We have ordered Babyhug Symphony Stroller with Reversible Handle and Mosquito net bearing order # 22057583lcl7062D0.
This Stroller has Safety issue and the time we have bought this product we have not even used once as wheel are also not proper .
we raised complaint as well and asked for refund but no revert .

    I am a ling customer of you, I ordered Huggies complete comfort wonder pant 5 in 1 comfort, but the package delivered was Huggies complete comfort wonder pant this low quality. It is not returnable order. But i want to exchange or return it. What can i do? please resolve this issue.

      I had to return a parcel which was meant to be picked Today 17-10-23. The delivery boy called me to get him the parcel by coming downstairs. I was in meeting so asked him to come upstairs but he denies. He said he wont come upstairs to pick the parcel. One has to go down to get him the package. So, I asked my collegue to get him the package and she went down but the delivery ajent left without informing me.
      What kind of online servicing is it where one cant even get the or retrun the parcel on his/her own convenient. And why the agent cant come upstaris to handover/pick the parcel.

            T is a metter of disgrace that a brand like First Cry which is known for his quality and brand name is cheating the customers. We visited the Sadar Bazar, Meerut outlet of first cry and purchased three dresses having product numbers 13873179 Baby hug Fu[protected], Babyoye Ec[protected] & 13326649 Little Kan[protected], after purchasing we paid an amount of Rs.3, 797/- to the outlet via credit card. However online in the official app of the first cry it is showing different discount on every dresses. Let me know what kind of service you're giving to the consumer and if this is the case I wish to avoid the brand for future. It is a very bad experience and unethical behaviour of first cry.

              Unfortunately I was unable to raise a return request within given time frame of the defective item hola bonita party dress. The reason is I was out of town. However I contacted customer care next day after return window close l, and requested for considering it as exceptional case. Based on my long term association with FirstCry and this has happened for the first time. But they refused.

                  Hi,

                  We had ordered baby bottle for 6 month plus . but after opening the package we found that the nipple size is not even suitable for a 2 year old kid. How am I supposed to use it for my kid who is 8 months old, if she chokes or anything happens will first cry take responsibility for it .

                  The customer care executive was very quick and rude in saying that it is a replacement only product and it cant be returned, he is not ready to understand the issue with the product.
                  if this is how a customer service works then there is no need, as they are not capable to understand customer grievances and provide any solution to it.

                    I have placed an order on 16th July 2023. It is not yet delivered .
                    Everyday i am receiving whatsapp messages saying that your order is going to be delivered today .But after half an hour i receive messages that the user is not available at the address and unreachable over phone. I have asked to update my address multiple times.

                    Xpressbees and First Cry is giving incorrect reasons for nondelivery .

                    I have been ordering from FirstCry since two and half years from the same address and phone number. How come now the address is becoming invalid.

                    I need my order to be delivered asap.

                      Total Cheating of First Cry Customer Care Department.
                      They asked for a Self-Return, I did that on 8th of july23 with DTDC Consignment No - H37565439 but they still have not acknowledged & initiated the refund. Moreover, they don't have any clue that where the product is at present. In DTDC Website its showing as item Successfully delivered on 10th July23

                        Using the site https://firstcry.com, I paid an amount Rs.790.14 through G-Pay on[protected] for getting two items of babyhug (1). a pack of 3 and (2) a pack of 5 after putting them in the cart in the firstcry site. The transaction_id is[protected]. The amount was deducted from my account on the same day, but the order was not generated in the FirstCry site. Hence i am unable to quote any order_id for my genuine complaint. I verified from the Google pay platform that the same amount was credited in the FirstCry site account on the same day. Till now I did not get the above amount reverted to my account please. 9 days passed after my above amount is credited in the merchant's account. I request you to get the amount reverted to my Google Account please.

                            I purchased the product on 25-June-2023. And after some reason I cancelled the order on 29-July-2023 and the same amount will refund in original source within 7 to 10 working days is told by [protected]@firstcry.com. As of now more than 10 days over, still the amount was not refunded in my IDFC credit card. And I also shared IDFC credit card smart statement from the date of purchase to till date via in mail [protected]@firstcry.com. But still no response from our side.

                              This regarding my order id - 2701518RJOAF77CD1. Which was delivered on Saturday 24th June 2023. The products colour was totally different from how it was on the site and the quality too was pretty inferior. I placed a return request on Sunday the 25th of June 2023. As per the screenshot attached I was advised that the item will be picked up from the address on my record…..I waited until the 7th of July 2023 for someone to contact me regarding the return pickup and when one reached out I raised several concerns on the app asking for status. Still there was no response. Finally I gave my contact details and requested someone to call me. The first I spoke to an advisor Arzoo who told me that return pick up is not available for my pincode and I need to do a manual return via courier. I kept insisting that it was not my fault that pick up service is not available with your vendors XpressBees when it’s the same company that is doing all the deliveries too. After a lot of argument the advisor finally arranged for a manual pickup which would be done with 5-7 working days however it’s not assured….now I don’t know why she took the request in the first place. She even sent an email confirming the same. I waited for 2 days and again tried calling the customer care to check on the status of the manual return request. I spoke to a Miss Muskan Khatri and subsequently her supervisor Manisha Mehra who kept apologising for the inconvenience without offering any solution other than me doing a return courier myself. Yes they also said a return pickup from any other pincode other than mine might be possible but not from my address. I kept explaining to them that I am alone with two kids and don’t have any resources to go and do this courier but all they did was express their apologies and kept asking me to go and post the product back to the dispatch address on the packet….and they would refund the charges too.
                              This is a clear case of harassing the customer in the name of internal policies and procedures. Is it the customer’s mistake that you have issues with your vendor and they are willing to pickup returns from some pincodes and choosing to deny for others all inside the radius of a metropolitan city like Chennai.
                              This is not the first time I am ordering anything from FirstCry or returning a product…..how is it my mistake that suddenly my pincode became unserviceable???? The advisors kept referring to the Terms & Conditions but nothing was mentioned when I was placing the return request. Moreover no one even reached out to me to inform that the pincode is unserviceable until I called and asked for the status.
                              I want my money back after someone picks up the product from my home else I will file a proper consumer complaint after writing an email to their CEO Supam Maheshwari. Let him answer if this was the customer’s fault that she should be forced to do something which their company is offering as a free service.

                              Please refer to the pics for the quality and colour mismatch of the product and the return status that still so as in progress without any info regarding my to and fro interactions with the customer care or the fact that my pincode is unserviceable for return pickup as on Monday the 10th of July 2023.

                                I had ordered cor cum Rocker and received damaged product. Upon several complaint team told either to go with replacement or fresh issue of only damaged part.
                                Issue of damaged part was told to be quick as they had parts a available with vendors compared to replacement which might take even month or more.
                                Now it's already 10 days and the only updatevi get is team is working on my request.
                                I have asked for an ETA or cancellation of product to which team has declined to everything.
                                Poor servive and even bad support team.

                                  I have ordered (Order Number: 22537017RLP99CF346) a Sunvene Medium size 3 in 1 Adjustable Belt-Beige on 10th June 2023 from Firstcry.com which was delivered on 13th June 2023. When I ordered it, it was under 7days return policy and now it is changed to non-returnable product.
                                  The product looks cheap for the amount paid and also it doesn't fit me. They are not accepting the return by stating hygeine issues. I wonder how does it fit under that category since it is worn over the clothes and also the product is packed and unused.

                                  Below is the image of the product which has original tags attached and is packed. Also, the snip of their mail is attached where they are denying the return.

                                      This is frustrating as we are not able to talk to anyone and there are no updates on the website.
