I bought hood make Cucumber on 28 Oct 2022 for my baby of 2 months. after one use it gets shorted (Size gone down: not fit to my baby within 1 day). we try to connect to firstcry shop on 31 Oct 2022, they refuse us and provide us answer which is not acceptable. how can size become low only after 1 wear. we also not wash that product. every brand of garments in this world provide guaranty for same. kindly log a complaint about replacement of cheap quality of product, as firstcry Frenchie is selling duplicate product of respective brand. also log a compliant for Crazy answer and irrespective behavior shown by firstcry executive.

    I ordered a kids scooter on 11th october 22 and its delivery was scheduled on 14th but It got delayed to 16th then i did on recieve it and it was delayed and rescheduled multiple times- 17th, 19th, 22nd, 24th of october 2022.on 25 i cancelled the order as it was not being delivered. But i recieved the amount as cash memo and did not want to order anything else so i ordered another scooter on 25th october 2022 whose delivery was scheduled on 27th but the same story of repeated rescheduling started again 29th then 31st of october and i am still waiting for my order's delivery.

      Hi, i had ordered the electric breast pump on 13th oct, with delivery date being 16th oct.
      Today is 30th oct and i have still not recieved the order.
      Customer support keep giving excuses. Even on email, they just copy pasting the standard email text.
      .
      My whole purpose of getting the pump is defeated.

        I ordered 2 tshirt and 2 lounge pants to firstcry.com on 18 oct and at the time of placing order they said you will receive 3 product out of 4 on next and remaining 1 product will get on 23 oct . I called multiple times to customer care and they said again and again please wait please wait. I even called courier company they also said wait 24-48 hours on 23 oct . Today is 28 oct still i didn't receive the order. Also I placed one more order to this website on 25oct and 27 oct is delivery date for the same. Also I didn't receive the second order also. I am sharing the order details in the images. Please provide me resolution as soon as possible.

          I have placed this order on Oct 20th and expected delivery date was on Oct 22nd before diwali. But I have not received the order yet and by the time I get it i think next diwali will come. The delivery date is getting revised daily. Highly disappointed and frustrated

            I placed an order for a kid troley from Firstcry for my family trip. I recieved a defected item and I submitted a return and refund request on the 16th September along with a picture of the defect. After several queries, their customer service rep told me to speak to the vendor, which is really not my responsibility as I did not purchase from him. I still called the vendor and he was angry that I called him for such issue. After 15 days of inquiring about the pickup of my return item, the customer service told me to self retun the item. I have personally shipped my return item to the sender on the 1st October 2022 via Indian Post and my shipped item was delivered on 10th Otober.
            For the pass 20 day, everytime I enquired, they sent me a system generated email asking me to wait for 7 days. This is very disturbing and upsetting from firstcry. Please help

                Hi Team,

                I had ordered Avent Anti Colic Feeding Bottle Pack of 2 on first cry.com with order number 20463222ANA9671A9C and i received the product which is different from the one that is shown on their website. The volume markings on the feeding bottle are shown as transparently etched on the bottle in the website however, the product which they had sent has blue color markings for volume levels. I had highlighted the concern with firstcry with request id 55944197 and asked for the refund of the same but they have blatantly denied saying that it comes under non return policy. inspite of multiple follow ups with the company i dont get the refund and they keep on denying it. They themselves have agreed that the product description and the item shipped is having some change but they keep arguing that its not a major one. Below is the excerpt of the mail exchange i had with them

                "As checked with the concern we understand that the product which you have received is with the blue color marking of the volume, however, over the website it is transparent, and on this, we would like to inform you that it might be the updated design of the product, however, we are unable to validate any other major issue with the product also as check that the mentioned product is a non-returnable product hence we regret to inform that the return/replacement of the mentioned product is not possible."

                Please help in getting the refund in this case when the issue is at their end.

                    I have ordered the product on 7th oct 2022 and mentioned delivered by 13th.So I tried to track my order in delivery partner website. It says Invalid tracking number. My tracking number includes FDSP+10 digit number. I CONTACTed the CUSTOMER care support., they said "This is not a valid AWB number" So I CONTACTed online seller CUSTOMER care support to re-verify my product delivery partner. They also could not track. Then why they provided these kind of invalid number. Still I did not get my product in my hand. How many times i has complained still same response within 72 hours but still no update where shipment exactly.I want to know where is my order now. Is this shipped or not ? If i's shipped, what is the correct tracking number ? This is what I am expecting. Or else I will cancel the order ! Im really disappointed with their support and services and their courier partners. Kindly prioritize and fix this asap.

                      I have placed a pre paid order of Rs.1772 on firstcry app on 15th Oct, but they have cancelled my order next day and didn't refund the amount.
                      When I called customer care for the same, they mentioned that in June you returned some wrong product for and order so we have recovered the amount for that. Whereas no such information was provided to me when I returned the product. And I returned the correct product only which was delivered to me.
                      But they have kept my money and denying to refund it.
                      Kindly help to recover my money as they are cheating their customers by wrongly deducting money from their orders

                        Fri, Sep 30 and returned the product (Sun, Oct 2), but still i have not received the refund amount, called multiple times they have mention the amount will be credit to your payment method in 7 to 10 working days, but still not. Regards the same i had sent mails multiple time also shared my CC transaction details, and i spoken with customer care, still not yet received. today i called to customer care they telling that we processing your payment today and you will receive next 10 working days. this totally unprofessional and wasting customers time and energy

                          I am writing here after complaining everywhere found no resolution of my issue. there are 7 products that needs to return to firstcry.in. I tried hard via call, chat, feedback, social media platform but nobody is coming to pick these. every time getting fake reasons that you have shifted somewhere else or you cancel the returns.

                          i request you here if you are not able to pick these products than pls initiate my refund for all of them. It's been 1 month now. this is serioulsy a shame on Firstcry

                                  Hi FirstCry, Me and my wife have been ordering from FirstCry since last 6 years and have been loyal customers of FirstCry for our daughter. 3 Months ago we ordered a dress worth Rs. 1175 for our daughter on the occasion of Bakri Eid. The order was placed well in advance and the dress was to reach us before the festival according to the delivery date shown by FC. But, the dress reached us 2 days after Bakri-Eid. We placed the return before the deadline given. However the customer care executive told us that due to non availability of pick up service at the moment. They are giving us this false information every week, but till date neither we received any call, nor message nor someone came to pick up the product. Today we connected with the customer service where they are informing that the return will not be done. This is pathetic FirstCry! Firstly the mistake is of delivering late, secondly delay in pick up and keeping a loyal customer in dark, and lastly, having a audacity to say that pick up won't be done. We need our money back which is hard earned. If the pick up cannot be done, how the hell the delivery done to the same address? This clearly gives a very bad image of a brand like FirstCry. Kindly do the needful on this, as[protected] might not be big for FirstCry, but for us it is very big deal. In case if not, I will have to take it to social media and circulate the unprofessional practices followed by FirstCry to the general public of India. All the conversations of customer service reps are always recorded hence whatever inconvenience has been caused, is on records. The details of the order are as below:

                                    Hi All,

                                    I ordered a item on firstcry, which was supposed to be delivered on 12 Oct 22. And till date, the product is not delivered, and there is no clear info from your team on the delivery part, and there are only fake messages coming in my saying denied to share OTP.

                                    When call your service center, told the person very clear that I need the product to be delivered before 17th Oct 22, since I had the little one birthday. the team gave fake assurance, and nothing turned arround. If the team is not capable on delivering the product ontime, do not give fake assurances.

                                      I have ordered and babyhug Try cycle and an study table on dated 8 th October 2022.
                                      On that date expected delivery date of Tricycle 9th of October and for study table it is 13th of October but still the shipments are not delivered to my address
                                      When I am checking the delivery status of the shipments through the tracking id provided in first cry app the items are showing at the delivery location Rewari from 10th of October.
                                      But still courier l persons have not delivered both the shipments to my address and they denied the request with the reason that persons is not available at the provided address and his number is not reachable.
                                      But person is all the time reachable at address and his number is also reachable all the time. All the courier persons have contacted on the number that is[protected].
                                      It was my daughters first birthday on 12 October 2022 for which I have ordered the tricycle but due to carelessness of the courier person and first cry team the item is not deliver to my address and not able to gift her.
                                      I have not expected this type of services from first cry. I am expecting a earlier reply from your side.

                                        I have ordered "My Giraffee Baby Luna Dining Chair with Tray- Light Blue" on Sep 27th, the expected delivery date is October 1st, But still now i did not received the order i.e 13th October,

                                        I have raised multiple concerns and multiple requests with the First Cry people but the issue did not resolved.

                                        I am a Club member with the first cry but they are not even caring about my order.

                                        It may be small issue for everyone but it means me a lot because its my baby need.
