I Mrs Madhuri Kubal had submitted documents for courier through your courier company to be delivered to E-meditek TPA services Ltd, which as per communication with your executives were brought to my notice that the said courier was delievered by your lower parel office. I had asked for an acknowledgment from your company, but your excutives or staff from your office who are Deepika, Roshni (office telephone no:[protected], were highly unprofessional in their speech, they put me on hold for 10 mins for almost 4 times, and especially deepika spoke rudely that i was not understanding the things i wanted to explain. This is quite insulting.
Your authority should follow a procedure to record the telephonic conversation taken up by your staff with the customers, so that you can understand how rudely they are conversing with customers, though the customer is in need & is innocent.
Also it is my right to receive at my address the courier reciept acknowledged by the TPA, i.e a proof that the reciept is delievered to the necessary place

As it was an urgent courier I had paid INR 500 for the same.
It was dispatched as on February 05, 2014.
The same has not been delivered till date as on February 12, 2014.
Same could have been delivered in INR 180 by blazeflash and the always deliver at the same address in 2 days.
This is a fake company.
Consumer executives give number of other places and keep transferring calls.
Will never trust this company.
