This is a complaint regarding consignment no : E991M0029949 The courier was booked on[protected] from Calcutta to be delivered to Bangalore. The courier was delivered in tampered state. The courier package was torn, contents were stolen and then sealed with tapes. In this process, remaining contents of the package were destroyed....

This is one of the most irresponsible courier services I have ever seen. Last week a courier with the consignment number C[protected] which contained my HDFC Bank passwords were dropped in my letter box without even informing that the courier has been delivered. I am writing this regarding the constant harassment I am facing because of firstflight courier people in my area. I never receive my courier on time and many times it does not come at all. My tehelka magazine is sent through them. It never comes to me and I have to complaint to the Tehelka people many times before it is sent to me.

Similarly recently I ordered a spectacle from a company and they used firstflight courriers....
