I placed an order on 12th of august 2018 with the order id od[protected]
Product details: acer helios 300 i5 (8th gen)
Price: inr 89, 900
Sale price: inr 57, 590 (In exchange of an old laptop)
Seller: retailnet
The product was supposed to be delivered on 17th of august 2018.
Since i was at office when the product was first delivered, i told the customer care & delivery guy to reschedule the delivery to the next day i. E. Saturday, 18th august 2018

I live very near to the flipkart (E-kart)'s warehouse so i went there to pick up the product myself. I was told it won't be possible because their system was facing some issue. But i got my old laptop checked by their executive. (Photo attached. You can see the =ir executive examining the vaio laptop.) it was approved.

I was assured that they've received my redelivery request & i'll have the product before 11am the next day (Saturday 18th august 2018).
So, the next morning around 9:30 am i get a notification from them that the delivery of my product is delayed due to some issues with logistics team.
I tried calling them, but the logistics number assigned is only valid for one day. So, i called their customer care which is very famous for being "helpful & supportive". They said, they've raised an issue. (I talked to them for over 30 minutes).

Around 11am i received an email from them stating my order was cancelled. I called customer care again, after another 20 minutes i was told, the logistics cancelled my order stating "the customer wasn't interested in the product".

I went to their exchange hub a day before in order to get my order early and their delivery guy says the customer wasn't interested. The customer care tells me to place the order again for inr 89, 900. This sort o[censored]nethical behavior from an e-commerce giant like flipkart.

I tweeted to flipkart as well, no response from twitter as well. I have also attached a screenshot of the email i received from flipkart on saturday morning.

No wonder people have started to prefer amazon over flipkart now.

Desirable resolution:

1. If flipkart is going to refund me then i need to be compensated with the extra amount for the same order's current order price or resend the same product with the same specs to me along with the exchange scheme.

Note: i don't want a refund, i want the product i ordered in the first place at the same price.

    I have odered two puma bacpack but recived only one. As outside the plastic it was written two & i have already paid for two!??? I dont know y so much of trouble flipkart is giving??? Pl solve it as much as possible! I am not at all happy with the service if my complain is not getting solve will be posting it on twitter very soon??? 😡i am pissed off too much so pl dont check my pateinc anymore and get the work done please

      I have purchase a laptop from flipkart. When first time it is come to me it is not working condition. Then i replace it. I think all the life product are faulty.

      I suggest to flipkart do not sell product of i life on flipcart. It will diminish the image of flipkart. And resolve my issue as soon as possible.

        I ordered a honor 9n from flipkart on 10 aug 2018 and the delivery date was 13 aug 2018. On 12 aug they changed the date to 16 aug annd on 13 aug they told me to wait till 21 aug. They are fooling me. I have already paid the amount

I have also mailed to grieverance office of flipkart they also not helped me now they are telling to wait till 21 aug. They are not providing a bad service to the customer as they also dont know my phone status.

          I have raised an replacement issue and returned the product which was not a genuine product sold by flipkart on the same day of delivery of the product. They say that the agent will pick up the return product from me but where is the so called flipkart agent never comes up till now it had already passed more than a week. The order replacement od[protected] the wish master never comes up to pick up the item on the scheduled time. So never waste your time and money with flipkart. Its hopeless product and hopeless services.

When i complain about it they reject my request 9 time after that they received a complaint again. After that they blocked my flipkart account. And i was not able to call flipkart.               I ordered a redmi note 5 pro (Black, 64 gb) from flipkart.com on friday (10 august 2018). The expected delivery date was on 14th august 2018.
              The package arrived at our nearest ekart aluva hub on monday (13 august 2018) but it was misrouted to ekart kanjoor hub due to some mistake. I went to aluva ekart hub to check if there was any issues and they told me they dont have it there and will deliver to me on tuesday (14 thaugust 2018) which was the promised delivery date. But then the tracking of the order shows it was again misrouted between aluva and kanjoor hubs two more times. During this period they never even tried to contact me. I did receive a sms stating delay in the delivery.
              I tried calling their ekart customer care but they always give automated message that all the executives are busy. I tried calling their employee and he took the order id but never returned my calls afterwards or gave me any response.
              I have been speaking to flipkart customer care executives and they always keep saying you will receive it the same day. It is 18th august today and i have not received any informative response from them yet.

              I went to aluva hub again on 15th as it was where the tracking shows my package is currently and saw it was closed due to independence day. But i saw a lot of packages kept out in the rain. I called them again yesterday and they were telling me the same thing they will deliver by 22nd. Its the 2nd time they are postponing the delivery date. The last update of the product was on 14th and i asked them whether its not their responsibility to check with the seller if there hasnt been any update for more than 2 days. When i asked about cancelling the order they told me it would take atleast 8 days for the refund. I have been asking for cancelling the order since 14th, the first promised date of the delivery and they told me they would deliver by 7pm 17th august and be patient. Now i am in a situation if i cancel it it will again take me another week to get the refund atleast and that is a great inconvenience. By the way the logistics handle the package by now it would be damaged and if i receive it and there are any issues then the seller only provides replacement and that may even take longer.

              For the past week everytime i contacted flipkart customer care they would ask me whether to file a complaint and i told them to do so even when i spoke to their senior after a long wait of 10 minutes on hold too i requested to register a complaint. Then the executive i spoke with yesterday told me that they havent registered the complaints till then.

              My complaint is regarding the useless customer support of the flipkart and the irresponsible employees of ekart who are unable to deliver me the package even though they have it near me since 13th of august. I had made an enquiry on 13th so when the product is back there they were supposed to notify me instead they kept misrouting it again.. Atleast they could try to contact me if there is any issue.

              I need the order cancelled if flipkart can assure me a refund in 3 days or less else if i receive a damaged product on 22nd i need a replacement as soon as possible within 3days.

              Please do the needy to solve my issue.

              I went to Aluva eKart Hub (20 August 2018) and found it was affected by the flood and they told me they wont open for another 3 days. I called your useless customer care again and they keep promising me they will deliver it today, tommorow or whatever. Are they dumb? Now I have wasted one week already with this. Now if i cancel the order it will take too long for it to get refunded too. Also if it was at aluva hub the product may be damaged bay now and that is what they will be delivering, if they are ever planing on delivering, on 22nd.

              Also there are no updates from the logistics after 14th.
              Please do something. Arent you responsible for tracking the order atleast on daily basis? I have asked them about cancelling the order since 14th and they keep making fake promises of delivering. And they wont give me any options to contact seller or the logistics.

              Aluva eKart is the worst logistics I have came across till date. The employees are not at all responsible. If they were they would have called me on Monday when they first received the product also I had inquired about it on the same day.

              Please keep the quality of the service you provide.

              Please contact me as soon as possible and find a solution for my issue. Please stop wastiing anymore of my time.

              I have cancelled all my other orders with flipkart and I am never going to buy anything from you. Me my family and friends are never going to buy anything from you anymore !

                  Hi,

                  I placed an order for 2 door wardrobe on flipkart. As mentioned in the delivery conditions, product was expected to be delivered by 13th august (Monday) and installation to be done by 14th august-2018 (Tuesday).
                  Furniture was delivered on time but installation date was postponed from 14 th aug to 18 th aug (Saturday).
                  However, on 18th august i got an update saying installation service date is further postponed to 23rd aug (Thursday).

                  It's really disappointing to see such a pathetic service from flipkart.

                    I have ordered hemt gr097wht b watch for men and is expected to be delivered this tuesday. Earlier i had selected cash on delivery option but later paid through debit card and was told it needed to confirmed by seller but was confirmed by flipkart by later in midnight message was shown that the payment was unsuccessful and had to be redone with cash on delivery option blocked. I had done it and now it shows paid but i have been charged twice for the sum of rs412.00. Kindly return the money asap as i have monthly commitments and i am a regular customer so this is frightening as if this happens one would be very uncomfortable in using cards for payment option. As a proof i have account statewment aswell.

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        Let me fetch your attention that i'd recently purchased a brand new smartphone "asus zenfone max pro m1" worth rs 14999 on 30-july-2018, but unfortunately the phone had some camera, call reception and other major issue due to which i ended up with a new replacement unit of the same model as my phone was under 10 days replacement policy. I received the replacement unit on 6-aug-2018 and now i got 10 days return policy on the same model. But unfortunately when 10 days return policy when ended up, the very next day my phone again started facing camera, call reception and the cellular network data as a major issue. I contacted flipkart they ignored and furthermore they didn't behaved properly as expected. They suggested me some troubleshooting steps but problem still persists and now please help me in getting return.

                          In which the delivery boy refushed to pickup old phone says it is damaged due to there is a scratch in the buttom of phone.

                          When ever in replacement t&c it clearly mainsion that cracks not accaptable.

                          I accept that, but there ia no crack rver.

                          He is confushed btn scratch and crack.

                          The scratch was also so miner.

                          So don't make fool customers with giving replacement offer, please if you not follow your t&c.

                            Hi team,

                            This is the first time i am really worried about "ordering an product in flipkart". I don't know what went wrong with the flipkart team but i had a very bad experience. I have ordered 2 products -
                            Raaga professional de-tan with kojic and milk for radiant skin (500 g) on sun, aug 12th '18 with a total cash of 1656 rps/-
                            The order id is od[protected].

                            Today i got my product delivered to my delivery address that is on fri, aug 17th '18. I paid the total cash through my debit card.

                            Unfortunately when i opened the product i was so shocked to see that there was only one (1) product instead of two (2) products but i have paid the total amount 1656 rps/- through my debit card ending with "7993".

                            Now comes the dangerous part, one fraud with name "rahul kumar" answered my call. When i explained him about my problem, he told that he is going to credit my amount back to my bank account. He started asking about my card details and even he tried to get otp from me.in short this # tried to hack my debit card with a word "we work for flipkart". I was so shocked with this and immediately i have blocked my debit card.

                            Kindly look into this issue as a priority and i want my amount to be refunded back as soon as possible.

                              Good day
                              Please note that i received my vans shoe on 20th may from flipkart and found right foot shoes had some very minor defects and unfortunately i ignored it.
                              After a month i noticed that shoe started tearing off from shoe tongue, exactly below the tag. And now the condition of shoe is unbelievable because the canvas itself starting tearing off in small pieces. I rubbed those pieces on my hand and it turned into powder form.
                              I decided to check the box and found that the shoe was packed in jan 2017 and seems the product was mishandled or being stored in heated area which lead the shoes to torn off just after the use.
                              I tried calling flipkart repeatedly but everytime customer care executive tried to ignore or fool me by stating that i will transfer your call to senior and than they kept on disconnecting.
                              Such a worst experience from flipkart as well as tech connect retail pvt ltd.
                              Please help me to get the replacement of said product.

                              Same reply i had been getting from flipkart Customercare over phone but nobody has responded with any positive resolution except false promises.
                              Its not about 30 days return policy(it says that the product must be unused and stains free. How would someone know about quality/durability of any product without using it), its about warranty of the shoes. I have also checked on other sites/stores as well and found it is suppose to be 90 days.

                              Also note i am not talking about return policy. I am looking for resolution and warranty of the shoes.

                              Please note that no action/ resolution has been provided until after sending so many messages. It seems nothing is going to work out and the cheating policy by ecommerce sites especially Flipkart will remain on win win situation.
                              Because it encourages them if consumer forum support also will not take any severe action against them.

                                I am continously trying to reach you but every time its showing, all the representatives are busy.in 2016 a bought a tv which is on 3years of warranty period but due to some reason its picture tube is not working. We have registered a complaint too with the dealer but everytime the response we are getting is please wait for few days and we will replace it & from then and today its been more than a month but we have not received any proper solution. Which is not only irritating us but also lossing the trust we have on your flipkart. I am so much disappointed with your service. Either provide me solution or i am gonna take futher strict steps against your site.

                                    Hi team,
                                    I had purchased fridge by staying wake up at night 12pm and order as flipkart communicated very good offers will be available at 12am to 2am on 10th september 2018. Actual delivery date 11th, but still didn't receive it.
                                    Please don't order from flipkart with exchange, product will not be reaching you and customer care people will say creating ticket and will resolve in 1week, which never work out in my case atleast.in offers don't choose flipkart for exchange offers.

                                    Please don't call flipkart service centre as they don't get any details and they are in same position as we are regarding product..

AND Given date is delivery by Thursday, Aug 16, 2018. so i very unhappy reagarding your facilities.one complain more regarding the delivere person he blame me .he never call me but say that respose not given by custmer.so please take a action on ekart deliver person who telling lies .he never try to delivere my product and never call .but he mentioned that customer not repose and not attained my call.if not possible than i will go to consumer court because i have pay 10499 rs/.you give some bonos benefit for your late deliver.otherwise cancel my order

                                        I have ordered a Redmi Note 5 Pro mobile on 8-August-2018, and the product is delivered on 11-August-2018. When I opened it I come to know that was a Faulted mobile with Faulty display having a burning dot on screen. So I have kept the replacement request on the same day when I received. They told me that a technician will cone from our aide to check the mobile condition and tells us that whether it can be repaired or should replace. The technician came and checked the product and told the flipkart to accept the replacement. This process is don on 14th August, from 14th they promised me that replacement will be done by Hand by Hand on or before 16th. You can check the picture that I attached. Check the delivery date. But after 16th on 7pm I called the flipkart againa and reported that no pickup is done. They told sorry for delay and the issue will be resolved within 18th August. Now on 17th when I call they are saying that with 21 August it will be solved. What they doing I dont know. And why they are extending time. So I reported them that at any cost Product Replacement / Return should be done on or before 18th or I want compensation of Rs.500 for wasting my time. So please provide me better resolution Sir. You can check in screenshot that what fraud dates they gave me.
