Consignment: B991Q0410569 Booking data: 07-Oct-2013 Origin: Mumbai Destination: Vellore Received date: 10/Oct/2013 Delivery status: delivered I didn't receive the courier yet. I checked the status in online it shows courier is delivered. I contacted vellore office ( Manager) he is not responding properly and his employees are rudely behaving. Can you take responsibility of this issue.

    This is the only courier service which is slower than the normal post. My family posted a courier on 28th October 2013 from Noida(NCR) to Bangalore. It got dispatched on 29th Oct and it had been 10 Days and I still have not received my courier. When i called the courier person (Ravindra) on 5th Nov, he promised he will deliver my courier the same day. 3 days more passed away and I have not received anything, not even a call from them. When I called him again, he gave me another no.which was switched off. Then I called him and he gave me another no. on which I spoke to other courier guy (Rajesh Nagraj). Rajesh said he doesn't have my courier and gave me another no.which is also switched off. Today is 7th November and their is no update from them. I am sure they have either misplaced my parcel or consumed it. This is the pathetic service I have ever seen. If they work and act as normal postal service, why do they charge so much!! I am so disappointed from them and will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE again in my life. I also recommend other people not to courier from First Flight as they just can't do their work properly.

      I booked a international courier via First Flight bill no M991B0057208 ON 26TH October via their international agent Orbit Express, Pune. The owner Jatin Yadav, [protected], personally asured me that it will be delivered to Vitoria In Brazil, by 3oth October or 31st latest and he will book it via DHL for enhanced efficiency, as he has bulk bookings with them. This assurance was needed as the document had urgent financial papers that needed signing and returned as non delivery would mean a loss. the document was also being delivered to a ship, that was in port only from 31st to 2nd. However once the payment was made i realized that till 28th, when i tracked it, it would say ask for customer support. then on 28th aft i was given a new UPS tracking no of 1Z2XY[protected] . When i realised it was not reaching on time i contacted Orbit Express and trying to explain the urgency of the courier ove other couriers.He was very rude and hence forth never picked up his phone or answered to sms urgency. I put email complaints to customer care pune and mumbai but got no response from them till date. I later found out that the courier was booked via bambino, citinetwork and ups, nothing of which was told to me. It is 4th November and the courier is still in transit.I would have booked it with DHL directly as i was told they have a full refund policy for non delivery on scheduled date. But as Jatin assured me of his network connections, i made the mistake of choosing his services. I now need a refund for this bakwaas, unethical service and a claim for losses of 30, 000.

        A mail is forwarded to me by UTI from mumbai to delhi on 23 Oct 13, it was reached to delhi on 28 Oct 13 (taking 05 days to reach mumbai to delhi) after taking 07 day long time, my mail is not deliver to me. i am requesting to the management of First Flight Courier to change the name of their agency to Last Flight Courier.

          C/No. BD2908881. Shipment designated for Allahabad from Delhi. Shipment date 27-Aug-2013. It never reached. Repeated followups didn't yield anything. Customer care does not care and lack basic training on how to deal with customer. They deny accepting that consignment is lost and decline request for refund. First Flight closed the matter by putting consignment "delivered" on its portal (backdated to 2-Sep-2013) which is far away from reality.

            Sir, i have a parcel coming through First Flight ...with consigne number :O[protected]...
            which has never been delivered to me and now they had put status that on their website Delivered
            RTO to VENDOR... and i have tried their numbers and nobody is replying me... all they are saying
            is that their SITE STATUS is wrong and they never Care for their Customers/...
            this is the 3rd Class Flight with no Class at All ... they should be dragged to Court...
            they never use to call to their customers mentioned phone number nor they ring the house bell.
            they are bunch of ...

              Documents received by delivery boy from your first flight couriers on[protected] at approx 13:00 hrs.

              1) The behavior of delivery boy towards ladies is strongly doubtful and objectionable,

              2)Continuous steering in to the eyes of ladies,

              3)cursing in loud in whole colony after stepping out of doorsteps of home.

              I think this types of behavior of the delivery boy makes the nuisance to the society & reputation of your company.
              please investigate and look in to the matter and inform me back that what type of action is initiated from your end?

                I dispatched a courier from Bangalore, Karnataka to Muzaffarpur, Bihar on 21st Oct (F[protected]). Even after multiple rods of follow-up, my consignment has not been delivered. What's more bothering is the response from First Flight. A/c to Bangalore Customer Care, the consignment has reached Muzaffarpur on 25th Oct. However, the Muzaffarpur office claims that they never recieved this courier. The status on their portal says insufficient address, therefore, I call and confirm the address again along with the location (Surprisingly, First Flight has delivered many couriers on the same address and my consignment has PIN number and 3 contact numbers of the person to whom the courier is to be delievered). After multiple rounds of followup since morning, I get a call from First Flight, Bangalore that my courier would be delievered 26/10 by 2:30 and the courier is in fact out for delievery and I can confirm the same at Muzaffarpur office. To add to my worries, Muzaffarpur office still claims they don't have any such consignment with them and nothing could be done before Monday. I don't even know where my consignment is!

                in-fact, even their promoters have taken out as much money as dividends and profits overs the years that now
                they care two pence about the business and hire people who work for much less than even a CSW (commercial sex worker)

                so to expect First Flight employees' to respond is actually like expecting the stone age to return in present times

                    A parcel has been sent to me from Chennai through first flight Four days ago Consignment Number is: C991B0020538. I raised a complaint on first flight courier Customer Care (My Complaint Ref No: 2149391) and still there is no news of it. the first flight customer support has not responded to my inquiries. i just cant believe the sheer lack of responsibility and the casual manner in which they conduct their business. stay away from this courier company. better send all your mail through the Indian postal system which takes lesser time to deliver and charges a quarter of the money you pay these thugs...                       I had a very important consignment which was suppose to be sent from Bangalore to Lucknow having Consignment Number MF0201787 which i sent on 27 sept 2013 through this courier service and i expected it to reach latest by Monday and they also claimed the same but i am sorry to say that it has not reached till now that is on 1 oct 2013. I also tried to call their customer care numbers[protected]Head Office Bangalore) and[protected]Corporate Office Mumbai) but i seeked no response from their side. I contacted Lucknow office and they told that it has been dispatched on Monday from bangalore i.e., 30 Sept 2013. It clearly states that they are very casual towards their services and customers.

                        Consignment Number :F42225897 After 15 days of courier I did not receive my Consignment which is required me to submit to the bank ASAP. but when I checked at website status is showing "Delivered". and when I tried to check with customer care of first flight I did not receive satisfactory answer and information. now I don't know what should I do..? that was my original copy in courier. please take immediate action against First Flight Courier company for such kind of behavior and irresponsibility.                           Dear sir/madam, my item from bagittoday is dispached on AWB No: ( O[protected] but till date item not received i was contact with ajmer office, but they don't give me statisfied answer. they told that this item was delivered. but this is not delivered at my home. please answer me, and suggest me, what should i do ? please contact me [protected]

                          I booked mobile on 10th feb in FLIPKART order id is OD[protected], they told me actual deliver date is 17th feb, I contact with FLIPKART they extend more 4 days ie 21st feb, again I called to FLIPKART they told me 23rd Feb, I tracking with my tracking ID F991Q1224887, on 16th it came TUTICORIN. From TUTICORIN to my place just 45KM only but they didn't deliver my product.

                            Domestic Consignment MJ2737387 was booked on 23rd September’2013. - As per website status it reached in Hyderabad(destination) on 25th September’2013, same status from then and no idea where it has been lost? - Customer care is always busy or no answer whether Mumbai head office or regional head office. - Most shocking part is when I call nearby branches (Madhapur, Gachibowli or Mehdipattanam) in Hyderabad, none of them have the consignment and asks to check the other branches. They don’t know exactly where is my consignment routed? - No use of sending email or enquiry thru emails. - No responsible representatives and importantly WORST COURIER COMPANY, should be banned in India. This was a very important consignment and I want to go for legal proceedings on this. Please suggest and take the necessary action against First Flight Couriers.                               I am facing service problem of First Flight Courier. Services are pathetic. I called customer help line, but server is down and no one is ready to give appropriate answer. I need my work to be done as soon as possible. I cant wait more. That parcel is very important for me. I need spontaneous revert on this issue. Look into this matter.

                                A simple parcel book on 20-sep-2013 from delhi to dimapur(Nagaland), Consignment no:bd3008623 . After six days the status on web-tracking is same as it was on 21-sep-2013. And None of the customer care no.(Delhi, Guwahati, Mumbai) pick up the phone. Even complaint mail id : [protected]@firstflight.net, [protected]@firstflight.net, where it was expected to get reply after 24 hour. See the height of fake promises, it is almost more than 96 hours and no reply/Ack from their end. Earlier my worries was, when it will reach the destination, but after struggling with costumer no. and mail ..etc all these 4 days, Now i am much worried whether it can be tracked/delivered at all. I am planning to consult lawyer and take help from consumer court to shut down such fake services, or have some watch on these society problem creators. I don't know how are they surviving in these business. Rgds, rakesh

                                  Dear Consumers,

                                  I would like to share my experience with you regarding FIRST FLIGHT Courier service. Which is very pathetic.

                                  I would like to mention that, I have placed an order from Tradus.com with SubOrder ID 10646616_01 in month of August 2013.

                                  But this product is not delivered to me. Whereas I received message stating that My product has been delivered to me with AWB Number: B99435783 on 4th Sep 2013.
                                  I called up many times on First flight Courier office but they are responding in very RUDE way, written many mails but no response for e-mail also.

                                  Neither i have received my Product from First Flight nor any response from them.

                                  I tried to register complaint with Tradus.com but still no response from them too!!

                                  FIRST FLIGHT Courier services are not at all having a professional employee who doesn’t know to communicate with customer also.
                                  I would request you kindly do not deal with FIRST FLIGHT Courier service ( If you deal then its at your risk   you may not get your product )

                                  It is a complete disaster... Recently I order a parcel from Snapdeal.com. Packet tracking showing that the packet has been delivered. And when the ETA crossed I sent a mail to Snapdeal.com regarding this issue and they replied me to cancel the product and reorder it!
                                  Day before yesterday a call came from this mailer regarding the product I order 2 months ago! I simply told that I have already cancelled my order. But still a local Snapdeal guy came with the product and he was also upset with the courier service.
                                  I is very insulting for both the ends. And imagine buying a product from internet which comes after 2 months. That not just any place I am talking about SALT LAKE CITY, KOLKATA ! how pathetic things go wrong!

                                    I booked a parcel with consignment no "MF0223455" at firstflight courier hub in manipal on 6/9/2013.it was from manipal to bangalore(myntra warehouse) ,the product was not delivered in two days as promised by the ffc ..after many followups, it was delivered on13/9/2013.wen i tried to confirm the delivery from myntra ware house ,they said they didn't recieve the parcel and asked me to provide the POD ..since then i am asking for the POD from firstflight couriers ,they aint responding.its been 18 days and im unsure of the delivery of product.and its a returned product for refunding,the return policy is valid only for 30 days...please take the necessary action

                                      My document (F[protected]), sent on the 15th from bangalore to gurgaon has not been delivered till today (19th). The status says " address not sufficient". This is the standard apartment address which is located opposite to Medanta hospital. FF could easily have called the recepients if they had trouble locating the address. That's why you insist on phone numbers, right? I tried calling several times on the 18th to no avail (both blr and gurgaon). I'm surprised you still function as a courier service. My first FF experience will be my last.

                                        I am surprised to note that a parcel containing important documents dispatched by me vide First Flight courier service under Consignment Note F991B00006026 on 13th Sept is yet to be received by the Consignee M/s. Sobha Developers Ltd Coimbatore, as of today. On tracking on their system I find that the parcel is lying in their Coimbatore office since 16th September. I do not know whether the said parcel has been misplaced or lost. The purpose of engaging the services of a courier service is defeated. I would request an immediate action to have the parcel located and delivered
