Dear team,
This is very depressing to know from one of your executive mr. Vijay, that if a customer is unhappy with the product because of the size and the charging option, the only option you have is to replace the item, and cannot refund or provide a coupon. I[censored] replace me the product, i will get the same product which i dont want, because i am not satisfied with the product.
The watch is very big for my wrist and the charging option is also dangerous as it may damage the product physically. I had asked the executive that i[censored] cannot give me the refund, provide me with the coupon since i am a regular customer of flipkart. And now, actually it gives a very bad impression that you people cannot help me with the refund.
Kindly take it on priority.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint because product not looks good in her hand. Informed customer as per seller policy we can't take the product back because their is not issue the product which she ordered we delivered the same one. Closing the complaint from our end.
