though i selected next bd however it’s been almost been 11 days waiting for it, it’s an emergency delivery, when they called they lied saying we tried to deliver there was a lock in your door and we tried to call but not reachable! I am all day at home and my phone service are better here, this a pathetic service provided by them, they should be closed down immediately, many other company are thriving better and doing their best for best customer service but they are pathetic! With lies they are lazy to deliver. And they keep postponing saying will deliver today tomorrow keeping us intact as if we have no other work but to wait! The tracking number is n[protected]

Dear team,

We're sent 2 couriers from pune (Mh) to malappuram (Kerala), booking time they said door deliver available at malappuram so we booked and pay the amount.

But one courier (M991b7459508) was return back to pune without end customer confirmation and not contact.

I received call for calicut courier office[protected] for another one courier (M991b7459539), they said services not available at malappuram so need to come and collect.
But booking time we paid for door delivered only.

If services not available means why your booking. Before booking your peoples are check the services availability or not via pincode...

I have send my product through this courier and they are providing me wrong information regarding the product delivery and dispatch. They are telling me that the courier is returned from the e commerce company but after contacting the company, ther is no such information is provided to me... Please solve my problem as soon as possible. This courier service just only take money from people and do not complete the task.

I was suppose to receive my parcel on monday as promised by personal at pune's office. As i did not receive it even in wednesday i called the service people at rajkot but nothing seems to help everyday they tell me that i should be receiving it by noon by evening but i haven't received it yet, it was a very urgent parcel and this was informed at pune's office yet they are so careless that even after 4 days delay i haven't received it and now when i call them they said you must have received it now when i said i haven't they said we will get back to you. I have not received any call, no information. Since two days they are just saying that you will receive it by today noon but there are no results.

Docket no - U991B0257548 Booked from Ara Bihar to Kolkata on 18th is not yet delivered.Booking person contact no is [protected] & he is telling lie from the first day, he has changed for express delivery & said that it will reach within 2 days.While contacting to the FFC customer care no it is not working.He has cheated me.

pan card issued by nsdl by airway bill no. B903z5667547 is not received so far. Your's company hisar office and sirsa office miss guide mr. Daljeet singh daljeet singh s/o sh. Joginder singh r/o ward no.11, near telephone exchange, kalanwali mandi, kalanwali-125201 ( haryana ) mob no. [protected], instead of delivered the same to mr. Daljeet singh they have delivered the same to mr. Pankaj c/o jallan associates, sirsa. How it is posible kindly look into the mater seriously, kindly recovered the pan card from pankaj and hand over the same to mr. Daljeet singh at their kalanwali address.

My friend couriered my parcel on 25/04/18 via dtdc from vit university. The parcel was a guitar. I was vacating my hostel so i had a lot of luggage and couldn't carry everything with me. So, i had placed my shoes and some clothes inside the guitar cover (There was enough space). Dtdc gave the parcel to 'first flight couriers' and they further sent it through gati courier services. They took extra 400 rs from me for packing because they said it was guitar and needed extra packing. While packing, they opened my parcel and removed some items from it (Shoes, blanket etc). The shoes itself were worth 2000 rs. They said parcel will reach after 7 days but i received parcel after 15 days. When i opened the parcel, i found that items mentioned above were missing, and they had put thermocol sheet inside the guitar cover. I don't think they're even allowed to open the parcel. I talked to the first flight courier guy and he said he'll check the cctv footage. So far they have only found one piece of cloth that was missing. My shoes and blanket are still missing. I am trying to contact the guy since a week now and he's not picking up my calls and not even replying on whatsapp.

My client has couriered document on 18th may 2018 from chembur my docket number is b[protected] when i checked this docket, it shows that house locked, but there are 10 people at my home on 21 may 18, how can they say house locked, this is third time i am facing this kind of problem from your side, previously reason was address not traceable. Since i am living in well known area called gaurav garden in kandivali west, today is 23 may 18 and till now i have not received my document b[protected]
Worst service, please do needful.

The consignment number of my pan card courier is b903z6013871. My pan card was dispatched on 02-may-2018 and was expected to reach keonjhar by 08-may-2018 but it only reached barbil the nearest branch to keonjhar and the status showing in there website is delivered. Even in the nsidl website, it is showing:
'your pan card has been dispatched on 02-may-2018 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903z6013871, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 12-may-2018.'
But on the website, they have written that it has been delivered. I tried to call the branch phone numbers but they didn't respond. Dropped an email, but didn't get a reply. It would be great if you help me receiving the pan card as soon as possible as i needed the pan card for connecting it to my bank account.

An imporrant document docket was sent on[protected] from golaghat to deliver in a bank branch in kolkata.its showing that the package reached kolkata on[protected]. It's been over 1month but the package is still undelivered. This is disgusting and causing great inconvenience in the office work. The pod no is N[protected].
Irresponsible work from first flight.
Fix it right now.

The item containing PAN Card (AWB No: B903Z5527287) from NSDL was accepted, as per tracking details, at Mumbai on 05.04.2018 and which duly arrived its destination point at Silchar on 21.04.2018.

But till date, the item could not be delivered by the courier service to the addressee viz. SRI PRADIP KUMAR DAS, S. S. ROAD, PO & DIST : HAILAKANDI, PIN : 788151, ASSAM.

I reported the matter through mailing contact of First Flight, NSDL & Cosumer Complaints in time to time.

But no feed back from anywhere yet.
