Hi, My name is Vivek and this is regarding consignment # F991M0047922. It was booked at Bangalore location on 21st May 2014 for delivery in Lucknow. I have not received my consignment yet. It's been more than 2.5 months since my shipment was booked and I've been following up with your customer care department 2-3 times a week since then but they neither retrieved my courier nor arranged for refund. I was told by your Lucknow team (Durgesh[protected] that shipment was lost. Everyday I call your customer care, I get to hear the same story that your customer care team and their supervisor Anita that they will be following up with your backend team in chennai and I would get a call back. It's been more than 2 months I have been told the same story. If it was confirmed as Lost by Lucknow team then why can't you refund me the shipment value (worth Rs. 1500)? I can say for sure that this is the worst customer service I have received, EVER. This is like a mental harassment and I don't know how much time, energy and money I have wasted on the calls.I wanted to reach out to you before I go to police and social media about this.       I had ordered an item on ebay for which the seller gave a First Flight consignment number D[protected] on 30th July. On the courier webtracking system it asked me to contact customer care for tracking info. I did so but there is no response from them even after 3 days. Now the web tracking page shows 1st Aug as the booking date instead of 30th July on which I received the consignment number. What does this mean? I tried to contact their corporate office and the Mumbai office but they either dont pick up the phone or if they pick up, they cut it without listening to me.

        1 item missing from O991B0864607 from Gurgaon to Bangalore. Package received had a small cut and the delivery boy delivered the package at the gate without calling the receiver. If one can't rely on courier services also now how does one get things delivered?? Highly corrupt people in First Flight.
        Please close your service if you can't do the one thing you are supposed to do.

          My PAN card shipped by NSDL with consignment number: B991Q0492357, booked on 19th July 2014 from Mumbai to Ernakulam is yet not delivered by First Flight Couriers. The status in their web tracking says "Despatched From Origin HUB". It is not updated after 19th July 2014. I have tried contacting their Corporate Office at[protected] but it is not receiving any calls. I have tried Kochi office at Ph:[protected] and got the answer to contact another office at[protected]. The executive mentioned that this consignment is not reached and he don't know where it is now. I have tried emails and SMS but no reply and I am still waiting for the PAN card.             Sir, your staff could not because of my couriers time. He spoke to us this morning and we are on mobile and location explains your address and we tried to idle talk several times a day, but she will not receive my phone. About 7 PM when we are not able to find time today so that tomorrow we will occupy the couriers. And I complain when I tell them that more years of senior Krugo talk to us in the wrong language and words. There are no departmental action on my complaint then we will take legal action on this.             Dear Mr. Amit Sai,

            I hope you are Sai devotee. In our India, one of the best courier is Fist Flight, no doubt about it (I am not agent for any Couriers). And if you want to have the experience with the best worst courier service, book the consignment in The 'Professional Couriers' and it will take minimum 15 days to reach your place from Jaunpur. (But, it seems in South India, their service better). And the interest thing is that you have to go to their office to collect your consignment (if you wants the consignment). Otherwise, they will tell you that your consignment is still 'on transit'. Also, they will ask you to check the same in their net service.
            Now I am coming to your points that your consignment is booked at Jaunpur on 26th of this month and reached to your place at Basti the next day itself. Be Happy that your consignment is reached to your place.

              Hi, My docket number is F991M0097409, it is a domestic within region destination. I have booked the courier on 23rd July saying it is very urgent and they promised will be delivered within a day. In spite of following up with the customer care so many number of times and even after logging a complaint till now i don't have any update when the document would be delivered. And have charged very high premium price of RS.70/- to deliver immediately. I am facing the same problem for the second time, now decided never ever to go with first flight services Regards Prathima

                Hi, I have couriered a gift to my Parents from Bangalore to Chhattisgarh(Bilaspur) on 20th of July'14 and till 28th of July'14 they have not received my courier. Moreover no ne from first flight is giving me any information. If this is their way to work, only god knows how they are getting consignment to ship. This was my first and last experience with First Flight and I would never recommend First Flight to any one. Can any one please help me on this. I am in so much mental stress. I am gonna file a case against them.

                    This is regarding my prevous compliance dated 24 Jul 14 which says"


                    An insurance policy has been sent to me from ICICI, Mumbai on 17 Jul 14 vide invoice no.B991Q0436881. As per online tracking system it was reached my place (tuticorin) on 21 Jul 14 but till date (24 Jul 14 at 1835 Hrs) I have not been delivered the policy. There was no response on the phone numbers which was given in site. 24 Jul 14 at 1835 Hrs)
                    ". But till now 26 Jul 14 at 1600 Hrs the same has not been delivered.
                    The online tracking system says the consignment delivered on 24 Jul 14 with out deliver the item. What should I do now. I want to initiate strict action against the concerned.

                    The consignment is returned undelivered within Chennai City today (9/10/2014) after 10 days with reason NO SUCH ADDRESSEE.

                    I regret to note that your service personnel has not taken any pains
                    to deliver the consignment nor informed the addressee about the consignment.

                    The address is a correct address and the reason attributed is incorrect and false.

                    The amount spent by me for the consignment has also gone waste

                          This complaint is regarding non receipt of a courier (Consignment No. N[protected]. This courier was posted on 6th may, 2014, from silchar to guwahati. On 10th may 2014, without notifying the receiver, the courier was sent back to silchar. More over first flight courier is not responding/ answering any phone calls. This courier was very important for me. Hence I had to lodge a complaint in consumer forum. Please help me to retrieve my courier.

                          My friend has couriered one of my important documents through First Flight courier Docket No is M991B0891670 I didn't received that courier, When i checked in online it's showing courier was delivered but i have not received also no one has received either my colleges or my company security also when i am trying to contact with costumer care numbers no one was attending their phones now i am frustrating about this if they are not given any reply by Monday I am going to complaint against them and their company.

                          I have understood that one of the worst courier company in India also i will share to this with many people.

My consignment no. is D991Q1880805. This consignment booked at Mahipalpur on 6-Feb-2015 from Delhi to Jaipur but it's still showing 'Booking at Mahipalpur hub'. It's really very very poor service. I need this consignment on urgent basis but first flight service is not providing any help from in his side. Please request to higher authority of First flight kindly resolve this problem on urgent basis. Because this consignment have a bank cheque book.

                                my parcel (consignment ID: d991b1855610) was returned back due to "insufficiency of address". I had got a call from your side but couldn't answer as I was in a meeting. After the meeting I called back but there was no response. After 3 days when I inquired, I was told that the parcel was sent back because I didn't answer their call to confirm the address. What kind of service is this?? Why don't you guys answer the phone?? people might be busy when you call??...Honestly, I feel your's is the worst service. Before, this also I had bad experiences with this courier service. Once I received a parcel after 2 months and another time my pan card was lying at your office for 1 month, which I had to go and collect from your office. But, it's enough. I don't think I'll ever use your service again.

But first Flight Couriers Not Deliver Shoes YEt...Expected Delivery Date is 17th...Which is Expired... When is Call to mynatra.com the are says that the orders are returned...Please Deliver My order...

                                    some person registered at revenue workers website and they ordered the courier. But I didn't want that courier. I kept mails to worker team but they didn't respond and dispatched the courier to first flight...so please stop that courier...                                       I am Dr. Shrutam Sharma from Kolkata and i was supposed to recieve a courier from gurgaon O991B0281300 on 14th of july 2014.. when i did not recieve it i called up ur lansdowne brach office in kolkata.. all i was told that the delivery person had come to my place but i wasnt available at the moment.. now all i want to ask is how would i know if they dont call me or inform me..i dint recieve any call whatsoever n i dont even know if the delivery person came at the correct address.. this drama has been going on since three days.. amidst this the person i talked to at ur office tells me that the policies have changed n "u guys" dont call the clients till atleast 5 days.. really??? thats totaly insane.. today all of this reached its height when Mr. S.K Gupta of lansdowne Branch v rudely told me that if i was in such a hurry to get my courier ( which i might add has already been delayed because o[censored]norganised and non sensical staff o[censored]rs) i should come and collect it myself and he disconnected the phone on my face.. i ma truely disappointed..i[censored] do not take an action i wouldnt mind to go to the consumer forum with this..to add i will definetely make sure that no body in my kins acquaintances or anybody as a matter of fact use ur services ever again.. utterly disgusted, Dr. Shrutam Sharma
