I cancelled the tv with extended warranty on 20 sept, 2017. I got tv (Rs13999) refund with didn't got extended warranty (1313) refund. I called customer care about the same. They raised the issue to backend team. But still doesn't got the refund.

    Hello team,

    This is regarding my refund, i want to highlight the issue as i received wrong model of hard disk so i returned it & in replacement again flipkart provided me the same product. So i raised request for refund on 6 sep 2017 & returned the product on 8th sep.
    As per flipkart policy i should expect my refund by next 3 business working day but story is completely different as i didn't receive yet (24 sep 2017).
    I called flipkart customer care many times but every time flipkart executives provided me wrong information & fake promises like you will get your refund by 15th of sep 2017 then on 16th sep i received an email in which they have mentioned please provide us your bank details which is completely irrelevant because i already bought harddisk on credit card. So one of flipkart executive only told me that if you do cod that time only flipkart team asks for bank details. Still i replied to that email with my bank details & game of cheats & fake promises have been started.
    Executive provided me another date which is 18th sep 2017 but i didn't received my refund.
    Again i called them they provided me resolution date 22nd sep 2017 but issue was not resolved. I received another mail on 22nd sep 2017 in which flipkart team asking for another 24 hrs. They have given me deadline of 23rd sep 2017 by 9:00 pm but issue didn't resolve.
    So today i called them again & asked executive whose name amit kumar he told me that your refund is cancelled as you are happy with your product. But as i mentioned earlier only i returned product on 8th sep.
    So i am really helpless now please help me to get my money rs. 2499/- back.

        Flipkart cancelled my order even though i have not requested for the cancellation, my order id is od[protected] items) i have ordered one mobile (Cost:9, 999) and two memory cards (Cost-1589).

        I've been so disappointed from flipkart service this time. I have tried to contact them many time but there customer care number does not worked,

        I have booked my order on 17 sept 2017 and after 7 days you canceled my order without giving any reason. You people wasted our time and hold my money for 7 days. At least show some curtesy and inform if you have any issues while making deliveries of orders.

            I ordered mi a1 and payed through sbi debit card and it show processing after 1 minute it shows technical issues and order was not successful and the i choose cod. But my money got deducted from my account. I call flipkart customer care they said they did not receive the payment and said that money will be back within 8 hours but it didn't come.               This is really frustrating that no one acknowledging order status and when ask to transfer to supervisor keeping on long hold they disconnect the call intentionally.
              I have ordered multiple products from flipkart and being a permanent buyer i have not been provided good service. Everytime i have to make multiple calls to customer care where no response is given and fake apologize. I need someone from higher department to acknowledge else this mail will go to directly either ceo of director of flipkart that will destroy the reputation of flipkart in the market. Its upto you now.

                        They are selling fake products for sure. I received a laptop and it has a faulty software from inside. They advertised it as intel windows 7 and it turned out to be something else. What bloody #!

                        It wasnt working and was responding so slowly. It is a bloody new laptop, how can it not work at all. Flipkart's big sale is all just a sale about china products that they sell for more money

                        Online Sale = Cheap/duplicate/very old/outdated product. This is a standard equation these days.
                        I bought a 2 GB RAM claimed as new for just 600 Rs to find that it was manufactured in 2009 and sold in 2017.

                              I ordered a nokia 3 (Matte black, 16gb) with order number od[protected]Price rs. 10179/-) on 22nd august, which was delivered to me on 29th august, 17 and was billed and shipped at the name of mr. Santi ranjan baidya (Invoice attached).

                              I was happy with the phone initially, but then i started to encounter some serious issues with the working of the phone:

                              1. The back button selects automatically multiple times and all apps completely shut down suddenly.
                              2. Phone gets switched off automatically and it takes a long time to get it switched on again. Multiple pressing of the start button is required.
                              3. The digital clock vanishes suddenly and the screen becomes absurd and not-clickable.
                              4. Slow working and hanging.

                              With these issues in less than a month, i don't think so, i got a good quality product from your side. I know the 10 days replacement time is over but, the nokia warranty of the phone is still there. So, i should definitely get a replacement of my phone.

                                i bought a camera from flipkart and they got me deliverd on 29/08/2017. when i opened it i found that the stone in it and got his bag. then i called the customer care on flipkart on raised the compalint. they give me time on september 10.i have called him 30 to 35 times so far and now he tells me that we have given you a product and we can not do anything.i am very troubled by him, you help me. flipkart not return the money not gave me the procuct

                                It has been more than 21 days since I placed the order. I haven't received my product. Despite calling customer care multiple times, one noble Flipkart customer care representative suggested me to cancel the original order and re-order it higher price. This is how they do business? Whenever I call customer care they give deadlines which they can't keep and everytime come up with the same excuses. I really doubt whether they can resolve any customer issues at all..I should have bought the same product from Amazon. I did a mistake buying it from Flipkart. My order "OD[protected]"

                                  I orderd the following item approx one month back but got the defected piece. I gave the replacement request but after some days i received a mail that we are unable to deliver your product so we are cancelling the request. Again a gave a fresh request for replacement but its been more than a month and i have not received any mail, message or phone from flipcart regarding my replacement.                                     I had purchased whirlpool 7kg full automatic washing machine on 23 rd august 2017 (Order id od[protected] which was delivered on 13th september 2017. The product was found to be completely damaged. I had filed a return request on 13th september and the technician visited on 13th itself and reported about the damage and also informed us that the same will be picked up by the courier partner. But now flipkart is denying the refund and giving all nonsense excuse that the same will not be returned. But on discussing the matter with customer care executive, we were informed that our product will be picked up for sure on or before 22nd september and the refund will be initiated thereafter. I have the call recording of the conversation with the executive. But now flipkart's back end officers are refusing to take return and are telling us that their executive gave us the wrong information and that they were sorry and couldn't do anything. They are denying their own customer care executive's words. I have also the invoice copy of product where it is clearly written about the return policy and not the replacement policy.
                                    Now flipkart is emphasising to take replacement of the product which they will decide whether or not will be done.
                                    They are fooling people and doing fraud.

                                    I want full refund of the product and not replacement or else i will approach consumer forum

At the time of placing exchange i put my old laptop serial no which is accepted by flipkart for exchange and order placed successfully but today at the time of delivery wishmaster (Courier boy) refused to accept my laptop saying that serial no did not match so i called fliokart customer care and asked them the reason and problem they said serial no provided by you at the time of placing order is exact can you crosscheck so we crosscheck that which is correct but not accepting in whishmaster's machine.

                                      Now flipkart customer care is not providing any solution and they said you that after cancelling your order you have to reorder again which is not possible because now offer is expired also i missed the same offer was available on amazon.

                                      This shows flipkart service and support is too bad, plz help me
