The courier has not yet reached the destination(Bankura) although it has been dispatched from Mumbai on 23/6/14.

Its official document and its taking too much time. Because of this our job is getting hampered and which I don’t think any one of you would compensate.

Kindly look into the matter urgently as it should not take so much time to reach Bankura from Mumbai. The local courier office here is at all non-cooperative and seems to be all time very busy. They don’t have time to attend our calls.

I made a order through MYNTRA (online store) on 09/06/2014 and they shipped it on 10/06/2014 and same one reached at destination (Raigarh, chattisgarh) on 20/06/2014 ( as i confirmed from FIRST FLIGHT RAIGARH office). But after everal times follow up they didn't send it at my place and when I again asked them for the same the told tht we have return back the consignment. Because of that I only suffered and at last I didn't get my product due to negligence of courier company even after two times complaint done to MYNTRA they didn't take any action regarding that. Hi sir or mam, i am gurdyal singh from faridabad. i had to ask an status of my packet which was for allahabad. but the staff of allahabad hub is not available in the office till 11:15am.
this is an urgent packet. it has to be deliver today. take strict action against allahabad staff. otherwise we will stop giving our all packets to you.

from First Flight.
But it is still not delivered to the destination as 7 days are gone.

Sir I am regular customer of First Flight Courier Services and I do not expect
such a big delay from your side as this courier contains some importent docs

this is my tracking id 'j991m0994544', on 11th of june it has been couriersd from allahabad and it is 18th of june and stil it is not recevied . i have called every ofice of your's and no body is not telling a correct position of it . so co kindly see it in this matter.

Through online purchase i purchased a pair of shoes from jabong.com. The consignment is delivered from Gurgaon to Gonda 0991L0973248 (consignment number). On 14.06.14 i got call from first flight gonda that your consignment has been received and collect it from our local office at meena bazar as we don’t deliver single consignment. I replied that i am not in town i will be available at gonda on 17.04.14. On 17.04.14 morning i reached at local office to collect my consignment but they refused to hand-over the consignment as they were busy in some office work. I then asked them to deliver the consignment at my place and also called at their number but they are either not receiving calls or just put it on hold after asking my name and address again and again. I purchased the shoes on cash on delivery terms and the payment is ready with me. i am a central government officer and remain on tour most of times so in-case of non-payment of the consignment from my end due to my unavailability all the responsibility and liability will be on the courier service provider's awful, disgustingly behaving staffs of first flight gonda.

I tracked the parcel and got to know order is in KGF, Kolar, Karnataka. I checked the status, it shows it reached the destination. I called many times, finally someone picked the call & I asked about the package. He tells that they did not get any sorts of package.

With due respect this is to bring to your kind knowledge that I am a inhabitant of NTPC-RIHANDNAGAR(BIJPUR), DISTT.SONEBHADRA(U.P.)-231223. Here at Bijpur, First Flight Courier Service is available here. But for sending a letter to Delhi costs only Rs.68/-(Sixrty eight only) whether for Kolkata, we have to pay Rs. 135/-(One hundred thirty five only). Your Renukut office informed that it is for the reason that for Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai letters go through flight whether it reaches throulgh train for Delhi. This type of reply is not at all satisfactory to a customer. Because, if it is true, then the letter should reach Kolkata on the next day itself. But it reaches on third or fourth day practically. The above mentioned address courier center is a fraud courier.The slip provided with the consignment no not original we cannot trace the courier location.They will not pick the phone & respond to the customers.They will book the courier with the sweet voice they will deliver in one day.But they will not do even after one week.

I had booked the courier from Pune to Mumbai (Thane) on Sataurday 07/06/2014 now today it is 10/06/2014.I am unable to trace where exactly my courier was held up.The Slip with consignment number was given by them is duplicate we cannot trace the location.I was been calling them to provide status they are not picking the phone & answering.Kindly do the needful my no ([protected]).


Please do'nt encourage these type of courier centers who make money encouraging the customers.The voice of together will only control these kind of robberies.

Kindly baned theses fake courier centers to choose people good one for their needs.

I Courier my passport from First Flight Gonda Branch With destination to Ahmedabad On 5th June.The courier service branch had charged Rs. 220/- for courier stating this is the fee for sending passport.From that day i am regularly checking the web tracking status but it is not showing any update after 5th June.I write messages on contact option on web tracking status of my consignment.They are also not replying.Even train reached ahmedabad from my city in one day.I dont know what type of flight this company is using that it hasnt reached ahmedabad yet.When i contact the gonda branch and lucknow branch they also say we are unable to track the exact location of your consignment.Worst service by a courier company which are well known for their fast service.Even they are unable to track my consignment what technology this company is using. I had sent courier from salem on monday (02.06.2014) to bangalore through first flight couriers and today is friday i have not received my courier. Courier booking no. S[protected]. I am speaking to customer care daily and the only answer i get is it will be delivered today.I have never seen any worst courier service like yours. My number [protected]

my parcel, consignment no. W991B0478574 was delivered to me today by an extremely misbehaved person in a very threatening manner. In the 1 minute that it took me to open the door (i have a 2 month old baby) this man rang the bell 3 times non stop and banged on the door. When I opened the door and protested, he shouted at me in Kannada and continued to do so for the whole time that he was here. After signing the receiving he snatched the pen from my hand by force. I have mentioned this misbehavior in the consignment receiving form as well. On trying to raise a complaint, the head office in Bangalore passed the buck to Kanakpura branch manager whom I called again to complain. He (mobile no [protected]) completely defended his delivery person, yelled at me on the top of his voice and dared me to raise a complaint. It is plainly obvious that the company supports this kind of behaviour. Not only will I ever use their services, but I am making a point of mentioning this incident on the internet wherever I can to raise awareness about their dangerous delivery persons.

It is the Worst Courier I have ever used.I had made an online purchase and seller dispatched it through First Flight, from Lucknow to Gobi. After Five days the product reached Gopi, But the delivery man did not issued the product.. i contact the gopi delivery man, he said you want to come & collect from Nambiyur we did not come for an one parcel.. I don’t know where to report for such a worst courier company. please never use first flight for ever... what a waste company...
