Most Bad Service I had ever experienced, I received the flipkart box empty & I purchased it with my bajaj finserv EMI card so I requested to the customer care kindly refund it & cancel the EMI, they told me we can accept return only no refund request will be accept ... And then I received this SmS "Return Request Received: Your return request for Nikon D... from your order with order ID OD[protected] has been received. We will give you an update soon. Check the return status here http://fkrt.it/XHQ4e2NNNN"
Now this is very shame less action ... I want refund to save my Emi where I had received the empty box but flipkart is forcing me to take this product from them by return the item but I want refund at any cost this is too much now ...

    I ordered a Honor 7a from Flipkart on 18 July 2018. The order ID is OD[protected]. The headsets arrived on 20th July. The outer packaging looked intact. However, tye seal of the box provided by honor was broken. I immediately placed a return request citing reason the item was missing. He told me before 25th july my issue is resolve. After that, I was wait from 20th to 25th july. Again i am calling 26th july so he told your compailnt is regarding charger not product missing so i am telling no any issue in charger my problem is my product is missing after that again my complaint is register. After that, I called Flipkart customer support to narrate the whole incident. They assured me that the complaint had been registered and an investigation team would be calling me to ask for details. It's befor 7th August.I have chaecked email 29th july i have received gift card 400 rs in my flipkart account then i am calling customer support team so he told me this gift card regarding charger i am telling no issue in my charger my product Honor 7a is misiing he told me don't warry your complain is already registered befor 7th August or 7th August provided you resolution but Today 7th August Till now no any call came from investigation team. Again i am calling customer support so he told me your replacement date(only 10 days) is expaire so no any take complaint this product if you want Honor 7a so please place new order.

    We've interacted with the customer and provided by the call logs info as self-serve return clearly states that the speaker issues and second contact from the customer related to this mobile phone was telling he didn't like the product feature and hence wanted to return it, we denied as per the seller return policy and moreover customer complaint telling charger is defective so Rs.400 was provided as a goodwill amount and the same has been utilized by the customer. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

        I ordered a pair of apple earpod headsets from flipkart on 3rd august 2018 via cod. The order id is od[protected]. The headsets arrived on 5th august. The outer packaging looked intact. However, tye seal of the box provided by apple was broken. I immediately placed a return request citing reason the item was missing. The return id is[protected]. After that, i called flipkart customer support to narrate the whole incident. They assured me that the complaint had been registered and an investigation team would be calling me to ask for details. It's been two days and i have not heard anything from them. I am losing trust and becoming restless as i go through other customer's complaints.

        I bought a phone cover of rs 269 but was faulty so returned it. They even sent me message, as follows:-
        Refund Processed: The refund of Rs. 269.0 for your order OD[protected] is successfully transferred and it will be credited to your account by Jul 28, 2018..
        But today is 1 August and i havnt recieved the amount.
        The size was not the one I ordered, I ordered 8.5 whereas I recieved 8

          When i booked a mobile iphone5s 16gb worth 16770 in flipkart, they delivered me a stone instead of phone. When i had written multiple issues the flipkart used to give me a promised date and used to skip my issue. Like this i waited and finally ni resolution is there. I don't know why they are taking money and sending this type of products to online paid customers. Amazon is good compared to flipkart as they won't send these kind of stones and chest. They are not even accepting the return request in their site. Please look into my concern and refund as soon as possible

            Recently i purchased asus zenfone max pro m1 fron flipkart. My order id is od[protected]. I ordered the phone on 26th july 2018 and received it on 1st aug 2018. Right after the delivery i notice a black spot on my screen. I checked it carefully and got to know that it was a dead pixel on the screen. Soon after i requested for the replacement. A technician visit was schedule. On the other day, the technician visited had no knowldge of smarphone and technical. He showed him the black spot on the screen and also told him that display has a dead pixel on it. He doent know what a dead pixel is and tells me he will talk to his senior abput this problem. After 1hr leaving from house, i got a message that my replacement was cancelled as there was no problem in my phone. I talked to flipkart about this issue and they again schedule a tech visit. But no technician visited and i got a message that your tech visit has been completed. I talked to flipkart about this fake tech visit. They said they try to solve this problem in 2 to 3 days. But after few days diidnt reslove my issue about fake tech visit. After this flipkart arrange tech visit for the 3rd as 4th time. But again no technician visited and i got a message that tech visit has been completed and replacememt was canncelled again.4 times there was fake tech visit update issue. But flipkart did not resolving my issue and not replacing my defecting mobile phone. I even call then alteast 10 times but there is no resolution. Also the phone is under replacement policy.

            my complaint was resolved as flipkart again schedule the tech visit even after i provided them with the copy of the wrtten letter from asus service centre they asked for. Already told them about fake tech visit update almost four times that no technician visited my house and updating fake visit completion there partnered jeeves company.

            My friend is order a redmi note 5 pro mobile for me in sell of 20 july 2018.last day of delivered my mobile 30 july 2018.but today my order status for delivered my mobile is postpond 3 august 2018. the number of order my mobile is [protected]

                refund amount not received flipkart pay later

                Order no:od[protected]. Initially i had paid the amount through flipkart pay later on 3rd july 2018 and later i had payed the amount from by bank on 9th july 2018.

                Since there was a 30 days replacement guarantee i returned the product on 30th july 2018 and they told you will receive the refund but till date i have not received the payment in flipkart pay later account nor in my bank....

                On 9th may 2018, i had order redmi note 5 pro on flipkart and payment through andhra bank net banking amount rs 14999, due to internet disconect problem money deducted from bank and order was not confirmed but money sucessful credited to flipkart account on 11th may 2018 according to my bank statement/bank greviance dept. /net banking team/flipkart payment gateway payu, [incident in[protected]], flipkart refuses to accept that he received transaction amount, have contacted bank multiple times and they have given conclusive proof of amount with flipkart, there is some problem in their website because of which it shows as failed but they did get the money as shown by their own payment gateway but are refusing to return.

                interacted with the cusotmer on [protected] about the refund concern, cusotmer stated there was Two transactions from 2 different bank accounts, one is from Andhra bank and another from bank of baroda, bank of baroda amount he has received but Andhra bank amount is pending, informed the cusotmer we have checked the details again and that amount has been refunded successfully as per bank reference number[protected], cusotmer stated he will check, hence, mail sent and closing the case.

                On 9th may 2018 two payment failed for same order one from bank of baroda net banking and second from andhra bank net banking, we received bank of baroda faild amount, but till now we not received my andhra bank failed amount

                UTR/ARN[protected] this is not andhra bank refund utr number, you give me same utr no. when we complain regarding bank of baroda payment failed refund on 16 may 2018

                My flipkart account has been deactivated and now I want be activate it but it is not activating
                My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when I enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "Account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"

                  On 16 july 2018 i have placed an order for KRX PVC 20KG COMBO. It was shipped on 19 july. Expected delivery date was 30 july but the seller didn't deliver. Again he extended the date to 6th August but didn't deliver. Again he extended the date to 13 th August. Now even after 22 days the product is not delivered. I request to Ban this seller on flipkart as he is cheating customers.

                        Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

                        I had raised a complaint against flip kart for negligence on the part of company with respect to delivery of wrong product on 7th July, 2018 vide order ID: OD[protected] in respect of which a call had been received from flip kart executive and assured me via. mail that seller has arranged the pickup for your above product on 14th July 2018. (Please find attached herewith screenshot for your consideration).
                        But despite of the mail from your team, my return request got cancelled automatically. Then again I received a mail on 16th July 2018 from your team stating that “seller has arranged a return for the product (Please find attached herewith screen shot of the same for your reference) which also stated that the product will be picked up on or before 17 July 2018” but the flip kart did not arrive to take the product even though they texted via. SMS on 17th July, 2018 for the pickup of the product (Please find attached herewith the screen shot for your reference).

                        On 19th July 2018, being a conscious consumer, I called on the number being provided through SMS in return of which received such a pathetic reply that We have no such Parcel with this name.

                        I am so much hassled and disturbed with the inconvenience so caused and I am extremely disappointed that Flip Kart being such a big and reputed brand renders such a pathetic services and now being aware about my rights, I want my money back for the parcel so ordered along with adequate compensation for such inconvenience.

                          I ordered a product on flipkart, on 29th july 2018, i placed it only because they said product will be delivered by 5th august 2018, on 5th august i called them to track my product, they asked me to wait till the end of the day.

                          Guess no product delivery on that day, i called them, they said the seller has not shipped your product yet, when i asked then why you were showing status about my product, was it a dummy status.

                          I am really pissed up with this unprofessional service of flipkart, i asked them to cancel my product, they said they wont be able to do it, and asked me to wait till 11th august 2018.

                          Why the hell i need to wait for it.?

                          Note: it was a prepaid order,

                          Flipkart must compensate for the time they wasted, and they should refund me my money

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            I bought this Shoe rack from Flipkart During April 2018.

                            While installation itself, the Service Person found some problem with the alignment of the door. Since I thought this has nothing to do with the performance, I have not brought up this as an issue.

                            One of the 4 doors has come out very easily within 2 weeks of the installation & one by one two more doors have also come off the next week and has been lying there unused.

                            I have been trying to get help from Flipkart from that time on wards.

                            Mailing the photo of the defective product.

                            The shoe rack is the first thing that visitors see in my home and has become an embarrassment lately.

                            They are not ready to process my refund request; citing time frame reasons, even though the product has failed during warrant period, that too within 4 weeks of delivery and installation .

                            Since I have lost confidence in the product, I am not ready for repair or replacement. The Shoe rack is a complete mess.

                            Your earliest action in this regard is highly appreciated.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I am Dr. Ramachandra Nagaraju, had purchased a Haier washing machine model no HWM 60-10 on 19th July 2018. I got the shipment on 23rd July. A Haier technician by name Mr. Vikas had come for installation/demo and we found the lid of the washing machine was broken and also there was a dent in the backside of the body.
                              I had initiated the replacement immediately and later it got rejected for some unknown reason. Every time I call to customer care and initiated the replacement process, I get an SMS stating for Technician visit with the code. I do get a call from Haier representative and later I find again my replacement request was rejected.

                              I have called 6 times for Flipkart customer care and all my replacement requests has been rejected.
                              On 5th August, finally, Haier technician visited and have checked the damage. The case sheet stating the damage observed and the replacement has been requested. the case sheet has been attached along with this email.

                              I have put all my time and money into the washing machine and I have got a defective item. The vendor is careless minded and cheater. I think a Flipkart is involved in promoting such a vendor for the sale.

                              I did not expect such cheating from Flipkart as they do not bother about the customer and are involved in helping the sloppy vendor to sell their defective stocks on discounted price.

                              I believe, Flipkart has high customer ethics and maintains customer values, hence I have a hope of replacement of the defective item.

                              Due to some reasons, I am going to Bangalore on 7th August and will be back on 20th August. So I request to please look into my issue and help me with the replacement after 20th August.

                              If my product is not replaced, I would certainly take serious legal action on Flipkart.

                                I have ordered a pigeon cooker at 28/07/2018 and flipkart was promise to deliver the product in 7 working days. I did not received any call regarding delivery purpose and when i checked the status on ecom express site, i saw the message ' customer refuse to accept the order and your oder is already cancelled. This is very bad experience.
                                When company is not able to manage the bussiness topology so why compnay claims to provide the best service. This is my request to please take legal action for this activity. Thanks.

                                  I bought this tab but is is not meets standars wich were mentioned on website and i want to return it.
                                  As i initiated return it was repealed.
                                  The costumer care executive of the company denied for any redrresal and asked for my mistake it was now this item is not par with specification and verry heating device how can i bear it pls take due attention and noose should be tightend.

                                  Customer raised complaint regarding product return, we have interacted with customer and informed seller replacement policy and terms and condition he agreed hence closing the case from our team
                                  I ordered honor 9lite phone via debit card as there was no cash on delivery. But after the payment is made there's no confirmation of the phone. Will the order Will be placed or my money will be refunded? I contacted the help line and they said it will be solved in 8hours but it wasn't.

                                    I m a regular coustmer of flipkart, i order asus max pro m1on 30 july got on 1august i complant for replacement on that time beause i got used product phone chager used and phone's back sticker removed, flipkart care told will cal in 24hr till they call i told everthing its now 5 days over till everything is pending when i call them they told sir wait for 24hr our team will call you but never got a call .. pls ensure me phone will replace or not.

                                      Hii,
                                      I ordered a cfa book from flipkart, it was supposed to come on 18 july but i recieved a wrong product instead. So i made a replacement request for which 23 july was given as a promise date, which was then postponed to 28 july and then 30 july but on 29 july flipkart cancelled the replacement request and hence i placed a return request which was to be done by 31 july. It was postponed to 3 aug.
                                      It is 6 aug and the pickup and refund process has not been initiated.

                                      As i have orderd a product from flipkart the money of the product has been deducted 4 times and i have not recieved the text message of the product has been placed from flipkart but i recieved the text message from the bank the your money has been deducted . I hope you will look forward to this problem as soon as possible . Thankyou

                                      As i have orderd a product from flipkart the money of the product has been deducted 4 times and i have not recieved the text message of the product has been placed from flipkart but i recieved the text message from the bank the your money has been deducted .                                       I ordered two books worth rs623. I also paid for it, my bank massage also came. But it doesn't showing my order. Please fix it or give me my money back. I am very disappointed with that.when I opened my orders it showing only past orders .my money should be refunded.
