    We have done courier on May 15 th from Marathahalli, Bangalore to Padmanabhanagara, Banaglore within banglore. But in parcel, one of costly item got missed. When the receiver received the parcel, its was opened and someone did parcel again, which is not as before sending the courier. I want response on this asap what happened to the item in the parcel. Am damn sure that courier person has opened the parcel and tool items from that and again packed it. We have lost the item which costs around 2500. We trusted FirstFlight and did courier but i never expected that this kind of courier will do like this ... I need answer from you people who did courier and courier person and all.       before 4 days i send one courier from rourkela(orissa) to pennadam(tamil nadu). till now it is not delivered, i can ask first flight office, there is no responce, i am not able to track through internet also, there is no detail found in myconsignor number.

        Hello Track no: B[protected] I have cancelled the courier of HDFC life as they have sent forcefully without my permission. The courier request was cancelled on 24th may 2014 only.           Hi i was supposed to receive a courier from standard charted bank from Bangalore to gurgaon. AWB # is F[protected]. It was couriered on 17th may from bangalore however i have not received it yet.

          I called up the Gurgaon first flight courier customer care they asked me to speak with Mr. Pramod regarding this. I called more than 5 times for the status every time i was asked to call after 20-30 minutes and then no response provide.

          Is this the service from First flight. I am so disappointed with the service . Please take a stern step on this.

            We have booked a urgent courier from Bhiwadi to Hyderabad on 22.05.2014, Recieved the courier at Hyderabad on 27.05.14 at 5.00 pm. But the details updated in the courier tracking were showing that the consignment was delivered at hyderabad on 26.05.2014 at 11.30 AM only. we are following for the same since from 2 days as they are showing the courier delivered but we have not recieved the same.               Hi, We have sent a courier to Homeshop, Noida on 28/4 and this is to be delivered to the place. When I log the consignment number to track it online, it states as delivered. We require a proof of delivery so that I am able to claim my product in Homeshop. When I am about to enquire this to Chennai office, they have diverted me to my regional office and then it proceeded to Head office (Mumbai). I am frustated of calling to too many people but yet to have a solution. My consignment number is S[protected]. I have the particular receipt...So should I be lodging a complaint on loss of my product? What kind of tracking system are they using? What if they are blind of telling where my courier is?                 I want to bring to notice to the concerned departments that my parcel Consignment number (U[protected]) with the booking date 19-May-2014 from Chaibasa to Lucknow is not delivered till today. It been more than 8 days and the website parcel tracking shows a different city for the parcel.I'm really disappointed with the services of First Flight and I have sent multiple mails to customer centre and I have also tried to contact the customer care through the website tracking page, but I have not received any response from them. I humbly request the concerned authorities to have a look at this and resolve my case as soon as possible. Please contact me through email or call me if required.                   Mr. Dipankar ganguli booked an urgent consignment from indore to kolkata on 20th docket no. P[protected] but after follow up by me, debasishh sen, at kolkata office of first flight couriers, they said that they are apologise me as because consignment by mistaken was send via amedabad to delhi and delhi to kolkata. I asked them why it not come from direct indore, they said it was mistake at indore. They also said we delivered with in 48 hour from consignment date but we are not locating the docket where it was. I told them about my urgency of that official docket and very urgent documents within it, they said they are helpless. Even after a numerous follow up your executive Mr. Udai Singh – Bhiwadi branch – [protected] saying that we can’t send vehicle for single consignment even though it was already delayed at your end. Your branch office no is switch off till now. This is a way to approach your customers???? I need proper immediate response at your end or else I escalate this matter legally with proper channel.                       Courier number U [protected] was despatched from Barbil Odisha on[protected]. i kept waiting and checking but status was mentioned in transit. After many days the tracking was mentioned contact not available which is not true as me or my wife is always at home. no body telephoned me about the courier reached at mohali. without informing me packet was returned which caused harrassment to me as it contained medicine.i request for strict action against courieroffice/agent at mohali for not deliveringor informing me and giving incorrect information.Regards Vijay saini mobile [protected]

                        I applied for duplicate Pan Card to Income Tax Pan service Unit N S D L Pune on 06th March 2014 They curier the said Pan Card through first flight on 24th March2014 consignment no B991Q7318987 they confirmed the delivery on 28th march 2014 to NSDL where as till date it has not been delivered to me (consignee). while tracking the movement of consignment, show arrival at Mumbai hub on 25th March & arrival at Patna on 28th March the journey from Mumbai to Patna by train is only 27 hours where as it took three days.again it show, it moved for DArbhanga on the same day say on 28th march but arrival at Darbhanga as shown tracking sight is 14th April distance from Patna to Darbhanga is hardly 140 kms journey period is 3&half .hours to 4 hours but the said consignment took 17 days to reach Darbhanga & it show delivery to on the same day but till date it has not been delivered to me.I contacted local office but their reply is vague & not satisfactory, every time they say new thing..                           Consignment No:- I[protected] Date and time of booking:- 13 May, 18:47 I (from Kolkata) had ordered a photo frame and a photo print through http://www.printbucket.com/ to gift my fiancé (staying in Navi Mumbai). But these First Flight courier guys have just screwed up everything. The items were shipped on time as far as I know. It was displaying that the parcel had been delivered but unfortunately it was not. Either they have delivered the parcel to someone else or bluffing. I fear they haven't delivered the item and had fraudulence the signature of my fiancé. I came to know this through the forwarded mail from printbucket.com as First Flight couriers have sent a scan copy showing the proof of delivery.This is terribly awful. Why do we provide phone numbers? These guys didn't even bother to call up while delivering the parcel. They just don't bother to take care of complaints. After nagging they come up with their idiotic nature of looking into the matter. Just irresponsible.

                            Please never opt for FIRST FLIGHT courier service. They promise you that your courier will reach by 2 days but it never. (order shipped on on 13th May '14) As in my case they have to deliver a courier to Hyderabad which has been sent from Mumbai and it doesn't reached to me still after 10 days that too when i called to their office hundred times for continuously four days.Even they didn't respond quickly for my call and they just put off the cal in the middle of conversation/inquiry

                                Still product not delivered by your courier patner First flight. Approximately delivery time is 3-4 days because i received many product. Yesterday i called to local FF Biharsharif Office at +[protected] but they didn't response properly and informed that We have not only one Shipment so i can deliver same day, it will delivered next day or later. I want to know that if you failed to deliver product on time why shipper pay full payment for the same. Why you will deliver on next day or later, why not appoint more delivery persons for the same. My location is maximum 2 km away from ff office but ff courier always updated status like SO FAR AWAY & they deliver product on next 2 business working day (Refer FF AWB NO. O991L0705568 ).
                                They never delivered same day when the received the product. So plz contact to them arrange delivery for both product under order id [protected] because as per my knowledge and ff estimated delivery time limit, product will be arrived at destination location yesterday or today.
                                One request to Snapdeal & your seller partner plz never ship the product through ff, try to ship through DTDC Courier. So worst services offered by FF Courier and behavior are also bad.
                                Can you share the FF Courier PIO Detail & Grievances Redressal Team information. I want to raise grievances againt FF Courier for Delay Delivery & mis-behavior. Plz if you can do anything for us for the same.
                                If product not delivered by today then i will refused to accept the product . Its not my faut its FF Courier faults. So talk to FF Biharsharif & arrange delivery by today. They always crossed estimated delivery time limit but ther Courier Service Provider Delivered priduct Before or Within Estimated Time Limit.
                                You can check my other Shipment status shipped by BLUEDART vide AWB [protected], Booked on 13 may & Estimated Delivery date was 18 may but it will be delivered by 15/may/2014. It's Courier Service not like FF Courier, FF taking more than Indian SPEED POST time limit 3-4 days.

                                Whats an awesome services offered by SD courier patner FF, They received both of product today at destination HUB & one of them Delivered today evening and for the another one they updated ' FAR OFF AREA' .
                                Whether is it possible for the delivery, same day both shipments received at destination hub, out for delivery with both product at same location (2km away from ff office), One Shipment Delivered (COD 121) & another shipment (COD 571) not delivered due to FAR OFF AREA.
                                What's an awesome disappointing & irresponsible service like an joking with customers...
                                Whether Ff status is false/wrong or not??
                                Please give me the above mentioned queries answers.
                                A humble request to SnapDeal plz don't send any product via FIRST FLIGHT COURIER LTD., they offering one of the 3rd class service.

                                  I have ordered a pair of shoes in Myntra and the item was shipped from Banglore to Kochi on April 23rd 2014. The expected delivery date was 3rd May.But the item was delayed indefinitely.Today 12th May I got a call from the courier office and one Ms. Anu was on the call.She told me to collect the item from there office today itself otherwise they will send it back wit the message Party refused to accept. She also told if I needed she can keep the consignment till next day afternoon and that too at her mercy. If I can wait for nearly 2o days for a consignment to reach from banglore o Kochi then can't the courier guys wait for a day to pick up the item. What a behavior to deal with a customer.                                     Consignment number: A991B0575280. This was sent on 02nd may, 2014 from Hyderabad to Krishnagiri (Dt), Kelamangalam - 635113. But this courier has travelled half of Tamilnadu !!! Atleast when there is pin code can't you deliver it to a nearest place where there is service???? How could you send it to places according to your whims and fancies. If you don't have capability why do you enter into a business and also give yourself some inappropriate tag lines !!!

                                        Hi, I have booked for a Sofa Cover set from Homeshop18 on 23rd April2014, and made the payment online. The expected delivery time guaranteed was 4 days. Till this date I haven't received the shipment. I got a mail stating the tracking number for the courier on April 24th. On may 1st i write to them asking the details of delayed shipment. But i didn't get a reply. The consignment is "in Transit". Please look into this.
