    I have orderd oppo a83 mobile pgone of 11799 rupee but the product which is delivered to me is of coolpad company with price of 8799 rupee something. I made a return request which was rejected on 23 august without informing me and on tge same day i made again return request my money is not refunded and the wrong product is not picked yet.
    I want my money to be refund.

      It was on the 2nd of august 2018 when i ordered for a asus zen phone max pro m1 costing rs.12999 and i made an upfront payment through my credit card. On payment i only received a text form flipkart's end stating that "we have received a request for your order with txn id: tx[protected] and are trying to confirm the payment with your bank. If your amount has already been deducted, your order will be confirmed shortly.in case we are not able to confirm your payment, we will refund the entire amount to your account/wallet". Now still on the 25th day of august 2018 i have no feedback from flipkart's end and they have a horrible customer care unit which is non-contactable and they barely response over e-mail.

        I have bought moto e 4 plus 9 months ago, it's mic or microphone is not working properly during calls, my voice can not be received by the reciever other side, when i use the earphones then only my voice can be recieved, my moto e4 plus is still in warranty, this is the problem, i have been facing for few months but on restarting of phone fixed the problem now this process is also not working and i am facing so much interruption in my communication, so i want you to provide solution for this problem as soon as possible.

          I bought an mi a1 mobile from flipkart. Product sold by flipkart is "made for indonesia" which was not meant to be. Mi service center checked the imei number and denied any service as it is not made for india. After several phone calls and emails, flipkart is denying to return the product. They are not co-operating with me and harassing me after selling the mobile. The product was delivered on 3rd august, till then it's 4th week, they are not taking any action. I am attaching the invoice, product box image and the imei screenshot which proves that the product is not for india. Kindly help.

            I was booked order # od[protected],, date 17th august 2018. A samsung 275 l frost free double door 3 star refrigerator (Elegant inox, rt30k3723s8/nl, rt30k3723s8/hl)

            Delivery address to madhusudan bhattacharyya, purnananda pally, naihati, north 24 pgs. Opp. Off purnananda pally post office, naihati - 743165, west bengal, phone [protected]
            As per order delivery scheduled between 08:00 am - 12:00 pm on sun, aug 26th '18
            But i requested to change delivery scheduled between 08:00 am - 12:00 pm on sat, aug 25th '18
            4 to 5 times i was call to flipkart customer care service 19th august onward and 4 times send mail to customer care service and always assured me 25th august delivery will not be any problem.
            Today (24.8.2018) when i again call to customer care then they confirmed delivery date will be only 26th august.

            My question is why customer care service wrongly assured me.
            I was make plane as per assurance of flipkart.

              I ordered a puma shoes on 12th aug still the product has not got delviered, everyday i call they raise a new ticket and keep on extedning the delivery date, i have been waiting for the product for past 2 weeks, after making 8 calls and 4 emails i got the first product fossil watch after almost 2 weeks past the delivery date the second product my puma shoes is still not delivered they got me a third delivery date, i informed i would not be available but they stated it would get delivered before that date, still i have not got the product moreover flipkart is not sure what is the current status of the product whether it it shipped or not. The flipkart has provided the wrong informtion stating 23rd it would be delivered but it is 2 days past 23rd. They say for the past 4 days they have not received anyupdate from banglore hub were the prodcuts is.

                I have purchased google pixel 2 xl phone on www.flipkart.com on jan 22nd 2018 with hdfc credit card.. And there was an offer rs.10000 cash back on hdfc credit cards and the cash back should be credited within 90 days from purchase date.. It's been 90 days and i have not received the cash back amount of rs.10000. Also i even called flipkart customer care couple of times but they have not providing the proper reason.

                I have attached the mobile invoice and screen shot of offer applied info from my flipkart account.

                Please look into the issue and do the needful

                  My self pravin patil, i had ordered asus zenfone max pro m1 on 16th of augest, nd it was supposed to be delivered on 17th of august, as had chosen faster delivery option nd
                  Flipkart charged me extra amount of money, today is 24 th of aug till now i havent received, when i called costumer care 1st time they asked me to wait till 20th august for resolution, again i called them 20th asked again to wait for next resolution, still im getting dates for resolution, i don't know what resolution they searching for, either they kidding me or making fool

                  I need to move somewhere for work

                      I received redmi note 5 pro on dated 19 aug via flipcart.
                      There was issue of difficulty in connecting charger in mobile port.
                      I submitted request of replacement of same product. On dated 21 aug.
                      I received call by flipcart and they told me tech visit.
                      Then i received message trch visit on 23 aug but visit resechudled for today 24 aug.
                      But still not any visit done.
                      I am facing so much trouble bcos i am posted as medical officer in kannauj.

                      I am posted in kannauj as medical officer.
                      And i am facing problem in communication with my coligue doctors and my patients due to network problem in my micromax 3g mobile which i am using now. And it is very difficult for me to save lot of aap and data in micromax.
                      Bcoz i alredy exchanged my mi 4 with note 5 pro.

                      Spoke to customer on [protected], customer wife picked the call and confirmed that issue is resolved. Hence survey pitched and closing the case.
                      Today again tech visit postponed qithout any reason.

                      I called several time but technician not receives call.
                      Then i call customercare they informed me that request is cancilled.
                      And again request is done.
                      Next visit by 29 aug.
                      Whats going on i can't understand.
                      I[censored] understand then please try to clear.

                              I have ordered an msi gl63-8rc on[protected]Order id - od[protected] during the independence sale from flipkart and i purchase was made at an offer price of 59990 rupees (Already paid). The promised date of delivery was[protected]. The item as per the tracking information was packed on august 14 (Images included) and was shipped upto bangalore as per last update made on august 19. But from then on there is no movement in shipment and the item remains at flipkart motherhub in bangalore. On my date of promised delivery (19-august-2018) i contacted flipkart customer care and they said to me that they have raised a complaint with the logistics team and my issue would be resolved by august 24. On august 24 morning on of the customer care representatives contacted me saying that there is no update from the logistics team and it is better to cancel and reorder the product or i can chose to wait for the product, but they can't promise a delivery date. It is not practical to reorder the product as the item now costs 69990 which is 10000 more than the amount i have made the purchase on august 12. So i don't need a refund, i need the purchased product to be delivered as soon as possible.

                                I had ordered lg 6 kg fully automatic front load washing machine white (Model no: fh0g7ndnl02) on 12/08/2018. The same has been delivered on 16/08/2018 and on 19/08/2018 lg technician came and unboxed the item for installation and while unboxing he noticed some damage in washing tub near transportation port (According to him) and i also noticed the same. So i called flipkart and informed about the damage and asked for replacement but they inquired seller and told no same item is available with seller and they will take return, then they registered for return and told lg technician will visit and give the status report of machine. But on 21/08/2018 lg customer care called me and asked the machine status over phone and replacement status of machine and i said no replacement done you have to come and check the machine, for that lg person told flipkart is given request for demo only and not to inspect the machine and they cancelled their visit without informing me. The very next movement on 21/05/2018 i got message from flipkart stating that "your return is cancelled from the seller". I got shocked from the message and called flipkart and they said lg cancelled the visit without giving any information about the query. Then again flipkart raised the request for return of the product and for that the lg technician visit schedule was on or before 25/08/2018. From 22/08/2018 to 24/08/2018 around 8 to 10 lg technicians called and asked me regarding the previous visit status and no one came to home to check the machine. I also called lg customer care and raised the issue but no use, today (24/08/2018) i made a conference call between me, flipkart person and lg person and in that conversation lg person argued with flipkart stating that already authorized lg technician only noticed the problem while demo and no need to certify again. So i totally frustrated from these happenings. Flipkart delivered a defective lg product and for replacement/return also it is not supporting. Please consider this issue as early as possible because i am having the defective machine that is not even turned on.

                                  I took your mi 32" tv from you but it has not yet been processed in the installation process. When it was talked to customer care, they had given date 24-8-18 for installation but

                                  They are cancelled the process without informing me and going today, then i came to know that the installation process was cancelled, due to which i have had very inconvenience. For installation process please be quick installation process.

                                  I got 8 days for the MI TV 32" but my installation process was not complete so that I am getting very uncomfortable feeling like I did wrong with the Purchase MI TV. Now I can not tolerate you please return your TV your service is very bad.

                                    Sir this is sivajee gavini, i ordered lenova vibe k5 note mobile from flipkart kart. Delivery agent rejected the door delivery. After many complaints, item not delivered to my address and without my knowledge, order was cancelled. This is very unfair and unlawful action was done against me. It is request that issue will be taken up in action mode at the earliest.

                                      My order no od[protected] as received on 6th august 2018, was immediately informed about the expiry of the product... I spoke to the customer care service people about the product and was told that the product will be exchanged. But it dint happen. And today they told me that the product cannot be exchanged. Now how am i suppose to use a product which is 200 ml within 2 months of time where in i can use to for atleast 1 year. The cost of the product is 2265 which is not a cheap amount at all. Kindly help me exchange the product so that it can b used.

                                      I have applied for a phone honor 7 a on 10.8.18 FROM MY MOBNO [protected]. Subsequently payment of Rs 7999 was deducted from my bank account. However the transaction could not be completed. In this connection kindly refer your no PZT[protected]WDE0601. I did not get the refund till date. Kindly do the needful at an early date.

                                        I ordered Simpex222 Tripod from flipkart and i recieved it, but there is one thing missing in that that is "cell phone monopound adapter" without this part this tripod is useless.                                         Customer raised a complaint stating that cell phone monopod adapter was not delivered with the product. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the mentioned item 'cell phone monopod adapter' is not included in the sales package. Hence, closing the compliant from our end.
