Telephone numbers mentioned in ur website and different links and even google are not in working condition.

I tried to contact customer care it seem she don't care she said directly to. Complain at ambur where from the parcel is sent. Instead she can say me sir i will try to help if you cannot handle better you should close your company but don't harassed people for me i will never ever sent any item from first flight and i am going to tell all my friend not to use first flight better india post office there service is more better then your

The consignment number is m991b5906864.
It was booked on 24th august 2017 for one day delivery.
It's 29th now and the courier is not delivered yet.
Online tracking shows that it has reached destination that is borivali.
But not even a single delivery attempt has been made so far.
I attempted to call at their pune/goregaon/borivali numbers but no one answers.

I have booked a courier from gurdaspur which was booked from pathankot reason been there main office is in pathankot, i have booked courier on 21/08/2017, with doc no - i991b0557061. Which has to be delivered location name - barbil pin code - 758035.
Yet not delivered please check and revert me back on my contact no - [protected]

I have sent a courier on 2 august 17 through first flight courier at varanasi for palghat by docket number j991m6302660 which is not delivered till date. This was urgent as related to rti act, hence i preferred to send by first flight courier. Today i tracked it and seen that it is still under transit. It is serious issue for such reputed courier company. I have sent two mails but not received any reply. Customer care phone number are also not being attended by courier company.

Services of first flight courier has really dropped much below from expected standards.

In this regard i want to say that i m trying to your all contact mo no since two days but there is no response from your site.

I shipped my envelope through first flight courier on 2nd august 2017 by paying 1500 rupees to your agent.
The courier was sent from pune to almere, netherlands and was supposed to reach almere in second week of august.

Unfortunately, it has been more than 15 days and parcel is not yet delivered to the specified address.
On calling your contact person, i get to know that status is showing as delivered in your system.

Can you please check where is the courier currently??
If you cannot send the courier to proper address, please arrange for my refund.

My pan card with courier no awb b903q7996050 was delivered at hisar office on dated aug 14, 2017. I got a call from the office on date aug 15, 2017 and confirmed the delivery address. I have not received the courier till now. Even i have visited the office personally and called them many times but there is no satisfactory answer from them. The courier is neither in the office nor with the courier boy.

Tell the customer to come and collect it always.

I sent a model from bangalore to delhi and i was told it will take 2 working days but it took 7 days to reach and when we received the product it was in pieces and not i have been writing emails or trying to call but has no response.in india customer services are becoming terroble day by day. How can younot have any contact person or no. Why does phone has not been answered. Worse than govt services. Everyone is here to make money. Who will bear the loss of the product and delivery charges

This is my message to all potential and upcoming client of this company not to rely on them.
My consignment booked in pune as on 16th august 2017 and i was waiting till 19th august 2017 in thane since it would have possibly reach me next day.

When i went through tracking - it came to know it was already in their branch by 17th august 2017 and my home is hardly located 5-6 kms away from their office. It was 19th august 3.30 pm i had been keep drafting them an e-mail whereabouts.

The corporate office number was[protected] which has been mentioned on their website itself. I was calling on this number continuously but it got ringing at their corporate office and nobody picked the call instead of several attempts.

Finally i drafted this review in my complete frustration to let people know about the untimely delivery of this guys and to alert everyone as i don't want others to suffer.

We have not received our courier till 2 month due to first flight bad services. I am facing so many problems due to first flight, my first flight airway bill no. Is b903q7035621. Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible. So that i shall be highly obliged to you

I have couriered a small packet bearing docket no. J991m6176499. But it is showing the status as arrived at destination (Dehradun) on 11.08.17 but till date it has not been delivered.

Any how i got the contact number of firstflight dehradun office (Sh. Kailash [protected]),. He told that they become unable to deliver at the selaqui raja raod location. Pls examine & arrange delivery of the same.

Dear service provider,

With all due respect i'm stating that my courier which was dispatched on 26th of july from jamshedpur office haven't reached to me in kochi till date.

I'm quiet surprised with the kind of service and the no. Of days being taken to deliver one courier. On a daily basis we use to receive & deliver courier but we never found these many days for a delivery of a normal courier, even international couriers are being delivered with 5-7 days.

On top of that when i send mail to all your regional offices mail from all the areas got bounced back. I even called your corporate office they gave me mobile no. ([protected]) of kochi office but its showing as switched off from that day itself.

I'm not at all happy with the services rendered.

"can you justify for the amount charged against the service provided".

I would like to know when will i be getting my courier...??
