Consignment no. J991m6039231wa sent from jhansi (Pin 284129) to roorkee (247667) on 17.07.17. Till date not delivered. Even jhansi staff is not giving any information. Ms mudita is literally disgusting. Very very bad service. Even they do not talk. My clothes worth approx. 10k and they are telling me to forget it.

Several other email were given and phone calls made but invain.

My first communication is referred below:

Please refer to my trailing email, it is very disappointing to say that your people at jhansi are not at all cooperating. They are even willing to talk. Earlier it was informed that consignment is out from ghaziabad for roorkee. But in tracking it is in nainital.

How a consignment is lost when all details are punched in your system. If at all, it is in nainital then also can be returned back from there. But no body is paying heed to it.

Consignment (No. J991m6039231) was despatched from jhansi to roorkee on 17.07.17. But till date it has not reached the destination.

Where details are tracked, this parcel destination is appearing nainital. There were clothes in the parcel which were also mentioned on the parcel. Value of the parcel is apprx. 5000/-.

Please arrange to track and deliver it immediately.

Such nuisance is not at all expected from first flight.

Customer care and employers of the dont pick up the phone
I have many time complaint about the comany employers but they not satisfy reply .
Plesae look my problem and do needfull
I dont receive my pan card please send early

    I have applied for pan card and the same is dispatched with
    By first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903z1358638 with pan card no;-ebbpm4854c, dated[protected] and the same is returned back undelivered. Kindly re-send the same do needful

    Courier person called me on mobile on same day but i was unable to receive
    After just 20 mins i called him back but by that time he was gone to his courier facility and said he will come back in 2 3 days. But still the pan card is undelivered.

      I sent a courier on thursday 21 september from bhopal to kanpur.in a pink bagpack, which had clothes and a purse in it. First flight stole the bagpack and the purse and delivered the clothes in a carton!!! I mean how can these people do it??? This is insane. I want the stuff to be returned as soon as possible. I dont know if i will get the stuff back because i do not trust first flight anymore.

          This is not only draw your attention but also for claim for refund of amount paid for service.

          We have booked one packet contained study material in it having consignment no. D991b9727634 dated 19th sep 2017, amount rs. 360/-.

          The packet doesn't deliver till 25th sep 2017, cause lost of time for preparation of examination due to your poor services.

          Even we pay two times more than another courier service assuring delivery on time.

          Your executive also assured us for delivery of packet within 48-72 hours.

          But from 19th sep 2017 to 25th sep 2017, its seven days & the packet not delivered till date showing how poor service you are providing & charging more than two times from another courier services.

          Therefore you are requested to refund our amount of rs. 360/- (Rupees three hundred sixty only) which is paid for the service immediately.

          Kindly look into the matter & refund the amount at the earliest.

            I have send a courier via first flight courier, balrampur, u. P. On[protected], which tracking id number is j991p0296371. Its contained a blackberry passport mobile worth rs. 14, 999.00 on chennai address of the mobile seller.
            The courier could not be delivered due to some reasons and its returned (Rto) to balrampur on 15/[protected]. On[protected], i have reached to receive the packet on their premises. When i have opened the packet in front of the representative of the courier agency, its found empty (The mobile and charger was missing). The weight of the packet on sending time was 600 gms., which is displaying on the receipt of 06.9.2017, and the weight of the packet is approximate 450 gms on receiving date i. E. 16.9.2017.

            At once i give them writtern complaint about this. After this they have intimate all about the case to their bosses on the same day by phone and e-mail also. After this i have also send mail to on their head offices in lucknow and mumbai with enclosing the copy of above complaint.

            Till date i am also calling them on daily basis to sort out the mistake and take appropriate action to pay my loss but there is no result till date. I had also send the registered complaint and emails to them for quick action in my case. There is no response till date.

Person was talking in a rude behavior as if I am his servant. Even after this much delay people of first flight courier respond in a rude manner.

                I had asked for a new pan card after correction. Nsdl has despatched it to me on 13 sep 2017 and has given me awb of first flight courier as b903z2496382. When i tracked it, it is mentioned that the card has been delivered on 19 sep. This is a lie. I have not got the card yet. When contacted, the staff of the courier company at tuticorin are very rude.

                  First flight courier, one of the worst fraud services in the country. My brother had sent me a book as my birthday gift. It so happened that the product had arrived to the regional office at kalkhali which is approximately 10kms away from my home. I'm a student, also doing my part time job and those bloody courier agents are so reckless and they don't even inform me about the parcel which arrived at their office and rather they keep quiet amongst themselves and when i call they make some pathetic excuses and they ask me to go and collect the parcel from their office. I mean seriously, i'm expected to travel this long distance for some small book which will cost me another 60rs just for travelling and the courier cost was 95rs. If they're charging this high for a small packet, then how can they be so negligible so as to not deliver the product on time. It's been a month since the product has been lying over there. This is highly unacceptable and totally disappointing. Atlst dtdc and india post have prompt services and they ain't like these # people.

                    The worst courier in india they are thieves bloody r#$%s they stole clothes from my packet and then repacked it and delivered tbus happened recently to me in september 2017 when i gave them a packet grom delhi for delivery at bangalore consignment no. D[protected] they dont know how to run it they close immediately close down they cant even afford to maintain network and gave outsourced delivery to thieves

                        This is happening for the second time from first flight couriers company.
                        Courier boy is straight denied to deliver parcel to given address as he was saying that he not able to find the address. When i called him he said me to collect it from courier office.

                        When i confirmed address from him the address was correct and anyone can find that address easily.

                        This is very ridiculous to collect parcel every time from office just because of courier boy laziness.

                        Also when i called him to deliver product as i was waiting for him to collect the parcel he simply disconnected the call and blocked my number.

Even after several followups, no response is being received. If the courier does not have its branch at a particular place than they should not accept parcel from the originating place.

                          My father applied for the pan card on nsdl by july, after that, unfortunately we are not available in our house continuously. So today only i check the nsdl website for my father pan card status, it's mentioned already dispatched and also mentioned your courier tracking number b903q7857666. I checked the tracking number in your website, is mentioned already the consignment was delivered on 2nd august at 12.05pm. But we are not received any courier on that date. And also mentioned in your tracking details, signed by. Company seal & sign, but not mention which company and also the receiving person name. We have not any company, this is only house, but in your tracking mention like only, now i want to know who receive the courier and which company seal & sign the above bill. Please reply me as soon as possible, otherwise i will take the legal action in your courier.

                            I have a very urgent document that needed to get delivered from pune to delhi on 16th of sept. However, the consignment is still sitting in some office of yours while the portal says 'out for delivery'. While calling your delivery person on 16th evening (6 pm) he replied that it is too late and he wont deliver it till monday. I was made to call so many numbers to get this info as your delhi team keep diverting us from one number to another.

                            Tell me what's the use of taking express service if you are not gonna fulfill your promise? Due to the negligence and inability of your pathetic team i am bound to loose 2 lakh rupees. I would like to stress that the consignment is to be delivered at the earliest. If due to your gross negligence, i loose my money then i will be taking legal action against your company.

                            Worst experience of my life. Expecting a reply from your team at the earliest.

                              We have send the courier through first flight courier from jamshedpur branch on the date of18/07/2017 with pod no.-u[protected] but till date the document is not reache the destination. We tried to track the document but we are unable to track. The concern person mr shekhar who is the area manager of first flight he is very irresponsible person he neither pick the phone nor able to track the document. So i request you to kindly find my document and return it to me as soon as possibel.

My parcel's delivry date was 13/09/17 but now also i dont have any clue where is my parcel and ur workers in talegaon are keeping thier mobile switch off so i am unable to contact them also. Kindly do something to ur office n deliver my parcel today only to keep ur name safe otherwise this will be the last time i delivered any thing by fjrst flight.

                                  My consignment (O991b4220173) was sent for delivery on date[protected]. They committed that this consignment will be dispatched by[protected]. Checking status they didn't delivered this rather it was returned from there. Even they have not returned to me at my "from" address. Its bee month, they are not able to find my consignment status. Request if i could get help here to get my consignment back and take some severe action against the company s who keep cheating like us while taking the consignment and promising to delivering it ate earliest date.

                                    I sent a parcel to india from canada to my parents with kbee support. The value was around 30 cad which is around 1500inr. They guy charged 844inr from my parents as gst as it was written on the parcel and did not give any receipt too. How much u r supposed to charge and why no receipt. I have been trying to call vishakha bhawan delhi branch since few days as the add was from them and sent an email to them. No one is picking the phone anf no reply of my email. Kindly explain.

                                      My courier having PAN CARD, and its consignment no. B903Q7373481 has not been delivered till date. And after enquiry in its Patna office, courier boy is asking for Rs 40/- as a bribe money for its delivery .
                                      After denial from my end he is asking to collect from its office.
                                      It is already 2 months old, and I am suffering with this delay. Kindly do the needful at earliest.
                                      Other wise I have no any other option than consumer forum.

                                        I had send courier from ahmedabad to mumbai on 8th september, 2017. Its been more than 5 days the courier is not been dispatched.

                                        Tried getting in touch with your ahmedabad office as well as muzafarpur office but there is no revert form there end.

                                        Ahmedabad office operator gave reference on mr. Darshan mistry, who was very rude and unprofessional over call and disconnected the call.
