We had booked the consignment on[protected] from Bangalore to Rothak, its almost 72 hours still the consignment has not reached the destination, The response from the Customer care is very bad, the consignment has to reach the destination by today 10 AM, without fail, Below is the docket numbers, F[protected] F[protected]

I would like to complaint, first flight service is pathetic, its ridiculous Have couriered from Bangalore to Chirimiri on 4th of dec and today is 18th its not yet delivered None of FFoffice people is having idea where it is FF Bangalore office Mumbai office people not have courtesy to pick the call Raipur people have picked up twice after calling 17th time Mahendragad Mr. sudama saying why you are asking to me Please let me know I have done big mistake by choosing FIRST FLIGHT My docket no is -F[protected]

COurier dispatched on 12th Dec from Mumbai to Cochin is not delivered yet, inspite of the comittment given by the company of delivery in two days Its been 7th day and when tracked the office perosn said it will take 2 more days to deliver Due to delay in couier, we have lost huge business. dear sir, my self jairam barik from kolkata-700156, my CONSIGNMENT no-B991Q3375346. missed card was given to me on dated 10.12.13 at 12.56 pm . in the time i was in office. but next day i went raharhat branch kolkata to recieve my document but they returned the material. my document was so need ful to me. as per missed card, the document should keep in the branch next 2 working days. then how to return the document. plz see my matter urgently.

my courier was not delivered on time and one of my courier got damaged and was'nt even delivered when i asked them they told me to take back the courier charges they lost my good and the employees working there is pathethic bloody uneducated no manners to talk and non answerable to any of my questions did'nt no how to talk to a girl please take some quick actions against them

I contacted Jalandhar office ( Mr. Suresh manager )when we ask where is our material he ask other excueses he is not responding properly and his office staff also not picking our call . sir their is cold chain items( diagnostic kits), which was damaged due to non cold storage in stipuated period. sir it assumes that your company is going to be a fraud with us can you tell us the right status

I have sent a courier from Coimbatore to chennai on 25th of Nove 2013.My courier number is MT0107798 .. The couriered Item not Delivered properly Even the Address and Contact Nos are correct.. And 03rd Dec 2013 i have received the parcel Returned from chennai.. There was some mall practices has done 1.The Couriered Item has stolened by someone. 2.The cover has dared 3.Box also damaged (which inside the Cover) 4.Recipients Mobile No has changed by some one by marker (From [protected] to [protected]) 5. Dear Sir / Madam, I am Pruthiviraj.V, Residing at, 68/70 B West Narayan Nagar, Uthangarai Pin – 635207, Ph no. [protected], I had a goods to be delivered to my address from Chennai to Uthangarai, through First Flight Courier and I got a call from one of employees of first flight courier on Dec 4, stating that I have received a courier via first flight, and I need to come to my home town bus stop to get the courier, and it cant be delivered to my Home address I like to know If we have send good via First Flight, the concerned members need come to their mentioned address town Bus stop to get the service else the member will deliver the goods to the address???? And it had not been mentioned any where in first flight site or some where, regarding this, further to which the pin code 635207 which I am living is also with the delivery able zone of first flight as per their serviceable area mentioned in their site, And it is not the first time we are facing the issue, previously I had the same issue with First Flight, Previously we went to Krishnagiri to get the courier, Please find the consignee numbers below Consignee Number – ZC5841346 Previous Consignee Number - C[protected]They took nearly 10 days to deliver the parcel, that too not in the mentioned address, we had gone to First flight Office in krishnagiri, to resolve that issue) and also in tracking service it has been mentioned as goods has been delivered, but we didnt receive any goods stating like that, Hence requesting your kind interference to solve the issue

I courired apple ipod charger with documents which is of weight 50g from hyderbad to visakhapatnam. i couriered on 16th november 2013.I am keep on tracking about the courier.I called several times about it to customer care.no proper response.

Finally got the courier to the origin place which is jedimetla, hyderabad first flight courier centre.i went there to collect my courier.There is no charger. I called customer care about the issue. There is no proper response.thay are saying go and contact first flight courier centre.

I dont know why they are running business like that.What they are thinking about the people.

I really got frustrated. Sorry if i used any wrong words.

I will never suggest or use first flight courier in future.

i have couriered one packet from Pune to Hyderabad.packet contains food item which i have brought from Ladakh. it was sealed and water proof. but when it was received at hyderabad, it was in damage condition. all the packaging was broken and most of the Food Items was Stolen. very disappointing service from First flight.
i have photographs at the time of receipt of Courier. and Delivery person himself acknowledged this defect and gave a signed letter to us.

This is to inform you that I Ajay Kuamar Singh has been sent 02 nos of trousers (Cloths) by first flight courier on dated 21.11.2013 from Faridabad (Haryana) to Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh). my consignment no - B991Q2548861 was dispatched on[protected] from Mumbai to Delhi. But first flight courier company showing that the address is insufficient. This excuse is very common in courier company while i am receiving all other couriers, electric bill, mobile bills bank details & all related document through post.Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

HDFC Bank had sent important document through first flight courier on 11th Nov, 2013 . I didn't get this till 19th Nov, 2013. After calling customer service, found that document was deliveerd to wrong address. I raised the complaint and they said issue will be resolved in 2 days But nothing happened after 4 days . Still following up with them. Very bad services not sure why banks like HDFC uses this courier servcie

I am filling this complain for bad bad ever bad service of first flight courier company. AWB: G[protected] We have given our consignment of important documents to First Flight courier on dtd: 16.11.2013 at Ahmedabad to be sent at Bhiwani, Haryana, but they have send it to Bhiwadi, Rajasthan...it should be reach at Bhiwani Haryana on 3rd day of courier sent, but till the time it is not received by our party. we and our party both are following first flight customer support team, local offices, since last 4 days but not getting proper response, every time they are saying that it is not process... not getting satisfactory answer. and our documents are very important and it can be generated only once as it was of export. I have given my product for delivery on Nov 14th, and from that i am trying to track online where my product is and contacted Manager, he said may be it was misplaced, will try to know where the product is . but still Nov 21.he is still trying to know where it is, and when called they are talking rudely and now they are saying may be it was lost .

I CONSTANTLY CHECKED THE STATUS OF THE CONSIGNMENT THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE VIA TRACK YOUR CONSIGNMENT AND IT ALWAYS SHOWED -IN TRANSIT-AND NOTHING ELSE. I ALSO MADE PHONE CALLS REPEATEDLY TO YOUR TIRUPATHI OFFICE FOR THE SAME. AFTER TAKING TOO MUCH TIME TO REACH THE DESTINATION, WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE FOR THE SAME, THEY SAID THAT THE CONSIGNMENT HAS ARRIVED AND WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER TO YOUR PLACE STATING THAT WE ARE SHORT OF STAFF AND ASKED ME TO TAKE DELIVERY FROM THEIR OFFICE ITSELF. I ENQUIRED IF THERE IS NO SERVICE TO THE PLACE HOW CAN YOU BOOK A PARCEL AND THE ANSWER WAS DISGUSTING. I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT THIS IS NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED TO ME. IN FACT I WARNED THEM SAYING THAT I WOULD LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM IF IT IS REPEATED AGAIN AND AGAIN, BUT THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT AS FAR AS THE SERVICE IS CONCERNED. NOW I AM GOING TO THEIR OFFICE IN TIRUPATI FROM CHANDRAGIRI WHICH IS NEARLY 20 KM AWAY SPENDIG MY TIME AND MONEY JUST FOR THIS REASON. I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU IT IS NOT THE FRANCHAISEY WHO SUFFERS BUT THE REPUTATION AS FAR AS THE FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS MAINTAINING WILL BE AT STAKE. PLEASE CHECK ON THAT KEEP THE GOOD REPUTATION GOING. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO TELL YOU THAT IT IS TAKING TOO LONG TO REACH BIGGER CITIES OR DESTINATIONS OR HUB OFFICES FOR THAT MATTER. THE ADDRESS WHICH I HAVE GIVEN AS DELIVERY PLACE IS NOT A REMOTE VILLAGE, BUT IT IS A CONSTITUENCY AND 2O KM AWAY FROM YOUR HUB OFFICE AND MORE AND MORE IT IS LOCATED IN THE BANGALORE-CHENNAI HIGHWAY. EVERYONE SHOULD GO THROUGH THE TOWN IF THE TRAVEL BY ROAD.
