E991mo341790- consignment number from kolkata of first flight on 14/05/2018 is not yet received. It is in the name of asita mukherjee. When we r tracking it then it is showing its delivered but we haven’t received it yet. When i called first flight, coonoor they r saying it has not received by them & from chennai it is sent through s t courier. I called s t courier, coonoor to clarify, they are asking for s t courier consignment number, which we don’t have.

It is extremely irresponsible behaviour by such a reputed courier service. No one is taking call in first flight chennai customer compain, even after calling several times.

I got a message from nsdl on 18/04/2018 about my pan card sent by ffcl. But still i didn't get that. I need pan card soon. Please register my complaint and help.

Request to send that again by post not courier.

Very very pathetic service by first flight couriers ltd. A consignment containing 10 boxes of mangoes weighing 7 kg each was sent from ratnagiri, india and i was expecting it to receive in 2 days in noida. However i received only two boxes after 5 days. The boxes were in so damaged condition that anyone can easily notice that someone have taken out some of the mangoes.
Two boxes were weighing only 9 kgs instead of 14 kg. The boxes were not in a good condition, they were not handled carefully and most of the mangoes became so pulpy and beyond eatable condition.
Still i don't know where and in which condition are the remaining eight boxes? The total consignment was a worth of rs 16000/- excluding courier charges..

Completely unprofessional and non reliable courier company.

Parcel was sent from Kolkata to Herbertpur, Dist. Dehradun, Consignment number.E991B1973851. SENT ON 03.05.2018. The parcel did not reach it's destination by 15.05.2018. Did not receive any message or phone call till now. None of your contact numbers at Kolkata or Dehradun is rechable.

Representative from first flight courier at shillong sends me a sms on 12/05/18 to visit their office and collect the pan card... I understand that nsdl has sent the same to be delivered to my address, am i supposed to be visiting the office for delivery! I contacted the mobile # from which the sms had come and have asked the same to be delivered at the address, till today (20/05/18) it has not been delivered...

I am very regret to inform that I had applied for Pan card & I have Received a confirmation message that your pan card has been allotted to you & this will get delivered till 22nd May 18 but when today I have checked the status online then its showing there Pending - Non Service Station (Non Service Delivery area) & card has been Returned back to MUMBAI .while I didn't Receive any confirmation messagecall . card was to urgent for me . when I have called customer care of courier company then executive told me that due to Pending - Non Service Station (Non Service Delivery area) its got Returned now you have to wait for another 15 days & this will come toy you via Indian post .it Really embarrassing .Why NSDLTN card company given courier to First Flight Couriers company while they Non Service Delivery area .My contact no [protected] Tracking Details - # B903Z6551191 ( Ref. #[protected] )

Worst service by first flight. My consignment number is U991M1191346.
Yet not received at detination. Wasted my money in rebuying the thing which I already had. WORST SERVICE BY FIRST FLIGHT. I am going to Lodge police complaint against them because product booked was very essential for patient in hospital.

I requested as per my mentioned address to courier boy to drop the parcel on address mentioned there but he deny to come on address. I received the courier by meeting him where he called.. They know very well that parcel is urgent for his receipient, they misuse their dominancy... This negligence of duty is facing by various people nowadays please take approriate action for the same...

I had booked a courier on 10th may, with shanti communication for jaipur. As i write this complaint the packet has still not been delivered. As per tracking record, thepacket has been delivered in jaipur office on 12th may. Since last one hour i made numerous calls and i was kicked around like tennis ball from one office to another. After four calls i could reach vaishali office, mob [protected]. Thelady who attended the phone, made me wait for ten minutes and than i was told that i should contact the delivery boy. She was outright rude and does not know how to deal with customers. I have paid rs 120 as courier charges and it contains a n application form which cost me rs 500. Tell me who is going to reimburse my loss?

we wrote first mail to [protected]@firstflight.net and '[protected]@firstflight.net' on 05.05.2018. Further I wrote a mail to '[protected]@firstfligh.net', [protected]@firstflight.net, & '[protected]@firstflight.net' on 10.05.2018 but no any positive response get.

11/05/2018 morning it is delvd to me, after open the c/n, i found 1 saree bt leggings kurti & bangles missing from it. When i rcvd this c/n, cover conditions is good so i rcvd it. After rcv when i trying to open i seen here attached double selotep and missing my clothes also. When book this c/n waight is 1kg 200grm, bt when it handover c/n waight is 680 grm.

Pls investigate the matter as soon as. Otherwise i consumes your higher authorities. And case also.. Please. Please

I have applied for my pan card and the same has been shown as dispatched on 12 april 2018 on the government website (Tin_nsdl) and showing as :
Your pan card has been dispatched on 12-apr-2018 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903z4476356, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 22-apr-2018
Bur when i search the tracking number on first flight pvt. Ltd. It shows your pan card has been delivered on your address on 19 april 2018 but i did not received my pan card yet.
How to solve this problem.

I parceled mangoes from pune to amritsar on wednesday 9th may 2018. But it did not reached at the destination within the timeline confirmed by the first flight courier agency. It reached to amritsar on 14 may afternoon however all the mangoes got delivered in rotten condition.

The delivery time of 5 days is not at all expected from the agency.

If the agency would have told me in the very first step that the delivery time is 5 to 6 days, i would not have sent the parcel.

I had paid rs 1100 as the delivery charge after getting confirmation that the delivery will go via air and it will take only 2 days.

I want my money back rs 1100 which has been charged to me for the delivery along with the compensation (Rs 1400 price that i paid to bought the mangoes).

I send package with tracking number D992B0789806 on 2nd May' 2018. The package is still not delivered and tracking is not showing anything. Nobody answers the customer care no:[protected]. I have written email also 4 days ago but no reply till yet.

I contacted the courier guy and he says he has sent the package and keeps giving me numbers of different people to contact. It is not my duty to run around and ask everyone in your company about my package. If you have a tracking number and it still says shipped then how can it get lost.

Worst part is absolutely no customer service via phone or email. I have not seen any company like this.

Find the package and i[censored]nable to deliver it pls send it back to me. Otherwise I am going to file a case.

Courier tracking no-b903z3853878 is not being delivered at the mentioned delivery address at belpahar. However when i track the shipment in first flight courier website, it is showing being delivered. After enquiry, i found that the shipment is lying at jharsuguda that is 20-22 kms from the place of delivery and the person says we are not providing services at belpahar, i. E delivery address. You need to collect the same from jharsuguda.

To my surprise, he didn't even bother to call us and inform to collect from jharsuguda. It was our initiative to track the courier. First flight customer care no and registered address mumbai no. Are also not functional/no one is picking the phone up.
The document was pan card, i suppose if it would have been some more important document, i. E legal notice, etc than the person would have been in trouble.

I am really need my partial... Please help me sir... They tracking system said my address is insufficient but there is no issue in my address even every partial perfectly come without any hassle than why they not delivered my pan card...
