NO RETURN POLICY ARE THERE VERY BADDDD

I HAVE PLACED ORDER OF 4 SETS OF GLASS FROM 4 I FIND 2 SET IS BROKEN-ED BY THE COURIER BOY OF THE COMPANY. WHEN I MAIL THEM TO RETURN THE PRODUCT ACCORDING TO YOUR RETURN POLICY, THEY GIVE ME 50/- RS COMPENSATION OF THE BROKEN GLASSES . I JUST WANT FULL PAYMENT BACK OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT ACCORDINGLY YOUR POLICY.

Website is selling clothes and shoes and claims that in case of misfit customer can courier the product free of cost. How is the catch. Customer has to go to Bluedart office to do it. Mind you only 3 in Delhi. You might have to travel 10 km to do it. Absurd and disgusting. Courier guys comes at my place but you have to go and do it in the bluedart office where nobody goes. Why shop from them? Instead go to market!!!

    I want to purchase the dress fro my 1.5 years old daughter. So i visited firstcry.com. & looked for the various dress in the listing.Out of them four dress i decided to buy. but i was not sure of the size & fitting of this dress. so i called the customer care of firstcry.com. Thire customer care people are untraied & knows nothing of their product. When i called their customer care, i told the madam, the product Id & details of size. She know nothing of size. The details of size she was telling to me was unbelievable.I told her it is not possible to have such a large neck size dress for such a small child. She told me she will ask her seiners & call me back. She called me back after 10-15 minutes & again she was tell me something impossible. So i told her i will buy if there is issue i will send back. is ur shipping free. She said yes as shown in www.firstcry.com, if there is issue of size or anything else, you can simply wrap the dress in a polyer bag, send along with the product & drop it in nearest Bluedart office free of cost.

    Thinking that the return is easy & free as Bluedart is near my Home, i purchased the product (order number : 267870MNB331E333). Out of four, two was over sized. so i wrapped it in the polymer bag, & went to blue dart office. The Bluedart people was not accepting the packet free.
    I called the firstcry.com, & was astonished to hear from them that the free shipping is available to selected cities only !!!!!!!!!!
    NOW I NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM f FIRSTCRY & WARNED MY FRIENDS FROM BUYING ANYTHING FROM FIRSTCRY.COM
    EABY.IN IS THE BEST, CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ONLINE SHOPPING SITE. WITH EBAY.IN ALSO THERE WAS ISSUE RELATED TO PRODUCT, BUT THEY SOLVED IT IN FAVOUR OF CUSTOMER & ALSO RETUREND MY SHIPPEMENT .

      This is with reference to the online site FIRSTCRY.COM

      I made a purchase of kids high chair in march2013 around 20th against which i received the broken peice, that i immidiately after opening up the package informed on the first cry customer care. To my surprise after so many mails exchange and after making so many commitments of date, they are not replacing the product and I doubt if they would want to refund the money. I must have called them almost 20 times and had mail exchange almost 7-8 times.
      Their intentions are looking suspicious and since am helpless I would like to file a complaint and probably put a case on them for their fraudulent transaction.

        Fake branded items and refund issues

        I placed order 11966LB7416C935 for some carter brand items. This is an international brand thta makes world class baby clothes. What they shipped to em is a cheaply made fake product. 100% sure its not carters. When I contact customer service for refund, to date no action has been taken. I wnat refund and someone needs to stop these fake brands on market. Will not shop ..I ahve been their customer since the start of the site and at least...

        I am a victim of Online fraud made through FirstCry.com on 24-Oct-2012.
        I have ordered for "Mothercare - All We Know Baby Body Wash" for my son, however I have NOT received the product.

        After attempting many Calls/Emails to their customer care, an executive by name Priya replied "Apart as per the latest update received from the vendor the original product is Out of Stock and they are arranging for the same. As soon as we receive the perfect date we will intimate you the same." but I never received any update from them.

        Again after attempting many Calls/Emails to their customer care, an executive replied there was the delay with the courier team.

        Till dated neither No product was arranged nor Money was refunded.

        Kindly address my issue ASAP, and do the needful.you can also reach me on [protected]

          I had placed order for the "Maybelline - The Colossal Kajal" on http://www.firstcry.com on dated "[protected]:35:31" , may be due to some technical issue my order was cancelled , but my credit card is charged.

          I complain at a time on the website via the live chat they told me that it will refund in next 8-10 days, but still i didn't get my refund from the site. i already chat more than 5 time with them and they always told me that we will check and revert back to you. it was still not refunded and now really i m tired with this people.

            In the website they misguide people saying with in 24 hours your product will be dispactched but it is taking weeks time to deliver the prodict.Guys better to visit nearby shop and buy the articles instead of buying them online in firstcry this is my sincere suggetion with my experience with firstcry.customer care also replying with very negligance....these guys will go down soon

              I had a placed an online order for Mamy Poko Pants from First Cry.com. The site assures dispatch of goods within 24 hrs and provided a good deal of discount which prompted me to buy it online on the 7th of January, 2012. I had provided the shipping address of my uncle in Palghat, Kerala however it was not delivered as on 14th January, 2012. The company did not bother to inform me about the reason for the delay in dispatch and sent me the courier details about dispatch only on the 12th January, 2012. Their logistics/courier team in between took an alternate address from my father in Kerala on the contact number provided for shipping and asked them to give an alternate address for delivery which was also provided.

              Why the website stated 24hrs dispatch guarantee when it cannot abide by it?
              Why did not they inform or mention about specific areas where there could be a possible delivery issue, though thats not the case with the address i provided?
              Why did not they communicate on the 08th or 09th January, 2012, that there will be a delay in the dispatch?

              The firm should be punished and compensate for the non-delivery, poor customer service and communication standards and incorrect/inappropriate advertising.

                I shopped PRODUCTS from www.Firstcry.Com and GoodLife.com dated 16th and 25th oct'11.
                In the first instance, one of teh product was delivered faulty adn in the second instance, I was overcharged. as it was a cash on delivery.
                My order nos are-4419411V[protected] and 4419411D[protected].

                I had written complaints on both the occasions to first cry and had a follow up with the customer service representative in the second instance.

                As if it is not there fault rather my fault as a customer.

                Neha - Your Issues were resolved as you accepted Gift Vouchers in both the cases.
                My very first experience has been a nightmare. I had ordered for 3 pieces of clothing from first cry. I received a courier (first flight- who delivered only after repeated calls to them) which contained only 1 piece of clothing. When I complained to First cry about this omission, they said they had a problem at the warehouse level and they are sending the other 2 clothes. This time the package contained only 1 peice of clothing instead of 2. This time when i made a call, the customer service asked me to mail the picture of the package, which I promptly did only to be told by their customer service executives that they had sent all the items and there is no problem from their end and they are investigating it. Till date they have not resolved the issure nor have they refunded me for the clothing which they have not delivered.

                Anyone who are planning to buy from First cry beware they are out to cheat you. If at all you really want to buy then opt only for payment on delivery. Please do not pay in advance.
