I ordered babyhood booster chair for my 10 months, but it is small for her.

I want to return it, but first cry is not accepting it.

    First cry gives fake delivery date and time once we order it and requires the product on time. first cry cancel it or deliver it after 4 to 5 Days late .and customer care only says sorry for the inconvenience they should penalized for this kind of service .

      I have purchased Babyhug Pram with order Id 3237537BZQFF8E758 from firstcry. The product I received was defected, moreover the quality of the pram is pathetic. So I raised the return of the product, firstly they canceled my request by saying I have selected wrong option. I reraised the return request. The customer care team called me and assured me that return will happen in 7 days. Now I again got a call and they are saying only replacement can be done. The product is of very low quality and I need a return. I need my money back. Please help,

        I Priya Mazumder have received from firstcry.com to babyhug 3 in 1 comfy high chair in broken condition. When am I order this item that time show 7 days returnable policy, but now showing me this item non-returnable how it is possible.

        I want to know if somebody order non-returnable products, they’ll receive always worst / broken product from firstcry.

        Please look into the matter urgent basis

          I want to know if somebody order non returnable items, that's mean they received item in broken condition. It's justified????

            Hi
            I bought the babyhug tricycle and when I received the product some important part was missing from the packages so I raised the replacement complaint on 2nd may. Now after that I got few calls regarding they provide the missing parts but it took 6 days to take photo of missing part and no further action has been taken so I ask them to provide full replacement of the product. But even after 13 days has passed no one come to pickup the defective product whenever I called in the customer care I ask me to wait.

            Thier policy say Item will be pickeup within 7 to 10 days but its almost 13 days has passed.

            Please help me in this case.

                I am pranati Meher Last month on April 16 I ordered a dress for my son from firstcry but that didn't fit to my son so I raised a return request but still pick up not done so many times I called to customer care but they didn't take any actionfrom last April 18 every day a system generated call is coming and telling due to incomplete address and customer not reachable pickup not doneI am staying in metro city Bangalore my apartment is on main road Flipkart Amazon every shopping site person can reach, at the time of delivery my address was complete but at the time of return my address is incomplete they are giving fake reason I called 6 to 7 times with customer care Executive I sent mail so many times but every time they are telling we are working on it wait for 72 hrs but from last April 18 I am waiting their 5, 6 72 hr completed but still pickup not done they are not picking my product and they are not refund my money from last April 18 every day I follow up about this problem and from their side they cancelled the return request what should I do I want to file a case against firstcry please help me on this and take some necessary action from last April 18 they mentally harrased me"

                  First cry item (order ID : 19951366GJY0942F3F and 19951366FDKB580087 ) which reached at destination hub on 01-May . Till now ( 12-May) item is not yet deilived at home . Every day item will mark as out for delivery on evening simply we get message as customer not available on phone. Even after raising concern with first cry support team, there is no use

                      I ordered BabyHug puzzles worth Rs. 319 approx and instead received Minion masks worth Rs. 85.
                      When I highlighted the issue to the customer care. They said they checked their CCTV footage and they have sent the correct product.
                      I have the invoice as well which clearly shows the address of the person who actually ordered masks. She is in Mumbai.
                      So basically I received an order which someone from Mumbai placed for themselves. And god knows where my order is.
                      Please note the "Dispatch From" address in both the invoices (for order placed and order received). Both are the same, this shows that its the mistake of dispatching facility. They have packed the wrong orders in the wrong boxes.
                      So the invoice pasted on the box is different from the invoice inside the box.

                      The first cry is not ready to take responsibility for the wrong product delivered and is basically saying that I am lying.
                      They say that I can only keep the wrong product and they cannot do anything. They are neither ready to refund my money nor deliver the correct order.

                      I am stuck with the product I did not order and my money is also not being returned. It is pure fraud as it can happen to anybody.
                      Order something else, and get something else. My money is lost. On top of that I have to continuously follow up for the mistake I did not commit (getting wrong order delivered).

                      Got a call from firstcry team. The guy asked me to explain the issue. Didnt bother to check internally even though multiple tickets are open. Was not at all interested in hearing the concern or solving the problem. Kept asking for refund details. When i explained from my side. Was just wanted to hear the return amount. Pathetic customer service. Doesnt care for customer at all. My complaint here is for customer harrasment not just for refund.

                        I ordered little kangaroos knee length washed denim shorts for my baby. It delivered in 11th April 2023 . Unfortunately it become large size. So I want to return my product. 11th April 2023 i sent return request. They don't collect the product. Then i sent a mail to first cry about these things on 27th April 2023. They replied that pick the product within 72 hours. 28april the delivery agency send messages on 3.25pm the product picking up schedule today. But they don't come to collect. On 10.47pm they sent another message that picking of product not done due to incomplete address. Actually I give proper address and 2 contact details. They never called me.
                        Later I sent another mail to first cry about these things. They don't reply.
                        I want to return my product and refund.

                          Dear Team,

                          Firstcry got my returned product at their warehouse and their courier partner also confirmed it. Few of their customer service executives talked to me and ensured me that I will get my refund within 10 days but it's been 1month but they didn't refund me yet. I am 7 years old regular customer of their site. Now I am very disappointed and harassing for me.

                          Please do the needful as early as possible 🙏

                                Delivered defected product and not accepting return

I got a call from firstcry.com customer care executive and told me that they are planning for assembly service which which I will get the product corrected but I did not see any progress since one week.

                                me... Not received refund...Firstcry failed to deliver the

                                  Placed order at Firstcry application for 30 Items. All were clothes for baby. Out of 30 products received 10 were returned. Later 8 more were returned. For last return of 8 baby cloth products which were picked up in single pick up. They still charged me return fee of INR 25 per item. Which they did not specify while placing order for products initially. But later while returning products they specified that I MAY get charged INR 25 per product. Charging for whole pick up is still fine. But charging per product despite picking up all returns in one go is u justified and absurd. It is INR 200 for that I was charged for nothing. I should have been informed about any return fee while placing order not while returning the product which I did not like. That too on each product.

                                  I need refund of that INR 200 that I was falsely charged.

                                    Order no FC7E0. This is regarding the defective product received from first cry. I have ordered poty ladder from rabbit but they sent me copied or fake or defective product exactly same like toyshine as shown in first cry images. That seat is not at all fitted to my existing pot due to its defective nature. I have used babyhug also n that fits fine but this one is defective and not fitting in any way in any other pot. Upon request, and raised concern. They cancelled my request n disconnected my call with customer care and refused to return or refund the amount by giving invalid reasons.
                                    Also I gave them no of images and compare them for a proof still they did not revert to my mails. I asked them to send any service agent but they refused so in short they looted, cheated and send defective product to me which is worth 999 bugs. I requested you to take action on them so they cannot cheat on the name of non returnable product excuse. Also, the measurement shown on their website differs the one mentioned on box which I got without any tags attached to the product.The same brand product have return policy on Amazon but not on firstcry.                                       Dear Team,
                                      I am writing with great concern that First cry has denied to refund me the amount against the Order Number[protected]ITC5CDE5F7) which they canceled without my knowledge and giving me an absolutely disgusting reason that this amount is deducted against an old order number[protected]OUB7667502) which I returned name of the Product( Baby Hug Full Length Washed Solid Colored Denim Jeans with Glitter Pattern Belt-Blue)and according to the Customer service I returned wrong item hence they have canceled my new order[protected]ITC5CDE5F7) and now not ready to raise a refund as well.

                                      I am just failing to understand how the delivery boy picked up the wrong item without checking and even if he has done so why I was not informed then and why the wrong product I sent to First cry has not been sent back to me? This is your system failure and I am going to lodge a case against this for the mental harassment you guys have given me. The first cry can't scam me like this. I always thought First cry is a reputable business but I never knew that they dupe their customers this way.

                                      I want a reply on this ASAP and want the refund of Rs 613 to be initiated at the earliest without any further delay.
