    Due to your current change in policy. I am facing lot of issues with supplied products. This is second time i m facing issue. I was having issue with mobile phone which i have brought. And second time i bought car cover which is not meeting specification shown during online shopping. And most important it is not suitable for the car which i bought. Even on replacement of this same product i m going to get then what is the use.. Kindly change your policies before loosing father in online shopping...

    By this seller is selling any products. They know any how because of policy we have to accept it.. Once u get the replacement after that u don't have options.

    The customer complaint about car cover is not meeting the specification wants the refund for the same. We had interacted with the customer and offered the replacement and same will get delivered on or before 23/Sep/2017. Hence closing the complaint.

        Details of complaint –

        I have purchased lenovo k6 power from flipkart on 29th august 2017 and the product was delivered on 31st august 2017.

        I was given the phone gift to my mother who took 10 days to start the phone and later she found that the phone is not getting singles. I written an email to flipkart to report the issue on 12th september 2017 and got response from them that they cannot replace my phone because i am 2 days late as per the return policy. They asked me to visit lenovo customer service center to get the issue fixed.

        I visited the lenovo service center and they found that the motherboard of the phone need to replace to fix the issue. Which is a manufacturing defect.

        I am not sure why flipkart or the sailor cannot provide me replacement of the faulty product.

        I want the handset should be replaced by flipkart because the phone had a manufacturing defect.

        The customer complaint about defect in the device. We're sorry to hear that you're facing issue with your Lenovo K6 Power. Since the product was delivered to you on 31st August, it has crossed the seller's 10 day replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your replacement request. As you have already checked with authorized service center request you to service the device from them as product comes with 1 Year for Mobile & 6 Months for Accessories. Hence closing the complaint.

        This is a follow complaint of my previous complaint. As per the flipkart suggestion I have given my phone to service center and got my phone's motherboard replaced. Yesterday I got my phone from service station and today the phone automatically shutdown and not even restarting. I am fed up with this junk and need proper solution for my money. Please suggest me how to sue Flipkart to consumer forum If no body can help me to get my money back.

            I bought lenovo vibe k5 note (Gold, 64 gb) mobile from flipkart, order id: od[protected], order date:[protected], invoice date:[protected].
            For more than a month now, the mobile is giving many problems.
            1. It does not switch on to wlan. So i can not use wifi.
            2. It hangs a lot.

              ​i ordered a mobile phone moto e4 plus from flipkart on 16/08/2017. The product is not supporting volte feature and there is a problem relating to sensors. I called flipkart and they replaced the product and it was delivered on 30/08/2017. But the product is giving the same problem again i. E volte and sensor problem. I contacted flipkart and they asked me to visit the service centre and get the reference code and assured that if the problem is not solved at centre they will grant me refund. I went to the centre and the problem was not solved by them and they provided me the reference code. They assured me that if the service centre will give the code we will grant you the refund but now they are not granting me refund even they are not responding. They are saying that backend team will contact me but no phone call from their side. More than 15 days have been spent but they are giving me excuses that today at this time or tomorrow at this tome we will solve your query. No solution has been provided to mee yet. Kindly help me out and help me in getting my money back

              Appropriate action has been taken with respect to customer issue. customer say he received product Moto E4 Plus (Iron Gray, 32 GB) (3 GB RAM) but he is a damage product so he want to replacement his product and he get replacement product but now he face the same issue regarding this product so he want to again replacement so i inform to customer that pleas go to service center if your issue is not resolved then we are give your replacement or refund and customer agree.Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

              Sir i went to service centre. They said that the issue can't be resolved so they provided me the reference number. Please grant me refund. The problem is not getting solved and i m facing many problems with the phone. Kindly grant me the refund. I ll be thankful to u. Flipkart executives are not even contacting me. They are giving excuses.

              Yesterday they called me but without providing any solution they disconnected the call. I was asking for the solution and they disconnected the call. N after that no call came n no solution has been provided to me. Almost 18-20 days have been passed facing this problem. Plz help me out

              As discussed the matter earlier with you my order if is od[protected].. Flipkart is not providing the solution for refund of the product. As per your conversation with flipkart they contacted me but without providing the solution they disconnected the call when i contacted back that was not reachable.. Infact one time they were talking with each other but didn't talked to me and disconnected the call. Sir its a humble request to u to take strict action against flipkart. They are just giving me excuses and taking a long time. It has been 20 days gone that i have been suffering from the problem.. Please provide me the solution and help me to get my money back. I m in very much trouble as my money has also gone n the phone is also not working. Please ask flipkart to grant me refund at earliest. Reference code is also attached with the complaint. Infact this reference code is also sent to flipkart but they are not granting me the refund. Please help me out.

                Product d jindal shoulder bad order number od[protected] ordered on 4 july 2017 and delivered on 11 july was ordered by [protected] and email [protected]@yahoo.com
                After placing the order for cod i got a message to do the payment before delivery by online banking.
                I did the same. But the delivered product had cod written on it so i was asked by the delivery boy to pay the amount again.
                Thus i paid 144 rs twice. By talking with flipkart customer care again and again. I got no positive response after duration of 2 month also.
                I need the refund of the amount paid twice.

                    I purchase a product on 22nd july 2017 eros wood engineering tv entertainment unit form flipkart, it was delivered after 10day and was installed on 28th of august 2017 as soon as it was been install, i found lots of scratch, pet stain, back side board was broken and handle missing the person who installed also saw and took picture of all the complaint i have raised immediately the costumer support officer said they i'll arrange for uninstallation and pickup, after that the refund process i'll be done, the uninstallation and packing has been done successfully still the pickup has not been done, if i call to costumer care it says all the costumer care officer are busy at the moment please try after sometime, i don't are trying to do, i want them to arrange for the pickup the product and the earliest refund my money back,

                          Very poor service. Received a vu tv and haier washing machine on 11th september but no installation and demo even after 2weeks. It is just unboxed but not installed and i have no idea about its operation. I m not able to use it. I m really disheartened by this. I will ask my friends to boycott flipkart. Not expecting this from e-commerce giant. I will return both the products should there be any further delay.

                            Recently i have bought so many products from flipkart. But did not know they treat their customers in such a bad way. Not only bad it's pathetic. Worst customer service rather i say. I booked a phone cover with wrong colour basically i didn't understand when i saw it on website. So after got the product i placed a replacement request to get an another one with right colour. Not only that i called customer care & spoke to an executive to confirm it and he confirmed the same to me after putting me in hold for a long time. Whatever i was quiet satisfied. Than the original picture came. I got notifications about my replacement product delivery and i found that the same colour is coming to me again. So again i contacted customer care and now the executive talked to me was too much unprofessional. First of all i got to know the previous executive has given me a wrong commitment or miss commitment, which is not possible as per the policy. Than naturally i got bit angry and demanding my problem to be resolved. During that time this executive suddenly started speaking in english with foreign accent without my concern however he had started this call with hindi. It was like let's try some english and customer will disconnect the call by feeling uncomfortable or having less knowledge of english. Whatever, i was not satisfied in anyway by this executive due to his unprofessional behaviour so i told him to transfer the call to senior. Now the one more unprofessional guy came into picture. He tried to teach me all policies and all but was not able to give the answer, why i was miss committed by a previous executive and not even tried to solve or understand my issue at least for once. Just repeating the same word sorry again and again. I think company should be sorry for those executives. Flipkart is committing so many things here and there, announcing big billion day and all but not able to solve a very simple problem of customer. Every executive of flipkart is rude and unprofessional. They don't know how to speak with customer, how to respect their emotions. If this is the way to provide service than i must say i did a big mistake to deal with flipkart and i will never try to buy anything from flipkart ever. My account id is bose85.                                 This is to inform that i placed 2order for redmi gold 32gb on 14sept. But one order was cancelled on same date of ending order i'd with 70000. I was expecting for the delivery of 2nd order. Meanwhile on 16th i seen for the cancellation of the 2nd order, which was not done from my side. For that i did not receive any sms.

                                Please see that how the booking of red mi4a booking date 14/09 order i'd[protected] had been cancelled on delivery date16/09. When i contacted on customer care he told that this cancellation has done from me. But this was not true. I think some people from your company are not delivering but selling them directly in the market. As it is available in the market at higher cost. I request you to please see this.

                                  I booked a woodness steel book shelf by paying Rs.14000 on 31 aug '17. The product was scheduled for shipping on 7th september and delivery on 14th september. But it was not even shipped by 14 september. Wen i called customer care, i was told that the item has been shipped and the tracking system was dysfunctional coz of which it was not showing shipping date. On 15th the tracking system showed that the item was shipped on 15th at 2 pm. I monitored the tracking and found that the item did not move from the chennai hub by the 8 pm of 16th september. I again called on 16 and I was told that their back end of will call by 21 sept to inform me when the item will be delivered. Apparently the delivery cannot be expected even 7 days after the original delivery date. Since flipkary was non committal towards the delivery, i asked to cancel the order. I was told order cannot be cancelled since the item has been shipped. It seems that flipkart in collusion with the seller showed shipping of the order wen i complaines so that I could not cancel the order. However, if the item been actually shipped, it the tracking system would have showed the moment of the item and the deliver date. Please get the item delivered and installed by 5 days from today or get my rs.14500 refunded.

                                    Sunject: mislead, wrong order and rude customer service

                                    I am rajeev kumar. I ordered koloredge mobile battery from you guys and today when i recieved the order it was a tempered glass, which was sent to me by you (flipcart) guys. I am so dissapointed and when i called to report to this to custmer service first they are very rude and not forwarding my complaint and they told me my product is out of stock. I mean how the hell did i get my order confirmed and when its confirmed how it can be out of stock. Does this kind of reputation flipcart have or want to make to the customers. A total lie no trust on service and product. And secondly They are offering me money back but i dont need money back all i need is the product i ordered . I am enclosing a screen shot of my order along with order no. And hope you guys can help me this cause this is very dissappointment from a reputated company and i have also made a complaint at consumer court for you ref i am providing you with ref no.4304512.

We had interacted with the customer, and offered the refund for the same, but customer denied for refund and asking to replaced the product. Explained we will be not able to replaced due to product is out of stock. Hence closing the case.

                                      Dear sir I ordered adza shoes through Flipkart and paid my transaction through SBI (564 rs). After payment I pressed back button. So I couldn't receive the order. I taken the screenshot of the transaction.now I want to know whether my order is placed or not. Amount has been taken from my account. But in Flipkart account it didn't show any order and also I didn't received any message regarding the order. Please help me

                                        I had ordered Ks chairs Leatherette Office Arm Chair - OD[protected] on 26th August, 2017 on Flipkart and it was delivered to me on 28th August. However a third party Jeeves was tasked with its Installation. The company executive from Jeeves informed us that the product was defective due to hardware and thus we immediately requested Flipkart for its replacement on the very same day, i.e 28th August 2017.

                                        However our request was repeatedly ignored by Flipkart and Jeeves Company forcing me to file another complain only after which the technician visit required for its replacement took place on 9th September 2017.

                                        On 12th September I received a new replaced chair. However when the Installation executive this time from another company, Timesaverz came on 16th September; he too informed that the chair, was defective, once again due to the same hardware issue.

                                        This service by Flipkart is pathetic. Not only have we already paid the money for the chair(Rs. 6, 949) and still not received our services, we received a defective piece, twice. Our calls and complaints are ignored. As a student I require this chair urgently and this pathetic service is disheartening and demoralising me. My valuable time is wasted.

                                        I do not wish to enter into this mess of replacement again. Instead I demand a complete refund of my money and an apology letter from Flipkart. I hope appropriate action is taken for this harassment that I have suffered.
