Sir,

I had sent a parcel from goa-india from your first flight office in quepem-goa on 4th july 2014 and the receipt was handed over to me on the same day.

But after 3-4 days when i entered the tracking number (M991m0085310) i got a message saying please contact customer service.As i went to the office to find out what was the problem.The girl at the office told me that she doesnt know where my parcel has reached.And she even told me that she has opened my parcel and that she is ready to pay me for the dress which was there inside.

I was shocked to hear this and i told her that i want my parcel back asap.Please help me out as i have to deliver the parcel before 1-07-14 to myntra.com as i wont get my cashback...

My package ref no F[protected] The package is lying in Hyderabad since 10th July The package is not getting delivered. I called your local contact [protected] and every time I call him he says it is on the way for delivery but nobody turns up. Your claim that party not available is totally false as there are more than 10 people living in my home and there is someone or other at home all the time. This is not the first time. I booked a consignment from First Cry Online Bookin vide order no 955367NKR8148649 to Mangalore and the
consginement is shipped via First Flight number F[protected] .Upon verifying at first flight website
for the above shipment it says on 10th the "PARTY NOT AVAILABLE " status . I would

My consignment number is J991M1179761. I sent my courier on 9th July 2014 from Allahabad to Gurgaon. When i checked its status online it says delivered to some other person in Gurgaon only on 12th July 2014.But it has not been delivered to the person to whom i have sent.Please look into the matter carefully and make sure that it reaches the right address as early as possible..

Hi, I had sent the courier number 'C991B0334575' on 2nd July from Chennai to Noida. But it is not yet delivered. Every time I am calling customer care they are saying by today evening it wil be delivered. No body is looking into this. It has some important documents in it. Its been 10 days daily I am calling customer care and everyday they are making fool out o[censored]s. I have also raised a case but now they are saying your courier is already delivered. But the receiver Mr.Aakil Mohammad has not received any courier from First Flight Service. Please look into this. Everyday it is very harassing to make a call and ask for the courier delivery. I service is really bad and no proper response is being provided. The customer service takes request for re-issue of consignment but nothing happens. Multiple follow up on call and email has been done but no response yet. I wonder why it takes more than a month to deliver a local consignment. In online when I track I notice wrong information has been updated. Complain Ref. No:2221641 hope I get some aid by placing a complaint here.

I am very disappointed with the service of first flight, my Consignment tracking numbers: J991M0929710 Dated:26-Jun-2014. I send my document from Gorakhpur to Noida but it din't deliver to destination, even I din't get back this in case if it not delivered till the date of mail (13-July-2014). Source(Send by) and destination(send to) both number was mention. I suffer a lot as this document is very important for me.

I had courier consignment # D991M0147804 from Delhi to Bangalore. Delivery guy didn't call when he came for delivery. Now my package is returned to origin and it had some important documents which I wanted by Monday (14th July). Called First Flight they don't where the package and saying sender has to take the package back and courier it again. Screwed up service .

I tried to send a courier to my hometown Rajnandgaon (Chhattisgarh) from Bangalore on 28th June 2014 saturday from the 'BTM 2nd Stage First flight courier service' and the customer executive who accepted my package told it would take a maximum of 3-4 days to deliver it. But till now (10th July 2014) the parcel has not reached the destination and whenever I enquire about the status of this courier, he responded me back with 1 day 2 days excuse and now they are not even responding my calls. I told the representative to either give my package back with total refund or deliver the courier as soon as possible but now he is not at all responding my queries and I am still not able to track the courier online. This is to your notice that if my package is not getting delivered in another 2-3 days I will consult the help of constomer protection forum and file a complaint against the courier service to refund the package price and the courier service charge and also for misleading me by giving incorrect information. The HDFC Bank sent the cheque books to us as per our requirements. The cheque books were regularly delivered on the given address but this time the delivery boy delivered the packet at nearby petrol pump against docket number D[protected]. The cheque books were although handed over by the petrol pump owners but the wrong delivery may result into any misuse . This is a serious lapse on your part and must be looked into to avoid such instance in future.

First Flight does not deliver at my home they always says to come at our courier office... they know my house
my name everything but they always says to come...And when product come from snapdeal or flipkart they dont notify me...when they have to return product just one day before they call me ...there talking sense also very bad

Sir I sent a courier no A991B0680863 from Yanam pundchari to Katni MP on 02/07/2014 and Fast service charge 100/- from First Flight. But it is still not delivered to the destination as 7 days are gone. very bad service. Sir I am regular customer of First Flight Courier Services and I do not expect Such a big delay from your side as this courier contains some importent docs of mine. There was one courier with a tracking number E991B0377760 and From Kolkatta To Guntur Which Needs To Be Delivered On July 4th And The Same Has Not Been Delivered Yet And The Tracking Shows It Is Delivered To Mahesh.

Please Note That There Is Some Fault Or Sham Going On Here As We Don't Have Anybody In Our House Name With Mahesh And The Courier Agency Either Delivered On Wrong Address Or The Agency In Guntur Kept The Courier With Them as it was high value item.

This Is Highly Disappointing To See That A Company Like You Can Do These Sort Of Things And I Would Appreciate If You Take This Complaint On Serious Note Else We Have To File A Complain With Police In This Regard. We Need Our Packet Back Else You Will Have To Reimburse To Us For The Same.

This is a second time it has happened to us from FIRST FLIGHT COURIER AGNECY

Hi Team, My Consignment - B991Q9646046 is sent from HDFC Bank through your service. You guys have updated the status as delivered in HDFC Bank when I haven't received it yet. I called up to HDFC Bank and they told me to contact your service center in chennai and they gave me the number for trichy office. I called them up they redirected me to Thuraiyur office. Pathetic service. They employ very low IQ people. Courier boys are supposed to know addresses and try and find them if not. They don't have either quality. They will keep bugging you. Lot of people on different says will call several times to ask for the address and location. You have to keep repeating the same to all of them. In the end none of them will deliver the courier. My courier from Kotak Mahindra came to old address. Inspite of telling the address to three different people i do not get the courier in the end. As the final call was like your courier is there, d u live there. On telling him that no i do not and this has been informed to many people from their company and also the new address with all the directions were given to them. I asked him to come to my office in Aundh as he was there in Aundh that time, he straight away told me that no your address is written there, if you live there i will come. I said please keep the courier with yourself and enjoy. I do not want anymore harrassment.

Its very sorry and sad to inform you that your officials, don't have the manners to behave with customers.My consignment arrived to the destination at "Belgaum" on Dt-29/06/2014, your agency branch officer has conformed the address of delivery at the same day.But not delivered till 01/07/2014 3PM. As i called for my consignment delivery, the branch officer replied rudely with unsatisfactory reason as a lack of staff, though i asked him about your delivery and time-bound policy, he responded that it is not his matter, . I called more than 15 times to customer care and branch office. Totally Worst courier service. Why u r working i cant understand... I wonder why this courier company exists anyway!!!

hi m Varuni Soma..I made an order through firstcry.com nd my order no is1289236NPQ4396504 ...i receivd a cl from yur staff(namakkal branch) tellin dat i hv a courier...nd its been two days since dey cld me..yet dey didnt deliver it...i cld several times but no response...m vry much disappointd by ur service..

I have sent the document from ghaziabad on 25th june destination was Ranchi.When i am tracking the same in the website it is displaying for details contact customer care. I have called customer care through which I was redirected to ghaziabad hub and ranchi hub number as they don't have any information. when i contacted ghaziabad hub they said they don't have any information and the same was the case with ranchi hub. I don't know where my courier is .Will it be delivered and will I get to now the status of same? This is poorest service that I have seen.

Docket no. G [protected] handed on 24th at Vadodara not delivered at Gurgaon till date. Reason mentioned is wrong and to mislead, see screen shot below. Portal till date giving status of 26th as " Pending - PARTY NOT AVAILABLE " - which is a lie. Till date no information nor any status update on portal for subject docket. Can anyone from First flight inform status of subject docket. Non responsive and misleading courier i.e. First flight courier. Does not bother to inform status, reply or answer call. The cell number of my client from Powergrid Corp. of India – [protected] along with delivery address is very clearly mentioned on the docket no. G [protected]. moreover, I am regularly following up with the my client regarding receipt 3-4 times daily and is very much in office. I am following up with First flight Vadodara office Mr. Vikram – 0 [protected] still no progress and is not answering my call anymore. On 27th some Mr. Manoj from[protected] First flight Gurgaon said delivery is delayed because of staff shortage. I have lost entire week. Very poor service and no accountability. Manjeet [protected]
