This complaint is regarding non receipt of a courier (Consignment No. N[protected]. This courier was posted on 6th may, 2014, from silchar to guwahati. On 10th may 2014, without notifying the receiver, the courier was sent back to silchar. More over first flight courier is not responding/ answering any phone calls.
