I am manna mondal. Asansol west bengal. Dear sir i am purchased sansui horizon 1 mobile from flipkart. But 15 days later the mobile was malfunction. So i go to sansui service centre, service centre did not retified the problem and 2 month later the service centre issued a special replacement approved cirtificate. And told me where you purchased the mobile, showing the cirtificate and replace the new one free of cost. So i calling the flipkart customer support site he did not replace and ignore it. I am trying again and again problem is not solved. So should i do. Plz find out my purchased bill & special replacement cirtificate attached. My mobile& email [protected]/[protected]. (Manna.     I have bought a vu 39 inch tv along with 2 years additional warranty on 9 aug 2017 (Order id od[protected]. Payment was done thru credit card and paid in advance. I received the tv on 12 aug 17 but the warranty is still not delivered and status is showing as delay in delivery on flipkart website (Screenshot enclosed as proof). I am following up for the same since one month but don't know why flipkart can't resolve the issue. They are saying order is ok from their end but not providing invoice or serial number of warranty. Jeeves people are saying they haven't receive any order from flipkart and i am stuck in between.

      Flipkart sent sms if return delayed beyond 4th september that i should contact bank and provided me a ref. No for refund.

      I raised complaint with bank and they ascertained that ref. No given was of my transaction of net banking payment to flipkart while placing the order.

      Hence they requested for correct ref. No or arn. No. For the refund as claimed by flipkart that they completed the refund.

      I spoke to their customer support and was told i will get an update. Today i received mail citing the same incorrect reference no. And that the seller refunded the amount. How come then if refund is made, arn. No is not being given by flipkart.

      There was no call back as i tried to contact again. They were not providing the correct ref. No or refund.

      pls note that[protected] is incorrect ref.no for the refund. already registered complaint with bank and they are requesting for arn no or ref.no for the processed refund.

      informed all this to your customer care executive but again you are sending the same wrong info and instructions in mail to contact the bank which is not at all helpful.

        I ordered for a amway shampoo through flipkart my order was for
        Amway satinique 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner - a pack of 2
        Amway satinique hair fall control shampoo - a pack of 2
        What i received from flipkart was just 1 bottle each ie 2 bolltles instead of 4.
        I paid first and when i open the package i was surprised.
        Then i called the customer care and logged a complaint #[protected]. The lady who logged my complaint was ms hemani devan who just did not understand the probelem and made me repat the same issue 10 times. I was on a call with her for 48 mins.
        She said she would get back but.. But did not call back.
        I once again called flipkart and this time it was ms priyanka who heard my complaint again after expaining for 30 mins, said i will receive the product by 07th sep
        I received my product on the 06th, but later the flipkart agent come back saying i have to once again return 2 bottles as you have recieved these by error.
        Then i again call up flipkart and ms pooja answered my call again a conversation for 30 mins which was absolutley waste. She just did not understand the issue.
        This company is full o[censored]nprofessional people who just do not have the basic sense o[censored]nderstanding customer issues and addressing them effectively.
        Finally after a tough fight i get my product for what i have paid and they are mentally harassing me to return it again.

          Flipkart showed that there is delivery in my pin code. So i ordered an item.
          Later the delivery person called me and told he can't deliver to my home and told he can leave the item in some shops near my home or he will return it back to the seller. Why is flipakrt showing there is delivery in my pin code and later not delivering in my address??

            I bought a gryphon room heater.

            ₹6, 278through net banking after received the item i noticed the item is defective as its wires which is supposed to be inside the heater is hanging outside. Also some metal plate is not properly placed. I requested 04 times for replacement but every time after one day of request it is automatically cancelled.
            1st request:2nd sept 1.01pm... Status:cancelled
            2nd request:4th sept 10:46am.. Status:cancelled
            3rd request:4th sept 5:03pm.. Status:cancelled
            4th request:5th sept 11:46am.. Status:cancelled
            Now for this i stopped requsting and contacted through facebook. Everytime i discussed the prob they coping the same message as"we're on it! You can expect an update on this over the phone or via email shortly. Thanks for your patience."
            Now flipkart is already took rs 6278 by giving a defective product. When i bought the product, it is showing 10 days replacement but now they are rejecting this. Please solve the issue as soon as possible because rs 6278 is not a small amount.

              I ordered a set of 3 bottles i. E. Cello h2o fridge bottle. One of that was broken so i placed a replacement request than their wish master from "ekart logistics" came to deliver the bottle but when i said it is a replacement request than he said i can only see a delivery request not a replacement request so he said "i will deliver it within next one or two days", so i said ok, after that he started cancelling the request from his own without calling me or without trying to deliver the product. (If they says that they have tried to call and was not able to reach me that will be a lie coz i have missed call alert service active) than i called flipkart for the first time to inform about the scenario the guy told that in these type of cases we do not take the original item back instead of that we just deliver the new product that is why the guy could only see the delivery request from his end than i said that is ok, please inform the guy same thing and ask to deliver my product but the guy kept on rejecting the delivery and i kept on calling flipkart i talked to three mangers as well first's name was alfred he promised me that my product will be delivered by 30 august but that did not happen than i again called flipkart and requested for a "refund" this time a had a word with tushar he promised that i will have my money back within two business days but also did not happen i again called flipkart the girl said it will take 6 business days for the refund to reflect in my account than i waited for 6 days and checked today it shows "refund complete" on their website (I have also attached the screenshot) than i called flipkart again two times they disconnected my call than third time the said that their service are down please call us back again after 2 hours i called back after 5 minutes and had a word with another manager her name was purvi now what she said was pathetic. According to her the seller has refunded the money on 4 september and it would again take 6 business days to reflect in my account as per my understanding maximum time to reflect the money in the account is two business days still i waited for 6 days now they are asking me to wait more 6 days. I am very disappointed with this type of service.

                      The wall clock that was received was broken as the glass was broken in pieces. We received the parcel on 6th September 2017 as soon as we opened the package we could hear the noise of broken pieces by the time we realised it the delivery man was gone and the package was defective. This is the first time that we received a defective product from Flipkart so we hope that you would kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

                        I had ordered one furniturecraft king size bed on flipkart. Later due to
                        Some issues i found that the bed wouldn't fit into my new flat. I called
                        Flipkart customer care and asked for refund. They reverted back telling me
                        Refund is not possible. Then i requested them to replace the king size bed
                        With the queen size and i don't require the price difference refund.

                        However they didn't at all cooperate with me. Every time i call them, they
                        Tell me your issue is escalated and will be resolved within 1 working day.
                        But then nobody bothers to even call me. Request you to kindly look into
                        The matter with urgency as i didn't expect this type of harassment from
                        Flipkart.

                          Whenever i order a product in flipkart, the delivery is very late and we have to wait impatiently for the product to reach us. Amazon stands first in before the scheduled time delivery.
                          I recently ordered a product - skmei 0090 analog-digital watch - for men on 31st aug. Still i hadn't received. If i had ordered the same in amazon, it would have been delivered two days earlier.

My phone stopped responding touch without any scratch any type of physical damage on 23rd august i submitted the phone 24th august in service center from then i'm waiting for my phone.. I'm facing a lot of issues sir i'm spending tough time without phone. It is difficult to survive without phone company should care of it they takes money for that it is their responsibility

                                  I have ordered one lenovo k6 power gold on 16th august 2017 order id is od[protected] but the phone i received was defective (Charging jack was not working), so i returned that product and after 4 days i received another phone that was also defective (One sim slot is not working). So i call to the flipkart customer care, they says you need to contact with the brand service center for the issue. After that i visited the brand service center which was located at shakarpur laxmi nagar. The service center checked my phone and says that your one sim slot is internally damaged and your product warranty is void. They also provided me the hard copy of that and clearly mentioned that your phone one sim slot is internally damaged. Please help me out for the same and tell me what is my fault in that, this is the manufacturing defect. Please take a serious step and guide me what step i need to take further in that. I request you that please refund my money.

                                    I ordered one electric hot water bag via flipkart with order number od[protected]

                                    I ordered linco electric gel 200ml hot water bag, but the product that i received is some other brands, colour and it looks like as if it was being used for more than a year. The seller who has shipped the product is local hights, 5758/46 ground floor basti harphool sing, sadar baazar delhi-6, new delhi - 110006

                                    Seeing the product i had put a return order. But the person who came for picking the product has denied to take the product back as the product looks old and it is of some different brand's.

                                    After returning back i tried calling flipkart customer care also but failed to reach them. Hence writing this complaint.

                                    Either flipkart should have sellers upon whom they can depend on or they should have a check on the sellers and the products being delivered.

                                      We have cancelled this order in the same order booking time and flipkart cart also accepted in the same time and promise me to get refund amount within 24 hours. But it is still keep in hold and not giving properly response.
                                      I want to resolve this issue urgently and want refund amount into my original payment mode.

                                      Once again we are requested to flipkart to solve my issue urgently and immediate.

                                        Sir,
                                        I ordered a product with id od[protected] from flipkart on 27 august, 2017. The courier service called me on 31st and told me to collect the product from their office. I was unable to go there and two days later i got a message from them saying they are initiating the return of the product. Now i got a mail from flipkart saying the product is delivered while i have not received the same. I want a clarification in this matter at the earliest.

                                        Hello, there has been an issue with my mobile charger.

                                        So, i want a replacement of the charger. The mobile was bought less than a month ago.
