I have ordered 4 products in last one week from the flipkart and only one was received to me and the others are either getting cancelled from the backend without my consent or are getting rescheduled again and again.
I ordered a phone to gift to my brother but they have delayed it twice saying that seller is having issues. On receiving the calls from customer care they say they are diverting call to senior but after a minute or two they drop off. Everytime they have a new person to support and they lodge a new complaint but no actions are being taken.
Is this the service they promise?
Is this an experience we need to have?
what is the use of time frame you mention in the order when you delay for 3 weeks and then cancel without customers consent?

    My Order No. is OD[protected], I ordered Bajaj Steel Manual Gas Stove CGX 9 | Bajaj CGX9 worth Rs 5605/- on 22-July-2018 which got delivered on 28-July-2018.
    After unboxing the product I found that the product inside the box was not the same as what I ordered instead of that it was a totally different model which is old, used and rusted stove of the sunflame brand. Which is a fraudulent issue? For your reference photo has been attached.
    I call Flipkart customer representative and spoke about the issue, they told it will be returned and refunded. After continuous follow with Flipkart delivery boy has come to receive the product, but they are not accepting this product they are just saying kindly tell Flipkart to send email for the pickup. This issue also I discussed with Flipkart but no action has been taken from your end so please send email to request for pickup, to Aligarh courier services.
    I have already spoken to these customer representatives Mr. Mirza, Mr. Manav and more.
    Kindly resolve my issue to maintain trust and healthy consumer relationship .

            I am having problem with my order as they are rejecting my request for return for a refund. I have applied for return so many times yet they have cancelled it for no obvious reasons. The return is automatically cancelled without asking me. I am very much disappointed with the service by flipkart.

              Now i am looking for return my product and will place new order. Now order status is replacement approved on 26 july.

              The issue is not for the account details. Issue is no one contacted me till now for the product pick up. I don't want now any replacement. I want refund of my money. So please pick your used laptop ASAP and refund back my money.

                  On 01.08.2018, i made online payment (Ref. No.[protected]igaebsgtv9) to flipkart through netbanking. Amount is deducted from my bank account but still order was not placed.

                  I did not expect this from flipkart but it did with myself. Kindly ressolve the issue whatever it was either server issue or anything else.

                  Kindly look into the matter and refund my amount or get placed my order on flipkart.

                  I ordered a book Via CNBC titled, everything you wanted to know about stocks. But I received a book titled ‘mind reader’. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s never happened with amazon. I’ll never order via flipkart again ever.

                    I did an online payment on flipkart. order was not placed . and i didn't get my money back. flipkart should be banned . its a fraud. and flipkart customer service is worst . Go for amazon people. and never go for online payment on flipkart. i will place an FIR against them if the issue is not resolved soon.

                    The note on side of the payment option said that if the order didn't get placed then amount will be refunded immediately. But sad flipkart, you will always be a lier. i am also attaching the photo. so you can see, flipkart customer care. you don't have your own portal to resolve issues. At least come here and see.

                      @flipkart (https://www.flipkart.com/) is a big cheater. They are doing fraud with customers by not issuing the refund for returned/cancelled orders.

                      I have placed an order-od[protected] of amount 2082/- on 02 june'2018 from my flipkart account 'meerut. [protected]@gmail.com'. I had ordered 3 items (694*3 = 2082/-) of amount 694 each in this order and cancelled two items on same day on 02 june' 2018 and returned one item on 01 july' 2018. But till today i have not received refund any of these items of 694*3 = 2082/-. I am continuous following up with flipkart customer care more than one and half month but flipkart is harassing me by not issuing the refund.
                      Flipkart customer care executives are only giving one reason from last 1-1/2 month i. E. Give us 48 hours to resolve the issue because of technical error, unable to process the refund.

                      Please help me to get my refund for this order.

                      Flipkart Social Media support team was promised that they will process the refund in 5 working days but timeline is already over but no update...worst service as expected
                      I had purchase MI Tv from Flipkart now I am not able to contact Flipkart representatives my registrar mobile number is [protected]. If that kind of response not acceptable it may effect my further dealing with Flipkart

                        I ordered philips bhs 386 kerashine protection hair straightener and berina hair spray on[protected]. I placed the order and payment of rs.2452 on pospayust[protected] at flipkart payments txn#[protected] was done using sbi debit card. Money has been deducted from my account but i did not get any order confirmation mail or message. Please refund the amount. Two times this happened with me, very disappointed. Try to improve such issues regarding payments.

                                Sir I have made pre paid order of sparx sl 111 women wear shoes on dated 27.07.2018 and delivery is made on 30.07.2018 but in delivery I did not get the same product as I booked but there is one Different single shoe which is also in very bad condition.

                                I'm a permanent customer of flipkart and buying product since a long time but this is the first time worst experience I got from flipkart.

                                I also made complain to flipkart representative but till now there is no resolution. Kindly look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible.

                                Now I'm hoping my issue will resolve if not I have to go to the consumer court.

                                  I ordered a mizco dz09 black smartwatch from flipkart. When the watch was delivered to me, it's camera was not in the right place and when i returned it from flipkart, second watch had a display fault. Its touchscreen was not working properly and the icons in the display were blurred. The color of the watch was not black which i ordered. The second time i want return the smart watch, only refund option is being shown on the return menu. I don't want refund of the watch but i want the replacement of the second faulty smartwatch that was delivered to me.                                     Order id - od[protected] replacement of moto m 64gb - i am greatly disappointed with the management of flipkart. I had ordered so many items and prepaid cash using online for all the items but when i got the moto m it was defective in battery backup. I had sent email complaining about replacement request the item on 28th july, 2018 to which i got a reply from flipkart.com on same day itself that " your request for the return has been accepted. After that i got call from flipkart service staff to troubleshooting process and i followed their instruction and stated to use. After a day there is no changes in the phone as battery get tin dry very soon and i am facing the same battery issue. Again this process went 4 time and still flipkart people unable to solve the problem.

                                    !!! Hence my order for replacement of the above has been cancelled!!! I want to make a complaint regarding this because i am not happy with the service and as well as i am concerned that this might happen in the future orders that i make worth the flipkart.

                                      Hello sir/mam,

                                      I am facing an issue. I bought an ac (Hitachi 1.5 ton 3 star bee rating 2018 window ac - white) from flipkart. But this product is not working properly. Issues: ac cooling issues ac electricity consumption is alot more than a 3 star ac.
                                      As per flipkart mention in one of question and answer board related to this product that "it consumes 300 to 350 units electricity per month (I[censored]ses 10-12hr daily) according to climate." but when i used this ac, its consuming around 850-950 units electricity per month (I[censored]ses 6-8 hours per day)

                                      Note: i don't even know that if that ac is one star or 3 star, because the star tag is missing on ac.

                                      When i requested return, they told me a hitachi service technician will visit. But on first visit technician did not check it properly, i even insisted technician to call his senior and check again. But technician left without even check all issues and seller rejected my return request.

                                      I again called flip-kart and again asked for return and they schedule a technician visit. But this time, technician did not came. I waited for 4 days but no technician visit, they did not even update me that technician will not visit.

                                      They have schedule 4 technician visit, but from last 4 time no technician is coming to check my ac. From past 24 days i am suffering.. Calling flipkart daily and then wait for technician visit. But till now, neither technician visited to check my ac nor any valid resolution provided to me.

                                      I am calling flipkart again and again. But still no solution, they are making excuses every-time, i am feeling mentally tortured now and now l am literally feeling cheated by flipkart. I don't know what to do now.

                                      I just want my money back. Please help me out. If you need any other information, please notify me. But please help me to get my money back, i don't have any further option except complaining here.

                                      I am still not getting a proper reply from flipkart... everytime they call, they just said me one thing "we will call with in 24 hours"

                                      It been more than one month now... I am seriously frustrated... Flipkart is frauding me... they are just delaying while making excuses ..

                                      Please take strict action against flipkart... Because they are still not taking it seriously...
