I sent an important document for delivery through air on 23rd December through a service provider in Sohna Road, Gurgaon.
However, 4 days have already passed since then and the recipient has not received the documents.

I mean what is the meaning of Express courier service then. Post office services are way better than you in such cases. Atleast are reliable and timely and much more cheaper in rates than you.

The consignment number just to mention is O991B3633948. I know you'll won't be able to do anything, but still found it relevant to mention.

A courier was booked from Sagar (M.P.) on 26th December 2016 in the name of Guru Prasad Sinha, Chapra (Bihar). It contain perishable items. After 7 days I have yet not received it. The consignment no. is following.

    I and my 3 friends have not got a parcel delivered to central university of jharkhand as the serviceman said that we do not deliver in that area but the pin code is serviceable as per the firstflight policy. My id is P[protected] and the main problem is that the product is showing delivered but it is not delivered this is truly unfair as we are students and we do not have all the time in the world to pay attention to these type of nuisance created by these people.Please take required action.

      Very poor service. It appears that they are not serious about their job. Once they accepted the parcel but after 15 days returned it back saying cannot deliver. No attempt even to contact on phone number provided.
      Next time failed to deliver a packet on an address in central Secunderabad where the address is easily located... even on google map. Once again failed to contact on phone. Only after three days of protracted email exchange the service people contacted and delivered within an hour at the gate and ran away like thieves. Amazing...

        As for previous office dispatch one important document to my permanent address, still not delivered.
        No one in customer care of various locations picked my call - only ring is going on.
        One of the worst service i every met in my life.
        the distance between my office to my residence is aroung 97Km.
        It had been couriered on 17/12/2016.

          After more than 3 months continue follow up they have not delivered the courier at origin.
          Evenafter so many communication with their Vadodara branch and Ahmedabad branch.
          Courier is sent from Vadodara to Ramayampet, medak but due to non service of them return it to Vadodara but they are unable to return it to the party.
          I think they missed the dose. Kindly suggest how will I get the courier.

            Pan has been allotted and pan card is sent to first flight couriers in bangalore on 24th nov 2016. But till now the pan card is not delivered to us.

            On visiting the office of fight flight couriers in vijayanagar, bangalore, they said it has been misplaced by them while shifting of their new office.

            We are not able to deposit the cash of our society to bank without this pan card. The couriers are not picking the calls.

            Please resolve this issue and arrange to dispatch the pan card immediately to us.

              It is to inform you that a consignment was booked through fast flight courier on 29/11/2016 and the same was reached destination branch i.e. Hazaribagh on 03/12/2016. The consignment contain valuable original documents related to employment in BSF which required to be submitted by 15/12/2016 for scrutiny. But the same was neglectly kept by delivery man Mr. Sahil Kumar of Fast Flight Courier. On 17/12/2016 when I was learnt that the same was not reached at TC&S BSF Hazaribagh Campus, I rang up Mr. Sahil Kumar for early delivery my consignment. But Mr. Sahil Kumar refused to deliver my consignment. Thereafter, I repeatedly requested to Mr. Sahil Kumar for delivery the same. But he was not responded my request and finally he returned my consignment for RAIGANJ Branch on 20/12/2016 after keeping the same himself 17 days. Therefore, I strongly protest against Mr. Sahil Kumar who was playing with a needy job person without any hesitation and consideration the plea. I want to stun action may please be taken against the defaulters and a line of confirmation may also be communicated with me within 24 hours otherwise I will knock the door of justice on legal way against the Fast Flight Courier.

                    My item was booked via first-floor with consignment no. J991M5305059 on 14th Dec from Jhansi and it was supposed to deliver on 16 to dibiyapur but it still not delivered till 18th Dec and tracking record says that address insufficient or pending address. None of the person contacted me if there was address insufficient issue. I kept calling every customer care from every regional office but no one is recieving call. I even complaint them by mail about this issue but no one replied. This courier service is worst from all.

                      The parcel was courier on 4/12/2016 at hyderabad to chennai.But today is 12/16/2016, there is no update from the customer care center, there is no update in the shipping tracking portal. They didnt even contact me. The shipping tracking is wrongly showing destination as Kharagpur instead of chennai. followed up with their team so many times but not at all responding. Tried calling customer care centre so many times but no use, they are always saying that the system are not working please call us later. when ever we call them. There is no update in the shippment also. While booking they said it will reach in the next day. But am yet to receive the shippment.

                          My consignment no is-U991M1025052.my courier was done from patna on Friday 9th December in monring.I am from Thane Maharashtra.My courier should reached by Tuesday but it's Thursday evening now and I haven't got my parcel. I trid to calling customer care number but it was busy whenever I have tried. I tried tracking my parcel by the consignment number on first flight but the information was uncertain.please help me out.

                            On 18th november, 2016 i send a parcel to "myntra" and i wrote the address properly as provided by myntra and wrote "myntra" specifically so that it would be delivered to the correct address. But when i contacted myntra, i got to know that even after 15 days they have not received any parcel from my side but in tracking details it is showing that it was delivered on 19th november, 2016 and this is creating problem for me as payment is due from myntra side.
                            When i checked the drs copy of the parcel, i got to know that they have delivered the parcel to "instakart services private limited" even after writing the address properly and "myntra" on top of the parcel.
                            Now when i contacted first flight and asked them to deliver my parcel to the right place, nobody is responding.
                            If this type of service will be provided to the customers then customers will spread bad word of mouth for first flight which i don't think is good for your company.
                            Please take some action asap as its been 1 month that my parcel has not reached myntra.

                            Its very disappointing . My father send me Rs. 1000/- in an envelope through your courier service and i received only Rs. 100/- .
                            It is very unacceptable .
                            Please look into this matter. i want my lost money back.
                            Its very irresponsible act from your side .

                                I received a message from nsdl that my pan card is sent by ffcl.

                                "your pan card has been dispatched by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by[protected]."

                                Now, i have not received my pan card.
                                Company is not answering my calls,

                                Since from 4 months i am trying to call to the numbers 33799999, 39444444, no one is receiving call at their respected office.

                                It will be of great help if my pan card got delivered soon.
                                I hope that you look into the problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                  Consignment No: U991B0164159 from chaibasa to Gurgaon booked on 09.12.2016. it was reached to destination by 14.11.2016 evening. And for your kind information Gurgaon is not a rural area. But your team not delivered the item on 12.11.2016 which was promised that sending time.

                                  I called appx 50 times on your Jamshedpur landline no[protected] as well mailed on [protected]@firstflight.net. no, but no one response my mail or call .Is it your service??? And finally now I am going to claim for this because in that item some important documents as well DD which is financially hampered me and that cost will be pay from my pocket.

                                  Is there any process from your end or either I will proceed the next step from my end to recovered my hard earned money.

                                    I am priyanshi singh actually i had to recieve a parsal from banda to bhopal which was sent by my friend with lost of beautifull decoration and wrapping on it it was of three kg when i went to the office of bhopal MP nagar zone 2 it got it in very bad state it seemed tha some one opend it but later on it was discover that many of the expensive things were not ther in the parsal and i was deprived of those thing the box was of 3 kg when it was sent but when i got it, it was of 2 kg there were many heavy expensiv things please help me out either you just get me my things back or i need compensation it is totaly you responsibility to deliver my all the things safly whit due care...

                                      This is to bring to your kind information that there is a courier for me with Consignment ID - B903Q2206983 .
                                      But, now I got a call from Patna HUB and they are saying I will have to come there to receive the package and they won't deliver it to address. My address PIN code is - 800026 and this is a serviceable PIN code.

                                      I just want that my consignment should be delivered to my home address.
                                      We can't expect a response like this from such a reputed and good courier service provider like you (First Flight Courier Services).
