This is regarding a cover booked from mumbai on 28/09/2017 to hyderabad.
The said consignment reached hyderabad on 29/9/17, same day sent to branch, from branch it was out for delivery on 3/10/17 till morning 11.30 on 6/10/17 the said cover was not delivered i tried the contact number of branch, hub, head office provided in internet but there was no response from all the above after about two hours branch office number responded and the lady executive without even taking consignment simply gave another number and when contacted the given number it turned out to be customer care the person there again advised to contact branch this made me angry and i asked the executive is it the way their company is serving clients with irresponsible responses after heated arguements the executive put me on hold because of which call got disconnected again i called and the executive informed that the cover will be delivered by today (6/10/17) 5 pm
I thought first flight is managed by professionals but it seems there is no control on front end and backend field/ operations staff all managers are careless in terms of service and customer care. Its pathetic

This mail is regarding the worst service by first flight courier provided to me and the way they all have cheated me. I sended my consignment on 25 september 2017 and it was urgent and i asked there representative then he said it will reach gopalganj by 27 september evening. The socking news was that it reached there today on 05 october.. And inspite of payment for the courier delivery boy again' taken 50 rs before handing over. I tried several times to customer care but they didn't respond. Assignment, kindly take strict action regarding the same and share the same with me..

My articles is not received till dated 05.10.2017.when I call to concern staff (ballia, up) he is telling that come to my head office at ballia, uttar pradesh and pick your consingment .It's not good for your service. Kindly give instructions to your staff ...

This is a pvt ltd. company, so new pan card of company has been sent by income tax department but till now i could not get my pan card everything is disturb and first flight couriers unnao branch is showing dilivered on 28th my, i have status update of my pan card.

The worst services, as per brand...i courier on 27th Sep 2017 from Pune to Pune only which hardly takes 3 days...its almost 9 days and courier didn't received to destination yet...am calling to branch and other but there is no proper response at all and online tracking showing reach to destination in Mumbai...

I bough 4 tickets for the fifa u17 world cup from kyazoonga for 6th of october 2017. They dispatched the tickets from delhi through first flight courier service on 25th of september. Today is 4th of oct (6.30 pm), but till now the tickets are not yet delivered. I tracked the status from yesterday and it is showing out for delivery, but i didn't received it yet. I have flight tickets scheduled tomorrow from kolkata to delhi. If i don't get the tickets by eod then who will be responsible for this? This is ridiculous from a courier company to take more than 10 days to deliver one shipment from delhi to kolkata.in that time i can go to delhi in person and take those ticket and come back. What the hell they are doing with courier services. I have paid extra charges for that courier also along with the tickets.

This is to inform you that the pan card of my firm namely apg and associates was dispatched on 08/09/2017 and your website is showing it has been delivered on 23/09/2017. However we have not actually received the same.
So how can it be showed as delivered.
This is clear cut case of forgery.
All the details regarding the courier has been mentioned below.
Kindly check the details and sign of the person receiving the courier and do the needful and get it dispatched as soon as possible

My consignment number - w991m1445008 has still not be delivered to the destination address. By when should i expect my consignment.

The shipment has already reached the hyderabad facility as per the first flight tracking system on last friday. But it has still not reached my home. Not even a phone call intimating me about the arrival.

This is a repeated behavior from first flight with every courier. Request the team to take a corrective action at the earliest.

I have applied for the pan card and on the site it is showing my pan card is out of delivery from 25th september 2017 but still i didnt received it. When i called on the first flight contact number they didn't receive my call or say our site is not working so we can't track your pancard. I required my pan card very urgently due to some loan formality. Please help me out and take some strict action against them

Consignment No: W991M1344907 of first flight courier service is not yet delivered to its proper address. We don't know receiver Mr Tajinder but he received our parcel. So either let me know the name and number of delivery boy or else give me the number and address of tajinder. I have tried to fill this form before but didnt find the right source. Please sort out my problem or else i will look forward to file my case. That shirt was my lucky shirt and it needed to be delivered at right address. Please help me regards this.

I had submitted my letter to first flight, sonari, jamshedpur on 22-sept-17 to be dispatched to kolkata. As per their commitment it was to be delivered by 24-sept-17. As on date it has not reached and no one from first flight is picking up call from last 04 days to answer my query. It was communicated that it is an urgent document and is related directly to educational purpose. My purpose is defeated and i am under great loss. Earlier on the same address i have sent documents from this courier service which has reached without any trouble.

My courier was routed to the address "303, metro paradise, friends colony, bhandup east" sent from kanpur by my parents. But due t9 urgent shift in job location i have to relocate to "727, chitravani chs, pimpripada road, malad east". As i informed the courier services about the same and also agreed to pay compensation if any. But they denied the service and asked me to collect the courier from bhandup itself or they will sent it back. As i need the parcel very urgently hence would like an appropriate action on the same.

After staying for 2 days in destination branch the shipment is not delivered yet and the status is showing parcel is delivered.

Dear team,
Still i have not received my parcel having tracking details - # b903z2588265,

When call to first flght office agra - sanjay place and bhawana tower serco,

In bhawana tower a lady picked the phone and saying thet first flight will not give delivery at home and you have to pick it from first flight office only.
This very pathetic, and very cheap trick saving money for conveyance.
Are you cheating us taking money for home delivery and calling to customer your office to pick courier.
Why it not deliver to home?

My self dev brat shukla visit your office akbarpur branch dated 25 sept 2017 & 26 sept 2017 to collect our 2 courier of pan card but first flight guy not hand over my courier & returned to origin.

My pan card has to be delivered by first flight, and my consignment has reached at city office but they are not delivering it. If i am calling the are not properly talking and responding to me, as the always say that "mam we will soon deliver it". It has been 8 days since the consignment reached there but it is not yet delivered.
