Hi,
My name is Vivek and this is regarding consignment # F991M0047922. It was booked at Bangalore location on 21st May 2014 for delivery in Lucknow. I have not received my consignment yet.
It's been more than 2.5 months since my shipment was booked and I've been following up with your customer care department 2-3 times a week since then but they neither retrieved my courier nor arranged for refund. I was told by your Lucknow team (Durgesh[protected] that shipment was lost. Everyday I call your customer care, I get to hear the same story that your customer care team and their supervisor Anita that they will be following up with your backend team in chennai and I would get a call back. It's been more than 2 months I have been told the same story.
If it was confirmed as Lost by Lucknow team then why can't you refund me the shipment value (worth Rs. 1500)?
I can say for sure that this is the worst customer service I have received, EVER. This is like a mental harassment and I don't know how much time, energy and money I have wasted on the calls.I wanted to reach out to you before I go to police and social media about this.
