I had ordered a inventure retail turtle night sky star projector night night lamp (25 cm, blue) order number [protected] on september 3 rd

On 9th september some eye wear glases, called customer care and they told me they would pick the wrong consignment and return my cash.

• no action from flipkart, i called again on 14th september.

• on 18th evening a person from e kart came and collected the packet

• on 19th i get a message that the packet will be collected today, i called flipkart and told yesterday it was already collected.

On 19th evening i get a message telling that pick up has been cancelled as i decided to keep the product and when i checked the app, its says refund cancelled.

A wrong product was delivered, and then later collected. After collecting the product flipkart sends me a message informing me i have decided to keep the product so no refund would be give.

This is fraud.

I was assured that issue will be solved in 48 hrs, but no progress. The name Flipkart person who had collected the package from my house is Nerul. Please process my refund at the earliest.

    I haven't got SBI card 10% instant discount even I fulfilled all the terms and conditions. I ordered lake products cost around 1700 and paid through SBI debit card but didn't got 10% cashback.i t was clearly mentioned that I can use the offer with phone or offer and I got phone or cash back but for got sbi 10% cashback.

But i am surprised to inform u that today morning i received a message as well as shown in flipkart "my order" that the above product has been delivered in 19th sept. But till now i din't received my above product. This type of miscommunication i din't expect from flipkart.in future i will have to think before keeping in touch with flipkart.

      We have interacted with the customer and customer has confirmed the replacement product has been delivered. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
      I ordered a book which was not good enough when i got it, so i returned it and got refund on my flipkart app on phonepe. The app doesn't open Phonpe and moreover without any withdrawl to my phone pay account i lost my money Rs.125. How do i get my money back ?

        I have purchased a moto c plus mobile phone on 16th september 2017 and got the item on 18th september 2017. But i found that the item was defective. I requested for a return but flipkart is not returning the product and they are saying that the item will be replaced with another same item. But this will not be returned. Please help. They are harrassing me by giving me dates after dates. They are saying they will not refund me.

        They scheduled a technician visit date on 24th. But I why do I have to go though a tech visit when I simply want to return the product? You sold a defective product and you should return or, replace it instantly. Why tech visit? Please refund my money back

                I bought this mobile from flipkart and it stopped working after 1 month, it has been sent to service center and service center personal were unable to repair it so they issued a special replacement certificate (Doa certificate) informing us that they have done with their part and now we have to contact the seller from which i bought the mobile.
                Regarding this i have been following with flipkart for last 1 month and provide them all the necessary documents which they asked but still have not got any satisfactory response from them. Each and every time they send email that they are escalating the issue but no help.

                The flipkart has denied the replacement telling that their technician found the mobile damaged but it was the service center who damaged the screen while trying to repair it. The phone was dead but it good condition when we hand over it to service center person.
                When checked with service center they told that they can replace the screen and we have to raise again the concern with flipkart for replacement but flipkart is not behaving professionally.
                I am the customer who is suffering for last 2-3 months due to that faulty mobile phone without having any fault.
                If you are not considering it then be ready to meet at consumer court this time as i have enough of your excuses.

                  I need a valid reason for it from your side as soon as possible.

                    That i have booked a mixture juicer and grinder model no billion mg101500 - manufactured by under name and style billion on dated 30.08.2017 at 10.43.48 hrs and my order id od[protected] amounting of rs.1599/-and the said booked product delivered at my address on dated 31.08.2017.
                    After receiving the same i opened the product box and found small jar cap of the said product not given in packed box. After that as per delivery person 's guidance i contact with the flipkart customer care after 8 hrs and register a complain and assured me that they will resolve my complaint and within 24 hrs some one collect the delivered dispute product from my registered address which is with in your legal policy and terms & condtion.
                    After long waiting again on 08.08.17 i put return order from my mobile apps. And one return acceptance sms comes to me and they assured me that some one contact me with hour but i have passed 12days of return option application no one comes to me from return or replace the item or never pay heed upon my problem nor they replace my item and not given any response in this regard.. I am feed up now. Kindly do the need full or i will take take legal action against you.

On september 14, 2017 i placed an order of redmi 4a (3gb, 32gb) mobile from your site for my friend which was expected to receive by september 16 but your company first delayed this order and promise me to deliver this order before september 21. As i was waiting it for 3 days but today when i open the application i found my order was cancelled with no reason. As this product is for my friend. Due to your inconvenience i am feeling insulted among my friends and also mentally harassed by your company for such false promises. So i requested you to deliver my product as soon as possible and also compensate as i am feeling cheated by your company. If you are not interested in this matter i have no other option but to file a case against your company in consumer court.

                          I ordered a tv from flipkart (Cod)
                          I got the tv,
                          After 4-5 days my tv was not turning on!
                          I called for replacement...
                          A guy arrived next day and confirmed my problem and repacked the tv...
                          Then
                          After almost 7-8 days
                          New tv arrived... And then i told delivery guy to open the box and when he opened the box, the tv is damaged (Display broken)
                          So they told me to keep the old tv and call costomer care again for replacement...
                          So i called them and told that the replacement order was a damage peice...
                          They told me to wait 2 days...
                          Then after a week i called again,
                          They told me to wait for 2 days we'll be back to you sir...
                          And today its been almost a month
                          I call them every day but the answer is same
                          To wait for 48 hours...!!!
                          - i am not begging for tv!!!
                          I paid 40k for that!!

                                I had recently deactivated my flipkart account, now i want to reactivate... The flipkart app tells me to contact customer support. If i try to create a new account, it says that account is deactivated, contact customer support to reactivate it.                                   I purchased redmi note 4 from flip kart. My phone is keep hanging and at the same time it's getting abnormal heat. I called customer care and explained this issue.. They provided some troubleshooting steps which did not helped me at all for issue fix. Without letting me know they canceled my ticket and mentioned it's resolved.

                                    Dear sir / mem,

                                    I had placed a order from flipkart.com for a phone micromax vdeo 1
                                    (Champange, 8 gb) on tuesday 12/09/2017 and cancelled it on wednesday at 1 pm.

                                    Now phone has reached my home town even though i had made cancellation and got confirmation on the same from flipkart that your refund shall be deposit within 6 working days.

                                    Now when i am request them to return they are saying product not be return and making all sort of lame excuse.

                                    My grievances is when i have cancelled product and received a a confirmation how can any one send me product without my consent and another why flipkart is not taking ownership for its mistakes.

                                    If even though i had cancelled the order i have received phone today which is big fault on your behalf and speaking with your representative he has said order cannot be cancelled now my concern is why should i suffer because of your negligence...                                     I requested for refunding the amount on ridhaniyaa tempered glass guard for mi redmi note 4. few time later i get an sms on accepting my demands. the massage says that courier executive will be picking up the product on sat, 14 Oct 2017, but today i get another massage on the cancellation of the product. it happened with out my consent. the product was extremely poor in quality, it is not fully covered my phone.

                                    another funny thing was the product that i received extremely different from what i ordered. order no.OD[protected]. several times i contacted with your customer care executives. i wasted my valuable time for solving this problem but it can't be resolve till now...

                                      Have tried to place an order on 7th sept, 2017, the order got successful and the amount was successfully paid but i didn't get any message regarding the order confirmation nor i could find it under order details. When enquired about the same they said that transaction got failed from phonepe (Another looser company), and i need to contact them.

                                      When i tried to contact phonepe, they said it was successful from their end and for further details and resolution i need to wait for 72 hrs. Then after 10 days i got a callback from flipkart and they ask me to wait for another 72 hrs. Now it has been 12 days and there is no response from any company... These are planning to launch their much hyped sale from 24 sep, which is a flop if they can't entertain transactions in normal days, how can they handle such big number o[censored]sers. And now i am unable to even contact them either via phone or email as they don't bother to reply.
                                      Now since i am left with no choice but to raise a complaint here. Hope they resolve the issue and refund my money.

                                        ...?? I have requested return for two 599 products, courier partner had taken the both in single package but refunded for only one. I'm waiting for the other 599 product refund.

                                        I have been following for refund of 599 from since last month. And it is 8th time request for the same is taken and closed without proper reason.

                                        Issue was escalated several times, backend team called me and told initated the process and will be refunding amount in 8 working days but when i see in app it got cancelled without my notice. How long this will continue? Whenever i call to customer care they will take a request rather providing resolution. Please update your process and make the things easier.

                                        I need resolution to be provided at earliest.
