    To the concerned authoroties.
    I had delivered a package using FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS from borivali mumbai to saharanpur UP after delivering, the FF couriers was not able to track my package even after 1 month they left me with useless excuses at last i email their head office at mumbai they assure me to trace it within a week but ultimately i got an email saying "your package has been misplaced" and they were not able to find it.
    They misplaced my package having a wrist watch costing me around 10, 000 now they are not replying to any of my emails and calls

      My PAN card has been dispatched on 10-Nov-2016 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903Q1479272, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 20-Nov-2016. But still i didnt received my PAN card.

            Regarding my delivery of courier with reference to my consignment number: f[protected]. My courier got departed from whitefield first flight courier office dated on 3rd november, 2016. I merely waited for one month without any proper reason it got delivered back to whitefield area. I mailed to customer care and called them also still no response. For name sake they keeping customer service and not taking phone calls also. What the hell happening with first flight courier services."first flight couriers" one of the worst courier service/

              Pl refer consignment no M991Q2629557
              This consignment was booked at Pune on 28 Oct 2016 for Chandigarh. As per the available details this was despatched to Pune hub same day with a promise by your Pune franchisee that it shall be delivered at Chandigarh maximum by Tuesday, 01 Nov.
              On 2nd Nov after having failed in all attempts to track the consignment on Email, calls, msgs, I visited the Chandigarh First flight office. There the bunch o[censored]nhelpful and highly unprofessional staff quickly expressed there inability to do anything as the courier hasn't arrived at there office and they suggested I should visit the Chandigarh Hub of first flight. I requested them to call and find out from hub if the parcel has arrived before I proceed but that was of no use as the person at Hub declined to check the consignment and rather asked them to send the customer i.e. me to the hub. I went to Chandigarh Hub and again began the search process along with your staff.. however, all in vain as the courier hasn't been received.
              I was then told to visit the Hub next day (3rd November) after 1400h stating that if it arrives I can collect. I asked for some contact no so that I can confirm the arrival of parcel before moving, but I was given again a non functional no.
              I visited the Chandigarh Hub again on 3rd November and physically checked the consignments, but again I was told that it hasn't arrived and a mail to that effect has been sent to Pune Hub. Having spoken to Pune hub, they say that they have sent it to Chandigarh, Chandigarh says they haven't received.. so what should I do now??
              I approached with great difficulty so many operations managers, heads, etc however every one took 3-4 days time only to tell me that they couldn't trace the consignment. On 29 Nov 2016 I have been told after repeated attempts to speak to Ops manager/ Mumbai head office Mr Michael that First Flight has lost my consignment.
              I feel cheated by such a unprofessional and incompetent, unhelpful company that I really want to explore some legal action against First Flight. Meanwhile I'am the only one suffering due to this mismanagement at First Flight courier level.
              Lastly, please deliver my courier as soon as possible failing which I'll approach the consumer court.

                Courier[protected] was booked on 30th Nov'16 from Ludhiana to Pune through First Flight and its been 6 days same is not delivered. When tracked online, it shows non-availability of the receiver but, There was no one who came for delivery moreover, I did not receive the call too. If the delivery boy is not calling the person then why you note down the number. We tried calling on multiple numbers both in Ludhiana & Pune and every time it was asked to call on some other number (which was not even working).After trying almost 100 times on [protected] the lady on this number disconnected the call(when it was requested to hold).When called again, she instead of apologising was arguing that it was booked on 30th so not that late.

                Pathetic services and consumer is not treated well...Still I don't know what is the status of my courier...Worst services & no resolution provided even if we run from post to pillar.

                  Why this consignment is taking so long to reach mumbai...?? please make sure the problem is resolved earlier..from the date the consignment is issued on 26November it is still showing that the consignment is dispatched.. after that there is no proper tracking details are seen!! Where the consignment is gone then?? to much of delayed is going on..hope you solve this problem ..and please mail me back on shruti.[protected]@gmail.com for futhure issues related to this consignment.

                        Hello,

                        This is in connection to consignment f991b1959495 (Bangalore to kolkata)
                        It is very frustrating to note that the consignment is stuck in the same place for more than 4 days. The last update was on 24th nov and today is 1st december. There is no status update on tracing site, no sms updates absolutely nothing.
                        Even more disappointing is neither do they care to respond to emails or pick up calls. All the contact numbers in the website seem to be fake as no of them connect. They either do not exist or are out of service or not reachable.
                        I do not know whom to contact as everything in the website has false information.
                        I have never encountered such pathetic service.
                        This document was meant to be delivered to a bank and it is still pending. It contains very important information but first flight seems to have no responsibility in updating the current status. Failure of delivery will cause severe monetary losses and i am really worried.

                          A parcel was booked through first flight courier in my name vide consignment number F[protected] on 22/11/2016. Today is 01/12/2016 but they have not delivered my parcel. I wrote several email but no response from company. Worst service.
                          Parcel was booked from Udipi to New Delhi. Since last 11 days, status is dispatched from Udipi. I called delhi office but no response from them. I am suffering loss.please help resolve the complaints.

                              My parcel was sent on nov 21 from patna to be received in bangalore electronic city. Today, the date is nov 28 and i have still not received my parcel. Not even a call has been made to tell me the status of my parcel.

                              The website is equally pathetic. My consignment's status showed delivered on nov 26. I checked with my office mailroom and they have not received anything for me. When i checked the website again on nov 28, status shows under process. Such a waste of a service providers these guys are.

                              I spoke to the manager of the nearest first flight office in huskur gate. Instead of looking to provide a solution or look to deliver the parcel asap, he was looking to give very very very lame reasons for the delay. Reasons like no power in office, wrong consignment number mentioned are some of the reasons of delay from their side.

                              Such service is absolutely not acceptable and i would never suggest anyone to use firstflight services ever again. A normal post in post offices are much much faster.

                                Consignment No: F 991 A 0081321 FROM Bangalore to Hyderabad booked on 24.11.2016. it was reached to destination by 26.11.2016 at 12 noon. From destination branch madapur, our office address very near. But Your people not delivered the item on 26.11.2016.

                                I interacted with madapur branch person, he told that delivered on 26.11.2016 at any time.

                                it was very in convience to us, no more time we have preferred first flight .

                                    My previous company has sent Releaving letter before 2 months with first flight, and they haven't given any tracking details.

                                    The courier fellow not Able to deliver the letter. Every week he calls and asks me where I can deliver and I will tell the same address which mentioned in letter. Later no response from him, if I call back he will tell I will come tomarow and forgets rest of week. Due to my busy schedule I m not Able to go to couriers branch. Really pissed off with this first flight service.

                                    I never seen this much worst on any courier company.

                                      I stay in santacruz east mumbai. I got a call from mr ravi - contact number [protected] on 24th november at 1.00 pm. He called me and said come to ganesh mandir to collect your courier - i asked him from where are you calling and what the courier is for and why i have to come.. Courier should delivery at my place. He discounted the call.
                                      But no courier was delivered to my house. Today when i spoke to him he saying i returned the courier as you did not come to collect the courier and i will not come to delivery the courier at your place
                                      Please can first fight help me to know do you give service of deliver at home or we have to come to your office
                                      I have no idea what courier it was, how important it was.. I need my courier i next 48 hours or else i will file a company against you in consumer court on monday.. Then you take it from there
