Courier not Deliver

One of the item is missing in parcel

We have done courier on May 15 th from Marathahalli, Bangalore to Padmanabhanagara, Banaglore within banglore. But in parcel, one of costly item got missed. When the receiver received the parcel, its was opened and someone did parcel again, which is not as before sending the courier. I want response on this asap what happened to the item in the parcel. no response for courier status

Parcel missing and no proper response

Nonperfoemance in customer Service and Delivery in Time

insensible way of working

Consignment number: A991B0575280. This was sent on 02nd may, 2014 from Hyderabad to Krishnagiri (Dt), Kelamangalam - 635113. But this courier has travelled half of Tamilnadu !!! Atleast when there is pin code can't you deliver it to a nearest place where there is service???? How could you send it to places according to your whims and fancies. If you don't have capability why do you enter into a business and also give yourself some inappropriate...

Product Not Delivered

Hi, I have booked for a Sofa Cover set from Homeshop18 on 23rd April2014, and made the payment online. The expected delivery time guaranteed was 4 days. Till this date I haven't received the shipment. I got a mail stating the tracking number for the courier on April 24th. On may 1st i write to them asking the details of delayed shipment. But i didn't get a reply. The consignment is "in Transit". Please look into this....
