Dear team,
This is very depressing to know from one of your executive mr. Vijay, that if a customer is unhappy with the product because of the size and the charging option, the only option you have is to replace the item, and cannot refund or provide a coupon. I[censored] replace me the product, i will get the same product which i dont want, because i am not satisfied with the product.
The watch is very big for my wrist and the charging option is also dangerous as it may damage the product physically. I had asked the executive that i[censored] cannot give me the refund, provide me with the coupon since i am a regular customer of flipkart. And now, actually it gives a very bad impression that you people cannot help me with the refund.

Kindly take it on priority.

Customer raised a complaint because product not looks good in her hand. Informed customer as per seller policy we can't take the product back because their is not issue the product which she ordered we delivered the same one. Closing the complaint from our end.

    I had added a vu 114cm (45 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv (45cu119) to my cart but when i went to the page to make the payment, it showed 'out of stock'. Am very diasppointed. Once an item has been added to the cart, i should be able to buy it. Else the option should not be there. This is particularly in the case of flash sales. You should have only given the buy now button. It is not fair at all.

      Description — i had order mi a 1 mobile on 21/09/2017 at 12:01 am from flipkart company (Flipkart.com) for amount 13, 499 rs and the order was also been confirmed from flipkart after receiving the full payment through online payment by sbi on 21/09/2017 at 12:01 pm, and they also confirmed that order will dispatch till 24/09/2017 but after tracking my order on flipkart site (22/09/2017), i came to know that my order was been canceled without any pre - notice/ information.

      Total amount - 13, 499 rs through debit card.

        I have ordered iphone 6 during big billion sale but on the item was not delevered
        As further i called flipkart coustumer care and they told me that order has been displce please order a new one
        Since i have ordered it in sale so its price is rs 19999 which is no longer avilable.
        If i reorder it will cost me 30000.
        Amazon is offering same price at that time but i prefer flipkart was that my mistake?
        I was very disappointed by this kind of false play.

          I would like to lodge a complaint about (Furst 2a, fast charger with cable (1mtr) for samsung galaxy on 7 pro (2016) mobile charger white |stn21904| 10 days replacement gurantee) which i have ordered on dated 16/8/2017. The order no is od[protected].
          I have paid for the product in advance and received the defected product sent by you. When i talked to customer care on the same day of delivery, they assured me to replace the defective product shortly. But till date no one came to change /replace the same.
          I usually do online shopping through your website. But this is very bad experience for me due to defective material sent by you and no one is there to change the product.

              I have cancelled a product (Sony tv 24 inch) by calling the flipkart cc, before the product is being delivered to me. I confirmed with the cc executive that the refund would happen to my bank account within 6 working days.
              On 7th working day when i called the cc, i was told like they dont have any update as the back-end team has not updated any comments regarding the return accept from the delivery vendor.

              Why such big companies are fooling customers and living with their money!!!

                I had ordered a lenovo yoga 510 on the big billion day sale with an exchange offer.

                The delivery boy arrived with the laptop and checked my old laptop, which he confirmed was in working condition and delivered the new laptop. After half an hour he returned and said the laptop was damaged.

                This is really absurd. If you have a exchange offer, do you really expect a new laptop in return?

                And your service team, all they said was sorry. Wow flipkart! Thank you for the service. I will never order anything from you ever again. And stop having offers, which you cannot live up to.

                  I want to imformation you about a product sell by retailnet. Before big billion sale the price a acer predator helios 300 was 99k and 109k respectively for i5 and i7. According to offer the price should be 49k and 59k respectively for i5 and i7. But the price is not this the price for i5 is 64k and 74k. This this how flipkart fool us... If flipkart don't want to sell in this price so why they advertise it.. Please help me.. As in photos follow ed-before big billion sale. And then according to offer price should. And now it's price.. And when i contact the seller. Please help me...

It just written with address. So we need the gst number in the seperate coloumn for all the bills. I attached you our existing bills. Kindly send me the new bills,

                        My flipkart account is associated with my phone number. Whenever I try to login it shows my account is inactive. I have tried to send emails to Flipkart but it all goes into vain. I also have made an order few days ago. Due to this problem I'm not able to get any information about my order status.                               I placed an order for a phone worth inr 9499 on flipkart on 20/09/2017.
                              The payment method was through netbanking.
                              My bank account was debited but the order placement failed.
                              Contacted flipkart customer service multiple time providing the bank transaction code but all that they said is the vendor has not received payment.
                              I would request flipkart to either provide me a refund or deliver the product.

                                    Yesterday i had order a product from flipkart using bajaj finsev costing 17999/- the order did not get placed in flipkart portal but i have received a sms stating that emi's amount is been deducted from my bajaj finsev emi card, with transaction reference number[protected], where as the order has not gone through at flipkart.

                                      I purchased a moto c plus which keeps restarting. Flipkart has refused to replace the item because one technician spends two mins with the phone and sees that it does not restart ignoring the fact that this phone has restarted repeatedly the rest of the day. How can flipkart refuse to replace or refund my money when the request is made within the replacement time. This is cheating customers of their money and forcing them to stay use a defective product. Your customer care people have only kept me on hold for 20 mins 3 times and done nothing. I want my product replaced asap.
