Recenly I placed an order with First cry for an amount of close to Rs. 4500. Their system auto cancelled my order and adjusted my payment agst. some product (baby stroller) returned by me more than 3 months back.
When I contacted customer care that informed me that as per their system, the product returned by me was a wrong product.
I insisted that this was simply not possible as it was a big size product and possibility of me shipping wrong product was ruled out.
I kept on following up for more than 15 days with numerous phone calls to them to investigate the matter.
After more than 15 days they conveyed to me that they have done internal investigation and found that the product returned was wrong product and they have the images.

I requested them to share those images but they refused to do so saying that its their internal data.

My plea for grievance is

The order agst. which my new payment adjusted by First cry is more than 3 months old. Never ever they communicated to me that there was some issue in the product that I returned. They simply waited for me to place a new order so that they get an opportunity to adjust my payment agst, eariler order without even informing the customer. This seems to be highly unethical.

They not ready to share the findings or images of the product that they found in their internal investigation.

High probability that there was some mis handling or exchange that happned at their logistics partners end . So basically I have been penalised for the mistake at their logistic partner end.

Crux of the incident is that currently my payment as well as the product both are with First cry. If they are adjusting the payment they should at least handover the product or share the details.

    Defective baby hug swing car

    We have purchased babyhug swing car from FirstCry. As the product description front wheel should not touch the ground but the product which we received was touching the ground. When we raised issued executive asked us to share the video which we did. We got a call from them and person confirmed that there this is a manufacturing defect and will arrange a callback from brand (babyhug). The call back never came and when we called FirstCry,...

    I have firstcry club membership and every month I receive coupons as part of my membership which can be redeemed only in the store. The coupons are only applicable to Babyhug and Cutewalk clothes and shoes.

    When I visited the store to redeem the coupon of 1100 rupees, the store manager mentioned that I could only purchase from a section where they have gathered a few babuhug clothes. There are other sections where they have babyhug clothes and on which I can apply the coupon but store manager denied and mentioned that it's our store and our rules.

    I had visited other Firstcry stores and never seen this kind of rule created in any store. It's not per the club membership T&C. So I called Firstcry customer care and raised a complaint. They mentioned that they will resolve the issue in 48 hours and I haven't heard anything.

    The store is 25KM away from my home so I wasted a lot of time and money. Also, unable to use coupon on store due to their custom made rules. I want full reimbursement of money involved in traveling, and coupon which they refused to use.

      Hi Team,

      I brought a product 638030AAI03CD409(Blessbe Camera) and reported a concern for it:-
      1. Product screen had scratches all over.
      2. Camera didn't had any screen guard.
      3. Camera quality was too bad.

      I tried calling the Brand number shared and she asked for same details again and again. My Return Request for Order 638030AAI03CD409 was rejected after 5 days without any proper solution. Even the Person from Brand is not taking my calls [protected]@yahoo.com/[protected].
      I am a regular customer from last 4 year, this is what FirstCry paid me for the trust.
      Now there is no option to even raise any concern for same product and I am forced by FirstCry to keep the same product.

      Request you to take the product back and refund my amount.

        This is my order details. I had ordered three items on 5th Aug 2022 but due to some issues i returned two items of my order on 10th Aug 2022 worth Rs 988.58 and Rs 403.52. I have talked to the customer support of firstcry and they have said that they have already sent the refund amount to the bank, but still the refund amount has not been reflected in my account. So, kindly please check the status and notify me.

          Hi All,
          Regarding one product i am facing issue for more than 7 times. If i order Pampers All round Protection Pants in firstcry delivery date shows are nextday delivery. But not even one time it got delivered in time.
          every time i have to raise a ticket amd need to wait for 72 hr.
          And main thing the product is dispacting from HYD only. with in HYD it is not delivered.

          Customer care people will inform that they have raise a request to delivery ASAP. but logistics ignore the complaints raised by Firstcry.

          Apart from pampers if we order any other product it will be delivered with in time. Not sure why the logistics ignore the tickets.
          Worst experence with logistics.Firstcry team not even taking any action.

            With respect to order no. 3769397PKM9C3BEBO which were delivered on 26 August 2022. After opening the product box there was no product in the box. I have raised this issue with the firstcry customer care many times and every time they say that product was shipped from our side.
            The product was for Rs.380 and FirstCry people think That I will fraud them for Rs.380. We have been shopping on first cry from 2016 and have done shopping more than 1 Lakh till now. This is the first time we are facing such a problem and the support provided by the firstcry is very poor.
            If firstcry people think that we are lying then please provide video from packing to the local delivery hub for the handling of the product. I am ready to face any inquiry.

              I had ordered three babyhug blankets. Received the first product babyhug blue blanket in good packaging and the product inside was also good.
              The next product babyhug purple blanket the packaging was tampered and the product inside was missing. Just received empty plastic pack with price tags tampered with. Immediately I raised complaint to firstcry and provided feedback to Xpressbee the delivery partner of firstcry.
              Received the third product babyhug peach blanket, the packaging was ok and the product inside was tampered, price tag completely scratched off and different printed paper's stuck as price tag. This time while unpacking I removed a complete video to show all how Firstcry is cheating people.
              The customer care executives with firstcry are all useless resources who don't understand a word of what the customer is saying. They don't bother to read the mails written by customer with complete details product and packaging images sent as proof are just ignored. Totally pathetic services and they hardly acknowledge the mistake.
              Firstcry company need to be taught a lesson if they are really taking customers for a ride or is it purely poor customer service executives comprehension issues then they need to change the complete grievance cell responses team. Attaching all images and video for references. I hope my issue is resolved and I receive my money.
              Previously they made me a fool with relevance to babyhug tshirts and cotton trousers product missing. This time around I won't let them cheat me

                  I have placed an order for a "red-color" toy train and received an "yellow-color" toy train. the image and description on the portal reflects the color of the toy train says "Red", which the FirstCry team denies and states the item listing description states it is an "Assorted" color. I have requested at least to exchange the yellow colored toy train with a red one, which did not happen.

                      Hi Team,

                      I'm a regular customer since 2019 and have never faced any issue until today. My order(4932777KXQF523B3F) was delivered today with a missing product - "Chipbeys Pack of 3 Animal Print Assorted Panties - Multi Color" Instead of 3 panties, only 2 came in the package and it is very disappointing. Kindly take action against the seller and be responsible. Please also deliver the 1 missing item (panty) which I had ordered.

                        Hi,

                        I ordered from firstcry for around Rs. 2233.46 and order no. is 14156878RLSACA1A06 on 26th Aug - 2022.

                        But I didn't receive my product which cost around Rs. 316.65.I immediately informed this to the courier boy. He asked me to raise the concern in first cry website. Even though I raised multiple concern they closed all the tickets and not responded back to me properly. Nowadays online platforms are easily cheating people and looting money.
                        Kindly help me on this.

                            I have Order No. 9820568ZUOD1940FB with Shipment AWB Number:[protected] via Xpressbees ordered on 1st July and returned the same on 4th July. The pick up person verified the product and picked up.
                            Now on 21st August i have ordered 2 dressed from firstcry and they have cancelled saying we regret to inform you that the above-mentioned order was canceled by the system. As checked the system has detected that the wrong product was returned in the past, it is a completely system-driven activity with no manual intervention.

                            However, as you mentioned the correct product was returned from your end therefore we had already escalated the issue to our concern team for a confirmation of the same. And as per the update returned product is not matching with the ordered product so we can't provide a refund for this.

                            I wanted to say here that what is consumer fault? If the delivery person has not provided the right product at warehouse, why consumer is liable, since 3 years i am purchasing products for my daughter.

                            Further to this they are not returning the wrong product and no proof of wrong product given, I need my Rs 1300 and lost faith in Firstcry that they dont value and under tjeir customer

                              While taking club membership of first cry it was written that shipping charges will be zero but while making payment they charged shipping charges in the name of convenience charges which is showing as shipping charges in invoice. When I am going to cancel the order shipping charges are showing to be deducted from the payment. It seems the membership benefits are totally fraud and scam to attract the customers for making payment.

                                Very Bad experience with FirstCry.com. They have a very poorly designed customer support system in which it is so difficult to get desired support. Below is the transcript of my 2nd mail to them on Aug 29th with details and the reply is standard as before with no resolution - ""Hence, the issue is already highlighted to the concerned team and you will get an update as soon as possible. So, we request you to kindly wait.""

                                The transcript of my email complaint to them on Aug 29th as under:

                                I am writing once again about this matter which has still been unresolved even after your assurance in the below email on 24th Aug that it will be resolved within 72 hrs. In addition to this, I had spoken to your customer care executive twice (on 23rd and 27th Aug) who also advised that it will be resolved quickly.

                                It is so surprising that I am being put through all this hassle for a mistake (of generating 6 orders for 1 package) from your end as well as for mishandling by your courier service in entering pick-up receipt again one of the return orders only instead of all 6 while he received all 6 from me.

                                I had told your service agents who spoke to me that I have to travel overseas in the first week of Sept and would need the replacement items to arrive before my departure. I would need a very urgent action from your side to send me the replacement without any further delay while your sort out your internal matters.

                                  FIRSTCRY has sold me an expensive but low quality product BABYHUG SOFA SEAT LION SHAPE with 49% discount the product is damaged and now they are not accepting returns.

                                  The product is of low quality and it will not last for more than a month. The product is of no use to me. Their executive PRIYANKA didn't want to listen anything and just kept on telling me memorized stuff told to them to fool customers.

                                  FIRSTCRY in the name of MAHINDRA has purposely set the policy to no returns as they will keep the money on hold for a long time and invest it elsewhere.

                                  I would get better quality products at lesser price in the markets, but I preferred FIRSTCRY but thinking it is online post COVID they have started cheating people.

                                  I spend around 5000 and have taken their club membership but for 1400 they have cheated me.

                                  I want them to take the product back and keep the money to feed themselves, at least the money will be put to some use otherwise it will be a waste.

                                  FIRSTCRY is pathetic. they accepted that it is FAULT in their product, STICHING issue, but their executive SONALI is compensating RS 50. HEIGHTS of cheating...

                                  The consumer forums are also hands tied with these BIG firms like MAHINDRA.. shame.. better to avoid such E-commerce sites and look for local vendors.

                                    I bought a Babyhug stroller and Phillips Avent on 27th Aug 2022 from Inkpebble Stores LLP which is an authorised store of FirstCry. I found out that there is huge difference of price between online website of FirstCry and the products bought from showroom.
                                    This is clearly fraudulent and charging extra from customers and FirstCry don't have any control of the price on offline stores. When I raised a complaint with FirstCry helpdesk they simply said these are 2 separate entities and didn't even bothered to look into the issue.
                                    Online price of stroller Rs 3716.90
                                    And for the same stroller we paid at store Rs 5575.35.
                                    Online price of Phillips avent Rs 4410.09
                                    And for the same stroller we paid at store Rs 4845.15

                                      Could you kindly explain the stock status on portal of this product.
                                      I see 5 pieces are left on portal, attached the screenshot, kindly explain what does the screenshot means.This has been going on for past 4 days and I'm getting the same response.

                                      This is utterly disappointing service from you .If you were unable to provide the coupon then at first instance itself you should not have added the coupon for buying the product.

                                      This is not the answer that "it is out of stock" so we are not able to provide the coupon .you can add the difference amount of the product on the wallet .
                                      I know you will say this is not possible.

                                      Great customer service ...keep it up
