Updated by Zil Roy Yes, I have received this 'standard response' from flipkart a few times now. (I attached the screenshot of the email as well.)
That is what the complaint is about, I am asking for a proper justification of my blocked account. Yes, I made return requests for the products seller didn't ship. And got my refund as well. (I got the refund for 4 qty but 1 product is with me which flipkart asked me to retain when I asked them to pickup the same. - see attached screenshot.)
And the return is as per the policy of flipkart only, customer has to make return request for the product they don't receive. I did the same.
Fyi, you can check the order history, I ordered the product again from another seller as I didn't receive it earlier.
The whole point is, flipkart has blocked my account without prior information and when I had 3 orders pending to receive, (tracking of which was a different fight all together) They are treating customer like some kind of fraud and not checking the order history or proper justification of their actions.
Completely dissatisfied with the customer support services.
Even before making return request of the missing product, I did make calls to customer support and they didn't guide me properly regarding the issue, due to which this matter got completely messed up.
