I purchased google pixel 2 xl phone during the big shopping day sale on flipkart. They had mentioned that there would be 10% cashback if you use hdfc debit or credit card. Below is the offer link

As i still have not received the cashback of 10% in my account, i asked flikart and they have started giving reasons. I need to know why the hdfc cashback has not been received by me

The update provided by Flipkart is that the cashback was not applied to this order and they could not give any reason for the same. The operator kept of giving me a standard line, the offer was not applied to this order. I asked him why? He gave me the same line.

That means even though I ordered the product during the Sale days, and the cashback offer was very much on, Flipkart do not want to pay me my cashback even though I used the HDFC card.

I want to know that legal actions I can take against this

It clearly mentions that " Apart from the deals, Flipkart will also be offering 10 per cent discount on purchases done using HDFC Bank credit and debit card which will also be applicable on EMI (Equated Monthly Instalment) transactions, informed Flipkart"

Customer raised a complaint about the cashback offer. We have interacted with the customer and provided the information as 10% instant discount using HDFC bank card offer was valid only for the selected product and "Google Pixel 2 XL (Just Black, 64 GB)" is excluded from the offer. Hence, closing the case from end.

    Hello,

    I ordered a samsung on max mobile device through flipkart.com on 18th aug 2019 in the morning for rs.12, 560 including the rs.70 for express delivery within 24 hours the next day on 19th august 2018. Waited all day at home in lieu that the mobile phone shall be delivered within the guaranteed time. There was no update, neither any tracking number provided from flipkart and when i saw there were no delivery or response i contacted the customer care where it was informed me that they don't have any information of the package and it's a mistake of the seller. I thought flipkart a medium as a seller and is the platform to regulate/maintain selling and buying with their guaranteed assurance on deliveries. The customer care department executive told me on/by 22nd of august i am supposed to get an email as resolution whether i will receive my package or not and asked me several times whether if i intend to cancel the order. When i asked that if the money got deducted from my bank account instantly, will your company reverse transfer it back in my account... They said it is not our company resolution and shall be informed when they will do that. I didn't cancel my order understanding the policies through their faq that the money shall be withhold in their account which i can't transfer back to my bank account but to purchase products from their website amounting the same.

    I asked the representative to transfer my call to a senior supervisor who after a discussion assured me that the product will be delivered on 20th august 2018 as he has updated the same with the seller and courier partner.
    He was supposed to send me a text after the call ends with the complaint number which i asked for which till now has not arrived.
    Instead by force they had sent me an sms mentioning that "we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 22 aug, 9.00 p. M. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679" which was supposed to be resolved and the manager assured me that the mobile phone will be sent to my door step by 20th august 2018 (All voice files can be retrieved as proof).

    I would request the authorities to look into the concern where many customers/consumers are been deprived of their services they should be getting and it's an harassment and deep physiological torture & agony for the one who are waiting for the product which they require urgently and ordered for so with their hard earned money.

      I ordered honor 9n from flipkart on 14th of august, i was supposed to get my product on 19th of august which is already way too late but i waited for it.
      But product was not delivered on 19th of august and when i called them they told me due to some issue your product might be delivered in next 5 days.
      I was like what the heck you guys are taking 10 days to deliver a product which is already in india. Just tell me what kindaa of service is that.

        Worst service ever by flipkart.
        I placed an order for nokia 7 plus with order id od[protected] on
        11th august. They provide me promising delivery date of 16th august but my
        Product was still not shipped. When i complained about this to customer
        Care on 15th aug they told me they will come with update on 18 aug. Again i
        Called on 17th aug to know about update and they again give me next date of
        Update and that is 21st aug. Now today i got call from one of your costumer

          I placed an order on 16th aug, 2018 for 2 pack of ovulation kit & received on 19th of aug, 2018 but not the same product, instead of an i-know ovulation strips, i got 2 pack of bigen men's beard color!! It's really disappointing to see such a pathetic service from flipkart.
          Either you should replace the 2-bigen men's beard color with 2 pack of i-know ovulation strips or assure me a refund.

            I ordered a baby red skirt on 9-8-2018, it was delivered next day but it was used product and without price tag, we requested for return but it was refused by saying that it does not have price tag on it.               I have pending our paylater amount, this is 2nd time issue with me,

              Flipkart block our account for high return before our duedate,

              But flipkart paylater customer care call me and i told that our account has blocked, but we want to paid our due amount, so tell me how can i pay our dues amount, they told me within 48hrs they resolve, but they didnt resolve and send me sms that they take legal action on daily basis (Harrasment with me), so please resolve that issue and reverse late fees because this is not my fault, flipkart block our account before due date,

                I had uninstalled flipkart App from my phone.

                Now again activate and will shop in future.

                Customer Suggestion: Please change your courier partner from Ekart. They are creating lot of trouble for customers. They dont bother to call the customer, want us to come to their location. Their contact were also not reachable. I have very bad experience with this courier company.

                  On 13th of aug wishmaster has come to deliver new mobile and pick up old one. But he has declined to pick-up old one and further informed me to talk with flipkart and raise one more pick-up request and he will come back after 2-3 days. He is not even checking the phone properly. I am not sure how flipkart has selected him as wishmaster.
                  After this i have called flipkart persons and they told that they are raising an incident request and assured me that a resolution will be made by 18th of aug.
                  Meanwhile flipkart has cancelled my order and refund initiated.
                  Today, when i spoke with customer service persons they stated that hey can not do anything further in this regard and wishmaster decision is final. If required i have to place fresh order.
                  The exchange value i got in previous order was 4500/- and if i want to place new order i am getting 500/-. This is completely cheating.
                  If i have to place a new order then i should be provided exchange value of 4500/- as before because i am eligible to avail that earlier order and this is mistake of flipkart

Since the product has been unboxed without any authorized Flipkart delivery/service executive or brand personnel seller will be unable to honor your request for return. Request your understanding. However, you can head to the nearest authorized service center to claim warranty for the item. Do take the invoice you got from the seller for this.

                      I believe that seller trying to sell the phones in black market by claiming false excuses. As promised i demand the product to be delivered to compensate for my loss of time/effort. Flipkart team was in touch for entire two weeks and now they are simply asking me to cancel the order. There is no protection for the customers so flipkart/seller are cheating the customers in the name of sales.

                        My order id is od[protected]. I bought phone for exchange which will be delivered on 17 aug 2018. The courier who they call wishmaster denied my exchange phone without properly checking but my phone meet all their conditions and say seller did not approve. And after that i launched complaint in flipkart and they said they will solve it till monday 20 aug. But on that complaint night they cancelled my order. And after that they revert my complaints also that they solved it. How can they solved it without complaining me. And now i talking to customer care they updating status fake that i called for refund status but i called for why they reject my exchange. Please solve it. They are just lying and misidrect t us

                          Hello team,

                          Led received on 16th evening and i requested flipkart on 16th itself to plan installation on friday or saturday 18th aug’18 because sunday i am not available and further working days from monday to friday will not be feasible for me.
                          I have been contacting and discussing this from last 2 days and still issue is not resolved.
                          If customer is giving own its time of comfortable zone and taking follow up so much then why this is ignored.
                          Since it’s already crossed my comfortable zone i would like to return the product because as explained in each call timing will not match from monday to friday.
                          I am highly disappointed.

                          Please arrange return pick up for led and return my money.
                          If i would have taken led from store they would have done the installation on same day considering customer concern.
                          But here even after n no. Of call saturday gone waste and i have personal work on sunday then when this installation will be done.

                          Out of courtesy, it is shown that you don’t value your customer urgency and understand real issue.
                          It is so disappointing that you do not understand the problem of your registered user and don’t give any solution. Sat. Sunday passed and no response. This is the behaviour high irresponsibility.
                          I would like give my recommendation again if led is not getting installed today then please cancel the request and take your product back.

                            I bought samsung galaxy on6 mobile today and didn't like the phone due its sleak look which is unable to make my pics adjust in the home screen and its not mentioned anywhere about the condition that it can't be returned and in return option replacement is possible. I don't understand here why there is no proper declaration for return policy. Picture quality is not good.

                                They cheat with the customers by showing false product online and send bad quality product after that they said the product doesn't belong to them and refuse return. When i request to refund within 10 days according to the policy they cancelled the request and not warned me with any massage, e-mail or call. After that they said your request was cancelled.

                                  I placed an order on sunday, 12th august for a rs 70000 laptop. Order id is od[protected].

                                  The package was misrouted by flipkart and sent to bharuch, gujrat instead of bangalore, karnataka. Still, i understand mistakes happen.

                                  However, flipkart customer support doesn't have the basic courtesy of giving me a detailed update around what happened and when i will get the order. Pathetic.

                                  @flipkart, please respond quickly and let me know what the status is. If the package has arrived in bangalore now, let me know and i will come and collect it. Need it by sunday evening or monday morning max

                                    I have placed an order of redmi note 5 pro. It was to be delivered today. They have missrouted the order two times in same city. And even now they are saying wait for another two days.
                                    I am also ready to pick up order from their hub. But are not even providing me the address for it.
                                    Really not expected this kind of behaviour from flipkart. Really dissapointed.

                                    Customer raised complaint regarding product delivery, we have interacted with customer and informed feedback shared with courier service provider regarding the same hence told refund turn around time and told order has been cancelled closing the case from our team

                                      I purchased mi redmi note 5 pro on flipkart and it was delivered to me on 14th august. I am facing some touch and screen regarding problems like screen get a blue shadow screen sometimes while working. And there is also a overlapping screen problem. Flipkart sent a technician to visit but after i showed him photos and videos captured he did not considered the same and neither flipkart. They balmed me that i might have faked the videos. Flipkart provides us 10 days replacement warranty for product but now they are directing me to go to service centre even when 10 days are not over yet. I am attaching photos captured with the problem and without problem, a video is also attached. Please provide a solution.

                                      Customer raised a complaint regarding the product delivered. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the product was delivered to customer on (6th August 2018), as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy we shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order. Requested customer to contact brand authorized service for further assistance. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

                                        I have place order for a washing machine stand and paid the amount in advance. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th aug 2018 but since then couple of times they have only been sending message that the order will be delivered today, but the delivery person calls me and says that he is delivering in a different area and so he will not deliver the product!

                                        I have been calling the customer care and also writing mails to them but the always increase the resolution date. From 14th they pushed it to 18 then 20 and now 22.
