Consignment No.R991B0370473 didn't received to the mentioned address as it is send on 24th march 2015. While tracking it on online, its showing "returned to origin" and till date the consignment didn't received.
MY CONSIGNMENT NO. B[protected] FOR DELIVERY OF PAN CARD HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED TILL DATE. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE 12TH MAY 2015 AFTER RECEIVING THE CONSIGNMENT DISPATCH INFORMATION FROM THE RESPECTED OFFICE LOCATED IN MUMBAI.
YOUR COURIER BOY MENTIONED WRONG DETAILS AND HAS UPLOADED ON TRACKING THAT THE PARTY HAS SHIFTED. I AM WAITING DAY BY DAY AND HAVE NO INFORMATION WHERE ME PACKAGE IS AND WHEN IT WOULD BE DELIVERED.

April from Kolkata.
I have still not received the consignment after numerous calls to their
customer service representatives. On the 23rd of April I was told that
the consignment was wrongly delivered and I would get it within 48
hours. There has been no follow-up calls or not even a single email from
them.
I have been trying to follow-up whenever time permits. Here are the
results (or rather no results) from these calls:
28th April - I was told I would definitely receive an update by the same
day.
29th April - Again, I was told I would definitely receive an update by
the same day.
30th April - called at 12:30 pm, was promised call back within 30 mins.
3rd May - Called numerous times and was denied an escalation every
single time. Common excuses were that the supervisor was on leave
(twice). Was told by multiple representatives that I would receive a
call back (within 30 mins, within different time periods). Spoke last to
Rahmatullah Khan, who promised and assured that he'd give me a callback
within 5:30 PM definitely. And as always, again no call back received.
I am yet to receive a single call back from them. This is the worst
customer service I have ever received without any doubt. I am very
surprised that in this age of Consumerism and Customer First principles,
such terrible customer service still exists
