There has been a shipment from tadepalligudem (andhra pradesh) to hyderabad which is out for delivery on 12-jan-2017 and is not yet delivered.
The consignment number is a[protected].
Consignment is registered on 10-jan-2017.
Can you let me know the status of the consignment and when can it be delivered?
This consignment has the documents required for my bank account and is pending since many days because of the non delivery. request you to make sure that the consignment is delivered.

First Flight Courier accepted to deliver my courier, consignment No. W[protected]

However, your delivery boy (Mobile no. [protected]) refusing to deliver the parcel which is lying in Begusarai city (3 km from delivery address) for more than 8 days which First Flight accepted initially.

Moreover, no one even bothered to inform or post tracking details that the book parcel is lying in Begusarai city since 14th Jan. Only on 19th Jan when we personally called various nos. we got to know the books are lying 3 km away for so many days.

When asked this delivery person why can't he deliver the parcel when First Flight accepted this parcel to deliver the courier? A bizarre reply by this arrogant delivery person was that he didn't accept this parcel whereas it was his management's mistake to accept this parcel and he can't deliver in the delivery address which is 3 km from Begusarai.

These people gave an impression that First Flight Courier is a very irresponsible company which turned out t be true. Please note you are into delivery business and if your boy can't deliver parcel either you shouldn’t be in business or First Flight should not have accepted the parcel initially.

Since your guy was very adamant. So I wrote a complaint mail as none of their phone nos. is working.
1. Not informed about our Parcel and keeping it in your custody for so many days.
2. Non-delivery of parcel.

To my astonishment no one even bothered to respond to my mail complaint. No wonder I realized that why this guy was behaving so idiotically as there is no one to monitor and staffs are working according to their whims & fancies.

Today the guy called to inform that he can't service hence returning the parcel to the origin.

I haven't imagined that ff is so pathetic. Worst possible courier company with complete disregard for customer service. G991b0852001 was sent on 11th jan. It arrived at kolkata on 13th jan. Since then till 21st jan it wasnt delivered. I tried calling the kalighat office where the phone doesn't work and the salt lake number is always busy. I emailed all offices but obviously no one replied. When finally the gandhinagar guys contacted mr raut in kalighat kolkata over call he behaved like he is a don. No apology no justification of this delay. I am quoting, he said i have 1600 pending stuff so i can't do anything. The recipient had to go and pick it up... Never will i ever use # and i will ensure i publicise this on the net everywhere.

One item I have to get till 16 january though it is 22nd january they have not delivered my item.I have visited courier office two times they assured me that it will get deliver but now when I am tracking the item it is showing return to origin. I dont want that product to return to origin but no one is responding properly I dont know what should I do to resolve this issue within short period of time. Too bad experience with first flight courier service

The pan Acknowledge number [protected] status says the PAN card is dispatched on 28th Dec 2016 would be delivered on 07 Jan 2017. But the first flight courier website gives a status message as 'Non service center - Return to Origin'. They did not even contact the applicant in the number provided in the application. Can you resend it.

Consignment No. M991B4728597 is not delivered and reason of returning to original place is also not given and no one contacted me in this case.
Some important documents to be delivered on time on office address from Pune to Hyderabad on 28/12/2016, but did not reach, I was under impression that it has reached.
Very bad experience and charges are too high.
Not notified via SMS, Mail, Call etc.
Need explanation asap.

I have booked an urgent shipment (DUZ 095004) from Doha, Qatar to Palakkad, Kerala and it is not delivered on time. Shipment was an important things which was necessary to submit at bank before deadline (15/1/17). The shipment destination point was Palakkad, Kerala. It was stuck in Bangalore unnecessarily due to very bad coordination in shipment transit. I have requested many times for alternate options to avoid this delay but I never get proper information from Qatar team (Address mentioned below) and I can say those personnel are not trained enough to provide customer service.

Now I am facing big problem from bank to clear the family pension due to the delay response. I am really unhappy / disappointed for this irresponsible response from Qatar team and humbly request for the compensation for the loss which I face on this delay.

This courier service is useless even i give a clear address. In same address other courier services deliver my parcel but First flight says its an insufficient address. And daily in morning it shows Out for delivery but in every evening no delivery is shown. even on parcel my mobile no. is cleary specified no phone call is done by any of personnel of company..
And if i want to contact to your branch offices they are not ready to pick the phone. and if phone is picked then they cut the phone..
Really it happens contiounsly for 7 days..
And atlast i arrived to your branch then they tracked and inform to me i[censored] dont picked up now then it go back to the origin..

I tracked my courier using the Consignment No and got to know that the product is delivered to Chandan nagar Pune Branch and is pending there because of incomplete address. I tried contacting customer care multiple times and after that it got connected and then too no one gave me clear status, putting my call on hold and then disconnecting. Somehow, it got connected and I got to know the same thing which I saw in status and then the representative gave me contact no for chandannagar branch. No one was receiving the call on this number.

I want to know that why no one (sender or reciever) got a message if the address was incomplete.

This is really irritating the customer is waiting for the product to be delivered and there is no update from your end at all.

I want a justification for this.

We have booked three boxes for Nasik at the addrees RENFRO INDIA P. Limited, Gat No. 350, Village Wadivare, TAl. Igatpuri, NASIK 422403 on 09.01.2017 vide AWB No. T991A0006206 but till date onlt two boxes were received by the customer and third box is still not received by the customer. As his Business is hammpering due to non delivery of goods. As we have approached FIRST FLIGHt local Office in Tirupur and not getting a proper reply. It is requested to look into it and inform urgently.

MY NSDL via PAN Card was supposed to be submitted via First Flight courier.
The PAN Card was supposed to be delivered on 10-Jan-2017. However when i tried tracking the Card status in their website (Web-site is really pathetic does not work 99% of the times). However i managed to pass it through but then the status was shown to me as wrong address. I tried all the possible Mumbai office numbers for First Flight courier. But they did not receive any of the calls. Finally some guy picked up the phone number and provided me the number for the Address Kalyan ([protected]) was provided to me. When i tried contacting this number in a span of 5 minutes i called 15 times and they did not respond. Finally, a lady attaended the phone and they wanted to get rid of me and updated me that the address might have not be fetched by the courier guy thats why it might have been updated in the website as wrong address. Now, it will be sent back to Pune again and then it will be sent via Post Now. If really it was supposed to be arriving from Post why do the Government need to pay to first flight courier just to show off??????
I really sense a lack of security here.

I had sent a courier from first flight services on 28/Dec/2016, from Allahabad to Hyderabad and till date, it has not been received. While tracking online it's giving that it has reached the destination but to whom and when was it delivered is not mentioned. Even after several emails to the customer care and to the regional offices no action has been taken till date. It has been more than 20 days that the courier has not been delivered rather is missing

On[protected], I have sent 2 couriers through FirstFlight from Chennai to Mumbai
on[protected], status is OUT FOR DELIVERY from Goregaon branch and till now they havent been delivered.
I am tired of calling Goregaon delivery branch number continuously, it is ringing but no one picking up the call. Customer care also not responding properly. How much time it will take to deliver even from the nearest branch. Highly disappointing. I want them to be delivered asap.

Its very urgency of medicine for patient.So my humble request with First flight courier, Please do needful on priority basis so that Delivery will do immediately.

I booked a single consignment (6 papers in one cover) through FirstFlight Couriers Ltd., Consign.No F991B2101264 booked at BAE Yelahanka to perianaickenpalayam, Coimbatore on 10Jan'17. Till 13th jan it has not deliverd to consignee. I tried somany times to contact the concerned courier officebearers and c/care. All are Useless and waste of time and money. Very negligent and casual behaviour of Firstflight is intolerable.
