Our client usha martin ltd, ranchi, booked a docket vide u [protected] dt. 05.08.2017 ex ranchi to palakkad.
The docket contains very valuable documents.
We have been following up for last 12 days. But docket not received yet.
We fear complete loss. Contacted all your offices through email. No proper response yet.
Tried to contact all your regional offices with available phone numbers. No one lifts the phone. So unable to talk to them.
We do not know what to do now.
Please help.

I had booked a parcel of food item at
Jamshedpur, jharkhand on 12th aug'2017 vide consignment no. U991b0271489 to my son at vit, vellore.
Till date it has not been delivered. The online tracking system of yours is showing only "in transit"
With following details:

Today is 17th aug'2017 & this type o[censored]pdate is just not acceptable.

My consignment m[protected] was not delivered as i was out.
I tried calling your office for several days but nobody cared to pick up

So on friday i went to goregaon east office (Near udupi restaurant). The guy told me that my consignment is in marol hub and assured me that latest by tuesday i will get it. He also gave me a deliver boys number to check it with him on monday ([protected]).
So i did, he had no clue about the consignment and its where about.
So today i wrote emails to first flight customer care and got to know that its been redirected to its origin and its out for delivery.

Now is it my fault that your employees r not picking up calls and are taking customers for granted.

Plz look into the matter asap...

I had dispatched a courier from Pune to Palakkad, Kerala on 2nd Aug'17. I was informed by the courier executive that the package will be delivered in 4 days. But despite 14 days since dispatch, the status is showing as 'In Transit'. When I had called up the customer care, they told me it has been sent to Palakkad hub and asked me to contact the hub and provided the number as well. I tried contacting the hub but it says number is switched off. Pathetic service !

The consignment having doc. No. A[protected] was handed over to first flight courier by ups courier on 07-aug-2017, however till date 16-aug-2017 (End of day) i have not received the consignment.

This misplacement of courier is happened with first flight courier. I am not getting any response and satisfactorily result for receipt of the consignment.

It has been dispatched from usa on 02-aug-2017.

I applied for pan card myself. Nsdl issued and dispached the pan card on 29-july-2017 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903z0972672. My address and phone number were mentioned in the courier.

While tracking the reference id, it shows that the courier has been delivered on 02-aug-2017 to some unknown person. No other details are present. While calling the customer care of the courier service, the representative is not receiving the call.

Only thing i want is my courier which is pan card. The important document like this has been handled badly by the courier service.

My courier no is f[protected]. Which was courier on 7 august and haven't receive yet. According to tracking system the status showing its delivered but i have not receive yet.

Can you assist me.

I try to call ff people but no one response.

Even the tracking system is very poor and outdated. Doesn't reflect proper info.

This is poorest courier service, i have experience

We had booked one consignment on 3.8.17 to be delivered to trimex sands private ltd. At srikakulum, andhra pradesh. The said consignment was returned back with out any reason and the delay was about 10 days. Whenever we requested to return back the courier charges, the office refused to give the same. It was a very important document and non delivery of the same caused loss to the company.

I booked an important document for Gurgaon on[protected] from Nagpur. Consignment number is M991B5803973.

The document has not been delivered to destination so far. While checking the status online it says "returned to origin" without assigning any reason. On top of it the document has not come back to me even.

I complained to the company on 9th August 2017 but no action or reply from them. The documents sent through this courier were important and time bound. Moreover there are chances of those being misused if these fall in wrong hands. The courier charged Rs.100 with a promise to deliver the contents latest by 2nd August, 2017.

What a bad service i place my courier on 24-7-17 and today is 11-7-17 every day i call they just say today it will be recieved.0991b4188430 the delivery is not reaching and my documents in that courier will be expire if it's not reach on time so kindly take some action. And you are not even update us with the information when you giving a service i don't know why it is so. Kindly update me if you can.

While tracking the reference id, it shows that the courier has been delivered on 09-Aug-2017 to shah. No other details are present. While calling the customer care of the courier service, the representative is clueless.

Only thing I want is my courier which is PAN Card. The important document like this has been handled badly by the courier service.

Hi as per above subject one courrier from jamshedpur to ahmedabad dispatched in my name with doc. No. U[protected] on 19th july2017 and in tracking showing delivered to hina. But actually not delivered to me. Tried to contact customer care no one is responding. Need support to resolve the issue as courrier having some important document. I contacted two - three times to courrier company but not responding and even if i am calling on customer care no. No one is picking the call.

My consignment no-m991b5922079 is still not delivered to its respective location i. E bhubneshwar.

As per the atached picture, the consignment is still at the branch delivery office since yesterday. When i called them regarding the time of delivery, the branch manager said it takes time for delivery.

I have already lodged a complaint to first flight service website but its been already 24 hours and i have got no reponse from them.

This is the last time i going to use this filthy courier service and i demand the quick delivery of my product. I also demand the quick respone from first flight customer care service.

My courier is lying in chandigarh hub branch from last 7 days but they did not feel it necessary to deliver it.

No update of docket number

Hi,

I have booked parcel wide docket no d991a0096508 from delhi to singhrauli on 3rd of aug, i was assured by the booking office that packet will be delivered latest by monday, since monday i am continuously chasing the booking branch, and every time i have been told that packet has reached its destination and will be delivered by evening, this is the feedback i was getting daily,

Today when i enquired from different office of first flight, then i was surprised to know that parcel is lying at katni and will be forwarded to allahabad tomorrow morning, from allahabad it will be forwarded to singhrauli and then it will be sent to location for delivery, that means it will take another 2-3 days,

Purpose of sending the parcel using courier services is defeated as it has taken even more days than what should have been taken by the normal road transport

U991b0237779 has been recieved by someone, but i didnot recieve it. Kindly check it and give me the update. We have discussed it with the courier person, but didnot get satisfactory answer. We either need our package or full refund. It contains 3 medium sized shirts. It was dispatched on 20.7.17 from dhanbad, jharkhand. It was recieved on 29.7.17. I would like to know the person's name who recived it. Please provide me the full details and resolve this issue at the earliest.
