Hello sir/mam,
I am facing an issue. I bought an ac (Hitachi 1.5 ton 3 star bee rating 2018 window ac - white) from flipkart. But this product is not working properly. Issues: ac cooling issues ac electricity consumption is alot more than a 3 star ac.
As per flipkart mention in one of question and answer board related to this product that "it consumes 300 to 350 units electricity per month (I[censored]ses 10-12hr daily) according to climate." but when i used this ac, its consuming around 850-950 units electricity per month (I[censored]ses 6-8 hours per day)
Note: i don't even know that if that ac is one star or 3 star, because the star tag is missing on ac.

When i requested return, they told me a hitachi service technician will visit. But on first visit technician did not check it properly, i even insisted technician to call his senior and check again. But technician left without even check all issues and seller rejected my return request.
I again called flip-kart and again asked for return and they schedule a technician visit. But this time, technician did not came. I waited for 4 days but no technician visit, they did not even update me that technician will not visit.
They have schedule 4 technician visit, but from last 4 time no technician is coming to check my ac. From past 24 days i am suffering.. Calling flipkart daily and then wait for technician visit. But till now, neither technician visited to check my ac nor any valid resolution provided to me.
I am calling flipkart again and again. But still no solution, they are making excuses every-time, i am feeling mentally tortured now and now l am literally feeling cheated by flipkart. I don't know what to do now.
I just want my money back. Please help me out. If you need any other information, please notify me. But please help me to get my money back, i don't have any further option except complaining here.

Updated by bhawanasharma Yesterday Hitachi Technician visited... I got to know that the AC Which I received from Flipkart is broken also.

Updated by bhawanasharma I am still not getting a proper reply from flipkart... everytime they call, they just said me one thing "we will call with in 24 hours"
It been more than one month now... I am seriously frustrated... Flipkart is frauding me... they are just delaying while making excuses ..

Please take strict action against flipkart... Because they are still not taking it seriously...
