I ordered a combo of two deodrants from flipkart and i got the delivery before the time but i am not satisfied with the product delivered to me. Both the bottles of deodrants are half empty. I think the liquid inside both the bottles have been leaked out and the lid of one of the deodrant bottles is not working at all. The spray is not coming out of the bottle.
So i request you to please replace my order as soon as possible.

      With ref. To the subject order id i have placed the order on 13.09.17 and on the same day the order was cancelled without my knowledge and till now i haven't received the amount in my credit card.

      I would like to order the same product with the same offers that was there when i placed order on 13.09.17.in the order i have selected "1. Vivo v7+ and 2. Buy back guarantee" and the the total amount i paid is rs. 14, 199/-. The want the product in the same price.

      As per the previous discussion with Flipkart Consultant, He has promised that after 10 days replacement police the balance amount of Rs. 2880/- will be credited to my Flipkart wallet. i sent reply to the mail which i receive after the discussion but delivered failed. This is ridiculous.

      Kindly check and credit the amount of Rs. 2880/- to my Flipkart wallet account.

          I have seen so many pending complaints on the home page, so i dont know how far my application will go, but i want to keep the complaint as i have suffered alot due to flipkart.

          Two times i have ordered whirlpool washing machine and paid in advance to flipkart in exchange of my old machine but i have not received my machine till date.

          First time they said, they want to take 6kg machine in exchange of 6kgs machine as if they are doing bartar system.

          Second time they said the same thing adding one more point that they will not take old machine if it has scratches as it will be considered as damage.

          I have ordered the product by reading all the conditions mentioned on their website still these people denied their duties.

          I have wasted my time and money both on this order i want make sure that in future no other person should get victimized due to their negligence and careless attitude.

          I have called so many times to them and after taking assurance from the flipkart i have booked the product.

          Strict action is required on the same

            I have listed product bulk file in and its not even approved after 12 days and still counting.

            2. I have listed some single product they listed well and i got or Order for the same. but all are return to due to flipkart system.

            1. Return due to scan and all technical issue .
            2. Return customer said not fit to my laptop( How is that possible if you buying battery for proper model Battery).
            3. Customer said i have placed buy mistake.

            I have received above 3 order only and Return same due to above reason.

            Flipkart is Very BAD COMPANY. I THINK Thay Placed Fraud Order to GET Commission and SHIPPING Charges. THEY are Running their Shipping Company Under the Flipkart.

              I ordered lenovo k8 plus mobile on 07/09/2017 12pm with 'IndiFlashMart' seller with COD option. i got the product on 08/09/2017 11am through blue dart couriers.
              when i started the mobile, i came to know that the display of the mobile was defective. the display is blinking (fluctuating) constantly. i restarted the mobile, but there is no change, mobile display keeps blinking. then i contacted flipkart customer care, they asked me to request for replacement. hence i requested for a replacement on 09/09/2017. flipkart called me on 10/09/2017 for the replacement verification and they verified and accepted my replacement request. then i got the mail. "Your return request has been accepted!
              Please courier the item to the address listed. The replacement will be sent to your address once the original item reaches the warehouse.

              then i packed the mobile as per they mailed me. i tried to courier the mobile by bluedart couriers but they asked 3000Rs as courier charge.
              then i contacted flipkart again, they asked me to send the courier on some other courier services.

              i shipped the mobile with order id and return id via DTDC courier service on 11/09/2017. i paid 490Rs for the courier.
              then i sent the tracking id of the courier and scanned copy of courier receipt for the refund to [protected]@flipkart.com.

              on 12/09/2017, my package reached the KACHERAKANAHALLI bangalore warehouse. but they rejected my product.then i called the flipkart, but they said me to send again.

              on 13/09/2017, i asked my courier service to reattempt for delivery, but the same problem happened, they refused it again.

              on 14/09/2017, i asked the courier service to hold the package for reattempt. and i called the flipkart today again, but my problem still not resolved .

                  Hello consumer forum,

                  This is in regards to the microwave oven I purchased from the flipkart some 1 year back as a flipkart assured product which has got 2 years of warranty supported by Jeeves (flipkart supported company)

                  They checked the issue and said that the part needs to be replaced. Flipkart contacted me and said that part cannot be replaced and for refund I need to produce box of product.

                  I produced the invoice of the product but they said that they need box. How can I produced 1 year old box, invoice is the proof I have.

                  They are not co-ordinating with the pelonis company but they want box from me which is ridiculous.

                  I said I don't want refund then, as per warranty this should be repaired but they are denying that as well. I need this forum help to sort out this issue.

                    With due respect i let you know that i have purchased YOUTHEN SOLID POLO Order id is OD[protected] dated 14/08/2017 and due to size its has been returned on 18/08/2017 after complaining it into the customer care.
                    In the refund process of INR 564 /-wrongly credited into the wallet inspite of bank account which is already updated and before it we have cancel or refund product and get the money in our bank account and for this we are happy to deal with your concern.
                    But this time they have wrongly do this and they have take the appology for this and they confirm that the amount can be transferred to my bank account but we didnt do this.Next day one customer care executive told that its cant be transferred and i have misguided.At last your customer care executive said that it cant be done and I have to download the "phonepay" and after downloading this I am unable to transferred the money in my bank account for this i have already complain.
                    Today when.i am going to buy some product and want to debit my wallet account and its seems that my wallet balance is" 0" and i have informed your customer care and they also confirm it that there is no amount in my wallet. But i have not use it any how.
                    Now my question is. is it my fault?If your company wrongly do something from its own to my amount into my wallet without asking my besides my bank account how i will suffer?
                    Please do the needful for solve the problem at the earliest.

                        Dear sir,
                        My registered mobile number is [protected]. I ordered hp core i3 6th gen laptop having price of 36068 rupees, (Od[protected] but i received it in damaged condition. So, i requested refund of my money on 29th aug within dates. Refund was accepted, and pick up by 4th sept. After 1 hour, pick service men came and told that they didnt received any authorised mail to pick up damaged product. So they returned.
                        Then, i called your executives, they told me to cancel this request and raise new one. So, i raised new request on 6th sept, it was again accepted, refund accepted by technician but didn't pick up laptop.
                        Got same problem, so i called your executive once again, he once again told me same to raise the rafund request.
                        And 3rd time i raised the request on 11th sept, got accepted, refund aprroved by technician but didn't pick up.
                        Got cancelled automatically, so i called your executive and 4th time i raised refund request on 14th sept.
                        Can you tell me how many times should i have to do this bull #?

                          I rajesh kumar, 4th floor 1/19, cgs colony, sector-7, antop hill mumbai, mob no. [protected] have bought net protector antivirus online through online from flikart order id-od[protected]
                          Invoice no-faawjw[protected] dtd. 09.09.2017 delivered on 14.09.2017.
                          When i opened the flipkart seal it is found that the seal of the net protecor was opened and the key number was also scratched. When enquired to the net protector office about the genuineness of the key it is informed that the key was fake. This is a fraudulent activity done by flipkart and it cause unnecessary harassment to me.

                                I ordered a samsung galaxy on nxt phone on flipkart. The phone had hanging, battery drain and network issues. So i requested for replacement of samsung galaxy on nxt phone within the stipulated time. Flipkart arranged for tech visit to figure out the problem. Technician came and he just reset the phone. The problem still persist. The technician said you may face the hanging and network issues because of phone motherboard issues;if you face that issue after reset please complain again to flipkart. But flipkart updated the complaint status as phone is working fine. But when i again register a complaint, they didn't take my complaint. I complained them twice after tech visit, but they didn't even bother and both times senior people from flipkart said that now replacement time has gone. So no replacement will be done. I believe flipkart did this intentionally. Also after registering the complaint i have to call flipkart everytime to check the status. They are not even worried and also they didn't respond properly. Also whne i told them i will complaint against flipkart, they said you can do whatever you want. I wasted all my time, energy and money for no use. Please take my complaint against flipkart and give right justice.

                                  I made a order on flipkart.com for a xiaomi mi a1 mobile worth rs.14999/- on sep 12th. But today (14th) but order was cancelled by flipkart without any initiation from me. I called customer care to enquire but the have no reason to why the order was cancelled. They are asking me to order it again. This product is hard to order as it is sold as a flash sale model. The order was paid through credit card and approved with a delivery date of 21st september.

Have ordered for.22/5.5mm caliber airgun but received another caliber air gun i have applied for replacement nd my replacement is cancelled for nearly 6 times and i have already filed a complaint against flipkart and that was closed as flipkart answers was wait till promosed date and we will pic up that product and replace new one they are cheating me by cancelled my order and their customer care excutive is aslo not giving proper answer for canceling my replacement

                                      I order epson ink for my printer (Epson l365). After the flipkart delivery i use this ink in my printer. After one or two days my printer gives me very low quality print, actually the black ink is not black. Its come out with light gray and faded. I thought that may be its printer problem so i clean the nozzle or head cleaning but its not working for me, after few days i call service center of epson printer. They came and check the printer they said the ink is fake or poor quality ink, i said i am using epson printer ink from flipkart, they said this is fake product or duplicate. They also test ink and give me report of ink. I call flipkart customer care but they said there is no return policy for this. Due to poor quality or duplicate ink it damage printer head also. I use ink from flipkart twice and previous ink also fake, they tested previous bottles and ink. I want my all money back..

                                        Almost i called to flipkart customer care no 30 to 40 times. Flipkart don't have the proper data base, every time i need explain my problem again and again. They are simply creating one replacement ticket and they cancelled it themselves. Everyday i am spending one hour to solve this issue.

                                        I bought the 10 or more products in flipkart and this is my worst experience in this past purchase.

                                        Every executive give solution based them own experience and flipkart people going to pay for it soon.
