      Today the item delivered to me. When opened the glass heavily cracked and damaged centre portion which can not be used. It seemed they have either sent the damaged one or during transit.

        Please find the attachment of flip-kart invoice copy.
        Invoice number # faaozk[protected]

        Recently i have purchased mobile on flip-kart by using citibank card. The mobile cost is rs:10999 only and i got an offer for citibank card rs:406. Finally bank side debited rs:10593/. This month i have received bill amount rs:1850. This amount emi cost total of rs:10999. You clearly mentioned no cost for emi. Kindly check and solve this issues.

        *please don't say this is bank/merchant issue. Highly disappointed..

          R/s, i have ordered a mobile samsung pro j3 on 28.08.2017 through flipkart and was delivered to me on 30.08.2017 and i start using it from 01.09.2017, 2-3 days i didn't have downloaded anything but when i started playing you tube and games from play store its hanging up and suddenly stop working and get switch off and all it started from 8th sept 2017 then i put out the battery and insert it again then it start working but on 10 its completely off not responding in night then i called customer care of flipkart on 12.09.2017 they told me to check update and then factory reset but still the problem persist, then today morning i complained on 13.09.2017 they are telling the flipkart company policy is only for 10 days, sir this products given me is technically defaulted and they given me but technical failures comes when we use the things if your company do this to me then, how a person will believe such things. Plz sortout the problem and arrange to give me the replacement.

              1. I want to know that when your client taking charge to deliver order to the door at the given address and pin no, then why not they do that?
              2. When you are charging delivery charge who cover risk for return of order due to delivery area not match or any other issues provided by delivery client.

                I bought "moto e4 plus" n got on 5th september. But the product comes with defect that the touch does not work while it is on charging. I lodged complaint against and got the solution but didn't work. Again i lodged the same issue, the second an engineer visited and he cited that this is not an issue, its the manufacture who made the phone like this. So 3rd time i raised the issue stating for the replacement of the product as it covers the replacement policy but they are saying that i can not get the phone replaced even if it under the policy. Is this what you promised to the consumer before buying from the site.
                I just wanna ask why i can not get my phone replaced even if it covers the replacement policy?

                    Dear concern team,

                    I subham chanda, resident of maligaon, baripara near purva namghar had plaaced an order of nikon d3400 dslr in flipkart on 09th of sep 2017' through online via order no - od[protected].

                    On 11th of sep 2017' i had received the placed order on my official address - hdfc bank ltd, ganeshguri branch, dispur, guwahati - 781006 through courier person of e-kart. After opening the parcel i was stunned and surprised to see that camera was missing from the parcel box only lenses and other accessories were seen.

                    Immediately i lodge a complaint via phone through the information of the invoice no - faaagf[protected] which was available above the parcel box.

                    On 12th of sep 2017' i called up to know the status of the complaint no - in[protected] but didn't find and response from them.
                    Thereby i request you all to kindly look into the matter at the earliest with proper justification and solution. If need i will register a fir against flipkart and e-kart.

                    Looking forward for your support and help as state above.

                      I ordered a car as mentioned above and i paid for it by phonepe wallet but the order did not aarive even after eleven days then i went to check the status of the order and i found the order cancelled on its own. The money is still processing. Today 9 days have passed since the order is cancelled ant my money is still not with me. Please, help it out. Its the 5th complaint about flipkart i have got since i am using it.

                              Worst customer service after following up for more than a week, not even a single agent knows the process and everyone promised for a refund and finally someone else called and rejected the request only manufacturing defects will be considered even if its a fake product. Does that make any sense.

                              The product that i received was a complete messup and totally fake. The description that was given on the website was totally irrelevant to the product received. It's a matter of rs.17948 and the product is not even worth for even more than 10k.
                              Products like this really takes down the reputation of flipkart.

                              The next moment we received the product on sep 8th, we raised a return request on the same day. This was on hold for more than 3 days and i was asked to call every 24 hrs to check the status. (Od[protected]
                              I was told that since the return was raised on the same day of delivery, it was on hold and we have to raise a new return request. Not sure what difference it made.
                              The new request raised again has the same case.
                              Why am i bounced back here and there after so much of frustration on the product at the first place.

                              Flipkart is accountable and responsible for all the products that are shown on their website. Then why do you have a return policy.
                              We don't buy products based on the seller/vendor. We buy trusting flipkart.
                              Fake promises by every tech
                              There is no other go to file a case to get this issue resolved if none can help
                              To fix this issue.

                                I order two product on 1 id from flipkart app.
                                And once i got the delivery of the product i was not happy with it so i put return request immediately. Flipkart arrange the delivery, and e-kart logistic courier guy collected both the product on 2nd day of deleivery.
                                Anad from 21st august i am continuously making followup for the same about my refund. And i know flipkart claiming that hair-bliss curler is not returnable item. But what if the product is not working properly as per the commitments by the seller.in that case refund should be initiated.
                                This is really pathetic experience i had with flipkart. I was there customer since long. But due to this no more using flipkart and i will suggest other guys too.

                                And to consumer complaint forum pls take this request on high priority as product is really fake not working properly.

                                  I received lenovo k6 power on june 19, 2017 from flipkart. And from starting it was little slow. But initially i though lenovo phones are little slow in performance like opening app/dailing number/unlocking phone etc.

                                  But eventually i found that lenovo k6 power after 15 days became very slow and for unlocking only through fingerprint it takes 30-40seconds.

                                  The phone is very very slow and keeps on hanging all the time. I have been raising issue with flipkart but they have only once reply. Below is the my email conversation with them.

                                  The good news is that the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. You can get in touch with the brand/authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out in case of any product related issues.

                                  So, basically i am frustrated and depressed that after paying 10000rs for this phone its so slow that i feel either flipkart gave me faulty phone or second hand phone.

                                  I am not suppose to go back and ask lenovo for service. I deserve replacement or refund. Also i want to bring flipkart's lie in notice where they say its a flipkart assured product and done all the product checks.

                                    I purchased redmi note 4 mobile, delivered on 04.09.2017.. My order id : od[protected].. I informed returned order on 06.09.2017.. I am not satisfied with mobile.. So my simple logic is... I not impressed by this mobile.. I dont want this mobile... I am not using this mobile.. I kept in box only.. I planned to buy other mobile... I requested for return this order.. I am having all the box with original accessories.
                                    I dont know what the problem to those people..
                                    What the meaning of 10 days replacement policy..
                                    This is starting journey in the flipkart... If you are not satisfy or solve this problem.. This is a last shopping on your flipkart... Loosing valuable customer..

                                      Fake delivery time promised for an item which i have order for my personal medical use which is diabetes glucose meter... Social Media team is also not concerned and not aware of what is happening here.

                                      Very un-professional service.. just felling cheated and harassed as it is medical instrument i have order and delay in this order is seriously not acceptable. Even the product is not yet dispatched...

                                      Order one Voltas 1 ton 5 Star AC from Flipkart; Flipkart delivered a different model number. I have raised return/refund request for the same but no resolution till date. Flipkart giving frustrating justification that Seller is not accepting return and no picking up the product.
                                      Actually I purchased Lenovo k6 power gold mobile from flipkart in the month of April and just in couple of months it started hanging.. I didn't report that but later in August it's touch pad also stopped functioning..and all the Lenovo galleries too adviced to return it as it was defective.. So plz take action ..
                                      I ordered a Versace Eros 100ml from flipkart, which when received was in a old packing and the in a old bottle.
                                      all things point towards one thing that the product is either refilled or its a first copy.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I have purchased a mobile from flipkart moto e4 plus on 29 august 2017 order id (Od[protected], on the very next day i received the mobile at my home. On the same day i put my mobile on charge and it got over heated badly. Next day again i faced the same issue and this time it was too much heat. Since that day i am afraid of charging my mobile bcz it seems like it will explode. I initiate the return request itself on 31 aug 2017. On the first 6 days nobody tries to call me or contact me. On 6 sep'17, i called on toll free no and discussed the issue again and then only they booked me a technician visit. Next day technician visited my place and that time he was agree with the issue i am facing. He didn't provide me any solution. He charged the mobile for 10 mints and made a report on the basis of that. I asked him twice and thrice to charge the mobile for 20-30 mints bcz i initiate the complain that its getting while charging but he didn't cares. And now, my issue is not solved yet, its still pending and flipkart cancelled my return request. Flipkart is mostly known in the market for there customer oriented service but this time i am not satisfied at all. My phone is totally unused bcz i am afraid of charging. Please do some needful action as earliest as possible. It is not possible to charge the phone in 10 mints everytime. Today i again called toll free no. And the representative told me the issue has been escalated to higher authority. Kindly initiate my return process as earliest as possible. I am so worried after this purchase bcz if i try to give 50% charge or more than that, it seems it may explode.
