I have bought a power bank on 22nd may, 2017. After 4 months nearly it stopped working properly. My mobile's battery is draining when i am trying to charge with it. I have informed flipkart regarding this and also there is no service in my area. They have given several numbers which doesn't work and said that they are not responsible for that product and updated that issue resolved.

I would just like to ask only one question if they are not responsible for products which were sold on their own website then who were responsible? I hadn't found answer anywhere for such a behaviour of customer service executives..

Several Numbers are provided regarding brand and service centre but none of them are working... when notified to flipkart regarding this they are postponing but issue was not resolved yet... my product warranty completes in 2-3 months then no one will take care

    Worst experience from flipkart. I am a regular customer of flipkart and used love it but recently i order sweing machine for gifting purpose on 2nd feb, delivery expected by 3rd feb and it was on offer. After the order i have received mail n sms communication for pre delivery for shipping n all. Evening flipkart cancelled my by saying, due to technical error price was listed wrong so we cancelled your order you will get it refund by 13th feb, which really disappointed me bcz i wanted gift on birthday occasion. But in the invoice they clearly mentioned mentioned about the offer and customer service really worst from flipkart. They promised they will provide 350/- as gift voucher with in 72hrs i haven't received the voucher also. I never believe flipkart anymore never refer to anyone... Cheater flipkart. Below mail from flipkart hi ashwini a, we are sorry to let you know that your order od[protected] for usha allure electric sewing machine has been cancelled by the seller, as they had listed the price incorrectly due to an unforeseen error.in case you've paid for the item, the amount will be credited to the original source of payment within 8 business days.     Return ID:[protected]. They cancelled my order without intimation and updated I will receive my refund by 13th with in 6 business days but it's been 10days I haven't received my refund if I call to customer care they not responding properly they just saying will get back. Kindly help

      I am purchased 1 mobile Panasonic eluga ray 700 in flipkart. 1st mobile is problem for hanging, heating, mobile ringing not supported. I will flipkart customer care call and raise complaint. He say only give for replacement told. 2nd mobile given but same problem some this mobile. This mobile day to day problem issues coming . So I will complaint customer care he say mobile service people check and go. Today I am ask about return your product and give refund ask. But customer care people told your mobile take and go to service center. Why I am go to service center? FLIPKART give 10 days replacement warranty and refund also. So I am purchase this mobile. But so many problem in this mobile why want this mobile? Please resolve this problem and give my refund immediately.

        Hi,
        Ordered lenovo yoga 3 (2 gb ram) 16 gb 8 inch with wi-fi+4g tablet (Slate black) on 12th jan 2018, received the product on 20th jan 2018 with different specification not as mentioned by the seller (Instead of 2gb ram the seller sent 1gb ram). Rasied a request for replacement request on 20th jan 2108. After a long time on 5th feb 2018 got the replacement for the same again seller sent the same 1gb ram instead of 2gb ram, kindly note this time with different imei number, the seller specified this [protected] imei number in the box packing and inside the imei number is [protected] and the product seal too broken. So again raised a request for refund. The wish master came for pickup he said the imei number is different so cant pickup the product. Note: there's no option like different imei number to specify in the reason so opted for different product. Called customer care n number of times but no useful information, they are asking to wait for 48 hours don't know for how many 48 hours have to wait. Already from flipkart and seller side made a month time for a replacement don't know how long to wait for refund. Flipkart don't want the product refund back the money. Don't want the product anymore. Already wasted one month time and unwanted tension.

        Note: called flipkart customer care to send the correct product as specified by the seller but no use at all. Waste of time and money and unwanted tension.

        Hi, At last with N number of calls and requests Flipkart taken return and money too refunded. Any how thanks for Flipkart for teaching me a Good lesson. Thanks FLIPKART. Note for the SELLERS: For your business don't waste valuable time of others by sending wrong product to the consumers.         Hi,

        As per my return request a wish master came for pick on 9th FEB 2018 by 6 PM again the same thing happened that he haven't got any mail or any formal mail from flip kart mentioning like IMEI number miss match or Brand seal broken. Called customer care and spoke with executive and asked him to forward the call to Team Lead, after that got shocked the call got disconnected automatically. Now again got message mentioning " we have escalated your issue to the concern team. We will resolve your problem by 13th Feb 2018 2.00 PM. Really worst customer care from flip kart. This is my third request for return. If not solved by 13th Feb 2018 means what flip kart going to do?????????

          This is nikita chopra. My account is blocked by flipkart without any prior.On 18th feb 2018sunday i tried to place 2 orders of 3638/-, 2749/- via pnb netbanking for which amount got debited but order was not placed. I dint get refund of that amount yet. Debit msg attachment is attached herewith.
          Further, since those orders were not placed i tried to place those 2 orders via hdfc netbanking. Order of 2749/- and 4558/-got placed but i dint get orders yet and my account got blocked. Now what about my orders and amount?? Will i get my orders or will i get my refund.
          I called up so many times but none helped me. No call from customer care is received yet.
          Refund of total around 15000 rs. Is due.
          Please help me asap.
          Is this way flipkart provide their services. No one from back end team called up. No one from customer care is helping. Should i take help from consumer forum to get this sort out.

            I have ordered two item (Tupperware spice container @459 and red tape formal shoes @1674 = total amount (2161) through mobile flipkart app. On 05.02.2018 at 8.40 pm and paid the amount through netbanking from corporation bank. My amount has been deducted from bank immediately but till today i have not received any message from flipkart team. I have received message from bank that
            [an amount of rs.2161 has been debited from you’re a/c xxxxx0401 for an online transection done at india ideas using corpnet banking. Ref no:[protected] from corpbank]
            For this issue i have contacted at help line and toll free number also but they are unable to trace the amount and told to hold until they find out. Kindly track my payment at the earliest.

              I had an account on flipkart, so i ordered multiple things but the things i received were totally different form that in description, so i placed a return req. Certain products were returned but some rejected so i contacted customer care many times, they told it will be done soon. Then all of a sudden when i tried logging in my acoount, what do i see... That im unable to login, i recieve an email form their side that my account has been blocked, i try contacting customer care again, they say that reply to the same email and something would be done by different department: i do so, but nothing happens and then when i contact htem again, they tell me that now nothing can be done, account closed...
              I have 500 rupees in my wallet please help

                I have ordered for oppo f3 mobile phone worth of 16990 rupees. I ordered it and did the online mode payment. After payment through credit card, the page was directed to flip-kart page only, but still asking to confirm the order. I got the msg from bank saying transaction is successfully done. By money is gone. But no order placed on the flip-kart page. There is no such order placed in 'my orders'. All it happened just on 6th feb 2018. Kindly help me to place the order or refund the cash... I have talked to customer care thrice on 6.2.2018. First they told me your order will be placed within half an hour. After 45 minutes again i called flipkart customer care they told me, wrong information given to you. It will take 8 hours for placing your order. If not placed within 8 hours your money will be refunded. After 10 hours again i called flipkart customer care, they told me it would take 3 more days for placing your order. I m trying to fetch my order at flipkart website... But still it has not been done. I m your regular customer singer 4 years. This type of harassment i can't bear n expect from your side. Kindly either place my order or refund my money today i. E.7.2.2018...

                    I made payment through credit card but it has rejected with reason out of stock.. Again i have made payment for available products then i also it has rejected with same reason but amount debited for both transactis but didn't get any successful order.. Amount not yet reversed to my credit card.
                    Kindly make arrangement to refund the until reversal i'm not able to do other transaction.

                      Hi,

                      I have ordered the product on the 1st feb 2018. The package was delivered to me on 2nd feb 2018. When i opened, i found the item missing. The box contained only packaging cover.
                      I immediately contacted flipkart and raised a complaint and opted for a full refund instead of replacement. As promised they called me on 6th feb 2018 and said they need some time and call back after 24-48 hrs. This is a serious waste of time.
                      Now i demand flipkart to provide me more compensation as they delayed the resolution time and for not delivering the product.

                      As promised by flipkart, I did not receive a call from flipkart. Hence I can confirm that the company misplaced my product. So I demand more compensation from flipkart. I have attached the confirmation message that I received from flipkart.

                      I called flipkart with Reagan’s to an update since I did not get a call from them as promised today at 11.00am. After speaking to them I wrote a complaint, they replied stating that they will arrange a call by the end of today. Did not get any call until now. Please do something.

                        I am dissatisfied with the product of Loreal shampoo and Loreal mask I had received from Flipkart.It was a duplicate one and it has given the bad smell forever.
                        I suppose to take an action as I see many complaints of their cheating on the consumer complaint portal.
                        Don't ever buy any products from this e-commerce site.
                        I order Samsung galaxy on nxt from flipkart but in delay in delivery i cancelled but they delivered product I raise retun request. But till now no one come to pic up. and its been almost 2 month they block my flipkart account not responding in customer care not getting any solutions.

                            It is to inform that my order no -OD[protected] has not been delivered by courier service and same has been returned back without attempt to delivery address. So many times it happened to me. Pl look into the matter.

                              I ordered kanchan toys jumping freestyle skipping rope and did online payment through debit card. I gave the otp and the amount is deducted from my account twice but order is not placed. The item is still in shopping cart. I have lost twice the amount. This happened on 6th feb 2018. Please give steps so that i can refund the money. I didnt get a order id also.

                              My watches not come validity time also completed what can i do
                              I have purchased Hush Puppies formal shoes from Flipkart on October08-2017. Shoes now are getting cracked since last two weeks from bottom side internal part of shoes. Shoes are faulty and third class quality. Kindly replace the shoes and get me the new one as they are under warranty.

                                I have ordered for fast rack watch worth of 1324 rupees. I ordered it and did the online mode payment. After payment through net banking, the page was directed to flip-kart page only, but still asking to confirm the order. I got the msg from bank saying transaction is successfully done. By money is gone. But no order placed on the flip-kart page. There is no such order placed in 'my orders'. All it happened just now on 6th feb 2018. Kindly help me to place the order or refund the cash.

                                Till now I didn't get the item(30th January)

                                I am trying to contact customer care from last 2 days but they are so careless not a single time they tried to call me and whenever asked will call you back in 10 miniute and so on. I need the action right or else. The concequences will be much more dengerous.

                                  I had an account on flipkart, so i ordered multiple things but the things i received were totally different form that in description, so i placed a return req. Certain products were returned but some rejected so i contacted customer care many times, they told it will be done soon. Then all of a sudden when i tried logging in my acoount, what do i see... That im unable to login, i recieve an email form their side that my account has been blocked, i try contacting customer care again, they say that reply to the same email and something would be done by different department: i do so, but nothing happens and then when i contact htem again, they tell me that now nothing can be done, account closed...

                                    I have placed an order on 2nd feb 2018 9:01 am for some of the grocery items. Their was discount shown in the items. Later around 6.25 pm all the items were cancelled from flipkart's side. On contacting customer care they told we cannot do anything if any order is cancelled. They informed we will pay rs 50 for the inconvenience. I asked them to reconfirm the order instead but they are not agreeing to it. So why do they display the price in their website if it is not possible for them to fulfill that price. It takes a lot of time to select the items and place an order. Also they didn't had the courtesy to inform before cancelling.

                                      Date of placing order : 5th february, 2018.
                                      I placed an order in flipkart and amount was deducted.
                                      While paying amount, i also used my gift card worth rs.100 and now i received a message that "your order could not be completed. Refund has been initiated for payment amounting to rs.100" but i actually paid rs.794 including rs.100 gift card. So, wat about my rs.696 which was deducted from my account. Even in orders list, its not showing anything related to this and still these items are showing in cart.

                                      Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
