Hi my name is sandeep tomar. My order number is od[protected]. I was trying payment 23 july online via phone pe payment debit but your side payment failed. Then next day on 24 july again i was trying via card then failed but card payment i received refund then my order goes cod on 26 july your ekart logistics sent me link for online payment via phone pe i paid but both transactions confirmed. I paid two times for one order. If you a gentlemen online site why u not refund me one amount i called you so many times your backend team mambers took my account number and ifsc code for refund but i m not received refund yet
