I m buying babyhug love teddy bassinet from firstcry webiste, but product is not suitable for baby, baby cant sleep in basket, and baby moving when swing basket, when i reised complaint, last 7 days no any engineer and call coming, when i call 4-5 times then take action to replace product. and no one coming to dismantle product . delivery person not coming one day . after 10 days new product deliver after 2 days no engineer to come assmable product, when ask disamable engineer customer care say no one engineer please assamble own .
problem same without solve .
dont buy this product and dont buy from firstcry website

    Aur aaj mujhe msg aa raha hai ki mera exchange request cancel ho gaya kyuki mera ghar ka address galat tha.

    Ab mae raatko raat apne pure pariwar k sath apna 2 manzila ghar leke kisi dusre planet me chali gayi jo address galat k wajah se exchange request cancel hua...

    Please help... First cry itna scam kar raha hai really..jab me pregnant thi day 1 se maene isne samna liya ab ab ye ayse scam kar rahe hai...

    Sab log mehnat se paisa kamate hai aur ayse damage product mila toh kaise hoga...

    Mujhe paise v nahi chahiye aap mera product exchange toh kar sakte ho..

    Please help. Mae saare screenshot upload kar rahi hu...please help me team.🙏

      Ab jab mujhe samane product received hua toh maene exchange request diya 20 jan2023 ko.

      Ab mujhe bata rahe hai exchange request cancel due to wrong address. .

      Mae ek hi raat me apne pure pariwar aur 3 storey ghar leke kisi aur planet me chali gayi hu jo address galat k wajah se pick up nahi hua product aur cancel kar diya exchange request..

      I would like to humbly request ki..jitne v log paisa kamate hai woh mehnat se kamate hai aur hum ek bharose se online saman lete hai but aysa fraud hua toh kaise chalega...

      Maene paise toh nahi mange buy exchange toh kar sakte hai mera product..

      Please help ki ye product exchange ho jaye please 🙏

        On 27th jan'2023, i placed two orders on First Cry & after some time they got automatically cancelled & after that my amount got refunded & then again got debited. After this incident when i called first cry to ask about the reason they given me a fake answer that this is system driven debit in your account & after investigation they told me that the order that i placed approximately 2 months back & exchange was done against the same was now informed that the same was a duplicate product that i provided. To check the same i continuously called them & asked to provide photos of the product. After so many follow ups they provided me one photo that is of different product not even brand matched.

        When i called first cry and ask how is it logically possible that your return pickup person pickup totally different item as he already delivery exchange product that to having each & every detail of the product that he came to pick up. but as per them its their internal policy they are not able to share facts only they can share is if any of the mistake happened that to be bear by the customer only.

        they don't even investigating with they delivery partner.

        And after 2 month they suddenly realize that product was not correct.

        Kindly get the same checked at your warehouse end as its was not on us we provided correct product to your pickup person.

        & also get the amount refunded.

          Kids jeans pant bought on first cry tales and stories brand it's just started tearing in first wear where ever your touch. It's becoming just powder powder. When called to customer care take it return back. She is saying sorry when we supplied it was good now after wearing it torn can't take back. They are not ready to take complaint and take action on this... They should refund it atleast... They are keeping such quality sell it and later they get damaged they will say when we delivered it was it good condition we can't take it back... Sorry we can't do anything.. this comapny should be closed

            The delivery call or person is way to smart or not enjoying the job. If one missed to pick the call due to meeting or others many reason, they won't call back nor will they pick the return call, they will just left your place with undelivered products.
            The first company i face such issue with.
            Not ideal for someone is who working or busy.
            One have to literally wait for the delivery call or person. One have to sacrifice one whole day to received First Cry product.
            Lastly, the delivery call is way too fast to pick up. Its mostly a missed call.
            First Cry need to resolved these issue.
            No one have time to literally wait for the delivery call/boy nor visit store for the purchase.
            Or atleast give time frame for delivering products.
            Most e-commerce products are received within an hour of receving delivering message.

              I ordered the babyhug pram from Firstcry.com on 18th Jan 2023 and got delivered the next day. I noticed that the product is of poor quality and does not match the description & images ( shown single joint break for rear tyres) as attached in the picture but it has seperate break. The pram is very cheap in quality. It's seat is not fixed, when baby sits in the stroller the cushion on the seat slides down as baby moves which is so uncomfortable for babies. Also, one side of front wheel is not touching ground. (Video attached). I have safety issues with this stroller. I am contacting customer care for return of the product but they are not listening. Though, I asked them to give firstcry vouchers I will shop from firstcry itself if they are insecure about the money but they had been giving me the same response "we understand but we are sorry the product is only applicable for replacement under policy". If you understand then why are you not considering?? I am asking for firstcry vouchers instead of back to original source still no good response. I am requesting them for upgraded one which I can buy from their platform adding some more bucks but they are not cooperating this also. Babyhug is inhouse brand of firstcry that's the reason they are being so adamant of their replacement. I have even told they customer care executive that I will buy Babyhug stroller only but want good quality one, so that baby feels comfortable and mother feels safe, still they are being so adamant and telling again the replacement.

              Kindly help resolve the issue.

                  I have returned baby product to firstcry on 7th dec, and delivery boy have verfied all product before pickup then only he accepted. i got refund too. later on 30th dec when i was ordering some more product for baby they have cancelled order and deducted my money from cash refund, when i raised complaint then they told they have deduct because product returned on 7 th dec were different. When i asked any proof or image then they denied to show it, now i have given product also to them and money also they have deducted. first of all delivery boy compare product then only he accept. if product is different he never take it, still they are blaming this, and if they felt so why they have not call me before and informed me about it. hence requesting please process for my refund or give my product back

                    I have ordered skates which according to descripyion says will fit 1-4 uk size i.e, its can fit from 21.5-24.5cm . my child who wears 30 size i.e., 19.5 is his foot length didnt fit in those skates.
                    now when i requested them to accept return or exchange a size big for same product the company denies it.

                      Patanjali nutrela bone capsules -4 bottles
                      by keeping us in dark
                      by hiding expiry date on their website
                      by First Cry.

                      1. We purchase four bottles as described about of Patanjali product from first cry.
                      2. When we found no expiry date, no manufacturing date mentioned by them on their website to sell Patanjali product.
                      3. It is totally illegal to hide these dates especially for medicines where expiry dates are very important. And therefore every seller is under legal obligation to mention dates of manufacturing and expiry on their website to let customers decide to buy or not to buy very old products. First cry by hiding expiry date on their website - offending the Caveat emptor principal, punishable u/s 16 of The Sale of Goods Act 1930.
                      4. We made a call to the customer care of first cry to ask about the expiry date. The madam on the other line checked with their computer and told us no dates are available with their system also. But she assured us that we will get the latest batch product only. Relying on there assurance, we placed the order for four bottles for Rs 784.
                      5. At the time of delivery, we asked to the delivery man to show us the bottles to make us sure the products belong to the latest batch and not very old. But the delivery man refused as he said, open delivery is not allowed.
                      6. We took the delivery and made the payment COD on 2nd November 2022.
                      7. But we were shocked to find all the bottles were 18 months old.
                      8. We immediately lodged the complaint on the 2nd November itself.
                      9. No response from first cry still after multiple follows and reminder for the cheating they have done to us.
                      10. We ask them to replace the bottles with fresh batch or refund our money. No response from them.
                      11. Being constraint, we referred the matter to the consumer forum and then only they replied that the amount will be refunded only to their own first cry wallet. A totally wrong resolution.
                      12. In this way they are pressurizing us to use our this amount to buy something from them only. So we are fool that once cheated, we will buy from them again? Their such tactics amounts to Undue Influence, punishable u/s 16 of The Indian Contract Act, 1872.
                      13. They must return back our money in cash as we have paid them in cash. We have kept all their four bottles intact in the same sealed condition, in which they have supplied it.
                      14. So either they muscle replace the old batched 18 months old bottles with fresh batched bottles or refund our money in cash to us against return pick up.
                      19. Otherwise we will have to file a legal case against them in the consumer court for heavy compensation entirely at there risk cost and consequences, for all the trauma, troubles, harassment, waste of our valuable time by first cry through cheating and misleading to sell Patanjali product which remained unsold with the dealer for as long as 18 months. Such a fraudulent these first cry people are that they didn't even mention the batch and expiry date in their invoice also.
                      20. We also ask Patanjali to let us know which is the latest batch number and manufacturing date of this product known as Patanjali nutrela health bone capsules.
                      21. We also ask Patanjali to interveen to avoid harsh consumer Court case. Look at the history of consumer court cases, where they have a levied heavy penalty and compensation against such fraud and cheaters.

                        We had ordered 2 baby carriers from firstcry.com however we only received one carrier.

                        We had a doubt looking at the box, owing to its weight and size to hold 2 carriers. But when we open the box we found only one carrier but invoice for both the carriers also in app both products we marked as delivered

                        When we connected to FirstCry customer care they say we have sent both the products.

                            I am a club member and my senior citizen mother visited Bhagalpur firstcry store wherein she was duped of Rs 6 in the name of carry bag.
                            She denied taking a bag but still she was charged the amount and said that whether you take it or not you will have to pay for it.
                            Also, there was a coupon worth Rs100 which was supposed to be redeemed but they denied redemption of same.

                              I have ordered a baby diaper from first cry and the estimated delivery date was 14Dec2022 and Parcel was out for delivery on 13 Dec2022 itself and Delivery Agent contacted me and told me that No service available for my address and they asked me to collect the parcel from certain place which is 12 Km from my home. Then I complained to First Cry customer care on the same day and First cry team asked me to raise a concern mentioning fake reason for non delivery and promised me to deliver the order and I was following up with them for continuous 3 days the and no action taken .
                              Every day morning the status of the order will be updated to Out for Delivery and evening it will be updated as "Failed due to incomplete address". Today Also I have received a message that Out for delivery and evening it will be updated as Failed due to Incomplete address.

                                  It has been over 7 days since the despatch of the parcel; however, it has not been delivered or contacted by any delivery person. but there was a checkpoint on tracking website Customer wants future delivery without any of my knowledge. When I contacted the customer service of xpress bees yesterday and today at the morning both of the agents promised me that shipment will deliver today itself, at the end of the day there is no contact from xpress bees regarding delivery. Again I contacted customer service, agent pick up the phone and he cannot arrange a delivery by today therefore they will deliver the shipment tomorrow in a silly way nothing else he has to say,
                                  If xpress bees can't able to keep there promise or proper delivery arrangements then why Firstcry is using this kind of non professional courier services to waste customers time and money.

                                    I ordered two products from firstcry. But one product is automatically cancelled by firstcry without my concern. Also the second product is not delivered till the expected delivery date. I payed for the order in prepayment mode. They are not respecting my time and money. I want compensation for it.

                                      I am a regular customer of FIRST CRY company and ordering the products from last one year and never faced any issue related to delivery specially.

                                      But recently I had placed an prepaid order on First Cry App on[protected] for Rs 1427.82/- and the order number was 16921894JPO8DC1ADB. In this order, I purchased 2 babyhug full sleeves winter jackets and on the next day[protected] I received a box from First Cry in which there was only one single jacket.

                                      Then I immediately approached to the First Cry company and informed them about the non delivery of second jacket and shared the all the required image proofs which clearly says that only one single jacket has been shipped from FirstCry. I had also discussed the issue with their courier partner (XrpressBees) and even they were also saying that they had received only one single box product from First Cry.

                                      But now when I checked into the order section, the product was appearing as delivered but I didn't receive the product yet from the FirstCry.

                                      From then FirstCry team is completely ignoring the issue and saying that they had shipped both the products on the same day. they even rejecting my return request in FirstCry app if I am using the "product missing" option.

                                      I have asked the FirstCry team to provide me any proof which shows that both the products have been delivered by you but till now they are not giving me any proof and neither giving my missing product nor issuing refund for the non deliverable product.

                                      I would request you to please take strict legal action against FirstCry company and penalise them by monetary mode and instruct them to provide me either product or refund ASAP.

                                        I have placed the Return request on time for Order No. 997629NXV18BD46 and also received the email that your return request is successfully placed.

                                        When called to first cry customer care they said your return will not be picked up as due date has expired .
                                        Spoke to Hartima and then Vasu from Customer care but they are not capable enough to resolve my queries and repeating the same thing again and again . Vasu was not connecting me with his senior as he was saying all lines are busy and kept me on hold for almost 30 minutes.

                                        I have a proof of email from first cry .

                                        They are not taking the responsibility at all of their product, very unprofessional behavior. I was on call with them for 2 hours on sunday since 9.00 am in the morning .


                                        From nowonwards i won't buy a single product from firstcry, will delete the App even i would suggest the same to my friends and everyone.

                                        Attaching the proof -firstcry has sent me an email that return request has successfully placed and now they are denying .
