Consignment no:f991m0208661. From :bellary-delhi. Dear sir, kindly be informed that i am disappointed from your services. As my mother had send me a package of home made food items of 10kg package on 13/02/17 for which a bill of rs.2900/- had been paid. But when i received my package today on 16/02/17 i am shocked to see my package mishandled and its contents which were food items had been reduced in quantity. I received my package as it was sealed but the inside contents had been reduced in from bottles which it was stored. And i am afraid to consume it as i m not sure about its quality or hygiene or consumability, whatever it may cost for my health. This shows very shameful act by your staff. My PAN card was sent by NSDL vide doc reference. No.B903Q3984386 dt. 26.01.2017 from Mumbai to Dibiyapur Auraiya U.P..
When I tracked the consignment, the consignment shows delevered to Mr. Vinay Pandey on 03.02.2017 but this till date we have not received the consignment. We contacted to Auraiya First flight branch.
Please check and arrange to delivered the consignment to me.

This is sunita from ghaziabad, i have not received my pan card at my door step and i have not received any phone call by the courier boy, and when i track the status on the courier website of the first flight then it is showing delivered on[protected] at 11:00 am but it was not delivered to me, and when i call to the customer care for the receiving the contact number of the courier boy then i was not received any satisfactory answer nor the any contact number, here are the courier details also mentioned, kindly check it at your end and do the needfull on urgent basis.

This consignment has reached Giridih, Jharkhand on 10.02.2017. But till date (15.02.2017) it has not been delivered. Wrong information has been updated at online that door is locked.

I have booked an article with tracking number C991B2133864 in first flight courier it hasn't reached destination yet. Even tracking details were not available online. They are not even responding about the same

Parcel was subjected to deliver within 2/3 working days but it is been 7 days now. I have sent my parcel from Jaipur on 7 Feb 2017 to Hyderabad. Consignment number - R991B1017437.
I tried to call customer care - some number are invalid and on some nobody picks up. I have even mailed but still no response.

Why do you guys even have a customer care stuff you actually don't even provide that. This is so #### service.

I booked the consignment at Deoghar Jharkhand on 8th Feb for chakan Pune but today is 14th but the consignment is not delivered to the consignee

This is to inform you that i have booked one product and the delivery has been provided by your courier service, but same is not received yet. Expected last date of delivery was on 31-jan-2017. After discussed with delhi team they said the product was already delivered as per our records on 25th-jan-2017 but same is not received yet. Then they provide me contact details of local team. After discussion they are not provided me better taste response and said we recived your product and you will collect it from our office. It is one of worst corrier, i have ever observed so far.

Parcel was meant to be delivered on 2/6/2017 and in tool also, it is showing it reached hyderabad on 2/6

BUt till date 2/10, it did not reach me. It contains some urgent important papers

I tried to call customer care but there is no response from then They will not pick up phone. Even if they pick phone, they will say that they will call u back in 5 min . But will not cal

I booked my courier at firstflight courier JAMSHEDPUR on 01 Feb 17. During booking they assured that your courier would be delivered by 04 Feb 17 after seeing my delivery address. That courier consists my necessary medicines with my dongle. On 09 Feb when I enquired about my courier from there Chennai hub they told me that your location is not under our service area and refused to deliver my courier. Now I facing problem without my medicines. This is best way to cheat customers. Are they didn't aware during booking about the delivery address or they simply plan to cheat there customers? There negligence can be big problem for others also.

Booked consingnment no p991B0527425 at urs khandwa office on 7th feb17 for Indore under urgent delivery. Failed to delivered upto now after several reminders.misquiding that delivered than wrong address when they r delivering daily central bank RO Indore . First 2 days they dump our consingnment & on regular reminders they founded the same.The attended madam couldn't give us proper response.

My tracking code is C[protected]. It's going to be a month..where is my stuff?? What kind of service is this? There is no proper tracking system online...customer care is of no use. What kind of service is this? Please get me my stuff. It's annoying and plus this site wants me to write 350 words. This is the worst courier service ever. My courier ref. no. B903Q3924393 is showing online status that the courier has been reached at surat branch as on 31.01.2017 but till date i have not received the courier.

All the nos. of surat as shown online on official website are either wrong nos. or un answered since last two days.

Dear sir/Mam, Greetings!!! My self-Rahul kumar Dabodhia, I am facing some problem from FRIST FLIGHT COURIER company panipat branch. On 15th of dec 2016 I applied my PAN card vide ref. no. [protected] and on 18th Jan 2017 I received update from NSDL that my PAN card would be deliver via first flight courier(B903Q3759224) till by 27th of jan 2017 as per NSDL web site(PFA snap shot for the same) On 21st of jan I received a message from [protected] around 9:59am message was:- please collect your pan card from our office within 2 days from our office. They are unable to deliver PAN card at my home till now after numerous follow up via mail’s to all north first flight company and NSDL but my problem not resolve till now all communication on mails also. I am directly following up w.e.f 21st jan 2017 to till 2nd feb 2017. I am requesting to you kindly look into this matter to resolve the same and take a necessary action against looser. PAN card is a very important documents.. recently update from bombay/panipat first flight they have lost my pan card documents.

nobody serious my emails and phone no. and they are([protected]) treating and just time pass here only.
really now i am unable to submit my pan card copy to concern person/department to take loan and result is my bad impression him side. that is not cover on any cost. its very shameful service

I have been waitning for my courier since 6 days. Yesterday someone called me and told me that He is calling from First Flight Couriers(Saraswati Vihar Delhi)
and I need to come to his office and collect the Courier. Because delivery boy was not there. I did not know where is the office. I went to his office but did not able to find where it is. Today, I called him and told that I need that Courier please deliver to me urgently. And suddenly he got angry and told me according to First Flight Couriers rule I need to come overthere and collect the Courier. Otherwise there is no chance to get Courier.

They do not feel any type of responsibility about their work. Now I need my Courier because there is my Graduation degree(Original) and I need to submit for verification for Govt. Job. That person's Mobile No. +91-[protected]

They are totally Unresponsible. Please do somthing.

Our Customer forwarded us a C Form thru This Courier Co. From Rohtak, Haryana, addressed to our company operating in KINFRA PARK, Kakkanad, Kochi Next to Info Park. This was on 25th January 2017. Two days later i checked with rohtak office and they said it is in Salem and they will send to Chennai. and from there it will come to Kochi.
Two days later again I called up and asked and the person said that they forgot to send mail to send it to kochi.

Finally we are calling several Numbers in Kochi, Chennai, Mumbai, Customer care complaint etc. and all numbers given in their web site is Bogus Nos. as none of them is valid.

These people are cheating the General Public.
Finally my office staff got a lady in Chennai office and she gave another no in vytilla, who gave another no in rohtak for which there is no response.

Finally the lady in Chennai told that this consignment is sent back to Rohtak
and the Reason is "First Flight do not have Service to Kakkanad, Kochi"
I have the recording of this conversation.

I also have screen shots of all their phone numbers in their web site and the first flight franchisee number in kakkanad etc.

Truly these people are taking people for a ride and should be taken to court.

I will go and submit to the consumer complaint court in Ernakulam with all relevant details
