    Delivered defected product and not accepting return

    Dear Team,

    I have ordered tricycle from Firstcry.com for my daughter and received defected product. Immediately I raised a return/replacement request and its getting rejected. I got a call from firstcry.com customer care executive and told me that they are planning for assembly service which which I will get the product corrected but I did not see any progress since one week.

    I am being victim of harassment by firstcry...firstcry cheated
    me... Not received refund...Firstcry failed to deliver the
    product...now not given refund...Resolve the problem by
    earliest...otherwise the entire experience will be public through
    social networking sites

      Placed order at Firstcry application for 30 Items. All were clothes for baby. Out of 30 products received 10 were returned. Later 8 more were returned. For last return of 8 baby cloth products which were picked up in single pick up. They still charged me return fee of INR 25 per item. Which they did not specify while placing order for products initially. But later while returning products they specified that I MAY get charged INR 25 per product. Charging for whole pick up is still fine. But charging per product despite picking up all returns in one go is u justified and absurd. It is INR 200 for that I was charged for nothing. I should have been informed about any return fee while placing order not while returning the product which I did not like. That too on each product.

      I need refund of that INR 200 that I was falsely charged.

        Order no FC7E0. This is regarding the defective product received from first cry. I have ordered poty ladder from rabbit but they sent me copied or fake or defective product exactly same like toyshine as shown in first cry images. That seat is not at all fitted to my existing pot due to its defective nature. I have used babyhug also n that fits fine but this one is defective and not fitting in any way in any other pot. Upon request, and raised concern. They cancelled my request n disconnected my call with customer care and refused to return or refund the amount by giving invalid reasons.
        Also I gave them no of images and compare them for a proof still they did not revert to my mails. I asked them to send any service agent but they refused so in short they looted, cheated and send defective product to me which is worth 999 bugs. I requested you to take action on them so they cannot cheat on the name of non returnable product excuse. Also, the measurement shown on their website differs the one mentioned on box which I got without any tags attached to the product.The same brand product have return policy on Amazon but not on firstcry.           Dear Team,
          I am writing with great concern that First cry has denied to refund me the amount against the Order Number[protected]ITC5CDE5F7) which they canceled without my knowledge and giving me an absolutely disgusting reason that this amount is deducted against an old order number[protected]OUB7667502) which I returned name of the Product( Baby Hug Full Length Washed Solid Colored Denim Jeans with Glitter Pattern Belt-Blue)and according to the Customer service I returned wrong item hence they have canceled my new order[protected]ITC5CDE5F7) and now not ready to raise a refund as well.

          I am just failing to understand how the delivery boy picked up the wrong item without checking and even if he has done so why I was not informed then and why the wrong product I sent to First cry has not been sent back to me? This is your system failure and I am going to lodge a case against this for the mental harassment you guys have given me. The first cry can't scam me like this. I always thought First cry is a reputable business but I never knew that they dupe their customers this way.

          I want a reply on this ASAP and want the refund of Rs 613 to be initiated at the earliest without any further delay.

            I ordered a glider kids scooter form firstcry. I received a broken product. When I requested to replace the product the customer support team making me fool. Neither they are replacing the product nor refunding the amount. The customer support team behaviour is very rude and unprofessional.

              I ordered 3 products for 1387 rs on 22/03/2023. I got products delivered and another one that is for 1315 rs i didnt receive after 5 days . The courier service told me firstcry.com enter wrong pincode for that product thats why they couldn't deliver. Even after i compliant to firstcry.com they didn't resolve my query . Such a fraudsters

                We have ordered a craddle from firstcry which we received on 21st March 2023.
                My baby on its first swing got a little jerk in it due to poor swing quality. This is not acceptable.
                I cant waste my hard earned money for low quality product. Kindly pickup the product and provide me refund asap.

                  There was an order from October 2022. I returned two items from that and received a refund for them. I placed new order in March 2023. The company canceled my fresh order and refunded the amount after deducting the cost of two items that I returned in October 2022 with the reason saying that the items I returned are not matching with what was ordered.

                  The company claimed the money from my fresh order and even keep the items that were picked up in October 2022.

                    I ordered this product on 25th Jan, they sent me a defective product. After complaining over and over again, they sent a replaced product. This replaced product again is not working as expected. This high chair is not foldable. When I raised this issue again with the customer care, they are denying that there is any issue with the product. They have cancelled my replacement request. They are selling the product which does not match description on website.

                          Status says that there was no one at home during delivery and the otp was denied. Now, why would customer ever deny the otp in order to receive the items they paid for? Delivery team never shows up but the status changes with false updates. This makes your same day and next day delivery a lie. Suggest you to change your delivery partner from xpressbee to someone more reliable probably DHL like Amazon

                            Hi Team,

                            Recently i have ordered for a Tricycle(blue color) for my 4 year old son based on the item description provided in firstcry app the chosen tricycle was showing as its suitable for kids aged 2-5 years

                            However the item i received is of small in size which is suitable only for 2 year old kid not for 4 or 5 year kid hence i felt i was cheated here with false item description following that i have sent number of emails to first cry customer support for item return however each time they responded back with same content saying item is not eligible for return without accepting the fault with firstcry(false item description)

                            Adding to that the item i received is of different color(yellow) however i ordered for blue color

                            Hence i was again reaching out to support team atleast for replacement of item(because of color mismatch) but this time customer support person simply cancelled my request with fake comments "As per user request the item is cancelled" however my initial request was for return which they didnt agree and then i requested for Replacement for which they cancelled the item arbitrarily

                            So with no proper response from support team i am raising this complaint hoping that atleast i will get proper reply here, even if i am not getting any proper reply here then i have to escalate/flag it further in Twitter or in other ways but i am not going to leave this matter until my valid request is fulfilled

                              Bought r for rabbit high chair on 13th feb, got a delayed delivery on 26th feb in damaged packaging and the product has alignment issues. Upon informing the company agreed to replace the product however it’s been 10 days they have not even picked up the product to replace. Every time they send an automated mail saying your issue will be looked upon. I need my refund that’s it. I am done with this kind of harassment else I’m reporting to the consumer court

                                  The product turned out to be faulty. I do accept that, it was mitake from my side to reach out to them little late. Howeverm, their store guys also accepted about the faulty product.

                                  However, first cry customer care is asking me to talk to baby hug & vice versa.

                                  it's more than 45 days from my complaint, these guys are just doing nothing.

                                  I am willing to even for fixing the product but the team on call is so rude.
