First Flight Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Sir/mam, this is the second time they have conveniently misplaced my parcel. I call them and they say its not come yet and then i check online the status and tell them that it says out for delivery from past 2-3 days then they ask my parcel number and say that it fell down. My house is located a little far also the medicines were expensive but the third person who sent it dint recollect the price of medicine well and put a very low price on it. And they just blatantly took advantage.

I feel so low on the quality of service, on top of this misplacement they ask me to call pune branch and ask for money.

In the end my health suffers because of widespread greed in our country as law and order don't reach the common people. I am deeply emotionally hurt at this behavior in case of medicines also there is so much loot.

The company according to me doesn't have customer centric policies or shows any reliability to customers or there parcels emotional value. The company should be locked.

Courior was shipped from ludhiana 10 days before to hoshngabad and after 10 days again reminders we r asked to pick courior from office... Also i have not recieved any call from office located at hoshngabad..
First of all first flight claims that they r fastest courior service.. What a pathetic service it is which does not deliver products even after 10 days and also not contact concerned after so many days.. Office is not open when u go to office even in working hours.. Plz change ur name from first flight to 'last flight if possible'

I didn't receive my pan card from ffcl courier company. I tried to call multiple time but no one responded the call. My awb number is "b903z2336101". The expected delivery date was 15th aug 2017 but still not yet delivered.

Kindly consider this request and please deliver the courier to my home address or else let me know from where we can collect the pan card.

Dear sir,

To whom so ever it may concern, this is to inform you that a courier cover awb. No is m [protected] which was delivered to our address on last thursday (On 08.09.2017) found empty. Our team are not aware of what is the content inside but we found the cover is opened at the envelope joints. Only when the client came to know that the content inside the cover is empty because he was aware of the content (Sodexo coupon-worth rs.5800.00). So he refused to receive the same. This is not happened before like this and we always trust your company and your people and we believe this will be investigated & rectified from your end. Please support and revert as early as possible. Thanks

My consignment not delivered on my address and this company not sharing any details with me. On first flight website its showing delivered and hand overs to mr. Rakesh but its fake. On any person available on my home and street on the name of mr. Rakesh. I m trying to get in touch with them on mail id and office address but office is closed and number coming switched off.

My courier was dispatched from lucknow on 06.09.2017 received at the first flight courier office in bhiwadi by 08.09.2017, sent to rewari on 09.09.2017. When on 11.09.2017 i made followup calls they said that the area bawal doesnt comes under their region and dispatched it back to bhiwadi. The people at rewari did not even make a call that we have your parcel if you can collect it from the first flight office. The people at firstflight being least bothered about the consignment delivery rewari people at first flight blaming bhiwadi people and bhiwadi people blaming rewari people. We customers are sufferring unnecessarily on top of that they display this unprofessional and unethical behaviour.

I have sent the original document for reimbursement to Gurgaon finance team.
Now, when I was tracking the status of my consignment, it is showing as Lost/Misplace in transit.
My consignment number is M991B5975872.

We had booked a pckt with important docs on 07.09.2017 for delivery at jodhpur. Hv contacted your office, they say that the packet will be delivered on monday. Is this fair?? We had booked on ff ensuring timely delivery, whereas it is sounding to be the worst decision. No one is accountable in your office?? Regret my decision on booking through first flight.

Booked the medicines to Odisha on 3rd September. Expected to reach by 6th Sept as communicated. Till now it did not reach and the root they are sending is very different. Worst service ever for a courier. Nobody even knows when it will reach the destination. Tracking no : A991B3488279 . Please advise.

I send courier on 7th september, monday from lucknow to delhi. The courier has been dispatched from lucknow on the same day and reached delhi on tuesday as shown in the status. Still it didn't deliver on the destination. Kindly look into the issue as soon as possible.
The branch head is also not receiving a call from my number.

I had booked a parcel from baroda to delivered at sonepat on 30th august 2017. It is still not delivered and i had tried all the contacts given to me of first flight, none of them are replying where is the parcel. This is how they are working! I just wanted that at least my parcel gets return to baroda and then i will never use first flight for even local couriers also.

But the courier hasn't received yet even in jalgaon. What is this, i[censored] cant give delivery as per u said why u make fake promises. I want an instant refund coz.. Now its totally waste. The package content cake and now its all waste. Please look through the matter seriously and i want immediate refund

I didnt get my pancard, which is dispatched on 8th august 2017 and i m not able to contact with company numbers after so many try. Very hopeless third grade courier company. I dont know why nsdl use this type of courier company,,,,,, (Where no complaint resolving system with consumer, no updated contact no is available for consumer)

Ordered 4 days ago still not yet received, , in tracking system it is showing as returned to hub because of bad weather from 2 days is the weather is same from two days ? i called customer care number but it is always busy, in case it get connected no one will attend our call, , , , one of the worst service i seen

On the occasion of Rakshabandhan I thought to send a courier to my sister to make her cheerful and happy on that day. So I opted first flight for this. I've paid amount on 31/07/2017, the consignment number is M991B5866873 and it wasn't delivered till now. When I contacted the staff they responded carelessly and after repetitive followups they said that it was received. When I asked for further details they said "we'll reach you again with more details" and not responded yet.

With many hopes I sent this to my sweet sister which wasn't delivered.
So what is the use of sending this. Problems might occur anywhere but the negligence went down through the system of first flight courier it seems.

They are seeing this Just as business or in only money point of view, actually many feelings, emotions etc will be attached with every courier. So I need Justice now

We booked one document under docket no. A991b348320 on 30.08.2017 from hyderabad to m/s. Prem pharma agency, g-1, ganesh apartments, 12, medavakkam tank road, trust square, chennai - 600 012, ph. No. [protected]. On 1.09.2017 the consignee has enquired us abot the document. We have searched in your tracking and found that the same was delivered on 31.08.2017 at 4.30. Pm. Even when the document was not delivered. Even today the same not delivered to the consignee till now. We have sent certain important documents in the envelop. Hence we request you to kindly see that the same is safely delivred to the consignee other wise be prepared to compensate us the loss which we will incur due to mishandling of the document.

Shipment from varanasi received at vasai on 28 august 2017 and not yet delivered. The contact information provided by customer service for vasai office is ringing but nobody is picking up.
