Hi,

I had order & delivered of redmi note 4 (Gold, 32 gb) with exchange my lenovo lenovo vibe p1 on expected delivery date 1st sept'17. After 3 hours of delivered. I had received call from pick boy & said that some black spot on screen of exchange mobile and took your exchange product & return the delivered new mobile otherwise my company will charged penalty of three times of exchange price and same will deducted on my salary. The pick boy was follow up continuously and returned to pickboy on 1st sept'17 after discussion with cs executive (Flipkart). The executive was given assurance that the refund will processed before 6th sept'17 to your a/c. Then i was calling after 6th sept'17 & will be refunded on 12th sept'17 & then 14th sept'17. Why the customer will waiting of 15days or more for returning of own money.

Product - redmi note 4 (Gold, 32 gb).

Request you to kindly resolve my issue on top priority & refunding amount on my account.

Hi Team,

I am regularly follow up with CS Team( Flip kart) to refund of Rs.2830/- to my Gift card in Flipkart wallet but i was received msg on 14 Sept'[protected]@ 4.30 P.M that your refund of Rs.2830 has been successfully processed.
There is nothing shown on my gift card wallet. I don't know where is the delay of processed of refunding after got message six days before.

Flipkart team was given commitment to refund of Rs.2830 on 22nd Sept'2017.I have been follow up regularly with team to refund of wallet money since getting of Message on 14th Sept'17. Still i am not received any refund amount to my wallet. If you are not unable process to refunding balance to Wallet. Why are you given mailed & fake message to make foolish to customer. Kindly reply positive mailed & processing of refunding balance amount of Rs.2830/-to my wallet.

    I have purchased the product on 15 august 2017 with 6 months no-cost emi plan.
    Purchase amount is ₹46, 089.
    I contacted flipkart customer care multiple times (More than 10 times) they gave me problem resolve deadline by 7 september 2017 and the rescheduled to 12 sep then again rescheduled to 16 sep.
    Its more than 30 days they still they did not converted my purchase to emi plan. Because of their delay i have to pay extra interest on credit card bill, flipkart is troubling its customers psychologically and financially. So much time is wasted in the unending reschedule and no result games of flipkart.

      Ref:-invoice copy and delivery confirmation for flipkart.com order od[protected].

      This is in regarding of purchase of mobile namely samsung galaxy on max under no cost emi offer and accordingly i made my payment through sbi credit card with selected installment @1878 for 9 months. After payment i received message from sbi credit card on dated 07.09.2017 offering me easy monthly installment with flexi pay emi where under interest rate is higher side. To know the reason i call customer care of sbi credit card where executive told me that flipkart has turned down no cost emi offer.

      2. Sir, kindly clear whether you turn down my request of no cost emi where under my installment was supposed to @1878 for 9 months payable to bank. If yes, then why are you misguided your customer through such offer which can not be fulfilled.

      3. Kindly look into the matter and reply me at the earliest what is the actual reason behind such malpractice, as i always blindly rely on your cart, you may corroborate it.

        I ordered one dream care mattress last month and cancelled immediately since i saw another product with zip in flip kart. I received the ordered product. But still now they have not refunded my cancelled product money. For the past one month i am calling customer care. They gave false transaction i'd. Which i have verified in my bank. Whenever i call customer service is saying it will be resolved by 24 or 48 hours. But no progress. For an amount of 853 rs refund i wasted more than 150 rs for contacting sbi customer care to verify the flip kart transaction i'd given to me. I want my refund.

                I had placed order for mobile back cover for my mobile on 08 sep2016. The quality was very poor and and it was also not fitting my mobile since it was meant for a5 and therefore i requested for return and refund. There is no option for refund in their app, only replacement option. Secondly in reasons no option for poor quality. They are cheating the customers. I am still waiting for reverse pick up and my refund.

                  Most disgusting delivery service ever, the boy calls saying I am coming around 11 am since then I am waiting till 8 pm evening the boy didn't appeared or called again, not just that on Flipkart app it's updated like delivery attempt failed due to no response from customer???(image attached)... I personally spoked to the person and confirmed that yes please I am waiting for you to come home, how impossible this can be??? I had booked this product according to my planned trip where I'll be in other state the next day of the delivery, I called customer care they said we are helpless, they even said it'll get delayed whatever be your(customer's) situation be, how rude is that??? Firstly delayed delivery and full of hindrance service, a big and silly Mistake by yourself and you have audacity to say nothing can be done? Delivery will be delayed no matter what??? This is straight away going to consumer forum, I want a reimbursement or similar for such stressful and disgraceful service. It's not my mistake that I planned my trip according to me, that's my personal life which you Flipkart people are disturbing by such bogus service. I want an acknowledgement with assurance of reimbursement.

                    I have purchase a micromax hand set on 28/08/2017 vide invoice no. Faaaeu[protected]. The phone set are not working from very beginning regarding this i have complain to your coustomar care very next day, but they said they are helpless to replace this. While typing specific buttons are automatically pressing, while opening photos error massage comming. Please find attached photos this problem is happening in sunlight and when mobile heated.

                      i 100times mentioned that i am out of country, in Muscat there is no service here for LE, i contacted LE support in india china and US, i got reply from US support two mail i am attaching here please read carefully.

                      i have only one query i reported about defective product in warrenty period from outside the country here there is no service. Will LE service will repair my phone free of cost once i will reach india.

                      Thanks for your support, following is the observation /reply to your comments.
                      1) Make sure display is clean- I am always keeping my mobile display super clean. And taking care of handset.
                      2)Any screen protector- I am not using any screen protector.
                      3) factory reset- Once I did factory reset, there is no improvement.

                      Once I reach in sunlight within some seconds screen start operating automatically. Also once phone heated at perticular reasion touch is operating. Typing become very difficult.

                      While opening any photo android error is comming . android comment box appears . 100 times I replied that error and sent . But no improvement. Please refer to my photos and videos sent to le.

                      I purchased this handset in india from flipkart.com and brought to Muscat Oman . Where I am working. From past 6 months this problem I am facing. Flipcart and Indian support team not at all responding to complaint. Not even answered any mail.

                      It's humble request please suggest what to do in this case .my warranty getting expire in few days

                          I have purchase "brooklyn blues men's striped casual blue shirt" on dated 01-09-17 from flipkart, order number od[protected] for the amount of rs. 332.00 and received product dated[protected], than i have return this product due to wrong color received on dated 06.09.2017.

                          Therefore, i am yet to receive refund.

                          I have complaint on 06.09.2017 regarding refund issued and flipkart customer executive said that wait upto[protected]. But after till date not received refund amount till date. Today again complaint to flipkart executive regarding refund issue but again said that wait upto 4-5 day.

                          They are giving another time - 2 for wait.

                          Please look into the matter and solve at your end asap.

                                Today the item delivered to me. When opened the glass heavily cracked and damaged centre portion which can not be used. It seemed they have either sent the damaged one or during transit.
                                Now i think i could have not gone for flipkart. I request to arrange to send the proper one from the seller and i will return the same. The address of seller

                                  Please find the attachment of flip-kart invoice copy.

                                  Recently i have purchased mobile on flip-kart by using citibank card. The mobile cost is rs:10999 only and i got an offer for citibank card rs:406. Finally bank side debited rs:10593/. This month i have received bill amount rs:1850. This amount emi cost total of rs:10999. You clearly mentioned no cost for emi. Kindly check and solve this issues.

                                  *please don't say this is bank/merchant issue. Highly disappointed..

                                    R/s, i have ordered a mobile samsung pro j3 on 28.08.2017 through flipkart and was delivered to me on 30.08.2017 and i start using it from 01.09.2017, 2-3 days i didn't have downloaded anything but when i started playing you tube and games from play store its hanging up and suddenly stop working and get switch off and all it started from 8th sept 2017 then i put out the battery and insert it again then it start working but on 10 its completely off not responding in night then i called customer care of flipkart on 12.09.2017 they told me to check update and then factory reset but still the problem persist, then today morning i complained on 13.09.2017 they are telling the flipkart company policy is only for 10 days, sir this products given me is technically defaulted and they given me but technical failures comes when we use the things if your company do this to me then, how a person will believe such things. Plz sortout the problem and arrange to give me the replacement.

                                        When order is reached to nearest hub of your delivery client, suddenly i have recevied update out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch).

                                        1. I want to know that when your client taking charge to deliver order to the door at the given address and pin no, then why not they do that?
                                        2. When you are charging delivery charge who cover risk for return of order due to delivery area not match or any other issues provided by delivery client.
