I applied for my pan card and the expected delivery was showb in the pan card tracking website showing the status that the product was delivered on 12th june but even know i didnt got my pan card and when i aprpoach the courier agent it was closed what can i do know

This is Kausal, posting on behalf of my father, M L Swamy, who booked a courier service with First Flight couriers (Consignment No. A991B2862262) on August 9, to be sent to Kolkata. It has some really sensitive original medical documents which were sent for some insurance purposes.

I have been trying to reach them on this issue to figure out what the status is, but I don't get any response on multiple mails. Phones don't work.

from 4 days they are making fool that we will deliver but still not received my courier and now they are asking to pick up my courier from their office. i am working in private sector and not possible me to pick my courier and they are refusing to deliver by saying the size of package is big.

It has been 10 days since my Courier with ref : u[protected] is in bangalore but not yet delivered at destination.
The customer support of first flight is most pathetic, I have been trying to call them for last 10 days but someone is picking up and then disconnecting the call. As a last resort i am registering a complaint here and hoping for proper action.

i didn"t receive my parcel as my tracking no. D991Z4924295, As i check my tracking no. it is showing it is delivered on 17.08.2016. i already send mail to the authorize person of flight courier ([protected]@firstflight.net, [protected]@firstflight.net) as they are not giving any reply about my courier.

Kindly help me in my issue as am waiting for my courier since 10 days.

Your service is pathetic. See the below attached details of my shipment. Your mumbai office contact no. As updated on your website is : 022 – 39546666. If this no. Is still in working condition, then please recruit a telephone operator who can atleast receive this call. I have tried to contact this no. Several time on multiple dates, but there was no one on the other hand to pick the phone.

The shipment No D991Z4680113 dated 19th Aug.16 from N.Delhi reached at Bhopal on 21st Aug But Till today morning at 9.50am it has not delivered to my place, After 8 Days it has not to my place in Bhopal ? Why ? Kindly act on the matter now other wise I have to go to consumer court . It is happening regular basis.

I have sent two parcel through first flight courier on 09/08/2016. one from salem (tamilnadu) to patna (bihar) having no. s991m0050706 and second from salem to ranchi (jharkhand) having no. s991m0050705. it was told to us that it will be delivered within 2 days. but after passing of 18 days it is not delivered.

I m sachin jindal emp. Of icivi pru life dispatched a courier 16 aug 16 but some docoment pending so next day stop this courier n say to first flight saharanpur for come in saharanpur for urgent basiss but 10 day goes no information n no response from company it's a very urgent pls take a serious n help for delivering at saharanpur. Our consignment no-U[protected], Dt-02.06.2016 containing some urgent material for our plant is undelivered till date but first flight site shows that it is delivered on 07.06.2016.By contacting sambalpur(Odisha) branch Mr.X([protected]) told that we can't deliver to your plant they transfer the package to jharsuguda branch(contact no of jharsuguda branch is wrong in sites).He also dont know how to talk.
Please help me.

My consignment no D991M0436980 for Rakshabandhan was despatched from New Delhi on 12 Aug 2016 but delivered on 26 Aug 2016 after 15 days when day was over. On tracking, it came to my knowledge that the consignment reached on 14th Aug but not delivered on the name of insufficient address but again delivered on 26th with same address. This is hight of callousnes of delivery branch of Rajabazar Patna. My house is located from 100 to 150 metres from First flight office of Raza Bazar on main Ashiana Digha Road. On 25th Aug 2016 at around 12 AM, staff of Raja Bazar off contactef me to collect the consignment but I told them to deliver at address but it was done on 26th even after explaining the details of location. When contacted today for delay, the office staff at 4 PM today behaved in ill and discourteous manner. I made a note on delivery report for Rs 50000/- compensation and kept a photo copy. Such office staff of delivery branch should be removed and I should be compensatef for harassment as mentioned

Pl refer ff docit no d[protected] dt. 17/08/16 from new delhi to jabalpur[mp] was delvered today by dharmesh tiwari @ jbp, after we had made several calls, the co. Had also posted wrong info. That party was not available on 22/08/16, but this is our factory address and open from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, not expected by a co to take such long time to deliver and posting wrong information /status is also un ethical

Many of our receipted challans & Bill of Exchange are held up in above consignment from Jamshedpur to Kolkata. All these docs are against Letter of Credit which is to expire on[protected]. We do not find any scope to retrieve them after continuous chasing of your different offices in Kolkata & Howrah. It will cause lot of financial damages to us. It is unfortunate that you did not at all try to end your problem and help your customers. We keep our option open for claim of financial compensation from you due to your failure as stated above.

My courier regarding yes bank Account Kit (Chq book & ATM) with Consignment no: D[protected] had dispatched on 11-08-16 but still on 26-08-16 i have not received my consignment which be a big issue as consigned courier is critical type. i asked about query and to track mentioned cons. ID from my nearest fast track office but they are not responding about anything. so please tell me the status of my consignment on V.V urgent basis.

I have not received my courier for more than 15days now and it is an urgent document. There is no news of it in website as well as it is continuously showing in transit. I need the document at the earliest. I will also file a case in consumer forum if I do not receive my consignment within the next Monday. This is throughly too much now.The committed date of delivery was on 20th of august and it is 26th and still no news and it was posted on 9th of august. They are finding it to be a joke to play with important documents delivery.
