I purchase a product on 22nd july 2017 eros wood engineering tv entertainment unit form flipkart, it was delivered after 10day and was installed on 28th of august 2017 as soon as it was been install, i found lots of scratch, pet stain, back side board was broken and handle missing the person who installed also saw and took picture of all the complaint i have raised immediately the costumer support officer said they i'll arrange for uninstallation and pickup, after that the refund process i'll be done, the uninstallation and packing has been done successfully still the pickup has not been done, if i call to costumer care it says all the costumer care officer are busy at the moment please try after sometime, i don't are trying to do, i want them to arrange for the pickup the product and the earliest refund my money back,
