    I have called up first flight courier tel number on 03.04.2014. To check where is my courier have reached. The number is[protected].

    A lady received the call and gives me another number[protected].
    I called up on this the call get connected and no one is receiving the call. You can try and check yourself.
    Again i called up on previous number.
    I told that lady no one is receiving the call my money is going waste
    So she asked me to hold the line and after 3mins she disconnected the call.
    Again i called up she just received and transfer the call which no one is receiving again.

    I dont know what kind of people are kept for customer service.
    Such a big company cannot hire educated and understanding people.

    Please look into this matter.
    Its simply irritating

      Hello All,

      I got my wife pan card from your courier service since I am in austria my wife & mom where alone in home. The courier got on 31st march 2014 in Paramathi velur which in namakkal dist tamilnadu but the people from courier ask us to come there.Is this is the rules?If you are not able to delivery the courier then why you are running this service. For what you are taking this tender from govt & private. we are paying money for all. I need the clear statement & replay for this. I wont get my pan card from there. If any thing will happen i will take this to higher office.

        This is with the reference to the Airway Bill No./Reference No.: C991Q1366976 for which Mr. Rupesh, Mobile# [protected], seemed to be assigned for delivery. When this gentleman came for delivery he was asking me over phone to come to a different location which is not the same as the delivering location.

        And when I insisted on delivering the courier on the shipping address, then this gentleman says that he will not deliver; and told me to wait for another few days. IS THIS THE CULTURE AT FIRST FLIGHT COURIER ???

        Looking at the criticality of the documents in the courier from the bank and brand of the FIRST FLIGHT COURIER, this is NOT AT ALL acceptable.

        I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with your delivery service. Such kind of behavior is shocking for me.

        IS THIS WHAT THE KIND OF TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE IMPARTED TO DELIVERY BOYS???

        I also tried calling on[protected] but the number was constantly busy.

          Hi this is Preeti Kumari, I live in Patna (Bihar) applied for my PAN card online. My PAN card has been dispatched on 14th of March 2014 and came to First Flight Couriers Con No# B991Q7028246 . Now its been 10 days i am trying to contact and get my PAN card from there but nobody is ready to help me, when i spoke to one of a center of First Flight Couriers in Patna (shop - No - 27, Ashiana Tower Exhibition Road, Patna BIHAR) on[protected] the guy answer the call he spoke in very vulgar and bad language. I am going to file a case against First Flight Couriers in consumer court as i have recorded the conversation happened on 26th March 2014.

            I have ordered a product online from JABONG, it was dispatched by FIrst Flight Courier on 7th March from Guragon. Assignment no is o[protected]. I have not recieved the product, I have checked the status online but it's showing In Transit only. I have even called up the customer care, but they only misleaded me by telling to call this office or that office to check. The Gurgaon officials told me it should have been delivered, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE WHEN I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT AND I CHECKED WITH THE BHILAI BRANCH ALSO AND THEY HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT EITHER.                 4 jeans sent to Bangalore but received 3 jeans by the party(bangalore) Kindly look into the matter, as it is a very bad experience I am getting. This is not at all expected from first flight. I’ve mailed the issue to the Borivali branch but not yet got any revert from their end. Kindly look into it on High priority as the 1 jeans which is short received by the party in Bangalore is the Jeans of Customer.. I've scanned the courier slip for your reference.                   I ordered a couple of Foot care products from Scholl India Website on 18th of Feb 2014. I did not receive any kind of communication from the courier company First Flight. I registered a ticket on their website and informed them that I did not receive any communication till date. Since I work in night shifts, I gave my office mail department address so that they can take delivery on my behalf. Twice the product was returned undelivered stating that "No party in my name". I regularly order online and get the products delivered to my office. There were no call or email received for this informing that the mail dept. Did not accept the courier. Now I went ahead and asked the product to be delivered to my residence at Bangalore and the product was dispatched on March 14th 2014. I did receive a call on Saturday for delivery but I missed it. But my alternate contact Rajiv spoke to the delivery person and informed that we will not be at the house. I called up today to the same delivery person and he answered very rudely and said he can come only tomorrow. Again I told him that we are at home today and he told that he cannot deliver the courier and asked me to collect it from office. I believe his name was Sabarish. The kind of reply he gave to my friend and me was very rude and as a customer I really don't want to hear such responses. I am also from the customer service dept of a reputed concern and it is really painful when we hear such response. I asked him for a escalation contact and called and informed very clearly that the delivery person was very rude and he did not respond very well. Not sure what his name was. I again reiterated that I will be at my residence till 4pm and asked someone to deliver the product. He promised delivery and no one called me after that. Later I get an email that the product has been delivered to me and I signed it, However I did not receive the product. I believe the delivery guys signed the sheet themselves.

                  The courier company First flight had a computer error showing that the product was recieved. The vendor Scholl India apologized for the issue and made sure the product got delivered to me.

We asked the First Flight Courier in Tirunelveli. They told that they have not received the parcel yet. The Parcel is very important to me. Please take action immediately.                     Our Courier should get delievered before 6th of this month(Jan). But its not yet delivered. Its 24th Jan today.
                    we have called het lot of times to courier service centre. But didnot get a proper response.
                    Simply they are responding like it will get delivered today or tomorrow answers.

                    Some important certificates are there in my courier.It should get delivered by End of this week esle we will raise an Complaint.

                    Try to learn how to give proper response to customers & how to deliver a courier on time.

                      This is to inform you that I have booked a courier ( rcpt no. J991P0001949) on 7.3.2014 before 2.00pm on P 2 . It didn't reached the destination on time that was given on next day at 6 pm for which your officials charged rs. 307.00. On website the status is not updated till now. It was so important and I suffered a loss because the courier is not delivered. So now I need my courier and my money back.                         Hi we would like to inform that we sent a courier on 4.3.2014, consignment no: F[protected] destination - Bangalore to Faridabad. Branch office - city market Bangalore, Branch Manager - Bhaskar. But we had one problem in that courier so we immediately mailed and asked the courier branch to stop the delivery and pls return the parcel but we are not satisfied with your service and we got Rs.30000.00 loss because of the delivery. please make a settlement whatever we lost. we attached the documents along with this complaint

                          I have booked a consignment on 27th Feb 2014. When we check the status in the Web it showing as the item got despatched from chennai. Consignment Number :C[protected] Date Serving Location Status 27-Feb-2014 Chennai Arrived At Origin HUB 27-Feb-2014 Chennai Despatched From Origin HUB But after that no updates. When i tried reaching the customer service they are least bothered about the package. From three days i am continously following with Customer support. Each time a stupid answers i get. All are asking for my number but no one calls back. The worst ever customer support i experienced with The First flight. No contact numbers are available of Higher officials in the Website. Its clear that some one from First flight have stolen my package. Company might not be paying for there employees. Such a irresposible management i have never seen. Even their team dont know where the package is missed. Then what the hell for having a tracking page i dont understand. Its not just the matter of my package but its the belief which i lost over this courier service. I will never ever do this mistake again and will not encourage anyone to body to book in this cheap courier. Consignment may miss in any courier but they tried to resolve it as soon as possible. But here everyone is sleeping in office it seems. We have to call 10 times to connect to the customer care service, if they found boring then only they will answer the call.                             Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice the poor services provided by your company on 21st Febuary, bearing courier bill number B991Q6342177. I regret to inform you that I was highly disappointed by the Service provided by your company this time. This PAN Card has been dispated to you by NSDL as on 21/02/2014 but till it is not received by the applicant as on date 03/03/2014. It is also noted that whenever your post man (employee) despacthed the courier to the destination, he shall demand the amount of money sometime that is Rs. 30 or 40. it is also a big matter why are your post man demand for money evertime to our client. I never had the occasion to complain about your services in the past and in view of such a good track record, this month’s service has been a big letdown. I was not expecting the kind of service you rendered. I hope you look into the matter and ensure it is not repeated. When i tried to contact local courier boy of your company Mr Amit Gupta, Contact no: [protected]. He had replied me that you will receive your consignment after a week as i have load of so many distribution. He had not bifurcated different consignment for different area. I need my parcel on emergency basis but i am unable to receive it. I would suffer a lot of loss due to your staffing.                                   my consignment number J991M0301658 containing documents was booked on 16/02/2014 from lucknow to guwahati but it is not yet delivered at destination, i approached guwahati first flight head office on 18/02/2014 &19/02/2014 but the courier service agents told me the same thing that it has not yet arrived, i tried calling the lucknow head office number[protected] which was an invalid number.I called first flight costumer service number[protected] but there was no response too.It was an urgent document they told that it would be deliverd on 2 day but it was all in vain.                                     This is what is firstflight service. I have been trying to reach FirstFlight Customer care, sending emails to the group but no response. Its like giving a deaf ears . I am really upset and angry with there service. Given an option I would never every go with it in future.

                                      I have requested for my pan card on 2nd January 2014. The income tax office released my package on 11th January. From the courier service they called me 18th January ( Saturday ) evening 4:30 pm to inform it, but I can't attend the call due to hospital case. So after 1hr i contacted them back. Then they informed i have a package in there. The staffs all gone at that time so they committed me the package will be deliver to me on 20th Monday. Monday morning i contacted them, to inform deliver my package. They told me the package given to the deliver boy and he will give me. So i waited to get my package and not received it. Next day i gone to the courier office and inform about it, they ask me to collect the courier parcel number so they can find it easily. So i collected the parcel number and given to them. Then they told me the parcel is returned to the Head office on Monday, so they can't do any thing. I didn't get my pan card up to this day( 12/02/2014). The pan card get within 25days but due to there irresponsible i am waiting for my pan card for 1 month and 10days. So my business is pending due to first flight courier service. What should i have to do? I hope you will take immediate action against the people working in there. The courier service address and details mentioning below.                                         deliver boy and they will give me. So i waited to get my package and not
                                        received it. Next day i gone to the courier office and inform about it,
                                        they ask me to collect the courier parcel number so they can find it
                                        easily. So i collected the parcel number and given to them. Then they
                                        told me the parcel is returned to the Head office on Monday, so they
                                        can't do any thing.

                                        I didn't get my pan card up to this day( 12/02/2014).
                                        The pan card get within 25days but due to there irresponsible i am waiting for my pan card for 1 month.
                                        So my business is pending due to first flight courier service.

                                        What should i have to do?

                                        I hope you will take immediate action against the people working in there.
