We had ordered 2 baby carriers from firstcry.com however we only received one carrier.

We had a doubt looking at the box, owing to its weight and size to hold 2 carriers. But when we open the box we found only one carrier but invoice for both the carriers also in app both products we marked as delivered

When we connected to FirstCry customer care they say we have sent both the products....

I have ordered two cloths for my baby from Firstcry. Due to some fitiing and quality issues i have placed a returned request. Still i havent received any refund ammount in my account. No customer support is available.

I am a club member and my senior citizen mother visited Bhagalpur firstcry store wherein she was duped of Rs 6 in the name of carry bag.
She denied taking a bag but still she was charged the amount and said that whether you take it or not you will have to pay for it.
Also, there was a coupon worth Rs100 which was supposed to be redeemed but they denied redemption of same....

I have ordered a baby diaper from first cry and the estimated delivery date was 14Dec2022 and Parcel was out for delivery on 13 Dec2022 itself and Delivery Agent contacted me and told me that No service available for my address and they asked me to collect the parcel from certain place which is 12 Km from my home. Then I complained to First Cry customer care on the same day and First cry team asked me to raise a concern mentioning fake reason...

FirstCry Charged me 9.50 Rs for hand bag on which first cry logo was printed.

When called to first cry customer care they said your return will not be picked up as due date has expired .

I have purchased Mamypoko diapers pack which is 1499/- MRP.

I got discount of 655.81 rupees on the MRP price. So the product price should be 843.19 rupees. But the FirstCry.com charged extra GST (101 rupees )on 843.19 rupees and the final price i have paid 944.37 rupees.

Please resolve this. This is happening with all the products published on the FirstCry.com platform.

I have ordered product in firstcry and paid amount for that product but in next day that order have been cancelled and refund amount not credited more than a week have passed but still amount not refunded and customer care support also not responding properly.
