Package is damaged for the order no 30926285LAN40A6F7D. Products are not worthy for the money we paid.

There is no return option. While placing an order they are not showing any return policy and once they deliver we got to know that we can't return. They are very much aware which products customers will return as the products are not quality and very costly.

No customer care except digital voice assistant, I want to return this product at the earliest and want the refund amount.

Please requesting you to take an action on firstcry.

No return pickup arranged for products for a month.
Geting automated voice call from first cry saying return pickup has been rescheduled.

Firstcry has cancelled one of the exchange product from backend without my approval

I Ordered the Diapers from First cry on Sunday[protected]. While ordering in website they mentioned we will deliver in one day on 22nd Jan 2024 at 7.33 am the tratcking status shows Product arrived to delivery center. But till now we havent recived the product.

Additionally First cry is asking for extra shiiping cost to deliver to my location.

I have placed an order with firstcry.com on 19/11/2023. And returned on 29/11/2023. I idin't receive the refund anount till now. I contacted both bank and the merchant. They are blaming one another. Finally i am suffering. The refund amount is nearly Rs.5000/-. I have attached the images of the mail both bank and merchant replied.

I have ordered Pampers diapers of 84 Pants quantity with Order No. 19809882RMOA0B2009. But I have received only 42 pants, the executives were telling sorry it's an typo error and image shown was mistake. 2days before also executive told me I will be receiving 84 Pants no need to worry. Now they were telling we are apologize for this issue. For my son till today I have not kept diaper due to this issue.

As I ordered product but it was large in size and I returned the same but when FirstCry.com initiated the amount but they transferred the amount in wrong account kindly check Total amount 1200 rs which I lost because of first cry and now they are refusing kindly do the needful

On 10th November I placed an order from first cry Order ID 14072967SBS8637A58. As per order it should deliver with in 4 working days. Unfortunately it was not happened and waited around 3 weeks and raised multiple complaints though customer care number. But they didn't take any actions and usual apology talks only . Finally I canceled my order, still I didn't receive my payment again I spoke with customer agents telling as they already given which is wrong. And they are demanding my entire bank statement to raise a complaint against on this. Actually firstcry is really a frustrating and irresponsible E-commerce company. Since last 1-2 year I raised around more than 15 complaints regarding order and delivery but no hope.

One of executive Helpdesk called me and asked to enter the voucher number in gpay 19999 and 20000 he told it's voucher code and note column to mention RFCAZ refund from firstcry but suddenly amount got debited from my account. An amount of Rs. 19999 and another amount of Rs 20000 kindly refund both the amount to my account

One person called me from first cry helpdesk and he told to enter the voucher number 2 times with the number 19999 and 20000 two times my amount got debited from my account. Because he told will refund the amount of the order mother touch study table

I ordered a study table with chair for my kid and I delivered but it's too small so I asked to replace but the replacement ordered cancelled and I got mail that my amount refunded. Till now no one came to pick the product and my refund amount not received in my account. Mother touch study table

This provide club membership of one year of rs 999 for discount price for club membership.but this company taking orders & cancel with in hour & reg taking 7 day...

Out of them we didn't receive point [2] Doodle Poodle Cotton Printed Panties Pack of 5 - Pink & Blue . When we reported this to their customer care they told that the product has been clubbed with another product [3] Babyhug Portable Baby Mosquito Net Large - Pink. However, we told them that neither we received the 2 products together, nor the shape of package of the other pack allowed any other product to be clubbed in it. So, we raised a concern that the product
[2] Doodle Poodle Cotton Printed Panties Pack of 5 - Pink & Blue is still missing and not delivered. However, they closed the ticket without delivering the product otr giving any clarification

Tried connecting to their customer care but only bots are there to respond which are not ble to resolve the issue.

Please look into this and get the issue resolved

I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing experience I recently had with First Cry, a platform I have been a loyal customer of for a considerable period.

I recently placed an order (Order No. 22855419LFAFA29E27) for Intelliskills Mega Building Blocks 40 pieces from First Cry. Unfortunately, upon receiving the package on NOV 21, I discovered that the contents were not as expected. Instead of the ordered product, I received Virgo Toys - Combi Cubes 32 pieces.

I immediately initiated the return process, but to my dismay, the return was canceled three times by First Cry. During a conversation with their customer care agent, I was informed that they had reviewed CCTV footage and purportedly verified that the correct product was shipped. This implication that I am being dishonest and attempting to return a different item is both offensive and completely unfounded.

As a professional and a dedicated member of the First Cry club, I find this treatment highly unacceptable and misleading. I have been a loyal customer, and I have conducted substantial business with First Cry, contributing to my trust in the brand.

I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter promptly. I have attached relevant order details and images for your reference.

I found First cry does not have customer care representative to attend call, every time automatic voice call. My return pickup request not attended from past 10 days. Always giving false reason as wrong adress. If address is wrong how did you deliver product? Please stop making fool out of customer. Will stop buying products from First cry.

I need to exchange the jacket where should i go as its not taking any pin code of my state.. what the hell is this?

I ordered a jacket for my baby but the size is small so i want to exchange the product but its not taking any pincode of my state for pickup does that mean i need to change my state to exchange the product or is this the way of looting money from customers… i need an immediate action and i want my refund

I ordered a jacket from babyhug have the size issue as its totally small for my baby now i wanted to exchange but it is not taking any pin code of my state for the pickups…does that mean i need to change the state for exchange of product or its a way of looting money from from customers… if they can deliver a product at a particular pincode why can’t they pickup for exchange… totally disappointed

I purchased a baby walker yesterday from First Cry Madhyamgram Store. The Actual price of the walker was 6995/-, I paid 5500 /- after discount. But when I checked online the the same walker was priced at 3497/-.It seems that the store price is 2000 rs more. Is it a joke. Why did I not get the walker with the same price as online. I want to return the walker and demand full payment back! Please look into issue and action it immeadiately.

I have purchased a Babyhug Symphony Stroller with reversible handle from Babyhug store at Salt Lake Kolkata on 29th July 2023. After using 2 and half months the adjustable rod has broken from both side and I can not set the seat at any position. At the time of purchase the sales person was told me that this stroller can take upto 40kg of weight but it broken using 9kg. Now the main issue. I have talked to the store manager and he said that we need to repair this and after 3weeks later he told me that Spare parts are not available so you can repair from your end. What's the hell is going on? Is it the correct way to behave like this?
Kindly solve this issue urgently.
