I have track my consignment, consignment no. D[protected] and came to know that it get back return.The delivery boy didn't call me or came to my address. Without delivery came to me how the parcel have returned.

Courier was booked on 31-Dec-2016 at Faizabad HUB, they've given me fake estimation time which is within 2 days, it is very important package for me. I request you to please look into the issue and do the needful.

My wife's PAN Card send by NSDL on 03/12/2016, the courier boy has not delivered the PAN card. Though mobile was available he even didn't bother to inform by phone and returned the consignment to the origin. This is a gross act of irresponsibility. Don't know what kind of people are hired by the courier service.

Sent from Kanpur to be received at Bhandup, Mumbai.
I am extremely disappointed with the kind of services First flight is offering. It was my Sister's Birthday on 3rd Jan and the courier was dispatched on 31st December, Saturday. I was told that the courier would be delivered by Monday and in worst case Tuesday. Had I known that First flight is offering such redundant services, I would have never trusted the brand and it's services. The package held not only monitory value but also sentimental value which cannot be compensated in words or money.

If not addressed immediately I will further take it to social media and other platforms.

Till 31st the tracking status was showing that the parcel has been despatched from nagpur hub. Since 31st dec, even the status is not tracable. Customer care not responding.

I have not yet received my consignment (#G991M0292021). This was sent on December 28, 2016 from Vadodara.

I have already mailed to the mentioned email address on the web site but of no use. I tried calling at customer care numbers given on the web site which are invalid numbers. I called the Chandanagar branch office in Hyderabad and Reddy ([protected]) told me he doesn't have idea about any incoming parcel.

Extremely sluggish and irresponsible behavior. And this is not the first time I faced issues with their services but third time. Earlier consignment numbers - F991M0196310.

My agent have sent the courier from Chennai to Jalandhar on 19.12.16, till date not delivered. They don't know the whereabouts of courier and no proper response from the courier people. Daily going to Jalandhar office and they are telling to contact Chandigarh office, Chandigarh office saying don't know about the courier. No customer service of the company, no complaint addressing forum. Very poor service. Not giving the response of the mail. After sending seven reminders, they kept my mail in spam list. How ridiculous is the service, instead giving reply they have keep the the suffering customer in spam list. I have not seen this type of service.

First of all this guy take double the amount for the delivery.
its now been 4 days i have couriered the product and still on tracking
its showing dispatched but dont have any specific location where its been travelling or its been halted.
Then its been 3 time facing the issue with my parcel and when i have any problem the customer care never ever picks up the call though the no was given by the same person who is running first flight at vashi.
and if we ask why there a problem he have only one reply HUMKO NAHI
PATA customer care me pucho
So this would be my last time using your first flight service and i will never ever recommend any one to use your service
this is something worst you are running

The contents of my package being delivered were not received fully, half of them were stolen on the way. The package was cut using a blade from side and again taped back.

It's regarding the consignment no P991B0479075.

I received courier which was opend and checked by you.courier contained Ayurvedic medicine in it. since it was medicine, "MOST URGENT " Tag was written at envelop.

You had opened the medicine which was perfectly plastic wrapped by my dad with 5 small pieces. It was clearly visible that you opened the pieces and checked what was it. Total 9 staple pin has removed from envelop and also plastic wrapper is missing.

Now you tell me how could I believe that the medicine which i received is same as my dad sent to me.

Team- This is not acceptable, you lost customer trust.
